J’ai apprécié la localisation du lieu, beaucoup de choses à faire tout près.

The bathroom was decent.

Room had only one lamp with no working light bulb. The kitchenette was 👎 . The room felt like a school dorm.

The staff was very pleasant. They made our stay comfortable.

The staff was friendly, I can't remember her name .. she was doing housekeeping, plus the supervisor at the front desk... Very respectful lady. The room was ok ...

The bathroom needs cleaning a little better... The hot tube upstairs doesn't work . It needs cleaning. The water made my skin itch me and my friends

The lowkey vibe and set up, I enjoyed the lounge table outside the market garden, I enjoyed the fact that there was a store that you could get almost anything.

My fridge wasn’t working. It had a bunch of ice in it that defrosted and was leaking and it wasn’t refrigerating my items

Elevator a bit scary as you think it might break down at any time. Got a room with bfast included from the store's buffet which was ok but at 7:30am not much was available at all and voucher did not include any beverages (coffee - juice)

Strangest breakfast ever. You get some coupons for 10usd for breakfast. You need to go to supermarket to buy some prepared food. No milk, cofee...And you can eat it in the room, small hall near supermarket entrance or wherever... They said they will prepare sofa bed for third person sleeping. Sure they didn t. I had to go twice to reception to get everythiing I need, waited there some time and finally did it myself. Room cleaning, I m not sure it exists..we never saw anyone do that. Receptionist..looked like it s hard for her to help me with anything.. Only the room is really ok.

The hotel is well located and just above a supermarket that has about everything, but is quite expensive. There are a lot of food options just around the corner. The parking offered is good.

My room smelled very strong of cleaning products (Clorox), so much it really bothered me. Also the furniture has definitely seen better times. All in all the room felt a bit run down, compared to when I stayed there a few years back after they had just opened. Also, 2 days in a row housekeeping didn't clean my room and on the 3rd only after I complained about this. No explanation offered. It seemed sub-par to me. Also the water in the shower would sometimes be lukewarm and sometimes not even that.

The breakfast was tasty, a wide assortment of choices and the location downstairs the hotel was very convenient.

The front desk staff could have been more flexible in accommodating us prior to the official 1500 hours check-in official time.

It was in close proximity to the airport. Staff was professional and very welcoming. Room was clean.

Tarif très cher pas vraiment justifié par rapport à d'autres locations déjà trouvées sur cette zone Il y avait des photos d'une salle de sport sur l'annonce mais il n'y en a pas, juste quelques trucs comme les parcours santé que l'on trouve en pleine ville sur la terrasse, donc en plein soleil ou en pleine pluie... Et il n'y a pas de piscine non plus mais un grand jacuzzi Si vous avez une chambre à l'arrière du batiemnt, vous ne dormirez pas, le mur est rempli de clims qui tournent H24....

The location was excellent and conveniently situated near popular hotspots, including restaurants and nightclubs. It was easily accessible by rental vehicle and public transportation. The area was quiet, and there was a supermarket located downstairs with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room included the basic amenities, such as a stove and microwave.

While the room matched what was advertised online, the walls and furniture surfaces were somewhat dusty. The bedsheets and bathroom towels also had a few stains. Additionally, the lighting in the room could be improved, although this was not a major deal breaker.

I liked the location and the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were nice as well. This is a place if you just want to rest your head. So on both days weren't to different island so it worked out that we were barely there. We moved to a different resort and the experience there was 10/10.

The staff was not inviting of engaging at all. They checked us in and out but that was about it. We asked if we could leave our bags on the facility after checkout. They said yes and assured someone will be there with the luggage all day since they stored it behind the open front desk. My friend and I came back around 7pm . No one was at the front desk. If you're not going to be there with the luggage don't say you will. We couldve found a better alternative. I would not book here again personally. But again, if you just need a place to sleep. It is fine.

The staff were great, especially the security guard downstairs. He was fun and very helpful.

No hot water or plug in the kitchen, which made doing the dishes difficult. Some smaller pillows would have been good.

Not enough lightening in the rooms. Hot water took too long to come.

Location was excellent. 1 min walk from the beach, many restaurants and bars in walking distance, large supermarket downstairs the hotel. Room was very spacious, bathroom was large, full kitchenette. All very clean. The rooftop area with hot tub and lounge area was very nice.

Wifi did not work well - it seems like there was a limit on how many people could be on the network at once, because some of our group could connect and others could not, until someone disconnected their wifi. Our group had 6 rooms and stayed 3 nights. My room was only cleaned 1 of the days and 2 rooms were never cleaned and they had to ask for towels to be changed. The hot water had to be on in a few of the rooms for over 10 mins to actually get hot. We should have been advised of this at the start. The hotel made a mistake and charged my card for two rooms and could not refund it.

C est une honte de commercialiser ces chambres à un tel prix . Normalement la chambre est à 120 euros nous avons payé plus de 300 . Ça ne ressemble en rien aux photos c’est délabré et pas propre .

Publicité mensongère. La chambre devait à un King bed mais c’était un queen. Trop petit. On m a vendu le petit déjeuner compris. Alors on m’a donné un voucher pour aller au supermarché du Rez de chaussée se servir sur un buffet de mauvaise qualité. De plus tous les beverages et fruits ne sont pas inclus. Le café est payant. Super pour un petit déjeuner La nuit là la rue est très bruyante en raison des motos qui font volontairement du bruit de course.

La propreté de la suite et le confort du lit. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel.

Rien de particulier, tout s’est très bien passé pendant mon séjour.

Dans l’ensemble, la chambre était propre. L’endroit bien situé par rapport à la disponibilité des restaurants. Cependant, Il y avait dans les derniers étages de l’hôtel des chambres avec une bien plus belle vue, une petite piscine, un bain tourbillon, des chaises longues, des équipements d’exercice, mais on ne nous a pas informés de l’existence de ces choses lors de notre inscription à l’hôtel à notre arrivée. Dommage!! On a du faire changer nos oreillers qui avaient plutôt l’air de gros coussins de plus de 8 pouces de haut pour d’autres « oreillers » de 16po X 16 po et 4 pouces d’épais. Bizarre!

Lots de notre réservation, on s’était informé s’il y avait un transport de l’hôtel au port pour prendre notre croisière le jeudi suivant. On nous a répondu que oui, il y avait un transport disponible et qu’en plus il était gratuit! La réceptionniste nous a plutôt dit que ce service n’existait pas et que l’on devait prendre un taxi au coût d’environ 35US$. J’ai écrit à booking.com en incluant l’e-mail qui nous confirmait notre transport gratuit. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de booking.com mais l’hôtel a eu une note confirmant que nous n’avions pas de transport gratuit…. Allez voir les échanges entre nous et l’hôtel Commodore ainsi que Booking .com en relation avec la réservation # CS20008294834. Très décevant…. De plus nous avions pris une réservation avec déjeuner compris. On nous a remis en arrivant 4 coupons de 10$ valable à un buffet dans l’épicerie située au premier étage de l’hôtel. Un buffet absolument pas appétissant sans café. Totalement inacceptable (voir photos ci-dessous) au point où je leur ai remis leurs coupons au départ et leur ai demandé qu’on me rembourse le prix de ces coupons. The jacuzzis / pool. Having a fridge in the room to keep food fresh. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Good location in Simpson Bay near restaurants, shops, the beach, bus stop with regular services to the Airport / Philipsburg / Mullet Bay. Good access to the Aqua Mania tour boats at the nearby resort.

The hotel changed my reservation by +1 day later, the day before I was due to arrive, causing a major panic and some very expensive phone calls. This took 15hrs for them to acknowledge and correct, after Booking dot com and Best Western became involved. Best Western required me to put down another $400 to get a booking in place to cover the missing arrival night, but as payment is on check-in this was not required after they fixed the mistake, and was not charged for. Rooms are only cleaned every other day, or daily as a special request - this is not a cheap property! My room wasn't cleaned on the second day either. On the third day, following a special request, the room was cleaned and towels changed, but the bed was left stripped and not remade and reception had to sort it out. Noisy bathroom extractor fan that can't be switched off. Leaking toilet cistern, that refilled itself throughout the first night, but the staff managed to fix this the next day. Safe didn't work as there were no batteries and they didn't fix this despite it being reported. Freezer box needed defrosting, and ice had to be scraped back to close the fridge door. They charge £11 ($15) for a buffet breakfast. This consists of a $10 voucher for the buffet in the supermarket downstairs. There is a very limited range of local food, no shelf pricing (by weight at the checkout, pay extra if you take too much) and no drinks at all are included. It is advertised starting at 7am, but some items like fruit only appeared at around 7.45am. Most people seem to pay for the Double Dutch Cafe - another concession in the same store - but that's nothing to do with the hotel breakfast offer. There isn't the advertised fitness room / fitness centre, but there are a few bodyweight machines outdoors by the pool. There is also no airport shuttle despite this being advertised.

Excellent location - there is a big supermarket downstairs, there are many bars and restaurants around, and a nice beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. The price per night is quite reasonable for Sint Marteen standards.

There was a bad essence of humidity all over the room. The bedsheets were seemed to be previously used and not fresh and clean. And the reception staff impolite. I don’t recommend!!!

Highly recommended

Easy access to the airport and the restaurants in the area. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure. My only problem was that the light from outside (the back of the hotel) was coming in from the top of the curtains. I cannot sleep in a bright room. Otherwise to that, the room was to my liking.

Great Location

I’d like to start this review by saying Ariel, the receptionist is amazing. Kind, welcoming and helpful. I booked my stay as a result of my flight cancellation. Hurricane Erin was within the vicinity and no flights were leaving. Commodore Suites is close to the airport, located above a well stocked grocery and all the popular restaurants. It is not a fancy hotel but provided what I needed in the circumstances.

The only bright spot about this hotel was Ashella. She was very kind and considerated. Hotel has no kitchen, room service and it was so outdated. Find some where else to stay.

Its an okay location.
