Zimmer und Ausstattung gut und sauber.

Die Lage war nicht so toll. Zu Fuss in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit dem Hund unterwegs war gar nicht ideal. Nur der Strasse entlang und überall liegt sehr viel Abfall herum.

We arrived quite late in the evening, but there were still open restaurants in walkable distance. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient.

The difficulty getting taxis bact to the hotel in the late evening, especially on Saturday night and after the Il Volo concert which wr attended. A simple shuttle bus from a pre arranged point in the Centro at specific times would be so helpful. We had to walk/ shuffle at a tortoise pace as my hubby has a mobility challenge caused by Parkinsons.

Located close to the world heritage site, this hotel has both inside and outside parking a reasonable breakfast and excellent staff. Great for a stopover, the rooms are modern and clean. Worth a look.

Letti molto comodi e stanze spaziose.

Non c’è una lobby dove sedersi e chiacchierare. Non c’è un bar. Inaccettabile situazione dei servizi. Avevano l’albergo pieno di sportivi per una manifestazione. Di coseguenza il ristorante era chiuso ed inutilizzabile per 2 giorni. In una situazione del genere avrebbero dovuto avvisare prima! Avrei scelto un altro albergo.

The apartment was a classic business hotel room, not too large, but solid. Breakfast was okay, however, more suited towards Italian guests with a lot of sweet options such as fruits, jam and pastries. There is free parking next to the hotel and paid parking in the underground lot. We did not have problems when parking outside. Staff was amazing from reception to cleaning. Hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, which was not a problem for us. The hotel features a mini bar as well with fair prices.

The wi-fi was not working properly - cutting off and sometimes not working for a whole day. We didn't mind it that much since we were out most of the time but it's something which is unacceptable for a hotel of this status. The AC was turned off at around 11:00 - 11:30 PM during our stay while a heatwave was going in Italy which made it really difficult to fall asleep in our room - there was no notice about this.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Good access to the hotel. Good value for money.

The area where the hotel is located is a bit industrial/ isolated and not nice for a walk although not far from downtown. During booking was not mentioned that garage parking has to be paid on top of the room cost

Lokalizacja hotelu dla osób, które nie poruszają się autem po Brescii nie jest najlepsza, ale sam hotel jest bardzo dobry.

Szép volt a fürdőszoba, és kényelmes volt az ágy.

Koszos és lyukas volt a függöny. Koszosak voltak a falak is. A mélygarázs lehajtója olyan meredek, hogy nem tudtam használni, kint kellett hagynom az autót. A környék sem bizalomgerjesztő; a belvárosba bejutni nagyon körülményes.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und sehr vielfältig. Eine Dame vom Service hat mit sehr viel Mut und Fingerspitzengefühl einen aggressiven Gast, der lange und sehr laut während des Frühstücks telefoniert hat, dazu gebracht nicht mehr zu stören. Respekt!

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, mussten umziehen. Im neuen Zimmer war die Matratze völlig durchgelegen und eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Es war das einzig verfügbare Zimmer. Das Zimmer unseres Sohnes war aber prima.

Infelizmente neste hotel não consigo sinalizar nada de positivo.

Pequeno almoço muito fraco e com produtos de baixa qualidade, desde o pão ao sumo de laranja intragável. Limpeza dos quartos pouco exigente. Há produtos de higiene no duche que estavam sem liquido e nunca foi reposto. Na última noite não fizeram a limpeza do quarto. Chegamos perto das 00:30. Quando entrei em contato com a responsável du turno, em tom arrogante, disse que a única opção seria eu mudar de quarto, o que me obrigaria a fazer a mudança das roupas de madrugada???? Nem um pedido de desculpa apresentou, colocando em causa que possivelmente aquilo que aconteceu foi eu ter dado a indicação que não seria para procederem à limpeza do quarto. Ficou de averiguar o sucedido e até hoje estou à espera de uma resposta. Existe uma clara falta de orientação para o cliente.

Good facilities and staff. A free parking closed to the hotel. Good location to get out of Brescia. Excellent rooms.

The location is quite far from the city center, not adequate for elder people or families with little children, or in case of hot weather (as it was).

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Auswahl, viele frische Sachen. Sehr gutes Restaurant am Abend. Extrem freundliches Personal, was jederzeit ansprechbar war und immer eine Lösung parat hatte.

Номери дуже застарілі, з постійним запахом старості, який не зникає навіть після провітрювання. Постільна білизна та рушники також давно потребують оновлення — вони виглядають сильно зношеними й аж ніяк не створюють відчуття чистоти та комфорту. Вода з-під крана має настільки неприємний запах, що користуватися нею було некомфортно. Найдивніше, що навіть мило та гель для душу пахнуть так, ніби стоять у ванній кімнаті вже кілька років. Wi-Fi практично не працював усі три дні нашого перебування, особливо на 6-му поверсі. Для готелю у 2026 році це просто неприйнятно. Телевізор також не підтримує Smart TV, що сьогодні вже виглядає як музейний експонат. Сніданки дуже посередні. Майже всі продукти (окрім гарячих страв) стоять відкритими, вибір настільки обмежений, що його фактично немає. Окремо хочеться згадати сік — настільки розбавлений водою, що складається враження, ніби використали ту саму воду з-під крана, яка має характерний неприємний запах. І останнє, що особливо розчарувало, — інформація про паркування. На Booking зазначено, що парковка включена у вартість проживання. Насправді ж є звичайна відкрита публічна парковка перед готелем, яка не має жодного відношення до послуг готелю і не охороняється, а за місце у приватному гаражі потрібно доплачувати 12 € на добу. Така інформація вводить гостей в оману. На жаль, співвідношення ціни та якості тут дуже слабке. Готель давно потребує ремонту, оновлення номерів, нової білизни та рушників, нормального інтернету й чесного опису своїх послуг.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Klimatisierung der Zimmer (wir waren in der grössten Hitzeperiode Ende Juni 2026 dort)

Frühstücksraum wird um 7 h göffnet und wird dann von den Reisegruppen geflutet, ab 7:45 kann man in Ruhe frühstücken. Die Lage in einem Industrievorort ist problematisch, wenn man mit Zug anreist Zu Fuss zum Bahnhof 20', ins Zentrum 35'. Ums Hotel herum keine Infrastruktur für Freizeitgestaltung. Nicht einmal eine Sitzbank vor dem Hotel.

Rimeligt i pris. Brugte dette istedet for et lufthavnshotel. Kom sent og rejste tidligt. Værelserne er rene og pæne. Nemt at parkere.

Morgenmaden elendig. Personalet var uhøflige ved morgenmaden.

Ambienti, camere, luci, tutto molto confortevole. Comodo il parcheggio per disabili. Personale disponibile e gentile.

La sala della prima colazione è angusta ed affollata in caso di gruppi presenti in struttura (purtroppo è capitato durante il mio soggiorno); l'assortimento del buffet non è il massimo come scelta e varietà di quanto offerto e la sequenza dell'impostazione a mio avviso è errata. probabilmente proprio a causa dello spazio limitato. Peccato! per un albergo di quel livello si può fare certamente molto di più.

Le confort

Breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Room was well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful in helping us navigate public transportation and ordering a taxi when needed. A great value for the price we paid.

The location is in a quiet, green area, but it's a bit far from downtown and restaurants or shops.

La comodità del letto.

Struttura in generale poco curata e con poco personale. Ristorante chiuso perché era un giorno festivo (?!) e colazione molto modesta. .

Posizione comoda, a breve distanza dal centro città, con disponibilità di parcheggio. Ho inoltre apprezzato la rapidità e la disponibilità del personale nell'intervenire per risolvere un problema segnalato; pur non essendo stato risolto completamente, l'attenzione e l'impegno dimostrati sono stati certamente apprezzabili.

Il pavimento della camera non appariva particolarmente pulito. Inoltre, il flusso d'acqua dal rubinetto del lavandino era molto debole. Ho segnalato il problema immediatamente dopo il check-in e il personale è intervenuto tempestivamente inviando un tecnico, che ha sostituito il filtro del rubinetto ripristinando temporaneamente il flusso. Tuttavia, già in serata e nuovamente la mattina successiva il problema si è ripresentato. È possibile che la causa fosse legata alla pressione dell'acqua, considerato che la camera si trovava al sesto piano. Il ristorante era chiuso la sera del mio arrivo. La struttura metteva comunque a disposizione un servizio bar con snack per un pasto veloce.

Camera accogliente

È preferibile dare informazioni più precise circa il garage. Al telefono ho richiesto l'accesso con un mezzo commerciale (Ford Transit). All'interno del garage ho avuto difficoltà nelle manovre causa tetto basso, dovuto agli impianti di sicurezza antincendio e aria condizionata.

La posizione ottima per muoversi in macchina. Tranquillo e comodo per parcheggiare

Terrible acoustics, awful shower, and sketchy location. This hotel has zero soundproofing. You can hear everything, even people yawning next door, and the slamming doors will keep you up all night. It’s hands down the worst acoustics I've ever experienced. The shower in the bathroom was dreadful—the water temperature and pressure fluctuated constantly. Lastly, the location is very uninviting; I wouldn't recommend walking around here after dark.

Lokalizację obiektu - mimo, że na uboczu - oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Dlaczego? Bo było bardzo cicho i spokojnie, a dodatkowo blisko znajduje się stacja kolejowa, dzięki której w łatwy sposób można dostać się do wielu miast i w spokoju, bez szukania parkingu, zwiedzać je beztrosko. W hotelu bardzo czysto; codziennie sprzątane pokoje, wymieniane ręczniki. W pełnym zakresie działa restauracja hotelowa. Bezproblemowe parkowanie przy hotelu. Smaczne śniadania.
