Die Wände hatten Löcher, es war Allgemein nicht sehr sauber, wir bekamen das Corner Zimmer im dünkelsten Ecken der Anlage.

Nothing really, except maybe the check-in process, which was very easy.

The photos on the booking page showed a much cleaner and brighter space. In reality, the bedsheets were wrinkled, the room had a strange odour, and the carpets were dirty. I booked this property based on the pictures, but it was definitely not worth the money. I would have much rather stayed across the street at the Comfort Inn.

Location was great, you could walk to eat and to explore.

Dated, carpeting needs replacing.

I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They are the reason I am likely to return when the need arises.

The mattress kept moving on the bed and I needed to correct it.The phone didn't work, but to my surprise a staff member came to the room to find out what I needed because they could see I was trying to reach them. I appreciate that.

The constant fueds and lack of consciousness, mindfulness, and the lack for educational programming. The weakness in new neighborhoods, watching way too much TV and believing that they are gangsters and persons who are able to capable of bringing healthy ideas and false action to those who learned the craft on The Big comfy couch

The heating didn’t work so we were cold all night.

A/C had 1 speed, not functional! It was as 29 degrees. Geez Less than basic. $203 a nite not worth it. With tax $237 🤔

Il Wi-Fi sicuramente è da migliorare, navigavo più veloce con la E-sim. Da curare un po la la lavanderia in quanto sembrava molto trascurata. Fornire insieme al microonde anche un bollitore

The first room was very small and old and to be honest worn and grubby! In fairness the linen was clean and the toilet and shower were new but this was perhaps the worst room I’ve ever experienced in my many years of travel! 2nd room better but no TP

Okay hotel vlakbij de snelweg en gratis parkeren voor de deur. Helaas geen lift, dus we moesten onze zware reiskoffers zelf de trap op sleuren. Enigzins gedateerd hotel, het mag wel eens een upgrade krijgen. De ijsblokjes machine was stuk en daarvoor in de plaats stond er een koelbox met ijsklontjes wat niet echt hygienisch is. We konden geen gebruik maken van het restaurant omdat deze was verhuurd aan een grote groep Koreanen.

Alles was een beetje oud en smoezelig.

Never stay on the ground floor, the people upstairs were walking around and moving furniture all night, and it was so loud due to poor insulation. The screens on the windows are all broken so you can’t even leave a window open at night for fresh air. The air conditioner had a big sign on it do not plug in due to the air conditioner having the cover on it, they said it may catch fire. 🤷‍♀️😵‍💫 I don’t think any of the baseboards or the corners of the room had been cleaned and over 10 years. For the price they are charging those rooms should be spotless.

We booked this spot because it had a restaurant and would be an easy stop over . Didn't turn out like that.

The restaurant was closed to guests unless you were on the tour buses. Our room smelled horribly like smoke. We couldn't walk around the bed and had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom. Plus it was upstairs when I specifically requested downstairs as our parents had trouble with stairs. The office staff gave away our downstairs room to someone else who had a complaint and then told me he was switching our rooms. Then proceeded to be rude to me because I said it wasn't acceptable. He wouldn't contact a manager or supervisor,just told me he would refund me and laughed! So at 9pm we were searching for 2 rooms after travelling all day. We were refunded the next day . No customer service. No apologies. No contact from any management. No glowing review from us!

There was no Breakfast available, attached restaurant was closed and the pool/hot tub was also closed. This was disappointing as this was the main reasons why we chose this place.

Honestly hot tub should have been working it looked like it hadn't worked for quite a while we were there for one night so was fine the internet really wasn't that great we couldn't get any streaming services but regardless it was clean

I booked this hotel because the reviews seemed pretty good. The price was great for a last minute stay, I got in at 2am and the fella working was really nice and had everything ready for me. The beds were comfy and sheets/pillows were clean. The whole, room was clean and had decent towels, some coffee and an air conditioner that I didn't use. The location was great, and check in was easy.
