Checking in The Park after few years agian a short night stay. Check in quite smooth with helping smiling staff. they scan/ x ray all belongings every time you enter. Room is good but not that big like other hotels. Washarea very good with their trademark toiletries. After quite some time found a hotel room with filled fridge and mini bar. Could not afford to order room service food as extraordinary costly. Checked out early morning so could not taste breakfast which is generally very good. Once again mention of front desk they are going out of way to help you out.

It was a great stay at The Park. Miss Ruby from the reception was very cordial, warm and helpful.

We usually stay with friends whenever we come to Delhi. This time we planned to stay in hotel and we were really happy with services. Staff was really caring , Tarun and ruby, HK staff also and those who serve breakfast. We would like to come back again.

I had a pleasant stay at the park, we had 2 rooms and 509 was very spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, specially the ladies at the reception ms tenzing and ms ruby was very very helpful and kind. We are coming back to stay again on 28th. Such a lovely staff and environment.

Tenzin and Rubi surprised me on my birthday. Well my husband planned my birthday here surprised me with a cake. These ladies surprised again with a warm visit, wished me even for a bit consoled my daughter (toddler throwing tanturms). I must appreciate their extra step to make me feel special on my special day.

I am staying here for the first time and I must appreciate the level of hospitality I receive throughout my stay. I myself is a hotelier and running a hotel TOKYO PALACE JAISALMER & I must say staff , the location and overall experience was great. You rooms need to uplift but I can see renovation going on in some areas. I am sure you will change the rooms too. Taking it further, I wanted to thank Ruby from reception for giving me early check in, making me feel that every guest is important and late check out as the train was in the evening. Breakfast was vast but space is limited. That needs to be improved . 10/10

The lobby is too small. Also request for check out for half an hour late was not approved. Half an hour would not have made any difference to the hotel.

Amazing stay at the park hotel……I was here for 3 days, staff were very helpful and cooperative. Ms Tenzin and Ruby was very kind all along.

Behavior of some of the staff. Also, while checking out and boarding the car for 2 luggage tyere were 5 staff trying to help for the luggage expecting tips. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) A very disappointing stay. This is by far the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Room service was poor and extremely slow. The hotel even charged for ice, as well as for plates and glasses, which was shocking for a five-star property. The discount on in-room dining that was promised in my package was not honored. The breakfast spread had very limited choices. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian items were kept together in the buffet, and the South Indian food was of very poor quality. There was no welcome drink or even a warm greeting on arrival. Check-in took an unreasonably long time. The staff was discourteous and lacked professionalism. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of renovation. Overall, this hotel falls far below the standards expected from a five-star property. I would not recommend it and certainly would not stay here again.

I had an excellent 5-day stay at The Park. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. I stayed in Room 607, which was comfortable and well maintained. The food was also superb throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Kundan, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and ensured that everything was taken care of. His service truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Park for its excellent hospitality, great food, and wonderful staff. Looking forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at The Park, New Delhi, and came away with a very positive impression. It was a comfortable stay overall, and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. One thing I really enjoyed was the food. There was plenty of variety, and everything I tried was fresh and well prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, there was always something to look forward to. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. That said, I do feel the rooms are due for a bit of a refresh. Nothing major, but a few upgrades and cosmetic improvements would really bring them in line with what you'd expect from a top-tier five-star hotel. The staff deserve special appreciation. Aditya at reception made check-in effortless and was friendly and efficient throughout. At the restaurant, Loknath was always attentive without being intrusive and made sure everything was taken care of. A special shout-out to Rebecca, who was honestly one of the most memorable parts of the stay. Instead of the polished, scripted hospitality you often come across at luxury hotels, she was refreshingly genuine. She had a great sense of humour, playfully joked with guests, and made conversations feel natural rather than rehearsed. It was a small thing, but it added so much warmth and personality to the experience. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. Good food, courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a relaxed atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit. If the rooms receive a bit of updating in the future, I think The Park would offer an even stronger five-star experience. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again.

Washroom must be improved . They are very old fashioned. Exhaust fan was not there is room. Staff was good and friendly. Ruby and Bhupinder from front desk and overall staff at floor was nice.

We came to the hotel around 11 am and fully exhausted . We were told that check in time is 2 pm . There was Ruby who checked us in very early which was a big relief. Sometimes you only need someone to identify what is necessity and the lady gave us room with full smile. Room needs to be improved definitely but the service and staff was great.

We booked park hotel for only one night and our stay was very good. Breakfast was amazing and good variety. Ms tenzing and Ruby was very helpful during our stay. Ms tenzing gave us room which has Jantar Mantar view. 🥰 The only thing that disappointed us was renovation that is going on.

So The Park is such a neat and clean and calm hotel, room service or any staff they all are soo nice and ready to help always.. also the buffet is crazy good i just loved the food also the behaviour of staff for arranging what ever we need, they were always ready to fulfil our demands, i would like to mention that Rebecca and Akhilesh the buffet staff helped us soo much to enhance our breakfast experience… i would say this is no doubt the best experience hotel in delhi.. Thankyou The Park for enhancing our experience with such a good, ambience and hospitality with such a good staffs

Worst experience of my life. staff doesn't know how to talk to women. Washrooms aren't clean. I saw some cockroaches in the room as well. they don't know how to maintain dignity and are not polite at all.

I had a wonderful stay at The Park New Delhi. It’s very central to Connaught Place & access to transport. Unfortunately we were caught in the middle of the CJP protest right at our doorstep, but Mr Vijayendra & his team including security & doormen, made our stay extremely safe & comfortable. Their service & attention to detail is impeccable. The rooms are very clean; the bed, bathroom & amenities are excellent. I’ll definitely stay at The Park again when I’m back in New Delhi. It was a wonderful experience as we booked a small banquet for superannuation of our boss and everything has been greatvas start from venue to food location ans accessibility

Food was good. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Location is at Janpath so centrally located and very good. Room size was also good.

Originally the room was inclusive of breakfast. Lady at reception changed the plan on her own that she is upgrading our room on complimentary basis. We were happy. BUT the TRAP was that the upgrade had BREAKFAST REMOVED!!! I just inquired about breakfast rates. She told me it would be Rs 1750 per person per day!!! So for 2 days it would be extra Rs 7000/. I was shocked and protested asking to revert back to my original plan. Than she started negotiating offering 10%, then 20% then 50% discount on breakfast. I firmly said that plan includes breakfast. I decided to escalate the matter. And suddenly she said ok breakfast is also complimentary! A big name like PARK is stooping down to such level to dupe the customers! False upgrades with hidden costs!!! And bathrooms were worst. Broken tiles and leaking water.

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Park Delhi, and I must say this has been my most comfortable experience, thanks to Ruby at the reception. I was travelling with my infant, and the initially allocated room had space constraints. Ruby immediately understood the concern, acknowledged it without hesitation, and arranged a room change that made our stay much more comfortable. Beyond that, she went out of her way to help us with child-related arrangements and local guidance; support that truly exceeded our expectations. Ruby's kindness, empathy, and proactive approach reflect the true spirit of hospitality. Hotel Park Delhi is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Kundan, Munendran, and Mr. Avneet Sahi were very kind and took excellent care of us. They attended to every detail to ensure our stay was a success. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Mr. Kundan and Munendra were very kind; if you are traveling to India, this is the best hotel to book very clean and comfortable.

Terrible hotel with the most unfriendly staff. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as they advertise. We booked 2 rooms. One room had cold water, the other had brown water and the fridge did not work. We checked out at 10pm as out flight was at 2:30am, they refused to do a packed breakfast so I bought a pizza from Pizza Hut and asked them to please reheat it before I left and was told they cannot as it is from outside. The Raddison had done it for me and they are a proper 5 star hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast. I will never recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing stay at The Park in CP, New Delhi. We had an amazing guest representative - Ms. Ruby. She was quite courteous and was kind enough to accommodate us for an early check-in and late check-out. I look forward to coming back and staying at Park Hotel in the future. The Tyde restaurant also serves and amazing buffet lunch.
