Super schönes großes Zimmer, sehr nette Dame an der Reception, angenehme Betten, sehr sauber, Duschkopf mit Massagefunktion. Schwimmbad mit Rutsche! Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Leider war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht wie erwartet. Oberflächen, Waschbecken und u.a. die TV Fernbedienung waren verschmutzt. Nachts zwischen 4 und 6 Uhr war es plötzlich laut auf den Fluren, als ob Möbel oder Schränke/Koffer transportiert werden. Laute Stimmen- an Schlaf war nicht zu denken

The room dated, dirty and awkward! We were off on a little hallway of our own like an after thought. It was by an outside door that slammed every time it was used. The bed was RIGHT THERE as soon as you walk through the door which was not welcoming at all. Pretty sure it was a smoking room at some point because the smell of smoke was aweful!! Won’t stay here again!

It was quiet! Finally got a good night sleep. It was really helpful having eateries within walking distance. Also really appreciated the microwave ans fridge. The coffee bar was an added plus.

Very spacious accommodation and very clean. We had everything we needed and more. I especially liked that we had so much nice liquid soap in the bathroom :) !!! Nice little sleepy village too with great views

I received an email to do pre-check in , supposedly to save time. The same thing was even on Booking. Com. My bank declined the payment, deeming it suspicious and immediately froze my card. On further investigation, we found that a hotel in London (which has no affiliation whatsoever with this one) was trying to take this payment. I sent three messages to the property about this before our arrival, which remained unanswered. On arrival and check in, the nice receptionist said she couldn't understand it, that this was a normal procedure and this had never happened before. On referring us to her manager on the phone, he was very unsympathetic and told US to take it up with the other hotel!!!!. He wasn't a bit bothered that the hotel had been scammed, let alone that I was left with a frozen card just because I was following instructions from their own email. I have sent them an email but there has been no reply so far. Beware and do not pre-check in online. Pay at reception or let booking.com handle your payment.

Hotel is a little rough around the wdges. No reading lamps by the bed, no plug for the bathtub, no closets to hang clothes , no iron for clothes. Carpet was old and needed repair. 1 room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. When informed the front desk they said it was likely someone blowing smoke into the room, and did not have another room to replace it. For approximately $200 per room per night, more was expected

Bedding had stains, and had a heavy floral scent on the bedding. 530 am the crews staying there had zero consideration for other guests in the building. Banging their luggage all the way down the stairs and hallways.

Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool big enough and a slide was a great fun.

The reception person at check in was nice and friendly, the location of the hotel was good, the beds comfy and the shower good.

No fresh air as the windows faced the pool and hot tub. What an utterly thoughtless design! Why would we want our room to open to the smell of chlorine and humidity!! It wasn't clear how much of a deposit was held on the credit card. The machine just went to approved when I inserted the card. Some of the hotel guests were obnoxiously noisy in the corridor.

Was charged inflated rate, extremely inflated. When looking online after already being charged, I could have booked same room for almost $150 less online for the night. Will not book with hotel again!

A la piscina hi havia nens cridant i fent una sorollada insuportable des de primera hora del matí (a les 9h, allà estaven) fins a última hora de la nit (a les 21h, encara seguien). Als passadissos hi havia nens cridant i famílies cridaneres des de primera hora del matí fins a última hora de la nit. Després s'estrenyen si prosperen els hotels "adults only".

Short staffed. Check-in was painful with a lobby full of guests and only one staff member. They were still cleaning rooms into the evening. Trash cans and recycling were overflowing. Ran out of plastic bags for ice buckets. Stains on carpet in my room

Guest were noisy, kids running through the halls throughout the night. Swimming pool and hot tub was full of older "kids" splashing and spraying everyone: had to leave pool area. Was literally pushed back while a family insisted on entering and then leaving the elevator before me. Nothing the hotel could change, but made for a miserable night.

Really convenient to highway cannot miss it . Next to fuel station & across from several fast food outlets . Very nice little pool area & hot tub soak the aches away

The sound insulation isn't very good (you hear doors closing, people in hallways, etc). So bring some ear plugs if it's a busy time.

We often stay at this hotel on our journeys to Alberta. VERY clean. Super nice folks at check in. Good value for your money. No breakfast but free coffee/tea in the lobby.

Could not turn on tv with remote. Had to turn on tv through button on tv. No free breakfasts.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a mini fridge and a microwave inside the room. Laundry facilities were available on site. Reception can provide the change for you to use the machines. $5 for wash. $5 for dryer.

Dial on the heat pump / AC was broken. Was difficult to change the temperature.

Stayed in room 211, quite far from the pool, but could hear the kids playing in the pool very loudly. All hallway noise was loud into the room. I wish they offered breakfast. Light from the parking lot flooded the room even with curtains closed.

Gut für Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die das Schwimmbad zu schätzen wissen.

Es war sehr laut, der Schwimmbadlärm schaltet durch das ganze Hotel. Auch hat das Personal auf den Gängen morgens früh geklappt. Zu laut. Es fehlte auch ein 2. Nachttisch.

La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur un assez forte lumière pour un passage qui est resté allumé toute la nuit, ce qui nous a occasionné des difficultés à dormir vu que les rideaux ne couvrait pas la luminosité.

I wish there was a kitchenette to cook, or that they had a restaurant in the hotel. But everything else was great!

You would never know by the exterior of the hotel how impressive it is inside. Our double queen room was as new: carpets in both the hall and the room, all caulking was new, the paint was as new and everything was very clean. It was actually outstanding. There is a Tim Horton's adjacent which is handy as there is no breakfast provided.

I booked a room with 3 beds and with my pet . When I got there they said that I couldn't have that room because of My cat. It was late in the day and we were very tired. So we took a room with only 2 beds. We get into the room and the beds were so high that me being a 5' disabled female had a really hard time getting on the bed.then I noticed on my bill that they had charged me more for that room then the original one. Also the girls behind the counter were speaking some other language other then English in front of me to each other. How rude. Then at 9 am housekeeping was at our door to clean the room for the next guests.(we only stayed the one night)

Es gibt eine Wasserrutsche. Das Hotel ist zwar verkehrsgünstig gelegen, liegt aber deshalb auch an einer Hauptstraße bzw. Highway. Dafür war es erstaunlich ruhig.

Das Gym ist leider abgeschlossen, so dass man sich einen Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen muss. Das Bett ist außerdem für meinen Geschmack zu weich.

The room was a great setup and exactly what we wanted, until we tried to use the I room jacuzzi and the tub was too dirty to be used

The fact that the jacuzzi tub which is one of the reasons we booked it, was so disgusting when we ran water in it that it was not usable, they did offer a 25% refund which they say they processed but has not come through on my credit card, I contacted them and the lady was very rude when I said the funds had not been credited. I waited a day and checked with my bank and still no refund and at this point I don't need the attitude I would receive when calling back for $50.

Good location off the main highway and on the Main Street of the Village of Valemount. The pool and hot tub were appreciated. Water slight for the young at heart! Good pub across the street with some good food options.

If a closet is important to store your belongings, this would be a set back as there was no closet in our room!

In dog friendly room but it smelled like dog and having a hypoallergenic dog he had a hard time settling and I was very reactive to whatever dog had been there previous
