Location is perfect. You are pretty close to good food spots and night life.

We checked out on a Saturday. The check out time on Saturday is 10am. So if you are doing 1 day like we did, you would have checked in at 4pm... to check out very early the next day.

Easily accessed, a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was alright.

Il est inadmissible qu'aucun personnel ne parle le français. Quand on reçoit des touristes il est exigé de parler d'autres langues étrangères (dans mon cas le français). Il faut y remédier vite.

The only staff member who was friendly and helpful was named Dawn. The rest of the staff barely acknowledged you. I arrived at the airport with my parents around 1 pm, knowing Check-in was 4 pm. However, before we could even say a word, we were greeted with a "You are too early. Check-in is at 4 pm." We did not even get a "Hello and welcome" before you were too early, it was stated. My father is an amputee and wasn't even offered a seat. They just wanted us out of the lobby. All we wanted to do was to store our luggage and come back at 4 pm. When we did get our rooms, my room was still dirty, and my parents did not have a working air conditioner in the living room. They were responsive, but having two rooms in the same party having issues right away was concerning. The staff all seemed like they couldn't be bothered, except Dawn. It didn't get much better.

The location of the property was excellent. The hotel is very close to restaurants, bars, cafes and even a cinema. If you’re able to walk you pretty much can do so to these places. Every place I went to took about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The property is very clean and there’s a pool and beach as well. If I am to return to SXM I’ll definitely stay at atrium again.

The WiFi connection could have been better. Especially with the tv. Stuff would play from my laptop but the tv would buff every 5 minutes. One of their elevators was down. They mentioned it to me prior to arriving so I’m not going to bash them for it however they need to speed up the process in getting it fixed. Nonetheless my overall experience with atrium was very good.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la suite et la discrétion du personnel. Par ailleurs les facilités de parking sécurisé sont un avantage certain dans la zone ou ce n'est pas facile.

Le seul inconvénient dont nous avons fait part à l'enquête diligentée par l'établissement est le bruit provenant de clients peu soucieux de la tranquillité des autres occupants de l'hôtel.

The resort spa was very dated. Needed. Pack of Advil for a headache around 9pm. The front desk inform that The vending machine was down. There was no hot water 7/16 at 10pm. The front desk was closed.

Beautiful view, easy access to beach, restaurant, bar & sunning pool right there. Close to grocery however, grocer takes advantage of tourists. Very clean hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean & friendly casino around the corner. Fantastic Indian resto across the street, three minute walk to Skip Jack's & Astro restos. Excellent food at both. Will definitely be returning.

Needs maintenance/uplifting wall paint tackie grout on floor tiles are dirty ned cleaning. Room service can to room while we were out .I spread bed 🛌 cause I don't like untidy bed maids didn't empty trash cans.Great location 👍 The Carty's.

The hotel is well located just off the main road, Welfare Road, in Simpson Bay. It is directly opposite and adjacent to several restaurants, so you don't have to cook unless you want to. If you do opt to cook, the room is well provisioned with a large stove, fridge and microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Market Garden supermarket is a short 3 minute walk, where you can get grocery items, toiletries, and fresh baguettes daily. The hotel is not located directly on the beach, but it does have beach access via a short walk past the pool. Overall very convenient.

Wij verbleven op 5 en 6 mei in Atrium Hotel Sint Maarten en helaas was onze ervaring zeer teleurstellend. Bij aankomst bleek de eerste kamer een sterke onaangename geur te hebben en totaal niet fris aan te voelen. Na melding bij de receptie kregen wij een andere kamer toegewezen. Helaas was ook deze kamer niet schoon: onder de salontafel lagen nog spullen van vorige gasten en het aanrecht was zichtbaar vies. De receptie heeft geprobeerd ons tegemoet te komen, maar gaf uiteindelijk aan dat wij contact moesten opnemen met booking.com. Door deze slechte ervaring hebben wij besloten te vertrekken en naar een ander hotel te gaan, omdat wij geen vertrouwen meer hadden in de hygiëne en kwaliteit van het hotel. Wij vinden het jammer dat ons verblijf op deze manier is verlopen. Uiteindelijk hebben we $19 teruggestort gekregen. De rest van ons geld konden ze, aldus de receptie niet terugstorten.

1) Location - right on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, two restaurants and beach bars, and a pool. 2) Staff - Dawn, Sonia, Camillia, Aliyah, and Kendrick are exceptional. Need reservations, a taxi, anything for the room, they'll take care of it. Plus, it's always nice to be acknowledged when you walk by the desk. Martin will set you up with beach loungers and umbrellas during the day in your preferred spot, and provides great security at night. 3) More location - food shopping, stores, and about 40 restaurants and a fabulous bakery are all within walking distance. Want a rental car to tour the island? Walk across the street and pick one up at Tropicana

room is oke, however a bit dated. well, the security officer who should be there at night jas not been seen. Hotel promised the he would call a taxi early in the morning @ 5"30am to catch an early flight. Problems. . Poor service of hotel.

The water temp for the shower was cool. It took a few days to have it fixed. I know the front desk informed maintenance but I believe it wasn’t fixed until Dawn was informed.
