Good for a quick layover.

Low water pressure and low water temperature in the shower.

Room spacious with everything that we needed, super bathroom with brilliant shower. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker all in room. Breakfast was self-serve on paper plates, but was adequate for our needs with quite a wide choice for the price which we paid for our stay.

Corridors were dark and uninviting. Very few staff available. No evening meals/bar service available so we crossed the highway to other venues.

The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The location is not great. The area around it seems a bit sketchy with a few homeless people and no restraunts (other than fast-food) or activities nearby. The locatoin is great if you need a one-night stop before or after a cruise but not for enjoying Fort Lauderdale.

Stayed in an accessible room for my wheelchair-bound daughter. The bed was a little high - she had trouble transferring from the wheelchair.

I really enjoyed my stay and the location. The rooms were spotless, clean, and well organized. There were also some options available if we wanted something to eat. The front desk receptionist was exceptional. Even though she knew I didn’t speak English, she was very understanding, attentive, and did her best to understand our needs and help us in any way she could. The only thing I felt was missing was a restaurant or kitchen where guests could get a snack or something to eat. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to have breakfast because we had to leave early.

Breakfast was wonderful.Wide variety and nicely prepared. Close to terminal for our Princess. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We parked our cars there while on the cruise. The price was reasonable.

Helped us arrange for transportation to the port.

Where do I start. Sent message to hotel the day before to let them know we would need early check-in. Never got a response and when we went to check in we were told that 3PM was check-in time. They said we could use the pool to wait and the pool was full of Iguana shit all over the deck. We told the pool attended or who we thought was him told us that it wasn't his job. Total bad experience!!!!

When we got to the room #107 and opened the door...there was a bad smell. I had to spray lysol and other fragrances to get rid of it.

The location was ideal as it was close to ghe airport as well as shopping malls. My family and I loved the breakfast bar.

The check in time was RIDICULOUS!!!! Why is there only 1 person checking in people, retrieving packages, searching for staff members and answering questions!!! What was supposed to be 5-10 mins took like half an hour and only 4 of us was on the line.

El parqueo tiene un costo de $10 por noche, no está mal no es una queja, si no que lo pongo a consideración para que conozcan que hay que pagar si vas con tu vehículo, pero hay otros hoteles que ya te incluye en tu pago de habitación- free parking. No se por que unos hoteles lo cobran y otros no, creo que tiene que ver mucho con el costo de la habitación que pagas y que son hoteles desarrollados para estancias cortas, ellos se concentran más en ofertar un precio bajo por habitación el cual resultó muy económico por una noche.

My flight was cancelled and I was tired and stressed...Mac was wonderful and helped with everything.

JetBlue cancelled our flight after 3 to 4 hours of delay. We were exhausted and this hotel got us right in at 1am. Talked to Mac in the morning and he took good care of us until we were able to get on a new flight the next day. Shuttle back to airport. Great pool, clean place, kids were able to get some good sleep and recover. Greatly appreciate the good experience

The stay was great. Clean rooms. Great bathrooms. Good options on the television. The front desk person when I got in at 1:30 a.m. due to a missed flight, allowed me a late checkout. Mac, at the front desk the next morning, was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was great and there is also a free shuttle to the airport.

Arrival July 12/26 mid-day -male front desk staff exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful The female staff on check out July 13/26 was very good. Two elevators - one does not work at all, the other one was unreliable. On check-out we were in the process of hauling our luggage down 4 flights of stairs when eventually it opened. This was not ideal as one of our family is special needs with wheel chair. The rooms were clean; we were able to bring pizza in for our group of 12 and eat in the breakfast area - this was helpful. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel worked out well.

The staff is very nice. Mac at the front desk was helpful and made my stay even better. The beaches are clean and family friendly with lots of places to relax, drink and eat.

It was a great experience overall. My flight got cancelled after I checked out at 8 am and I am glad the hotel front desk Mac is willing to get my room back so I can stay until 12pm. Nice everyday breakfast as well.

Mac at the front desk, checked us in and he was so helpful. He informed me of all the local eateries and fun places to go with my daughter since it was just her and I traveling. He was able to check us in early and get me a late checkout-for our late flight tomorrow. I really appreciate his courtesy and his kindness, especially being in a new place while on vacation. He also informed me of the free shuttle bus that will take my daughter and I to the airport tomorrow. THANKS MAC!!

I checked in to find a long line at 630p, one front desk person only handling all requests. Once checked in snack room had drinks etc to purchase, very very expensive. Two cokes and gummies $16. No other choices if you don’t have a car and can’t walk to store. One elevator was working last night woke to go down stairs found second elevator out of order. Had to take stairs from 4th floor, thank goodness was I don’t have tons of luggage. Again good hotel but they need to address these issue and increase seating area for breakfast. Very small limited seating.

This hotel is top notch! I arrived really early and had to wait a few hours to get into a room. They were extremely busy but Mac at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable and he gave me several options around the hotel to pass time. I could tell by the way he interacted with me and several other guests that he really did care about my stay and that I was as comfortable as possible. I was able to store my bags and was given a key to access the amenities while I waited such as the pool, gym and bathrooms. Once I got into my room I was met with a beautiful, clean room and everything I needed to have a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend staying here! Just one note though, it is by the airport and the cruise ports so it is a very busy hotel. Just something to keep in mind for early check ins.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, and I try to give benefit of the doubt having previously worked in the hospitality industry, but this was a rough two days. I’ll start with the positives. - The woman at the front desk was kind, and doing her best considering she was the ONLY staff member we saw throughout the two day stay. - Location is good, close to the cruise port and airport. - Heated pool was nice, love that it had extended hours. - Higher quality shower products (Dove), better than you’d find in most hotels - Room was spacious, a good amount of storage and workspace area Now onto the negatives. Staffing: - During the busy season, you may want to staff more people at the front desk. There were a few times we had to visit the desk (I’ll explain below), and had an extended wait while the only staff person behind the desk is trying to balance phone calls coming in, checking in guests, and dealing with issues. It’s not that she wasn’t capable, but she was clearly overwhelmed at times. General Hotel Conditions: - The elevators were an issue throughout the stay. There are two elevators, one of which was out of order for a whole day, and the other….let’s just say that it’s clearly malfunctioning. If you are on the main lobby floor, it seems that the door just does not want to close until the elevator alarm starts going off (the loud one that indicates the door has been open for too long), and even then, you’re probably going to have that alarm blasting in your ears for another 20-30 seconds while the door FINALLY starts closing eventually. All this to say every time we needed to use the elevator, it took us 1-3 minutes for the door to finally close and the elevator to begin the slow ascent upstairs. Multiple times, we had to take the stairs up and down 4 flights, and my wife has a knee injury at the present time, so needless to say, she did not have a great time with this. - The floor was extremely slippery, and genuinely hazardous to walk on if you’re coming in from the pool (there are no rugs or areas to dry your feet). - The wall panels behind the front desk and outside the elevators on every floor were very dusty, you can see buildup. - Holes in the bathroom and main room walls. - The room ran warm even with the AC unit on. - Every time we used the toilet in our room, it took at least 30 seconds for a loud, abnormal noise to stop. - We had to request a second blanket for the bed, because the blanket provided was closer to a queen size than a king. - Keycards stopped working multiple times. Once we were locked out of our room for around 25 minutes, most of which was spent standing in the lobby waiting while the only staff member was checking in other guests, as well as having to go up to a room to deal with an issue before getting my replacement.l card. Again, I understand she was the only staff present, so I’m not blaming her for the delay, but this is not ideal in any manner. Overall, the issues were things we could deal with for two days, but at times the problems ranged from really inconvenient to actually being dangerous. I’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn Express locations, and can honestly say this was the worst experience of all of them. I don’t think I could recommend staying here.

I stayed here for one night while attending a FIFA 2026 match and had an excellent experience. Mac was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He clearly explained the hotel amenities and shared the best way to get to the stadium. The room was clean, the service was outstanding, and the hotel offered everything I needed. Holiday Inn Express remains one of my top choices, especially when traveling with my family. Highly recommended.

Close and convenient to a lot of places and the not to far from the beach

The shower didn’t get hot and to the get the air to go off I had to unplug the unit because the thermostat when you switch to off it still didn’t turn off

Mac was very pleasant and very helpful. He let me do a early check in. He was very friendly and kind. He gave me a map to show me of places around and things to do. He also has a rental place he knows of that will come get you and drop you off. Mac is the true definition of awesome customer service. Also the breakfast was so good. And they have a heated pool.
