Petit déjeuner était plus que correct et personnel très serviable

Être réveillé par des travaux à côté de notre chambre + le fait de louer une chambre qui est actuellement en travaux. Besoin d’un bon coup de rénovation dans tout l’étage (rideau déchiré, trous dans les plafond, ascenseur en panne, murs pas finis,…) Hôtel situé en face de la gare, gros sentiment d’insécurité

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff della reception sono sicuramente una nota veramente positiva dell’hotel. Punto a favore anche la posizione e la pulizia della camera.

Kit cortesia inesistente, ed è un hotel a 4 stelle a quanto pare. Non dimenticate il dentifricio, perché in camera non ne troverete. Non si chiede molto, se non i prodotti basici e necessari per l’igiene. non è presente neanche del sapone vicino al bidet ma solo quello al lavandino (bloccato alla parete). La struttura non è neanche così economica, il minimo indispensabile non è chiedere molto

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Als Zwischenstation auf der Heimreise und als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Brescia war es IGEAL😁. Auch die gratis Parkplatzlösung in der nahegelegenen Bahnhofsgarage war super. Ich empfehle das Hotel klar weiter.

Es ist eine Bahnhofsgegend. Dementsprechend sind „besondere“ Damen und Herren vor der Türe unterwegs. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nix.

Hotel a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, camera ampia e confortevole con letti comodissimi, nonostante la struttura non nuovissima. Bagno enorme e molto comodo. Abbiamo cenato ottimamente nel ristorante. Il personale, sia dell'hotel che del ristorante, è stato cortesissimo e molto disponibile.

Personnel très sympathique, l'un des réceptionnistes parlait français et m'a aidé à acheter un billet en ligne pour un concert, sur un site italien. Petit déjeuner assez varié et copieux.

A mon arrivée, pas de savon dans la douche, ce qui est assez désagréable après avoir crapahuté toute l'après-midi par 35° à l'extérieur ! Déjà mouillé, j'ai été obligé de ressortir de la cabine, de mettre du savon du lavabo dans un gobelet et de m'en servir pour me doucher ! A la guerre comme à la guerre ! Thé et café pas renouvelés quotidiennement dans la chambre.

Bardzo miła obsługa (gdy zgłosiłam niedziałająca suszarke- dostałam zamienna od razu, a nastepnie ta w łazience zostala wymieniona). Dodatkowi blisko do stacji z pociągami. Hotel jako baza noclegowa jest ok.

Okolica samego hotelu mało zachęcająca. Hotel- widać upływ czasu. Przydałoby się odświeżenie.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Igea in Brescia and would absolutely return. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the train and bus stations and close to the rental car facilities, making it easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. Everything is very centrally located and accessible. The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and I slept very well during my stay. The staff were genuinely kind, accommodating and always happy to help. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by the hotel’s little poodle, who made friends with Luke and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience. Another wonderful convenience is the free parking in the parking garage right at the train station, which made arriving and getting around especially easy. Because of the hotel’s central location near the train and bus stations, the doors are locked at night for added safety. I appreciated this thoughtful security measure and felt very comfortable during my stay. I was in Brescia for work while visiting and evaluating properties for clients, and Hotel Igea is exactly the type of hotel I feel comfortable recommending because of its central location, accessibility, cleanliness, comfort and excellent service. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time there and would be happy to return!

A good option for travelers that need to sleep one night and continue their journey to somewhere else by the train. The room was clean and everything was provided.

The lobby looked partly under construction or falling apart (the ceiling is what I noticed and it scared me a bit before I saw the room). Old or retro furniture, depends how you put it. But in my case the room was well maintained and clean. The breakfast option is asked in advance in the evening with "decide now and it will be 8 euros" or "decide tomorrow morning and it will be 10 euros". Didn't really get that marketing move, but ok.

La posizione, la stanza era buia ed il bagno sporco e vecchio, dopo esplicito disappunto lo staff molto cortesemente ci ha spostati in una struttura sempre li vicino a 3 stelle, molto meglio. Il personale è molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente, infatti dopo sopralluogo nella stanza ci ha offerto la soluzione migliore per il nostro soggiorno.

La pulizia, non può nemmeno accostarsi ad un 4 stelle, è vecchio e malandato, appena arrivati siamo stati avvertiti che la colazione sarebbe stata servita in camera perché erano in corso dei lavori (non so come l'avrebbero servita visto che a me piace scegliere quello che voglio vedendolo, altrimenti sarei andato al bar), mi sarei aspettato una comunicazione in anticipo. La stanza non era minimamente paragonabile a quella delle foto, era buia, vecchia e con il bagno sporco e pieno di incrostazioni, scesi nella hall abbiamo chiesto il cambio di stanza e gentilmente siamo stati spostati in un'altra struttura a 3 stelle, struttura nuova e migliore sotto tutti i punti di vista.

La posizione era comodissima, lo staff gentilissimo e anche il prezzo era ottimo per il servizio che abbiamo avuto. Nonostante la struttura non sembra proprio nuovissima l'accoglienza e il servizio offerto dallo staff compensano tutto. Anche il parcheggio convenzionato è una scelta molto intelligente in una zona di Brescia dove i parcheggi non sono proprio comodi.

L'unica pecca nel mio caso è stato il letto che era un matrimoniale fatto da due letti singoli con le ruote. Io ho soggiornato solo una notte quindi non è stato un grande problema ma se avessi dovuto stare lì più tempo probabilmente sarebbe stato un po' scomodo.

Un hotel propre avec beaucoup de qualité prix et service un personnel très attentif et une très bonne position pour des voyageurs qui arrivent souvent en retard.

Scrivo per conto degli ospiti, colleghi che hanno alloggiato direttamente c/o questo Hotel. Purtroppo la loro esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. All'arrivo in una delle due camere la doccia è caduta. E quindi si è reso necessario il cambio camera. I due ascensori erano entrambi bloccati. La colazione aveva bevande calde solo distribuite dalle macchinette. Decisamente parecchi disservizi all'interno di una struttura 4 stelle.

На понравилось удачное местоположение. Пожалуй, второй плюс это только наличие горячей воды. Больше плюсов нет.

В номере были насекомые, от безобидных мошек до ползающих. Ванная комната, как из фильмов ужасов, а не уровня 4 звездочного отеля, как они себя преподносят. Сырость и плесень в ванной комнате удивили больше, чем душ, из корпуса и шланга которого вода лилась во все стороны, Завтрак крайне скудный, овощей нет от слова совсем, зато хлебобулочных изделий было в достатке, от свежих, до черствых - на любой вкус. Мы остались крайне разочарованы, завтракать пришлось в другом месте. Цена / качество вообще не соответствует. По нашему мнению, это 2 звезды.

Acceuil très sympathique à la réception, le personnel à l'écoute. On peut amener nos vélos dans les chambres pour la nuit, pour la sécurité. On a reçu un sac de petit déjeuner à emporter puisqu'on avait notre train trop tôt, c'était parfait. Pour le café, il y a une machine, mais encore mieux, un petit café juste à côté qui fait des bons cafés à l'emporter. On a reçu de bons conseils pour aller souper le soir en ville et visiter. La chambre était spacieuse et bien agencée.

Scorretti e bugiardi su tutto. Alla reception hanno dato informazioni rivelate fasulle. Di fronte alla evidenza ha lino dichiarato di cancellare gratuitamente la prenotazione, salvo rimangiarsi quanto detto successivamente. Doveva avere il park (per noi fondamentale) ed anche le altre cose, compreso la categoria erano false.

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione. Stanza comoda, pulitissima, confortevole. Servizio impeccabile. Colazione molto ricca.

Quasi tutto, il parcheggio segnalato, non è un parcheggio privato ed è lontano dalla struttura. 2 ragazze al ricevimento, 1 gentile l'altra arrogante e scostumata, la camera non all'altezza dei Quasi 100 euro spesi, poi la stessa gelida, e la ragazza arrogante mi ha preso in giro, dicendo che avevano sistemato, invece niente, letti con un lenzuolo che neanche nelle comunità sn codi squallide, rispettando le comunità. Una pensione mascherata ad Hotel

Ho prenotato una stanza su Booking, ma quando sono arrivato all'hotel mi è stato detto che non c'erano camere disponibili. Non capisco dove sia andato storto il processo di prenotazione. Se non c'erano camere, perché continuare a venderle online? Quella sera, anche se alla fine ho trovato una sistemazione, mi sono sentito molto infastidito. Dopotutto, un amico è venuto da lontano e abbiamo dovuto risolvere il problema dell'alloggio per molto tempo prima di riuscire a sistemarlo...

very good location, just around the corner from the railway station, stay without any issues. Nice bathroom, spacious room, good working AC, Windows have good soundproofing. Lake Garda train station is 16 minutes by train.

While it was almost perfect two minor issues. I feel the matress was too hard for my taste, but no complaints from my wife. Breakfast eggs were always "not hot", but as breakfast was rather cheap is it more a "you pay what you get", but nothing extra.

El desayuno mediocre. Se terminaba un producto y había que solicitar la reposición. Los productos no eran de máxiima calidad. La mujer que atendía el comedor muy descortes casi.ni saludaba. Solo le importaba el numero de habitación.

Al ser una suite había mucha amplitud en la habitación. El baño con poca luz y la zona del duchacor directamente sin luz. Lo mencionado del desayuno.
