Très bien placé. Proximité des commerces et restaurants Plage super La chambre , la literie ❤️

La plage calme et l’espace transat. Les cocktails sont bons et la carte intéressante.

Pas de service de plage. Personnel qui semble un peu aigri, a part quelques uns. Literie sale dès notre arrivée, nous avons du remplacer les draps nous même. Même après signalement, ils nous ont simplement déposé un sac de draps propres devant la porte, peut mieux faire ! Service en chambre compliqué. Impossible de joindre le restaurant pour passer commande d’un petit déjeuner. Un peu bruyant certains soirs/nuits par rapport a la proximité avec la route (motos…) et une zone bien animée. Strict sur l’heure de départ.

The staff was wonderful, the location was ideal with everything nearby, and the atmosphere around the pool was very pleasant, my family and I would like to thank the entire Hilton team for making our stay memorable.

I absolutely loved our room. Big, spacious, lovely view, everything was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It is very close to many restaurants.

We have come to this resort twice. This time we purchased (3) 2 bedroom units and gave this trip to our adult children. We had a fabulous vacation. We loved everything about this resort.

Conforto, apartamentos equipados, praticidade no dia a dia, logística da localização. A comida do restaurante também é boa e no mesmo preço dos estabelecimentos de fora.

Não tenho o que ressalvar nesse sentido.

Het hotel had een hele mooie ligging. Mooi uitzicht hadden we het was lekker dichtbij het strand. Veel restaurants en clubs als je daar behoeften aan heb. Veder was het personeel heel aardig. Ze hielden rekening met onze wensen.

Het enige wat jammer is dat het eten niet goed beviel. De cocktails waren ook niet van top niveau. Het internet viel telkens weg dat was ook bij het tv kijken. En bij het strand heb je geen bhv'ers of strandwacht. Dat was jammer want er was helaas een ongeluk gebeurt op het strand een van de dagen op mijn vakantie.

Loud music from Nowhere Special eatery/pub on street side until 3/4am.

Near bars noise at night mostly from front bedroom, rear surprisingly quiet. Some waitstaff rude at breakfast. Ordered a Greek salad and it was mostly lettuce, a couple green olives, onions and cherry tomatoes. No feta. When asked about feta, waitstaff said it doesn’t have cheese to bartender. Then provided with a container of feta. Food there definitely not great.

No hot tub, pool size for the number of guest is to small. Poor TV reception People would reserve chairs at pool as early as 7:30am, but wouldn't come down to the pool until late morning. Supposedly the staff was suppose to monitor this behavior but I never saw anyone enforcing the 2 hour policy of vacant chairs. monitoring this as they

Great location in the heart of Simpson Bay great facilities. We had a nice room facing the ocean.

The staff, they just don’t seem to care

The staff were both professional and friendly, doing a great job accommodating my dad and I. The two bedroom suite was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning balcony view of the beach. It was a pleasure both during the day and nighttime.

There weren't much I did not like about the resort. The suite was comfortable, the staff were pleasure to interact with, the beach was lovely and the meals were good. I appreciated the location because there were so many alternative restaurants nearby to choice from as well. The only suggestion I would offer is having weekly documentation of activities on site when customers check in. My dad likes Aqua Aerobics and I would have liked to know in advance the days and times he could have participated. Unfortunately, we only knew of the activities when we were going to breakfast and saw it in action.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s in close proximity to everything really. Restaurants, casinos, grocery store, bars are all very close. Beautiful beach with lots of umbrellas, beach chairs etc.. Rooms are well laid out with great views of Simpson Bay. BBQs on site if you want cook outside.. One downside of this hotel, Cabana ( the only restaurant on site) is not very good. I don’t recommend it. Good news is there are piles of great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. If you’re sleeping in the back room of your condo, late night noise from the bar “Nowhere Special” can be quite loud… Doesn’t personally bother me but I totally understand why people complain about it. I found all the staff quite friendly and accommodating. The system for exchanging towels is a little ridiculous at times.. Sometimes the guy is sleeping in the towel shack. Sometimes nobody is there.. Other times people are keeping track of returns when other days they’re not.. Overall, I recommend this hotel and I plan on returning myself in the future..

We went as a family with 3 adult children,first holiday together in 29 years.We stayed in 2 bed apartment with our timeshare. This was very well appointed,kitchen with lots of cupboards containing everything you could need. Both bedrooms had large queen size beds,very comfortable and large walkin showers .One of my sons slept on couch in lounge.All his bedding was kept in one of large cupboards out of way.Dining table inside as well as on balcony.All rooms have view of sea which is really nice.You can watch the huge motor yachts come in next to hotel up the intercoastal through to harbour behind. There are not much of gardens but hotel is right on beach.Plenty of sunbeds and new umbrellas recently purchased.Sandy beach to the left where you can walk around bayTo the right towards intercoastal is a small bay made from breakwater.It has more stones and shoes make it easier to enter but if you like snorkeling it was great around the rocks.We paid for an all day trip and saw hardly anyfish where here there were many. Shopping ,there is a large well stocked supermarket 5 min walk,small shop at hotel or if you have a car visit Carrefour which was much cheaper There are many bars and restaurants in walking distance The Palms up the rd was our favourite.The hotel restaurant was ok.We had one meal which was very good another not so.The 3 men ordered a fish soup main course and it came in a small bowl the size for a starter ! In total there were 6 out of 9 mussels that had not opened.The waitress was not around ,there was only one other couple dining that evening ,when she came to collect plates we said about the mussels and was quite nasty and just said we should have complained before.Well we would have if she was around or asked how it was ! My chicken dish was very nice as was soup just not enough of it and a chef that served closed mussels ? !! Burgers at lunch were good but expensive .Drinks expensive compared to other bars. We found the staff were either really nice or very rude as above.Another older lady serving in restaurant at lunch time was lovely. All reception staff were friendly and helpful especially Santa. The guys doing the towels also not good while the guy doing sunbeds very friendly,again he was older.I think the attutude comes from the younger members Worst staff member encountered ,young lady with massive eyelashes serving in the bar.She never smiles ever, where as young man was ok.One afternoon at swim up bar she took my cup when it had a 3rd of white wine left in it.Bearing in mind how expensive it is ,I said you have taken my drink which I have not finished.She just looked at me and said nothing.She then sat there staring at me with a scowl for ages.When the guy came back,I was quite upset and said what had happened.He immeadiatley asked if I wanted another drink and apologised as she should have. I said to him to look at her face because she was still staring at me with with loathing ! Never had any person anywhere behave like this She definatley should not be working front of house! Yes there is a problem with the bar opposite and very loud music that does not stop till 1.30am but we did not mind as we were up too.I can see if you were older this may not be the place for you.Ask to be at other end of hotel away from it as we did and it is not that evident when inside. Some people complain about lack of cleaning ,there were 5 of us and I was quite happy.We stayed 14 nights and they only cleaned once and replaced bedding.I asked for some clean sheets for my son on sofa and they brought straight away.I think system is ok as they were very good on front desk as you ask them to empty bins etc it was done quickly.There is a brush and dustpan which we used daily. As we were doing this stuff ourselves I do think the service fees per night are rather steep ! All in all I would recomend this hotel and would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the attitude of a few staff.

Nice hotel but DO NOT go there if you want to sleep. There is a night club across the street where the band and DJ are mostly outside and they blast music at maximum volume from 9pm until 3:30am every night. When you are in your room, it actually feels like you are in the night club.

Loved the staff and would have loved the location if the noise from the bar across the street wasn't so loud.

This review is based on customer support for a canceled flight situation on January 3rd, due to closed air space issued by the US federal government. We were due to arrive Jan 3rd, 2026 for a stay until Jan 10th. Due to closed airspace on Jan 3rd, we were issued a flight with a connection that would arrive on the island on Jan 7th. Due to limited vacation time and zero flexibility in our travel days, we opted to not make the trip. I called the Hilton Owner Services on Saturday and Sunday with no assistance since owner services is not available on weekends. Monday, no additional customer service was provided. Their response was too bad, so sad. I did not request a refund. I requested credit for the nights or even partial credit, but they did not give us any refund, credit, or partial credit. This left a sour taste in my mouth for considering a future stay.

Love the location, food and staff but couldn't sleep because of the music from Nowhere Special blasting continuously until early morning every night!!!!!

My wife and I are enjoying this lovely resort in active Simpson Bay, within minutes of both Philipsburg (Dutchside capital) and Marigot (Frenchside capital). We appreciated Jessica’s assistance in honoring our room request so we immediately felt at home as soon as we checked in. Most of the rooms are 2 bedroom suites and are fully equipped with everything one needs. We spend a lot of our time exploring and enjoying the island, and this resort is a perfect base from which to do so. Many thanks to Jessica and her team for being so welcoming and helpful! We will be back! Richard

Since the Hilton took over things are not as hospitable as far as the space on the beach (added many more umbrellas packing in too many, too close together). Happy hour is expensive. There are other bars close by more than 50% cheaper. The other bars/restaurants play insanely loud dj and live band music. Your windows will vibrate and you won’t have a quiet sleep. We need to find somewhere else for the future.

I loved the service at the restaurant and the menu's are amazing. The rooms are always so clean and welcoming. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Luide muziek uit een andere lokatie aan welfare road. Doordat wij 2 slaapkamers hadden, was het voor ons mogelijk om de slaapkamer aan zee te kiezen. Hier hadden wij geen geluidsoverlast

i came to the island for a relaxing time with family. what i got was a nightmare. the facility itself is nice but the noise at night was awful. there was a bar across the street with live music every night past 2 am. the music was just like it was in my room so there was no sleeping before 3 am. when you need to be up to do activities the next day it’s really hard to enjoy anything when you are sleep deprived. i would never stay at this facility again. i called management each night several times and asked if there was anything they could do. each time they said they would send security over to ask them to turn it down. nothing changed. if you want to sleep during your trip don’t stay here

My stay was too short

Great stay at the Royal Palm. Rooms were a good size, clean and had a fantastic view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also a good location with lots to do nearby. However I still recommend renting a car and exploring other parts of the island. Parking was really easy at the resort. They also have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathrooms which was good as I ran out of room in my liquids bag.

Nothing but good things to say location staff gounds all excellent. beautiful view from our 5th floor room. We'll definitely be going back in the near future.

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We were very excited with the closeness to restaurants and nightlife. The service was exceptional and the room itself was beautiful. My only issue was then when I had booked the room as we are HGV members with points the hotel had no record of this and made us pay for our stay again even though they had already taken our points. We had paid for our stay months in advance. After contacting customer service and showing them our receipts we have yet to receive a refund for the additional payment. Another issue I had with my stay is that while the balcony and view was beautiful the birds had taken over and it was uninhabitable with all of the bird poop. Overall my stay was good and I would probably stay again but I don’t recommend attempting to pay with points in advance.

This is my third time staying at this resort and have enjoyed in trip. The rooms are up to date and well maintained . The staff is responsive and proactive in assisting the guest.

We had the best vacation ever! The facility was beautiful, safe, and convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were very close to the airport which was extremely convenient. We could walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. I would not hesitate to come back to this resort! My friend even bought into the vacation club, so we're looking forward to more quality travel with Hilton.

Restaurants are nearby. Hotel is very nice and the room was very nice and comfortable. Upon arrival and departure, the receptionists were very cordial and helpful. I will definitely stay at this place again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice resort located along the strip on the Dutch side. The property is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Although housekeeping isn’t provided unless you’re staying 5+ days, the staff was quick to deliver towels and any other necessities when requested. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator access. If you’re on the west side of the building (near the BBQ restaurant), the ground-floor elevator is reserved for staff only. This meant carrying luggage and groceries up and down the stairs to the second floor (stairs are very steep) or taking a longer walk to the available elevator. Additionally, the walk from the lobby to the far west side of the building is quite long.
