Excelente hotel, ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Ubicado en buen punto. abitaciones con las amenidades completas.

O Divi e fantastico, principalmente para quem vai com crianças. A praia fica na frente do resort, com aguas limpidas e cristalinas. Aconselho que aluguem um carro, pois tem muitas vagas para estacionar. Outra coisa boa e que se pode utilizar das dependencias dos outros resorts Divi, Me parece que são quatro. Tem carrinhos de golfe que levam os hospedes para todas as dependencias do hotel. Os aptos são enormes, com cozinha e todos os utensilios necessários para se fazer uma refeicao no proprio quarto. Voltaria tranquilamente a este resort;

O cafe da manha achei fraco, mais pode-se ir a um supermercado e comprar o breakfast sem problemas e fazer a refeicao no quarto. O atendimento dos funcionarios e otimo. So tivemos problema com um da recepcão que demorou muito para chamar o carrinho de golfe para irmos a outro lugar.

Abbiamo soggiornato Nella suite golf e l’abbiamo trovata davvero bellissima. L’hotel si trova a due passi da Divi Beach offre ogni comfort. Piscina vicino ai campi da golf molto tranquilla immersa in un’oasi di pace. La bellissima spiaggia di Divi a 2 passi dall’hotel con lettini inclusi.

Attese troppo lunghe alla reception sia per una semplice informazione, sia il check-in che il check out(Desk disorganizzato) L’area della piscina principale era come un villaggio turistico stile anni 90, caotica e bar non all’altezza. Mancanza di pulizia nelle camere, ogni tanto una lavata al pavimento sarebbe consigliata. In cucina sarebbe gradita una macchina del caffè.

Tal vez propondría más información sobre beneficios o paseos. A nosotros no nos quedó claro el primer día. Y nos enteramos el último día que podíamos visitar el hotel que está ubicado en la zona de Palm beach y obtener otros beneficios. Pero nada grave.

La atención del personal.

The pool was great, our room was clean, the beach was wonderful and you can’t beat the location. The iguanas were so fun to watch.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was extremely cold and you couldn’t turn up the air conditioning or the floors would get wet and I almost slipped and fell, the room smelled musty, The food was OK.

The Infinity pool and the Jacuzzi. It was very relaxing. Beautiful view.

I asked for 2 rooms next or in the neighbourhood of the other room. The frontdesk told us that it was ok, but when we went looking for the room. One room was on the second floor and the other room was on the 5th floor. Because we had little time we took the rooms, but that was not what was planned.

Es un lugar muy ameno para disfrutar en familia, las instalaciones estan bien completas a nivel de facilidades, es un apartamento en la playa ya que hasta puedes cocinar y lavar tu ropa si lo deseas.

Deberían haber opciones de bebidas para niños en la piscina, variedad de jugos, etc.

Staff and room service was great, rooms super spacious , in excellent condition. We loved rooms beach , golf carts to drop us to close places. Restaurants is good . Overall very good

A shower to wash feet at the beach would be nice so not walking all the way to the room with sand

Solamente tengo para decirte que el sofá cama, las chicas me dijeron que estaba bastante incómodo, por que colchón estaba bastante hundido, y por esa razón le fue bastante molesto dormir allí

Everything! The staff were wonderful, the room was fantastic and everything was beyond great. Loved it!

Las instalaciones

Lo unico que no me gusto es que no tienen ningun baño fuera de las habitaciones con ducha. El check in es muy tarde y el check out muy temprano. Teniamos vuelo a las 18 y dejamos la habitacion a las 10. Nos permitieron quedar en el hotel ,que obviamente lo agradecemos pero no nos pudimos dar una ducha porque no tienen fuera de las habitaciones y nos dijeron que no habia ninguna habitacion libre para prestarnos un rato para darnos una ducha. Eso no esta bueno. Lo demas bien

Divi has convenient beach access with chair service. Rooms are clean and spread out so you don’t feel like you’re on top of your neighbor. Beach Bar has great happy hour specials!

La infraestructura del hotel es buenisima. Las habitaciones que nos tocaron súper modernas y muy cómodas. Tienen de todo, lo que permite que puedas comer en la habitación. Realmente muy cómodas.

El servicio del hotel no es muy bueno. El cartel de “no molestar” se cambia desde afuera de la habitación. Un día fuimos a pasar el día a la playa y al volver no habían hecho la habitación porque alguien (niño o personal del hotel) había cambiado los carteles. Al preguntar nos dijeron que lo máximo que podían hacer era cambiar las toallas. Eran las 4 de la tarde y parece que a esa hora no trabaja nadie. Los mensajes de consulta al hotel nunca los han contestado. Lo otro a mejorar son las almohadas.

The food quality in specialty restaurants was way better than expected. These were real restaurants, not the typical slightly-tweaked versions of buffet fare you usually see at all-inclusive specialty restaurants. Evening restaurant staff were awesome— definitely the A team of F&B. The pools were very pretty. Our unit was plenty spacious, with a private rooftop deck. Resort is in a great location. Housekeeping was on top of cleaning rooms every day.

The service had a combination Dutch-Caribbean attitude. That pretty much sums it up. Reception staff genuinely has not the slightest inclination to accommodate guest requests. We got in a full 24 hours late due to airline delays, and not only would they not check to see if we could stay an extra night (we would have paid for a room), they would not extend our checkout or offer credit for the $500 in all-inclusive upcharge that we didn’t use. The bracelet system hasn’t changed since the 90s. Neither has room security— our patio had the olde removable stainless steel stick wedge as a lock. Elsewhere on the resort, staff were cool/somewhat friendly, but minimally helpful. We were tipping at all meals and still had to get our own coffee refills and bus our tables. Pool towels ran out every day.

I wish they offered more activities especially near the pool, 5or6pm rolls around they shut down the bar and all!

Localização excelente, estrutura do resort é excelente e apartamento muito amplo.

A recepção ou área do Checkin muito barulhenta, sem ar condicionado e funcionarios sem muita cordialidade.

Pretty property right on the beach. Multiple pools and restaurants. Liked that we could use the sister hotels amenities as well. Little shuttles to help get you around to the other resorts if needed. Beach chairs available. Great staff.

The iguana’s were nice to see

Cleaning was not good. Pools were always dirty. Rooms not clean, staff not so polite. I had to show videos of how dirty our rooms were. We had baby lizards in the rooms.

It was not very modernized, needs updated. The furniture is old and the lights need adjusted because we fought with another room to keep the bathroom light off. The room also smelled very musty. Needs updating. I will not book this location my next trip

Staff behavior not professional enough. Not all the staff but I would say the restaurant Seabreeze staff need to be more professional and friendly. Also the front lobby staff, they are kind of not professional enough. Otherwise It was a very nice stay. Room was clean and also the food was good.

We really enjoyed the pool near our room. Very close and quiet and clean with the bar right next to it. The shuttle service or the accommodation of a different shuttle to other resorts was incredible.

Room service would come somewhat early so if you had a late night or expect to have late nights make sure you have the tag on the door to tell them to come later or expect to be woken up. The A/C vent in the bedroom was directly on my face and I found it difficult to set the temperature in the room but it always cold which you need after being outside in Aruba.

El persona en su mayoría. (Excepto el personal de aseo en las habitaciones que fue maravilloso) pero la gente en recepción y en el front desk terrible, grosería, así cómo los de mantenimiento que fueron a casi tumbarnos la puerta a las 10:00 pm para amenazarnos por haber dejado una ventana abierta unos minutos. Muy mal

a Localização é tranquila e tem uma praia linda na frente, o quarto é amplo e completamente equipado, as camas são grandes , tem cozinha, mesmo pegando o studio o apartamento era enorme.

Mooi zwembad, goede restaurants. Ligging is prima, je bent zo op het strand.

Iets verouderde kamers. Geen tochtstrip onder de deur, hierdoor kan het flink spoken in de kamer als het flink waait.

The pool was very nice, and i liked that they drive you to your room in the carts. The location was perfect, right at the beach.

On the first night we had a gas leak in the room (which is very dangerous) and were not able to use the stove for almost 2 days to cook after we bought a whole fridge full of groceries. they didnt even remember to come back the next day and check on us. After we complained they tried to fix it and had us sitting in a room smelling of gas while they repaired it. After it could not be fixed they moved us into another room (which was a downgrade..) then we complained again and were able to get a better room, but the furniture in the room was old and scratched. The rooms were not 100% clean, there was old snot smeerd on the sofa and sand between the chairs and the bottom of the sofa was old and falling apart. The balcony was allways dusty. We had an extra floor above with a jacuzy and it was completely dusty and dirty up there no one would clean it. The floors in the rooms were never really clean after the cleaning lady left. Some of the cleaning staff dont speak english and couldnt understand what we were asking of them and look upset. In the end we only got a complimentary breakfast for 1 day..
