Ingenting var dåligt

Bij het ontbijt was niet vers en alles was met karton en plastic bestek. Kamers waren zeer ouderwets onverzorgd. En vies.

You get what you need if you're just passing through Valemount. The complimentary breakfast was really solid, the room spatious and the amenities sufficient.

It was fixed up nice for an older facility. Was clean and comfortable.

Thought the rate charge for the room was high. Paying less in Edmonton in a higher end facility with more perks and opportunities.

Hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, da wir nicht dachten, dass ein so günstiges Hotel in Kanada (inklusive Frühstück) so gut sein kann. Sauber, bequeme Betten, großes Zimmer. Und Frühstück war auch ok (sogar Rührei und Speck). Sehr ruhig und gute Restaurants im Ort ( Moose Pub und Summit Grill sehr zu empfehlen).

Ontbijt was simpel, wel voldoende maar niet uitgebreid.

Receptionist was so lovely. The room was very clean and most comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was conveniently located for a stopover on our trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good.

However, the noise from the ventilation system was very annoying.

Easy to find. Off the highway. Relaxed atmosphere. Reasonably clean and comfortable.

Bathroom. Tub was draining slowly. Bathroom divided so tub& toilet were in a closed room and sink in the main space . One light switch for both, so if needing the bathroom at night the light shone into the main sleeping area.

The location is perfect and surrounded by mountains. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a kitchenette on the ground floor which was a plus. The hosts were fantastic. Excellent service

Nagyon vékonyak a falak és minden elhaladó vendég főleg a felső szinten lakók minden lépését , járkálását hallani lehetett, ami este nagyon bosszantó volt, mert nem lehetettt aludni! Amint elaludtam volna valaki ismét járkált , vagy bőröndöt húzott...mindjárt felébredtünk. A reggerli feledhető volt..!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable along with quality bedding, pillows and comforter.

The staff were unaware of eating establishments that were open on a Monday night. The breakfast was not worth consuming, with frozen or improperly heated eggs and bacon. The muffins were old, and offered no fruit. The plates and cutlery were recyclable products but when we asked where the recycling was, we were directed to put it in the trash. Also there was smoking outside within close proximity to the front door, so the smoke came into the lobby. As I recall there is provincial health regulations regarding distant from door openings that smoking is permitted and this was definitely not it. The smoking outside the front door was further encouraged by having an ashtray close to the front door.

Break supplied was excellent and the selection very good. The place was close to everything.

Breakfast room was very over crowded and it was standing room only.

It was convenient for travellers.

The staff didn’t seem to be aware of how to answer questions on a number of different things concerning the operation of the hotel.

It was nice.

The Receptionist on arrival - a female was the most disinterested member of Reception staff I’ve ever met. She couldn’t be bothered and was so close to rude it was unbelievable!

For an older motel very clean and quiet location. Breakfast was very good but a little crowded in the eating area but overall would recommend this motel.

Service desk lady was a little grumpy but not horrible.

Sie lag gut auf dem Weg und wir haben abends sogar im Ort noch eine wunderschöne Wanderung gemacht. Das Frühstück war inkl und als Start in den Tag sehr gut.

Es ist schon sehr abgewohnt und bedarf einer Renovierung und Erneuerung.

Convenient stop on our travels, thankful for the free wifi since I did not have phone service - but that is not the hotel's fault.

The bed was quite hard and not comfortable, I did not have a great sleep.

Die Lage war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr übersichtlich, ein wenig mehr Auswahl wäre super, auch ist der Frühstücksbereich leider sehr klein für die Anzahl der Gäste, die morgens dort essen wollen. Zudem entsteht durch die ausschließliche zur Verfügungsstellung von Papp- und Plastikgeschirr und -Besteck sehr viel Müll.

Die Lage fanden wir recht gut und ausreichende Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Wir fanden die Aufteilung des Badezimmers ungewöhnlich und für uns nicht überzeugend. Leider ist es durch die dunklen Möbel und Einrichtung auch etwas dunkel in den Zimmern. Der Frühstücksbereich ist recht eng.

De douche en bed waren prima.

We werden ontvangen door een receptioniste die ons een poos negeerde en waar weinig motivatie in zat. De kamer stonk. Het ontbijt is erg karig. Er zijn, op roerei en worstjes na, geen echt verse producten. Het hele hotel is oud en slecht onderhouden.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Hotel gut im Ort gelegen. Kochmöglichkeiten sind gegeben, wenn auch nicht üppig. Valemount liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel der Nationalparks, hat jedoch viel zu bieten.

Das Frühstück war stressig, weil der Raum und die Kapazitäten für die Anzahl an Gästen zu klein waren. Im Zimmer hat es an einem (Ess-)Tisch gefehlt, es gab nur einen Schreibtisch. Das Dampfbad und die Wellnessangebote waren vorhanden, aber nicht besonders gepflegt und scheinbar wenig nachgefragt.

We used valemont as a stop over. When we drove into the carpark the exterior of the hotel was not pleasing but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior and bedroom/living accomadation. We were a family of 4 and our room was spacious and everyone jad their own very comfy beds.

Douche du jacuzzi très sale.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice towels, lots of pilllows, two chairs! Breakfast was very good (pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, fruit, yoghurt and no we did not eat all that). Parking was good and close. Several restaurants and fast food close by.

Staff appeared unfriendly and dusinterested at check out and check in. Breakfast disappointing. And incredibly wasteful as disposable plates cups and cutlery used. Noisy all night from nearby railwsy line.

My husband likes to watch the news and the tv navigation was hard to figure out.

Bed was comfy. The night desk attendant was really helpful.

This was the "cheapest" room in town gor $232 Cdn. Our toilet wasn't clean and left with a gross mess in it. The floor wasn't vacuumed properly. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. The hot tub was broken. The breakfast machines were broken. I realize this was the lower end hotel in town, but it's still alot of money for the basics that we paid for, to be not there. Not my first disappointing Super 8 experience. Time to move to a new lower price chain.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and polite. Conveniently located stopover whilst travelling from Kamloops to Jasper.

Room wS great: Clean, perfect for 4 people as each had a bed. I liked the loft concept.

Took too long to get our room. We arrived at 5pm, and had to wait until after 7pm to get room. Sat in car for 1hr., then sat in lobby for another hour. Everyone was tired after 8 hour drive. Understaffed and one washer/ dryer not working we were told.

The breakfast was disappointing: no cream for coffee, only bagels available (no muffins or bread) , but no butter for bagels. There was no hot food. There was a bowl of tiny withered apples.

The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed to make my overnight visit great. My expectations for breakfast were low based on experiences at other hotels, but I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and the freshness of all the food available.

Convenient in centre of town but away from freeway so quiet. Comfortable and clean.

Refurbished rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast needs a little work. Frozen bagels and bread would make a good addition. Kept frozen and available on request. AC is somewhat loud at night. Outside building and lot needs refurbishing.
