Shangri-La Eros New Delhi

The staff was very accommodating when I had a last-minute travel change. The night I got to stay was very restful and the evening cocktails hour had a good selection of drinks and food with a nice view.

We travelled as a family and everyone really loved the hotel! The Executive rooms were perfect for my children and their families. We had a deluxe room and it was also excellent! We all loved the pool area and made the most of the restaurants - the Italian was our favourite. The breakfast was so good with something for everyone - such a variety! One afternoon we enjoyed food drinks and snacks at Mr Chai too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. Everything was just perfect- the welcoming staff, the comfortable beds, and the wonderful breakfast, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The spa and pool were relaxing and enjoyable, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only concern we had was that one of the breakfast items was not correctly labeled for allergens, and unfortunately our daughter, who eats gluten free, ate wheat because of the incorrect labeling. But there were plenty of other gluten free options for her so the overall experience was not affected.

מאד מפואר ומפנק, מיקום טוב שרות מצויין ,מסעדה איטלקית נהדרת !!! התוספת עלות עבור הלאונג והסידור של ארוחת ערב עם משקאות אלכוהוליים היה סידור טוב ומספק .

בקומה שלנו במסדרון וגם בחדר היה ריח של עובש שנפתר חלקית רק לאחר שהביאו לנו מכשיר לפילטר אוויר והמנקה היה מפזר מדי פעם עם מטהר אוויר ריח טוב . ובנוסף - בספא בחלק של הנשים הג׳קוזי לא היה מחומם דיו,הסאונה הרטובה ובריכת המים הקרים היו מקולקלים ולא פעלו במרבית הזמן שבו שהיתי במלון ולכן לא הספקתי להנות מהם אלא ביום האחרון לשהותי…

Increíbles instalaciones. El mejor gimnasio de hotel en el que he estado, y siempre procuramos ir a hoteles con gimnasio, aunque sería deseable que algunos servicios más de wellness, donde no se requiere personal, estuviesen incluidos en el precio, como la sala de recovery. La piscina impecablemente limpia. Todo resulta muy bonito y lujoso. Los restaurantes ofrecen comida deliciosa a un precio razonable para la categoría del hotel, aunque resulten elevados para la zona.

Se echa en falta una zona comunitaria de piscinas del spa, para que hombres y mujeres puedan hacer uso del hammam juntos. Fui con mi marido y no hice uso de esas instalaciones porque para ello tenía que ir sola. Las habitaciones a veces huelen a humedad al entrar en ellas. Deberían instalar deshumidificadores para que eso no ocurra y desodorizar las moquetas de las habitaciones. Así, la habitación olería siempre limpia, tal y como el resto del alojamiento. Sería deseable que algunos servicios más de wellness, donde no se requiere personal, estuviesen incluidos en el precio, como la sala de recovery. En cuanto a la alimentación, deberían incluir, siendo un hotel de esta categoría, entre las opciones del desayuno o café, leche sin lactosa. Uno de los días ni siquiera les quedaba bebida de almendra o de avena.

Eccellente hotel, sia la struttura che il personale molto gentili. Colazione molto buona con opzioni sia locali che internazionali. Palestra con macchinari top! Purtroppo per il tempo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina esterna.

ATTENZIONE! Al momento del check out ho pagato con la carta che ho utilizzato per la prenotazione ma mi hanno scalato anche i soldi dalla carta di credito che ho dato per garanzia al check in. Ho provato ad entrare in contatto diverse volte ma nessuno mi sta dando risposta.

Pretty new hotel with nice facilities. Biggest plus: the staff. Staff were exceptional - so polite and considerate and always checking in.

Le buffet, la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre spacieuse.

L’hôtel est tout à fait conforme aux photos et le cadre est vraiment splendide. Nous y avons passé trois nuits et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement exceptionnel ! L’emplacement est également très pratique, à quelques minutes de Connaught Place et d’une station de métro. Malgré le désagrément matinal (expliqué ci-dessous), nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

un matin, nous avons été réveillés assez tôt par de la musique et les commentaires d’un coach qui animait une séance de sport à l’extérieur, dans le cadre d’un événement. Même plusieurs étages au-dessus du jardin, le bruit était particulièrement audible et nous a malheureusement tirés du sommeil. C’est assez regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Great staff! Everything in general was perfect. The room design is very smart. They really try hard to make it a perfect staying experience. You do also pay for it but compared to other destinations worldwide it is reasonably priced.

Beautiful and confortable hotel to stay. The staff is lovely and helpful. With one upgraded room, we enjoyed free services at the Lounge.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel from 30th July to 3rd August 2026. From the moment I checked in, the staff were extremely professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of delicious options. Every staff member was cooperative, and I would especially like to thank Assistant Manager Anjali, who was exceptionally polite, kind, and always willing to help. I also had the opportunity to visit the spa, and it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The view from the lounge was absolutely amazing and made my stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for luxury, outstanding service, excellent facilities, amazing food, comfortable beds, and neat and clean rooms, I highly recommend Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. It truly offers world-class hospitality, and I look forward to staying here again.

Our dining experience at Shang Palace was truly exquisite. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.special mentioned to Sarita for her exceptional services and the other Team , Rin, Vishali, Himanshu, Akku, Manoj, Suraj,And their hostess Sophi for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Every one of them was friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to providing an excellent dining experience made our visit even more special. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. Our experience at Tamra was wonderful. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of cuisines, and every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. The ambiance and service made every meal truly enjoyable. The Horizon Lounge was the highlight of our stay, with its relaxing atmosphere, excellent refreshments, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Dharni for her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service that made us feel at home. We also sincerely appreciate Lounge Manager Amit for his professionalism and exceptional guest care. Their efforts made our stay memorable, and we look forward to visiting again.

It was a very comfortable and relaxed stay from checking in into the property to checking out everything was perfect they took 2 or 3 mins for the checkin and the food of shang palace was very delicious and the staff was 100% supportive and helpful it was a very good experience overall and the staff of the horizon was very helpful and friendly thanks to anjali muskan manan

Recently stayed in the property the rooms and the ambience was very nice. The quality of food which was served was very good and the lobby was so beautiful when i entered the lobby it was like wow. The hotel staff is very helpful and understanding they always on top whenever it comes to professionalism. The rooms was also very well organised and cleaned. The food of Shang palace restaurant was amazing and very delicious. The view from the highest floor was fantastic. This is the place that offers great value for money. I would like to thank one of the staff member manan i met over there he is very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience, made even more special by the exceptional hospitality of Chef Aarti and Chitra. Chef Aarti prepared one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had!her chicken cheese omelette was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, generously filled, and full of flavor. It’s clear that she puts genuine care and passion into every dish she prepares. A special mention to Chitra, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our breakfast. Her friendly nature and excellent service made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you both for making our mornings so enjoyable. My family and I had a terrific stay at the Shangri-La Eros from June 16–21. Every member of the staff was willing to cater to our needs. From the doormen and the front desk staff to the gentleman preparing fresh dosas each morning (pictured), everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. Although I unfortunately forgot the name of the person who cleaned our room, I would especially like to recognize the floor manager, Jeetpal Singh Rana, who ensured everything was taken care of during our stay. They were both outstanding. Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six. Having two full bathrooms was a tremendous convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Sangeeta Kashayap for helping make our family's stay so memorable. Her kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. She made sure we had access the lounge and we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff made sure we had a vegan option nightly for the light dinner. The breakfast buffet at Tamra was exceptional. The variety of cuisine, from soups to traditional Indian dishes, satisfied every member of our family. The food was fresh, flavorful, and one of the highlights of our stay. Especially as vegetarians. They had delicious chocolate and coconut vegan ice cream. The hotel's location is excellent and provides easy access to many of New Delhi's major attractions. After spending the day sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to the hotel's spacious swimming pool for a refreshing swim before enjoying a delicious dinner in the comfort of the air-conditioned restaurant. We also dined at the hotel's Asian restaurant and will include a photo of our meal. It was outstanding, and just as good as, if not even better than, the buffet restaurant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend the Shangri-La Eros to anyone visiting New Delhi for its exceptional service, outstanding dining, spacious accommodations, and convenient location.
