Cleanliness of the facilities and friendliness of the staff.

The property was excellent. It was so clean. All the staff was very helpful.

What I did not like was when we called for shuttle service from the airport. When the driver did come, he passed us. And when we walked to the van, he sat in the van, for at least 6 minutes, before he even got out, we had to literally walk past the van so he would know it was us.

The room size was great and everything was exceptionally clean (coming from a germaphobe).

The bed was way too hard and the comforter was way too thin. I was cold and uncomfortable all night. Also, it was a little unsettling to have an adjoining door.

Absolutely everything. The bed was so very comfortable and the staff more than anxious to please. The whole facility is/was outstanding. I couldn’t WAIT to get off NCL and back this Hotel, the staff, and the BED!!!!!! My daughter, SIL, & grands go to Ft. Lauderdale quite often for cruises and I WILL refer this facility to EVERYONE!!!!

I can’t think of any issue with anyone or anything I didn’t love about this place.

They sold my room which had a pull out couch even though I called on the way there to confirm we were still coming and make sure it was still booked and they confirmed. So I had to get a whole other room which doubled what I wanted to spend!

According to the hotel staf booking sent them informations about only 2 adultes. I was with my kids and they didn't included them for the breakfast!

le hubiera dado 10 de no ser porque en mi regreso el conductor del shuttle me dejo en el terminal 1 a pesar de que sabia que yo abordaba an el terminal 5. Antes de que me diera tiempo de preguntar ya había bajado mi maleta del shuttle y se había subido de vuelta. Claramente no se despertó con ganas de trabajar esa mañana. Terminé caminando 15 min bajo 30 grados.

Weinig te doen te voet in omgeving. Wel een Diner op 10 minuten lopen (aanrader).

Beautiful rooms with wonderful beds, we were able to check into our room early at no additional cost. The staff was great and the free shuttle ride and the driver to the airport was great.

Room didn't have blackout shades - so could never actually get dark. Music was blasting all night and kept us awake. Shuttle to airport is great but online it says 24/7 but its actually 5 AM start and they were 10 minutes late at that.

I had three people in my party and paid for the breakfast. I was made aware that the third guest had not been included for breakfast. I would have liked to have know that in the description. I could have gone elsewhere for breakfast had I know this. The cost was too high and I could have eaten elsewhere had I known.

We really like the covered parking that felt secure since it was card entry only. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've ever seen. The inclusion of almond milk was wonderful since we're both lactose intolerant. It was nice to have something for us. We were only there for the night so we didn't use the pool, the fitness center, or any other amenities.

I wish there were more spots available at the front to park the car while checking it. There was only one open parking spot (the others were blocked with cones) and we had to wait for the person there to move so we could park and then check in.

The waiter on the Mexican restaurant was great .. unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was attentive and professional. I appreciated him. The guest service en representatives were friendly and professional at check in and check out and there were no issues.

All of the staff treated me well. Room was nice, big enough, bed was comfortable. I like the Fort Lauderdale airport. Easy to navigate. Food court pretty decent. Great Dunkin Donuts

Food quality was sub par. Did not enjoy the pancakes. Need to steal a chef from IHOP. Bathroon was too small. Poor design. Door also was in the way of the toilet.The toilet blocked half of the shower and the door when open blocked the other half. Door bottom, too close to the floor. Did not pass over the towel to get out of the shower. Instead it crushed the towel up against the tub. Easy cost effective fix, the door to the bathroom should open into the room and not up against the shower. No fan in the bathroom, with door closed it fogged up the mirror. Not the fault of Crown Plaza directly, just the builder and architects poor design.

Two huge queen beds which were extremely comfortable. Very clean room. Excellent power shower. Pool very nice on the rooftop and got there in 5mims from airport in uber. Lady Manager on the reception desk was very efficient and friendly she looked into a pending transaction which went on my bank account twice and checked it was removed the day I left.

The lady receptionist on arrival was abrupt and rude. It was late in the evening around 12 midnight. She did not welcome us nicely verbally or with a smile and everything was abrupt we asked. She was very Impatient as I was looking for my documents and kept Abruptly asking name, name. That’s not how I would want to be welcomed to a hotel.
