Pobyt w Novotel Brescia Due był dokładnie tym, czego człowiek oczekuje po eleganckim hotelu we Włoszech - komfort, klasa i dopracowane detale. Już od wejścia czuć było przyjemny, nowoczesny klimat, a obsługa działała sprawnie i z uśmiechem, jakby każdy gość był tu mile widzianym znajomym. Śniadania? Pyszne - takie, że człowiek mimowolnie przedłuża poranek, bo szkoda wychodzić. Do tego basen zewnętrzny, który w upalny dzień jest jak mały luksusowy reset. Ogromny plus za to, że pies był mile widziany - bez stresu, bez kombinowania, po prostu pełna akceptacja i wygoda. Całość tworzyła atmosferę, w której można było naprawdę odpocząć: komfortowo, spokojnie, elegancko, z nutą włoskiego luzu.

За трите дни престой останахме разочаровани от храната никакво разнообразие както на закуска така и на вечеря ,което за верига като Новотел просто е разочароващо. КОМАРИ ама страшно много комари соето прави престоя доста неприятен.Може би трябва да се помисли за пръскане защото такова нещо не е нормално.

Doveva essere un po' più pulita. Ho avvistato delle piccole formiche e qualche capello. Inoltre, la porta del bagno era un po' scomoda (forse sarebbe meglio una porta scorrevole)

조식과 석식이 포함된 패키지를 예약해서 이틀 동안 맛있게 먹었어요. 석식도 종류가 다양해서 선택폭이 넓었습니다. 호텔의 위치가 올드타운의 반대편이라 조용하기는 한데, 한편으로는 주변에 편의시설이 가까이 있지 않아서 그건 좀 단점인 것 같네요. 지도상으로는 기차역에서 가까워보여서 캐리어 끌고 걸어갔는데 생각보다 오래 걸려서 더워서 힘들었어요. 가까워보여도 택시 타는 게 좋을 듯...

침대 옆에 테이블이 없고, 선반만 있는데 선반의 높이가 낮아서 불편했습니다.

Déjeuner continental très bien, la ropreté est aussi une qualité de cet hôtel. de plus il est bien situé pour visiter le centre ville.

La piscine était un peu surchargée, bon nous étions en plein mi-août et l'hôtel était complet !

Hotel vieillissant loin des standards de la chaine. Notre climatisation faisait un bruit désagréable: nous devions choisir entre sifflement et fraîcheur. Notre TV ne fonctionnait pas. Odeur désagréable (humidité) dans la chambre.

The cleaning lady didn't clean the room. She simply forgot or missed it. When I complained to the reception, they said this happens. Perhaps they should hire more responsible, non-African-American cleaning staff?

la posizione, la colazione ottima e di qualità, alla fine ho apprezzato anche gli operatori quasi tutti professionali

ho avuto problemi con la stanza... Sono arrivato alle 12,30 prima dell'orario e non mi hanno dato una stanza.. ho lascuitato le valigie e sono tornato alle 8,30,,, ma sono potutto andare su una stanza decente solo alle 22. All'inizio mi hanno consegnato una stanza che aveva un collegamento con altra stanza aperto.... la cosa mi ha infastidito... per avere un'operatore ho dovuto attendere un po' perchè era impegnato, poi ho preteso una stanzza senza collegamento con altra, mi hanno fatto aspettare dandomi due possibilità o una stanza con dovcia accessibile e quindi senza protezione con vetro nella doccia oppure una stanza con due legtti singoli abbiamo scelto questa... sono andato a prendere le ulteriori cose nella macchina (ore 21,30) al ritrno ho isto mia moglie che voleva andare via che mi aspettava alla reception , nella stanza c'era il water con i residui liquidi e solidi di un precedente occupante... abbiamo chiesto di vedere alla signorina (che da questo momento è diventata estremamente gentile, offrendoci varie ulteriori possibilità, e regali e rimborsi parziali ecc.... che ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato...), ci ha dato una stanza analoga, apparentemente apposto, qualche piccolo probleimino ce l'aveva ma trascurabile, e da questo momento darei il massimo dei voti alla struttura e al personale, sono diventgati dutti gentili e il resto è andato secondo le nostre aspetttative... Bastava che alla nostra richiesta di cambio stanza si fossero comportati così che avremmo dato il massimo anche con i problemi che purtroppo possono capitare...

Everything was fanatastic. Staff was very kind. Hotel is very close to the historical part of city. Rooms were very clean. I can wait to come back to the Hotel Novotel Brescia 2!

Doccia aperta, si allargava tutto il bagno

La struttura è ordinata e pulita. Ha il parcheggio davanti che è comodo. Si trova nella parte nuova di Brescia e quindi per arrivare in centro serve l’auto.

La colazione non l’abbiamo presa. Francamente il prezzo mi pare decisamente sproporzionato.

Bardzo fajny hotel położony trochę od centrum ale do dworca jakieś 10 minut piechotą więc spoko. Smaczne jedzenie (fajnie że można jeść na tarasie). Klima daje radę nawet przy 38 stopniach ogólnie wszystko na plus

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was covered in dust, although I have to say that the bathroom was clean. We were also surprised to find that the room was prepared for two guests but only one complimentary bottle of water was provided. During the night, I woke up because I felt something crawling on me, and I found a bug in the bed. After that, I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. The pool area was also disappointing. There was no shade, and when I asked if an umbrella could be moved closer to the pool, I was told it wasn't possible because the umbrellas in the garden couldn't be relocated. The pool felt more like a crowded public children's pool than a relaxing 4 stars frenshising hotel facility. Breakfast was acceptable, but the overall experience was unpleasant. While guests were eating, staff were sweeping dust from the floor, causing dust to fly around the dining area. This is not something anyone wants to experience during breakfast. On top of that, there was a chaotic rush for the food, making it feel as though everything would run out at any moment. Overall, this was far from the relaxing stay we expected. I would rate this hotel 1/10 and would not recommend it based on our experience.

Mobili vecchi poveri e sciupati, materasso morbido, zanzare nelle aree comuni, un piccione morto nel resede vicino alla piscina. Colazione 18 euro a testa molto cara. Cena tranquilla.

Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel hier is ontzettend vriendelijk, zelfs wanneer het druk is doen ze hun uiterste best. Ondanks dat het hotel zo goed als vol was, hebben we geen overlast ervaren in de gangen. Op maandag was het ineens een stuk rustiger en daardoor eindelijk fijn om bij het zwembad te liggen.

We verbleven 2 nachten in een kamer die ook voor mensen met rolstoel bestemd is. Waardeloos, want de douche was volledig open en steeds was de halve badkamer nat. We betaalden bijna dezelfde prijs bij het Double Tree Hilton in Brescia dus verwachtten dezelfde kwaliteit, dat is niet vergelijkbaar. Zwembad is veel kleiner dan verwacht en kleine dingen zoals de lunchkaart kunnen echt wel beter.

Отель недалеко от вокзала и рядом с визовым центром UK, собственно туда и ехали. В отеле приличный ресторан, далеко ходить не надо. Персонал отзывчивый.

Сложно сказать, общее впечатление не очень - комнаты маленькие, само расположение на отшибе, но в целом для одной ночевки вполне годится. Возможно было жарко и мы в целом чувствовали себя не очень

Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero super. Camera molto comoda e aria condizionata molto efficiente.

Bella l’idea del Waffle fai da te, ma tre minuti a persona sono un’eternità se si considera che tutti i bambini facevano a gara per prepararselo. Chi è lì per lavoro non ha tutto questo tempo. Il resto super perfetto.

The rooms are not soundproof at all, and there’s a lot of noise.

Tutto bene, struttura pulita, personale accogliente. Nulla da dire. Unica cosa che eventualmente posso evidenziare è che in piscina non venivano usate le previste cuffie, donne e bambini con montagne di capelli che facevano il bagno...dico questo solo per un discorso igienico.

Das Zimmer fand ich mässig sauber. Die Dusche schlecht konzipiert, der Boden wurde nass. Irgend eine Anlage vor dem Fenster war hörbar, das störte. Einen Schlüssel zu bekommen um die Tür zu öffnen ist mir schon lange nicht mehr passiert. Teure Preise im Restaurant/Bar. Unsichere Zone für alleinreisende Frau, das hat mir komplett die Freude genommen.

الفندق شكله من الخارج قديم لكنه اثاثه نظيف و جميل استقبالهم لطيف و بالقرب سوبرماركت و مطعم كباب نظيف

الموقع بعيد عن اماكن الزيارات السياحيه مثل ريفا ديل جاردا و فيرونا و ليموني سول جاردا كما يجب عند تسديد الضرائب اخذ نسخة من الفواتير لانهم طلبو تسديدها مرة ثانية عند تسجيل الخروج لو مامعي نسخة فاتورة كان دفعتها ثانية.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Métro und Bahnhof sind in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum ist mit der Metro nur zwei Stationen entfernt. Zimmer war ordentlich mit einem großen Bett(Kingsize). Zimmer sind gut klimatisiert. Im Hotel gibt es auch einen Pool der sehr ordentlich und sauber ist. Frühstück ist auch gut gewesen Mittag- und Abendessen sind im Restaurant möglich. Es gibt auch einen bewachten Parkplatz und eine Tiefgarage beides kostenpflichtig

Tiefgarage ist umständlich zu erreichen. Während der 1000 milia kostet ein Tiefgaragenplatz 70€!

The front desk,the staff at the restaurant during our lunch & breakfast was superb.They are all friendly & courteous.The room.was clean & very relaxing.Even the lifeguard is friendly too.We went after breakfast & the pool was so clean.The choices of breakfast has so much variety to choose from.Excellent stay-)
