Very nice pre-cruize stay. Would choose to stay again next trip! We didnt use shuttle service but it looked like it was runn8ng smoothly for other guest. It is very convient location. Im allergic to feather and they brought me foam pillows immediately! Thank You.

The floor in room left socks and feet black. Double check by wipping floor with towel and it was black. I would normally just let staff know, but we were in a rush. I think changing cleaner may help. Or use a swifter. We couldnt see dirt or dust, which is why I believe it's residue from floor cleaner. Everything else was perfect.

The location to the airport was fine. It's difficult to rate our stay because by the time we got to the hotel, we could only spend about 3 hours sleeping before we had to check out. Our plane was 4 hours late leaving South Bend, IN and by the time we got our rental car, which we had to wait until 5 am for them to open.

Needed more pillows

Had the pleasure to stay at this Hampton Inn prior to our cruise leaving the following morning. Called the main number when we arrived at the airport and I chose the option to be picked up by the free shuttle. We were picked up at the designated space about 10min after the call. We are very familiar with Hampton Inn hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. Room was clean. Pool and the pool area was clean. Could use a few more chairs around the pool but there were a few chairs/umbrellas off the immediate pool deck. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn breakfast. Coffee was excellent. The hotel offers a ride service to the cruise port via MTM shuttles. They had 3 pick up times and we chose the one closest to our boarding time. MTM offers a ride to the cruise port from the hotel, but they also offer a ride from the cruise port to the airport (or to the hotel) when we return from the cruise. Cost is $15 a person each way ( not including the tip), so we paid $60 for the ride to the cruise port and for the ride from the cruise port to the airport. The morning of the cruise the lobby was packed with fellow cruisers also taking advantage of the service. It was chaotic in the lobby the morning after f the cruise by t the person in the lobby organizing the rides managed the loading process flawlessly. Everyone got on using the 3-4 vans they had at the hotel that morning. From pickup to getting on the ship was under 30min. A fantastic experience. I would definitely use this hotel and MTM shuttles for another cruise to the Fort Lauderdale cruise port. Using Uber/Lyft might be cheaper but there was no chance of your driver not showing up.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are good. The checkin went smoothly. The breakfast was supplied good. It’s a good hotel. If you want to walk around outdoors this is not the hotel for you. We stayed here the night before our cruise because of close access to airport and cruise port.

I stayed at Hilton Inn Ft Laudable Location checking last week 7.8.26 until 7.11.26. First issues was that during the check in my confirmation was for a king size room with a kitchenet area, and I was down graded into a smaller king room with no kitchenet. The front desk associate stated that housekeeping was behind on cleaning rooms and the King size with Kitchenet areas were either dirty still or having AC issues during check in which was @ 4:30pm on 7.8.26. Second issues is that I checked out @ 8:05 am on Saturday 7.11.26 and saw a Smoke Fee for 250 dollars added to my receipt. I asked the front desk associate (Sabrina) why a smoking fee was added, she stated she didn’t know and saw no notes added to my room or in the system. She stated she tried to call a manager, but no one answered and I would have to wait to talk to someone else later in the day. I could not wait since I had a flight to catch soon. I called the Hotel serval times after leaving, and no one was able to help or offer any solution. Front deck staff was rude and very unpleasant most of the times. I finally spoke to manger Omar on Monday; he stated that after checking out the housekeeper went into the room and found evidence of smoking in a Hilton cup. I asked how was that possible when the fee was already on my receipt Saturday Morning when I received the print copy? I told him the only time anyone enter the room was when I called for guest services for Thursday morning, which if I was smoking why would I want housekeeping in the room to clean. He then told me to hang on and came back a few minutes later and said Thursday is when they found evidence which was different from what he said at first. I asked if evidence was found Thursday and why no one said anything that day or all day Friday? I found out during check out which seems kind of sneaking of them to me. I was not smoking in the room and the evidence he emailed me does not show me smoking in the room. I use Hilton Hotel monthly and have never had an issue like this before. I feel this is not right to charge me a fee for smoking when I don’t smoke. To add to this housekeeping staffed half cleaned the room on Thursday, I had to call services after they left from cleaning for towels, body wash, and tissues. I had to call maintenance twice due to the toilet stopping up and the TV was not working for a few hours on Friday night. I attached the pictures the hotel manager sent me; can you all please investigate this and see about refunding me for the 250 dollars?

This Hilton property provided some of the best accommodations I have encountered, including 5 star properties. Not only did they make getting on and off the cruise easy, they did the same for the airport. The breakfast is in line with other Hampton properties, however, gluten free options were available and was appreciated. The staff are consummate professionals, and I highly recommend this place.

Our family was very happy with our experience here at Hampton inn. The room was clean. We were able to check in early because of our flight and the breakfast was awesome. The pool was clean and fun and we swam twice. I would highly recommend to stay here again..

We arrived and it was 75 degrees in room and the air conditioner ran all night and it was still 73 the next morning. It was really uncomfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean very close to the airport made it really convenient for our family and traveling.

The hotel is set in suburbs with lush tropical vegetation - nice to walk around. The room was comfortable to work in. The pool was fine.

It's difficult to get anywhere without a car. No bus, and taxis can take a long time to show up. The breakfast was limited. No fruit or croissants, unexciting bread.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed the property. The breakfast that was included was surprisingly better than what we anticipated. The property actually was a good location near the cruise port and there was a shuttle organized to take you to the cruise ship so that was great. I communicated with this property beforehand and I greatly appreciated that they got back to me very quickly and followed up on questions I had.

The rooms were a bit worn and the elevator was very slow but then of course we weren't paying for high luxury and the nice breakfast compensated for that. I could tell the rooms were very clean as the bathtub was thoroughly cleaned - rarely do people use them but I do and I like a clean tub. For the price paid I felt we had a reasonable deal. One of the beds was not that great as we had two Queen beds - it had a large dip in the middle but otherwise we slept well with the good air-conditioning.

We stayed here the night prior to flying out to VANCOUVER for a cruise. We had to leave before the breakfast was ready so they made us nice little togo bags. Parking here is about 10-12 dollars per day instead of 20 at the FLL airport. For a long trip it makes sense to save and take their free shuttle to airport.

The rooms are outdated. My family and I stayed 2 different nights there since we went on a cruise; first stay- room was ok; didn’t seem cleaned, dust everywhere and pooled water by the fridge. The sink was clogged and slow drained. Second stay- the AC did not work, the room was so hot! Rooms were limited so we just stuck it out. Pricing is a bit high for the quality of rooms; front desk staff are nice though. Evenson helped us make sure my family and friends were close to each other.

Just wanted to share my experience at this particular H.I. because there are several to choose from in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area. Checked in on February 27th, 2026, in prep for a cruise. We wanted to stay a few days in the area to experience the neighborhood before our trip. Checking in was difficult (because it was the height of cruise season and we were so close to the Cruise Port. There were massive amounts of people trying to do the same, but it was doable. After a time, we finished our check-in with the front desk staff and were off to our room. Our thoughts and observations for the 5 days: * check in staff are efficient and friendly * at first appearance, the room seemed clean but was lacking in several areas, such as towels, etc. * we walked in our socks, and you couldn't believe how filthy they became even after a few minutes * you don't want to look under the bed for anything because it's just so disgustingly filthy with hair, wrappers, food, other detritus materials, just to name a few * Hampton Inn usually requires a sign at the front desk indicating no room service (for 3 days) unless requested. There is a small waiver/statement on your check-in paperwork stating as such at this location. If you want your bedding/towels changed, you have to ask beforehand * the breakfast area is small and very, very crowded during cruise embarkation days. Better get there early if you want to have anything to eat before the herds arrive. They always had hot water and coffee available during non breakfast hours, which was nice * the continental breakfast was comparable to other Hampton Inn's we have stayed at in the past * the room rate, during this high season, was literally about 3x what it is otherwise. We paid about $400 for a Friday night and even more for a Saturday night. In hindsight, you can stay at a Hampton Inn several miles further from the Airport/Cruise Port and save substantial amounts of $$ (and just paying a little extra for transport to the cruise port) All in all: * staff = mostly efficient and friendly * room= much to be desired * breakfast area=small but adequate * parking=adequate but $10 charge a day * distance to cruise port=good * price compared to other Hamptons a few miles away=~30% higher Would we stay there again? Absolutely not. p.s. we got a small credit on our bill for all the inconvenience and lack of attention to detail on the overall service (like no change of towels and no toilet paper change on our last night there, etc., etc., etc.).
