A minha insatisfação foi diretamente em relação a booking. Existe uma incoerência quanto as fotos apresentadas em relação ao quarto e a vista. Misturaram fotos dos apartamentos e deram uma impressão totalmente errônea ao quarto contratado. Se eu não tivesse me indisposto com o hotel, apresentado fotos do quarto que supostamente teria contratado através da booking, minha experiência e custo benefício teriam sido péssimos. Meu quarto era baixo e mal tinha vista do mar, bem diferente do que foi mostrado nas fotos, que fez com que eu investisse um valor muito mais alto.

We have been regulars at Divi Phoenix in Aruba. We love the beautiful beach front and Julio provides us great service setting us up on the beach. He is very friendly and checks on you thought out the day. The service people are friendly and it is an awesome for family friendly location. We will continue to come back to the Divi Phoenix.

My overall experience was great. Now, all daily specials are dine in only. And if you can't finish it, you can't get a take out box. The only place to see this new change is on the monthly activity sheet. So ask for the activity sheet when you check in. Just a heads up

We absolutely love the Divi pheonix. This was our 7th time staying there. We love the private beach area. Julio is amazing. He is there promptly waiting to assist you with finding a palapa and bringing lounge chairs to you. The pools are clean, and the swim up bar is another favorite. Lots of food options as well.

We had an amazing stay at the phoenix. The views are incredible, the food is incredible and the staff is amazing. Sara Monsalve at Pure Beach went above and beyond to serve us incredible breakfast. We thank the staff at the Phoenix and the wonderful people of Aruba!...till next time! Cheers!! Xoxo

I have been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. I have never seen a company that is based in the United States in North Carolina and you can’t get a hold of anyone. The sales people don’t tell you everything about the timeshare which is ridiculous. I take it they just hire anyone to fill the position. I have definitely wasted money on this. My family can’t even take a trip because it’s never available to go when it’s convenient for us. We still travel and pay for the timeshare that we can’t use in Aruba. This is not for families or anyone who works. You are very limited to when you can go. Customer service just directs you to another agent and another. No one wants to take on the problem that customers have. Like I said I been in the industry for awhile. Managers and Owners need to be more present in this company.

We love going to Divi Phoenix. Always a great vacation with my family! We are beach people so that’s where we spend a lot of time. Julio who works at the beach always takes great care of us! He is very funny and kind. We love Julio. We will always go back to the Divi Phoenix

We stayed at the Divi Phoenix resort the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and I believe we had one of the best beaches….. It was easy access to all the hotels and restaurants and water sports.

My beachfront upgrade I paid for doesn’t not mean I get a view of the beach. In their words “It means the building touches the beach”. I got a view of the back of a building. This place is so dated and disgusting. Cock roaches… Photos don’t lie.

I loved it. staff are all amazing. friendly and more then ready to help you with anything you needed or want. pools were amazing and the beach and chairs were always available to use!!! not what I'm accustom to at surf club when you have to go outside at 5am to hold yourself a chair. would totally go back. as well 10 min. walk your in the stip of downtown palm beach for any kind of food you could think of.

The best part was the service by the cafe. Sara Monsalve was kind, caring, and always went out of her way for us! She provided amazing service!! Can’t wait to come back.

Divi Phoenix is located on Palm Beach. The resort staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walk out of your room to the sound of the water at beach or cool off in the large pool. Have been going since 1996, our favorite places to vacation

We waited 4 hours to get in our room and no one seemed to care. We still aren’t in yet but toured the hotel. Dated is an understatement. You walk in and your first sight is a junk store with neon signs that resembles something you’d see in a Boston train station. 4 hours on the patio furniture they call lobby furniture and my legs are asleep. Holiday inn is nicer. I hope it gets better.

Divi Phoenix was one of the nicest resorts I have been too! Aruba is beautiful and Divi was perfect. Modern units. Easy check-in. Delish food at Purebeach restaurant. Immaculately clean resort. Pool and common areas were constantly being cleaned. Staff was friendly!! I highly recommend this resort!!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location at the southern end of Palm Beach, offering a beautiful stretch of beach that feels more peaceful and less crowded than other areas frequented by passers-by. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable, with a functional kitchen that adds great convenience for longer stays. The hotel provides excellent services, and the cleanliness throughout the property is truly impeccable. A wonderful choice for those looking for comfort, tranquility, and a beautiful beachfront setting while still being close to the attractions of Palm Beach.

However if you stay in the Villas be prepared , the showers fail to drain and flood .we were there for 3 weeks stayed in 4 different rooms ,each with the same poor plumbing problem.

My wife and I have stayed at this resort for 20+ wonderful vacations. One of the items that most impresses us are the efforts made to maintain and improve the resort over time. Every year there are additions to help improve the vacation experience, such as upgrades to the facilities, like this year where the wholesale refurbishing of the resort continued with some new tile work in the Towers. We again noticed a lot of new Palapas and new chairs on the beach, and the beach team does a great job of keeping the beach areas free of clutter. We walk each day around the Palm Beach High Rise Hotel Zone and see a lot of on-going construction projects that are LOUD and intrusive, but that is thankfully not the case at the Divi. It’s these little things that help maintain a top-notch resort that often doesn’t happen elsewhere. Pearl, the General Manager for the Resort, is outstanding as evidenced by a well-run resort with a great staff who work hard to make you feel like a welcome valued guest! This year we arrived on a Monday rather than the normal Saturday arrival date, so it was much easier to get checked in, which was simply awesome and when we got to our room, we discovered a very nice welcome gift which is always appreciated. We then went down to the beach area where we were greeted like family by Sandra Mora and Jean Paul Lucky, Julio, Ariel, Ronald, and Michael along with their manager Joel and Andres from Food and Beverage. My wife and I have commented many times that this resort is our home away from home! It’s the staff that makes us feel this way and we can’t wait to return! Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend the Divi Phoenix!

My family and I stayed at the Divi Phoenix resort in Aruba, and I can’t put into word’s What a wonderful vacation we had. Probably one of the best vacations my family ever experienced. The place was beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and pristine. The people were beyond friendly. The staff was unbelievable in making our family vacation a memorable one. The food was excellent at all the restaurants on the property. They were plenty of beach chairs available,plenty of spaces at the pool. Not once did we ever have to struggle finding a place on the beach and we didn’t even have to wake up at the crack of dawn to place towels on our beach chairs. Staff was ready to help you place your chairs wherever you wanted. My son suffers from a severe tree nut and peanut allergy, and wanted to try gelato so badly. The girls who worked at the pure deli not only went above and beyond to make sure when they got a new order of the gelato to scoop out a good amount for my son to enjoy, but they made sure everyone who worked there knew when the shipment came in to set it aside for me to purchase. The fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my son was able to enjoy the gelato without any fear of cross-contamination speaks volumes. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, our experience at the Divi Phoenix was top-notch and unbelievable. My son‘s already asking if we can go back again next year. Thank you everyone at the Divi Phoniex for helping make our family vacation one of the best ones we have had yet!!!

The location was good. Walkable to town

Small beach area. Limited towels. Didn't allow us any additional check out time. Its a total rip off, check in at 4pm & check out at 10am. And, you pay for the whole day.

We checked into our Time Share room at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, located on Palm Beach in Noord on May 9th, this year and checked out on June 6th. While there we enjoyed and cherished every moment of our time. One month seemed too short a time to stay at such a lovely place. The surroundings are always pleasant and beautiful. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the beds large and extremely comfortable. The new Walk-in showers are perfect for everyone , especially the less- than-young folks. The rates are excellent and is a great worth of our investment. Having worked for thirty nine (39) years in the Hospitality Industry, I can attest to the cleanliness of the rooms. I find the amenities to be among the best we have found in any Resort or Hotel. Over the last Fifteen (15) years while staying at Divi Phoenix Resort, the entire staff has been excellent and is comparable to any other Resort or Hotel where I have worked or stayed. I can boldly say that the current General Manager, Pearl Lake is the epitome of an effective leader. She is professional, friendly and relates superbly with the Guest and her Staff. Its beach is probably the best at any resort in Aruba and is perfect for non-swimmers, the elderly and all other types of swimmers. The amenities are second to none and well supplied. The front staff and room attendants are professional and marvelous and should be “tipped well”. Michelle who host the guest Meet-and-Greet, Claudia, and Adriana are among the exceptionally great staff members who makes everyone feel welcome and at home while displaying their professionalism. Various activities are available for everyone. There is daily bingo, water aerobics, a Jacuzzi, full-service spa and a Gym. Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort offer on-site dining, restaurants and bar service featuring beachfront, poolside and takeout service. There is the Pure Ocean, Pure Beach, Wave Shack and Pure Deli where you can enjoy delicious meals etc. Hertz Car Rental service is available on site. There is an Aloe Products Store, Jewelry Store and a Gift Stores on site. The Butterfly Farm is next door and the Bubali Bird Sanctuary is a short distance away. The famous Eagle Beach is a short distance away. Public Aruba Bus service is available from 5:45AM until 11:30PM I would not hesitate to recommend Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a spacious ocean-view studio with a full kitchen, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. Beach palapas are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s worth heading out early if you want one. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the many restaurants, bars, and entertainment at Palm Beach. There’s also great offshore snorkeling if you swim to the right, in front of the second adjacent hotel. The swim-up bar was a nice bonus and made for a relaxing way to spend the day. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The Divi Phoenix Resort never fails me The staff are always so accommodating!! I can’t wait to return to my second home every year I really do feel like I’m going back to my extended family, that’s just how they make you feel🫶🏻 I often travel with my points to other destinations but I would never give up my weeks at the Divi to go anywhere else!

The resort was beautiful and clean. Check in was very easy. Our room was a one bedroom with 2 baths and a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The room was cleaned and bed was made everyday. The service was wonderful! We dined at Purebeach and the Waverunner. Both were delicious! Purebeach had daily specials on Monday, Tues and Weds. The nightlife was very entertaining! Dino, one of the bartenders, was very social with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time! I just wish the concierge was more available. No one was at the desk whenever we walked by. We stopped by the desk one night while someone was there asking about excursions and things to do in the area, and the only response was about signing up for the timeshare presentation and being handed flyers with no additional info. So we did our own homework and found restaurants, shopping and casinos within walking distance. We also looked up Viator and found some great excursions. We visited Sea Glass Island, Atlantis Submarine and Pelican Nest for dinner, they were so good!!

We stayed in the 1 bedroom tower suite with ocean view. The room had 2 balconies & 2 bathrooms. The room is the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We will return next year because we loved this room and location.

Wonderful experience as usual. We have come many times and always are so satisfied with our stay. Our check-in with Samuel was great. He was so helpful and sweet. Julio, Noel and Sandra made every day at the beach a wonderful experience and took such great care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

I am currently staying at this resort. I would give this place a much higher rating if it weren’t for the restaurant staff. We’ve eaten twice at the swim up bar restaurant beside the pool. Both times service was horrible. The first time the waitress seemed bothered that we were there. She was rude, dismissive, and genuinely awful. Anytime we asked for anything, it was like we were asking for her first born child. I don’t think ketchup is such an ask but it was to her. We decided to give it another shot thinking maybe it was just her. Second time around we had a different server. He was pleasant but he was stretched too thin. There were only 3 servers for the whole restaurant. The poor people beside us sat there for 30 minutes without getting drinks served to them. We sat forever just waiting on water. There were time when the floor was completely devoid of any wait staff. It was a ghost town. Well needless to say we won’t go back there. The other restaurant by the smaller pool has much more attentive staff. The times we’ve been there have been good experience. Overall the resort is clean and nice. The pools are nice and the ocean is amazing.

I love the Aruba Divi Phoenix, this was my first time staying at the Divi Phoenix hotel and I will definitely be returning when I plan my next visit to Aruba! Great location, amazing staff and clean rooms and great restaurants and bars on the resort.

Location was great, on beach Atmosphere was pleasant and quiet Room was upgraded which was thoughtful However there's a mold smell maybe due to lack of air circulation One note regarding the girls at the time share desk were a bit rude. I asked one of them in error to check out and it seemed to have been an annoyance to her, after I stepped away she commented to her co worker in an unruly manner.

WOW. I was pleasantly surprised. We used timeshare points to trade so I was not sure what to expect. This place was spectacular! Beachfront, three pools, two hot tubs, restaurant had great food and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Well versed in many languages. Maria said Arubans learn four languages in school! This will DEFINITELY be on my return list of places! We went as a couple, but family friendly

What is not to love! Aruba is truly One Happy Island. Its most precious resource is its people, and Divi Phoenix appears to hire some of the best! Julio greeted us every morning as we sipped our coffee on our patio. His main focus was maintaining and cleaning the pools but what we enjoyed most was his pleasant smile and knowledge of the local area and its four legged inhabitants. My granddaughter enjoyed participating in many of the scheduled kids activities. Bingo is a family favorite. When the bell rings for happy hour, the bartenders double the drinks yet don’t skimp on the service or the charm. Aruba, our favorite destination for a family vacation.

Best resort I’ve been to! The ladies in the deli named Chrisienne, Bethelie and Viviana make you feel even more welcomed! They were amazing, as were the amenities and staff! Beach is amazing, water is amazing and overall it’s a hard resort to top!

Guest - oriented all the time !! Focuses on helping us have a memorable stay

We booked this trip through Expedia.com. When we arrived at the resort we were told that we did not have a reservation. After talking to 3 different people at the front desk we were able to get a room. They upgraded us to a one bedroom king room for the confusion. We had a beautiful view of the water and the pool. The room was clean but it could use some maintenance in some areas but it didn’t really affect our trip. Dino at the swim up pool bar is awesome. He seemed to be the only bartender that was busting his butt to get people served during the one hour happy hour while the others moved like snails. The food at the pool bar was pretty good. We had a nice dinner on the beach and the food was really good. Michelle that was a time share rep was really sweet. We didn’t do the tour but she was really helpful when we arrived and assisted with making us dinner reservations. She invited us to a welcome party that had free drinks and lots of prizes. I won a $25 gift card to the spa. I decided to do the express facial. The price was $65 before the gift card and Stephany was amazing. I highly recommend a stop into the spa. We were only here for 3 nights and have zero regrets. One tip is to bring towel clips for your beach or pool chairs. The wind is really strong and you will definitely be eating a little bit of sand. lol.

Beautiful view/beach, walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores

The night of our Anniversary, which is the whole reason we went to Aruba for a vacation, we had electric and water shut down for 12 hours. My husband had a medical device that we couldn’t charge, the room got hot and not having water in the heat temperature near equator is absolutely insane! We were given 2 water bottles, 1 hand fan, and 1 flashlight with a paper explaining the construction work that hotel decided to do. That ruined our trip and made us absolutely dislike everything about Divi Phoenix, the lady/manager? who was calming people down that we never saw before the incident or after, didn’t offer anything for this HUGE inconvenience. The room was about 560-580$ a day, and half of one of the days without water and electric. We really regretted not staying at Hilton/ Holiday inn that we were choosing between all 3 before booking. Absolutely horrible experience, not to even mention that at check in -our room was dirty and dusty, shower kept leaking every time you would turn water on. And that was a nicer room with king bed and a balcony/ocean view. I would recommend staying at one of the known big company hotels instead of Divi. Level of accommodation and care is not there.

This was our 12th trip to Aruba, always staying at the Divi Resorts with the Divi Phoenix being our favorite. The accommodations, staff, food and beach facilities were once again awesome!

For a laid back (not too,lol) book or definitely buy at Divi Phoenix Aruba. The staff, from front desk to pool and beach attendants and housekeeping are all professional yet give attention to personal needs.

This was our 5th trip to Aruba and the 4th time at Divi Phoenix Beach Resort...We just love the location, beach, pool and all other amenities. We can walk to shopping, dining, casino and stop along the way for a refreshment. The staff is very freindly, esppecialy the guys at the entrance when you leave or come back they always have a smile and like to make sure you are happy. See the view from our room!!

Great place for a nice peaceful vacation

Our stay at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were even surprised with an upgrade to an amazing suite, which made the experience even better. The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The location could not have been more convenient — you can easily walk to all the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches in the area. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we cannot wait to come back again!

We absolutely love it here! Lucky Jean Paul and Sandra at the towel hut are so helpful and pleasant. Joel, Julio and Michael are always wonderful at helping me get our beach chairs and huts. Kimmy and Rizqua at the restaurant Pure Ocean give exceptional service every time we go. I highly recommend this place for all families and couple. I can't forget Kareem and Luis at pure ocean who give exceptional service as well. Thank you to all of you who make our trip so memorable!

Our stay was very pleasant. We found the staff members to be friendly and helpful. Our room was recently renovated and the updates were very nice. The pool and the beach were only steps from our unit.

We had a fantastic stay at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort. The location was exceptional- right next to the palm beach downtown area night life but just down the street so you have some peace and quiet and the beach access was calmer, more tranquil. Our room was freshly updated and beautiful ! The views were amazing every morning. The resort is exceptionally clean, and all of the staff were friendly. The grounds had onsite bbq grills and kitchens in case you wanted to eat a few meals at home, which we did everyday. The pool was super clean and refreshing and the hot tub was hot. There were a few onsight restaurants, which we didn’t utilize but very nice to have. The beach front access was perfect for many days lounging on the beach. We never had any problem getting a palapa and chairs at the beach. Such a fantastic property in Aruba and we will definitely be staying again..

Occasionally the elevator would run slow or go down to one, instead of two but that didn’t really hinder our stay

We brought friends and family back to Divi Phoenix for another lovely vacation. The remodel of the facility has been a big hit (for us). We enjoyed the beach with Julio manning the palapa’s and chairs (go Julio!) and Shaq in Pure Beach, always ready with another Chill or Balashi. We had great housekeeping service from Sylvane Martin who was very attentive and wanted to assist with whatever room needs we had and Adrianne at the concierge desk booked all of our restaurants and activities with a smile and a laugh. Thank you for another fantastic visit.

Everyone at the phoenix is beyond welcoming. Especially bartender Dino, Estrella, and Dani! They all especially make you feel like their own family and is one of the many reasons why we constantly chose the Divi over and over again

Divi Phoenix in Aruba is our home away from home. The staff is so welcoming and warm and friendly. The atmosphere is just FUN and so RELAXING. From the time you step foot on the grounds you feel like you're home, whether it's your first trip or your 50th trip, everyone makes you feel so comfortable. All rooms have an awesome view of the ocean or pools and at night the sunsets are something you've never seen before. All I can say is Great Experiences all around!

My husband and I have been coming to Aruba for 27 years. The staff at Divi Aruba Phoenix are wonderful. From the taxi cab ride to the resort. Our staff at Pure beach restaurant (the whole staff). To the towel stand (Saundra) As well as (Gloria) you ALL make us feel like family! Let's not forget Julio for making sure our Polopas are set up for us every morning!! See you all Soon!

Great location, beautiful beach, clean pools, clean rooms, fantastic staff. Three restaurants on location, PureOcean, PureBeach and WaveShack. Jay is awesome behind the bars. Easy walking distance to the area known as the Strip that has shops & restaurants, Bugaloes restaurant that is on the pier at beach and other beach excursions. Close to Super Foods, if you want to shop for food to cook in your room.

This is such a beautiful place to go. Rooms are exquisite and the staff is amazing. I want to point of 3 very amazing people there. Sandra who is a beautiful soul and an asset to the company and gave me fresh towels daily. Jay Ar at the Bar who is beyond the best with drinks, personality & making you feel very welcomed. Michelle at concierge desk who made reservations for us and was very kind and funny. Best Location as well.

Our vacation at Divi Phoenix was amazing! The staff is outstanding-- kind, attentive, fun-- providing high quality service in every area from towels, beach, and pool, food and drink, concierge and front desk, outstanding housekeeping. The location is perfect-- near one end of Palm Beach with a quiet beachside walk with endless resorts, restaurants, bars, food stands and easy access to the beach and docks. We had a great time and look forward to returning!

My beautiful wife Cheryl and I had an incredible week at the Divi Aruba Phoenix. Just to name a few of the amazing resort staff begins with Julio (Beach & Pool Attendant) who makes everyone feel right at home. Then there is Sandra Mora (Towel Desk Attendant) who is kind, sweet, and very friendly as well as Bethelie Peter (Pure Deli) who always greets you every morning with a smile and friendly hello. Last, but not least is Oscar (Pure Ocean Restaurant Waiter) who was simply a pleasure to meet while we dined with our toes in the sand right on the beach. We just can’t say enough great things about Divi Phoenix Resort itself and the wonderful staff that makes our vacation experience so memorable.

This is our 3rd time here & we just love it! It is so beautiful & everyone is so friendly. A special shout out to Saudra Wora(towel), Sara Monsale, & Jesus Caraballo for making our trip extra nice. They were so pleasant & went above and beyond to assist us. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Resort. You won't be disappointed. Everything you need for your perfect vacation. Staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful and memorable stay. Food was really good. I do have to mention that food, no matter where you purchase it, is expensive. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money on food. Everything on the island is imported. I also appreciated the fact that taxi cabs are regulated. Price is reasonable. We took a cab every where. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is our 3 rd year coming here. The place is beautiful & the people are so nice. A special shout out to our server Sara who was really nice. She would say you happy me hapy. And she meant it. And to our concierge Jesus who helped us with many things: accommodations & trips etc. They made this vacation extra special. We just love it here! Can't wait to come back!

An excellent experience! They get a perfect 10! Especially the housekeeper Carina Prieto. She even cleaned the dished off of the counter and ran the dishwasher on Tuesday.

Sandra Mora at the towel hut always has a smile and kind word each day I see her. She shows pride in serving guest and is always helpful. I look forward to seeing Sandra on each visit to the resort. She always has a hug for me and a true gift to her guest and to the resort.

All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shout out to the housekeeeping staff who always bob the extra mile including their supervisor. Front desk and concierge teams are great too. I want to acknowledge Sandra at the towel hut who always makes us feel like family when we visit annually. She always has a smile and warm greeting for all. She is an excellent ambassador for The DIVI Phoenix Beach Resort!!

My wife and I have been at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach resort a few times and the experience has always been fantastic. The Phoenix provides an ideal balance of beach relaxation, very good dining and excellent service from all the friendly staff. The rooms were very clean, large, quiet, comfortable and included modern furnishings. The Phoenix resort is also very well situated on the island so that local stores, entertainment and sites are within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Aruba is one happy island and the guests staying at the Phoenix resort are even happier!

The service was great everyone becomes your friend. Every morning grabbing towels from Saudra Mora makes your smile ask how you are so love it here

Amazing experience never want to say anywhere else

We come to Divi Phoenix most every year as we are Platinum Members. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place as it’s “boutique-y” and not like the ‘compounds’ in the high rise area. Every morning I am greeted with the nicest beach attendant, Julio, who has been there for years and always remembers us.😊 He gets the beach chairs for you and is always helpful. The other attendants are also so helpful. There was more seaweed this year but they cleaned it up every morning. First time we’ve ever seen seaweed here, TBH. The other resort folks keep the place looking really nice too. We look forward to this trip every year!

We have been visiting Divi Phoenix for many, many years. It feels like home when we visit Aruba. The staff, especially Sandra Mora at the Towel Shack & Julio with the Beach/Chair crew, are friendly & helpful. Our unit is near the Towel shack so we visit with them daily. We try to stop and say hi whenever we are in Aruba if we are not staying there. We have another unit at a different resort and they do not have the same level of employee helpfulness that we find at Divi. Home away from home. We love it there.

We go every year with a group of friends who all love it there. When going to Aruba, Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is the place to go!

Wonderful stay at the Divi Phoenix. Beach is beautiful and Julio made it extra special every day with his attention to detail and making sure I had my chairs and palapa when he saw me. Can’t wait until my next visit.

Rooms smelled like mold or mildew. We changed rooms and the new room was the same.

Been going to the Divi Pheonix for 5 years now. Love the resort and all it has to offer. The beach, the pools, hot tubs, the restaurants, and the daily activities they offer for the guest, are the reasons we keep coming back. The rooms have all been renovated and are spacious, clean and accommodating. It's not as busy and loud as some of the other hotels in the high rise area. The staff are all so very friendly and welcoming and helpful. We would like to give an extra special shoutout to some of the staff that we have had the opportunity to work with; Rubert, Lisa, Jay, Milton, Jesus, Adrianna, Julio, Saundra and Terrance.

The Divi could be well above average but front management just won’t let it. I booked four rooms and couldn’t even get an 11:00 AM check out. I understand the room is booked and I understand island time that no one is in a hurry, but every other hotel in the world has 11:00 AM checkout . The two rooms that could get a noon checkout were charged $100 each. Things must be tight for Divi. I’m sure there will be multiple excuses.

Love love the divi!! Have been 3 times and gets better everytime, Sandra at the towel stand is the sweetest most amazing person and we also love the bartender RJ!! Will be back soon!!! 10/10 recommend

Perfection a/k/a Divi Phoenix Beach Resort. Everything associated with our recent two week stay was simply perfect. The staff assembled there was always on top of their game. Check in was without a hiccup…when line got a little backed up even the Rooms Division Manager (Hansel Pineda) jumped behind the counter to help out. No job is too low for managers to lend a hand. A fantastic addition is the ability for Divi to notify guests their rooms are ready via iPhone text message and /or email (goodbye to those antiquated beepers that rarely worked!). Speaking of rooms … housekeeping continues to do a great job with its cleaning and getting the room ready for occupancy. Even as we were getting ready to move in Chido Geerman, Director Of Housekeeping, stopped in for a final check. Management leaves no stone unturned. A great addition to the Divi team is Jaydien Geerman to the Activities Department. She is energetic, well spoken and extremely affable. Loved watching her positive interaction with Divi guests. The beach is pristine … the team is the most dedicated I’ve seen at any resort. Never have I seen anywhere a supervisor do the manual stuff like putting the chairs and lounges out except at Divi Phoenix — Joel Altuve Fossi was always there to help his team. And speaking of team … Ariel Ramirez and Julio Caesar Rodriguez continue to always assist guests. They’re two of the best! On the poolside newcomer Leo Aguado Machin is a very welcome addition…he couldn’t do enough! Can’t go on the beach without a towel or two and veteran towel hut attendant Sandra Mora and Jean Paul Lucky have new towels ready for use as soon as you approach. They are always ready with a genuine smile. Wave Shack has proven to be a great addition. Food, whether a hamburger or pizza, is great and you’re ably served when Daniel is there and Andres Navarro Tapias, a most pleasant guy who always offers a great ear-to-ear smile and a sincere greeting. PureBeach has really upped its food game! One thing that’s stayed extremely steady is the table service by Rizqua Salie. Not only is Rizqua very efficient but also charming and enchanting. Overall … if I owned Divi Phoenix Beach Resort I would keep everything and everybody status quo! A great visit.

This is our third time staying here and it gets better every time. The renovations are incredible. Having a kitchen net is very helpful. think it's the most beautiful part of the island. Not far from the heart of everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The staff is incredible. We love the folks at the towel station (thank you Sandra!), The deli, the front desk, concierge… Everywhere. The staff is so friendly and kind. This is our paradise Our favorite place on earth.

It’s already too crowded so go somewhere else.

From the moment we arrived at the Divi Phoenix Resort, our experience was nothing short of excellent. We were traveling with a friend who has mobility challenges and uses a scooter, so accessibility was a top priority for us. The front desk team immediately put us at ease—they were able to accommodate our request for ground‑floor rooms and even placed us close together in the villas, which made everything so much easier. My friend was thrilled with how effortless it was to get around the resort. The pathways, layout, and overall accessibility truly made a difference in his comfort and enjoyment. A special thank‑you goes to Joel Fossi, who went above and beyond for us. He arranged a perfect spot on the beach where my friend could drive his scooter right onto the sand in the accessible area. This thoughtful gesture allowed him to fully enjoy the beach experience, something that isn’t always possible at other resorts. We were incredibly grateful for Joel’s kindness, attention, and genuine care. Overall, our stay was relaxing, accommodating, and memorable. We would highly recommend the Divi Phoenix Resort—especially for anyone needing accessible options—because the staff truly understands how to make every guest feel welcome.

The property was lovely. Very friendly staff. We were 6 adults staying in a 2 bedroom penthouse. The bedrooms were lovely but the pullout couch was not so comfortable. Although there was a coffeemaker and a washing machine there was no coffee or detergent. I left a pair of sandals in the room but housekeeping didn’t find them! somebody has a nice pair of shoes!! Food st the restaurant was very good and the service was very good.

It's not like a vacation, it's like going home to paradise. Facilities are first class. The beach is awesome. The staff from the general manager to the housekeeping staff works like their only concern is your comfort and enjoyment.

The beach attendants Such as Joel and Julio are so helpful and caring in everyday ! They helped me and others with consistent care making our beach experience truly pleasant . Also Sandra and other towel beach attendants were always helpful and daily gave us fresh and often warm beach towels. Thank you all for your consistent Caring and welcome attitude. Dyhanna

Perfect spot at tge south end if Palm Beach.

The Divi Phoenix is a great location with plenty to do within walking distance. Clean resort that has gone through a recent renovations. The staff is extremely friendly, three on site restaurants, two pools, beach huts, exercise facility, and location, location, location. You won't be disappointed with this resort. We have been going to this resort for years.

My husband and I have been to Aruba several times and always stayed on Eagle Beach. This year we stayed at the Divi Phoenix on Palm Beach and it was our favorite place so far! We will definitely return!!

Great resort. what more can you ask for right on beach.....great pool. great views palm trees. Nice staff. need to get rid of those white seats in pool though very uncomfortable. only complaint....otherwise love it.

We stayed at The DIVI PHOENIX Sruba

Been going to Divi about 10 years now (mostly at the Phoenix)...wonderful service/support staff, food/drinks at resort were excellent and reasonably priced, room was very clean and quiet, beach and pools were clean with plenty of chairs/lounges. Overall : excellent experience

I joined the Divi Vacation Club last year and this was my first visit to the resort. Everything and everyone was better than I had hoped. The resort finished a major renovation last year and it is stunning and will surely stay that way because of the amazing staff. Everywhere I looked, staff members were working to keep the resort clean, beautiful and functioning like a well-oiled machine. But it is the warmth of the staff that makes the Phoenix so memorable. We were checked in at the Concierge desk by Valerie, who greeted us warmly and answered all of our initial questions easily. The pool and beach attendants, Joel, Julio and Ariel are gentlemen and goodwill ambassadors on the beach. Getting everyone set up at their palapas each morning is an arduous task, but they do it easily with many smiles, both from them and from the guests. The staff at Pure Deli, Pure Beach and Pure Ocean are top-notch. We were greeted with big smiles daily. They made a point of learning our names and our eating and drinking habits quickly, anticipating our requests. We looked forward to sharing our breakfast time with Sara, Yesseline, Cherie, Ben, Ash, and Shaq. Our bartenders Roberto, Daniel, Gio, Julie, Andres and Sandra kept us happy too. Maybe too happy? Lol. Karim and Rod treated us royally at Pure Ocean and Gino prepared delicious food at The Wave. I don’t know the names of the behind-the-scenes kitchen staff, but their food preparation was exemplary. We found ourselves eating quite a few of our meals at the resort for that reason. Last but not least, Lillian took care of our room daily. It was always spotless and inviting. I was thoroughly pleased with this first of what will be many visits at the Phoenix.

This is the second year in a row we vacationed at the Divi Phoenix. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff is. I’d like to mention two in particular- first, Sandra at the beach towel hut. She is so warm and friendly and always greets you with a warm hello and big smile each and every day! I love that she called me Mama!!! The second was Ronald, who is the head bartender. The bar staff is top notch and they kept the delicious drinks flowing!!! The location of the Divi is close to a vast array of restaurants and shops so you can get your steps in by taking the short walks. Rooms are spacious and clean. The weather is always beautiful…it really is like paradise!

The one thing my husband and I love about Divi Aruba Phoenix is the staff we have gotten to know over the years. If you need anything around the resort, be sure you get to know Joel, Julio, Sandra, Jean Claude and Ariel, they are all wonderful and kind.
