Toilet broken, room not clean. Told the management and the GM who all promised the world but didn’t deliver. Was promised an email with explanation and nothing. Very careless staff and liers. Safe want working and there is as broken glass on floor no care in cleaning.

The overall check in process was quite smooth. Room was quite spacious with a view of the city , breakfast spread was huge and so was the location in the heart of the city.

The location, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. In particular, every member of the staff, from the doormen and receptionists to the waiters and housekeeping team was extremely helpful, polite, and truly outstanding. It is a magnificent hotel, and the restaurant was excellent as well. The menu was quite extensive, and the service was prompt without making us wait too long. We were very pleased with most of the aspects of our stay. Except one important thing...

The musty smell in the room was very unpleasant and quite disturbing. Although the bathroom had been cleaned, it clearly needed renovation, and there were visible mold stains between the tiles.

I didn't like the fact that my room was changed to a room with a handicapped friendly toilet with no shower partition or curtain. The excuse was that a big group had just left the hotel and it would take time to clean up the room I also did not like the fact that there was a interconnecting door to my room 1002 and the occupant of the adjoining room watched TV all night and the sound carried through the door. Ideally it should have been soundproofed. The billing for small items were slow with a result that I did not get receipts for payments made in cash.

We were 3 and the bedroom was only for 2 persons. Also the cleaning could be better for the money we pay.

My stay at The Lalit Delhi was disappointing, particularly when it came to communication and customer service. Communication was lacking throughout my stay. When I needed directions, the staff were unable to provide clear or helpful guidance, which made getting around unnecessarily difficult. The biggest issue was with my request for a late checkout. I specifically asked the front desk to add the late checkout to my booking, and the staff member entered it into the system in front of me. However, this information was apparently not communicated properly to the relevant staff. On the day of checkout, I was repeatedly questioned about the late checkout, despite having already arranged it with the front desk. It was extremely frustrating to have to explain and defend something that I had already confirmed with the hotel. A hotel of this standard should have much better internal communication and coordination between staff. The property itself may be impressive, but the lack of communication and the way the checkout situation was handled significantly affected my experience. I would expect much better customer service from a hotel of this reputation.

De portier, de receptionist, de klantenservice, de koks, de garçons, de poolboy,... waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een prachtig hotel dat zijn vijf sterren zeker waard is. We genoten van de uitgebreide buffetten in het restaurant, zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds. Het zwembad was zalig!

In het restaurant vroeg een ober om een evaluatie in te vullen en zijn naam te vermelden. Dat was een beetje vreemd, maar hij had ons wel heel goed geholpen. We vonden het wel jammer dat er toen iemand aangesneld kwam die nog niet bij ons geweest was en die vond dat zijn naam er ook bij op moest. Het zou beter zijn de evaluatieformulieren op een andere manier aan de klanten te bezorgen.

most of the staff was nice and helpful,I have specifically travelled from Bangalore to Delhi for work and one of the staffs "Harsh" during our check-in experience was very rude, didn't give us any consideration even us checking in late , not a polite smile just rude one word answers to our questions, would heavily encourage more training sessions for such staff or dont place them in the welcome section,

Rooms are not good paints come out and mould i can see easilyt in a provided room specially not good for Kids.

in Buffe area staff was rude though rest was ok to me... Hotel needs to tell there staff specially trainees they need to behave in a manner ... Specially with Families and small kids ...

Breafast and diiner selections was great. The curries awesome. Staff pleasant and willing to assist. Room was spacious. Checkin was quick. Enjoyed the massage facilities. If you need a decent massage ask for Solem. Gym facilities was decent. Used it during my stay. Have rebooked to stay on my way back from Agra. Very central location to visit iconic places in New Delhi.

They stuffed up my booking with breakfast only instead of half board but it was quickly sorted when checking in. However on the 2nd night the restaurant duty manager pulled me aside and said dinner was not included. He told me to see reception instead of sorting it out himself. A bit of an embarrasing experience. Hotel needs a bit of an update.. fridge had to be changed as it wasnt working.

Close to Connaught place, walking distance to Shankar Market and restaurants. The breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Nada. Si buscas comodidad y confianza de no enfermarte con la comida este NO es tu hotel!

Nos intoxicamos con la comida del hotel. Primero habíamos reservado una habitación para tres y solo habían dos camas. No nos pusieron una extra cama y solo habían toallas, agua y artículos siempre para dos todo el tiempo. Segundo habíamos reservado con desayuno y cena por booking. El primer día de cena nos querían cobrar la cena como un cargo extra. Les comenté que había reservado con cena y me dijeron que tenía que hablar en recepción al respecto. En recepción tuve que esperar una hora para poder hablar con la recepcionista para que me dijeran que ellos no ofrecían ese tipo de servicio y que estaba mintiendo. Le mostré la reserva de booking y luego de perder dos horas de mi vida y pasar un mal rato dijeron que respetaban la reserva. El segundo día nos intoxicamos con la comida del hotel. Solo habíamos comido en el hotel, en ninguna otra parte y esto afectó a todo nuestro grupo. Por lo que no era coincidencia. Para el check-in y check-out habían esperas muy largas. La gente del hotel (recepción y restaurante) no eran para nada amable. El agua de la piscina era espesa y no estaba limpia.

Toller Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tuc Tucs standen direkt vor dem Hotel. Zur U-Bahn waren es nur fünf Minuten zu laufen. Cooles Badezimmer. Tolle Aussicht.

Die Klimaanlage in den Restaurants waren sehr kühl eingestellt. Etwas wärmer wäre schöner gewesen. Aber vielleicht ist das auch ein kultureller Unterschied, dass Inder es eben besonders kühl mögen.

Each and Every staff whom we met was so caring and very helping. Rooms too were very comfortable. Only suggestion is please provide a small chair for watchman standing at the entrance and also for the staff standing near lifts welcoming guests .. Proud to be Indian. Regards

I really enjoyed the stay at the Lalit hotel. The people here are very helpful. Very courteous and generous. The food was good they had a lot of variety. Bhumika helped me a lot with things she was available all the time to help me out. Overall everyone should come at the hotel.

I stayed with my mother at the hotel who was having eye surgery. Security asked us to leave premises because we were in auto despite my mother having a bandage in her eye. Security stopped using 3 times and treated us poorly just because of an auto. The breakfast service was also sparse and no one came to check on us. At dinner we had a buffet included but staff was not attending to tables. They have very few staff and don't treat customers well.

Luxurious hotel in a busy metropolis, Atmosphere, suite s, food and service is excellent. We booked 3 rooms and pre paid for the stay under the name "Weerasinghe". At the time of checking out booking name has been changed without permission. Please look into this kind of scam's.

De kamer zijn ruim en ook het hotel zelf is groot. Ook fijn dat er een douche en bad was. Ook een pluspunt dat er een zwembad is. De locatie is top, je zit centraal tussen Delhi en New Delhi.

De kamers waren wel outdated. Je zag veel beschadigingen. Er was ook relatief weinig keus bij het ontbijt.
