Richmond Ephesus Resort - All Inclusive

We stayed at this hotel for seven days and overall it was a pleasant and relaxing holiday. the rooms are comfortable enough and cleaned regularly every day There was plenty of food and a good variety — everyone can find something tasty. The desserts were great, especially the cheesecakes and fresh fruit. The staff were nice, helpful, and worked efficiently, though not very talkative, lot of young and nice people. Communication in English was basic, but enough to manage. The outdoor pools were quite cold ( between 7-14 october)and the weather wasn’t perfect — around 22°C during the day and two rainy days. Luckily, the indoor pool was warm and perfect for relaxing or swimming. The gym was open, clean, and well equipped — a big plus. The hotel itself was clean but clearly a bit worn out. There are three bars offering drinks, cocktails, and snacks between lunch and dinner. The beach nearby is sandy and sparkly, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The garden around the hotel is beautiful and green, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It’s a good place for a quiet family holiday if you don’t expect luxury. The only downside is the location — quite far from any town or village. You can reach Kuşadası only by dolmuş (minibus), about 15 minutes away, costing around €2 one way. Overall rating: 7.5/10 Good value for money and great for families looking for a calm, relaxing stay.

In September, we spent 10 days at Richmond Ephesus Resort. This was our third time staying at this resort, and I can compare it to our previous stays. As always, the staff at the reception were very welcoming. We arrived around midnight, and there were midnight snacks available in the restaurant. There's also an option to order food to your room; the menu is available at the reception. This time, we had a room in one of the bungalows, which had its pros and cons. The pros include a bigger room compared to the rooms in the main hotel building, and there were only four rooms on the floor. The bungalows are also close to the beach and the silent pool. However, the cons include the room needing some refurbishment, especially the bathroom, and the main air conditioning engine being located on the roof above our room, which was really loud. As in our previous stays, we loved all the food served in the main restaurant. Everything was fresh, and the menu changed daily, although some dishes were repetitive. At breakfast, there were two cooking stations on the terrace where you could order pancakes, crepes, waffles, omelets, or scrambled eggs. There was also a lovely old lady making fresh gözleme, and she later made gözleme at the hotel beach bar in the afternoon. The lunch in the main restaurant had a good variety of hot and cold dishes, as well as desserts. In the evenings, at the restaurant terrace, there were three or four live cooking stations where the chefs prepared köfte, pasta (mainly for kids), lavash, grilled chicken/turkey/fish, and roasted/grilled vegetables. So, there was always something to choose from, and someone would have to be very fussy to complain about the food. The food at the beach bar was repetitive – good, but with mostly the same choices every day, such as grilled chicken/turkey with vegetables, some pizza, and lavash, fruits, and sandwiches. There was also an option to order freshly made waffles. Between 5-6 pm, there was a good selection of cakes. The alcohol – I only drank red and white wine, which were quite good. The beer wasn't the best, and neither were the cocktails at the beach bar. On the other hand, the Turkish coffee was made to order by a lovely girl at the beach bar, and of course, the Turkish tea was a total win. As in our previous stays, we mostly stayed at the beach (huge and with beautiful sand) and the silent pool. There was no problem finding free sunbeds in the morning or afternoon. Unfortunately, this year, I noticed that some people were putting towels on sun loungers really early in the morning and not showing up for half a day, which was quite annoying. This wasn't a daily practice, but it was noticeable. In our previous stays, this never happened. The hotel grounds were clean, spacious, and had lots of places to sit down and relax. The beach bar was quite busy in the evenings, but there were always free tables and chairs. The staff were helpful and friendly, always happy to talk. Overall, it was another amazing stay at the Richmond Ephesus Hotel, and probably not the last one.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The buffet offered many choices and was good.

Es war alles super nur was wir sehr unmenschlich fanden war, das die Bedienung nichts von den ganzen Mahlzeiten nichts essen dürften. Obwohl genügend essen da war. Die mussten aufräumen und evtl rest weg schmeissen aber essen durften sie nicht.

Having just returned from this wonderful hotel I would like to share the positives and a few negatives. Firstly there were not many English tourists at the hotel however there is a community of English, Dutch, German and French that have been using the hotel for years and made us very welcome within their group. The Hotel is clean and the Cleaner who looked after our rooms 315 and 318 decorated the rooms daily with various flowers and animals made out of towels. She was very friendly and a credit to the hotel. The grounds and gardens are kept to a high standard and a big shout out to the various bar staff and dining staff that kept us fed and watered. There are however a few negatives in that several of the hotel staff do not speak or understand English including reception. There are signs all around the main pool saying that anyone under six years old must wear appropriate swimming wear ie nappies or rubber trunks. Sadly this is not enforced and 1 Turkish family ( including Grandparents) thought it acceptable to take there 2 boys in the main pool and thought it was ok for the youngest to have a Poo in the pool causing it to be shut for 18 hours ( there are 2 children’s pools so why allow them in the main pool?) The same family allowed the same boy to wander around the hotel unsupervised which resulted in him going missing on several occasions and getting his arm trapped in the hotels entrance swivel door. The upstairs Rich Bar has carpet tiles which are loose and lifting and are a trip hazard. In addition the furniture is poorly maintained and I had to check and tighten the legs on the chairs prior to sitting on them and the bar has no air conditioning which made it uncomfortable to sit in at night. There is a Mosquito and Wasp issue but this is no fault of the hotel who offer free Mosquito spray at the Beach Bar however I would say that the hot food at the Snack Bar should be covered and not left open to the flies and wasps. The entertainment team work very hard and encouraged interaction and they kept my Son busy with the various activities however at times they forget about other nationalities that use the hotel other than the Turkish people. This is my honest review and in my Opinion the Positives far out weigh the negatives and we will definitely be back next year.

Het was breed opgezet, aan het eind van augustus wordt het ook rustiger doordat de kinderen naar school moeten. Je hoeft geen handdoek neer te zetten bij het zwembad, er is altijd plek. Echter zijn er enorm veel muggen, is de buffetzaal heel gehorig en het extra italiaanse restaurant geen aanrader.

food ok but quality very down compared to last year, near hotel have dirty water and too much mosquitoes i have very bad experience never ever again .

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the huge number of mosquitoes and flies. We could hardly use the outdoor areas at all, and even inside the restaurant we were constantly bitten. The hotel only provided mosquito spray in the afternoons, and even then only a limited number was available at the bar, which was far from enough. The snack bar was also a terrible experience — not only was the quality poor, but it was full of mosquitoes, making it almost impossible to enjoy. Overall, we left unhappy and cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

It is the first time we visited Richmond Ephesus Resort and will certainly recommend to others. I will like to highlight the outstanding animation team there. All the members are very friendly and produce good atmosphere. Among them is Deniz who impresses me the most. He makes everyone feeling welcome and patients with the kids. He encourages participation of various fun activities. My boy likes him very much and we have good time there. Lastly, I would mention Bernr of the massage team in Aura spa. She is very good and has helped me to release the back stress and tightness. I have done 3 sessions with her and feel completely rejuvenised! I will recommend this resort in particular those with family as the animation team and massage team are great additions.

We loved this hotel in Turkey.........the resort had everything you needed. The serve and the people working in the hotel were great too. 2 nice swimming pools and a great beach in walking distance...just be careful as they did have a few weever fish in the water ( 1 lady and 1 child got stung in the 12 days we were there)....so we bought beach shoes just in case.... Taking the bus and visiting outside the hotel was easy with no problems... Good entertainment at night . In the restaurant it was very typique turkish food.... which was fine by us..myself as i like to taste different foods in other countries.......

Cannot fault our stay at all. Plenty of things for the children to do. 3 pools. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day. We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. The hotel is clean. A great variety of food at all meal times. Staff helpful and friendly. Different entertainment each evening. Great play area for children and a kids club. The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. Very happy with our holiday. A week wasn't long enough

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, this hotel boasts a beautiful sandy beach and a stunning location. The property features a main building along with several bungalows, each offering either garden or sea views. The rooms in the main building provide either direct or partial sea views, making it a picturesque retreat. Conveniently situated between Selçuk and Kuşadası, guests can easily explore both towns via an 85 TL dolmuş ride. Upon our arrival, which was quite early due to a midnight flight, I guess despite the availability of empty rooms, we would need to wait until noon for check-in. The room itself was adequately sized and included a balcony; however, the minibar was limited to just water and Coca-Cola, which were replenished daily. While the hotel has great potential, several areas need attention to enhance the guest experience: 1. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue throughout the hotel. Litter was commonly found on the ground, with cigarette butts and leftover food items scattered about. There seemed to be a lack of staff attention to maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, the men's restroom facilities were frequently out of water and carried an unpleasant odor. 2. Bar and Beverage Quality: The hotel features three bars located in the lobby, by the pool, and on the beach. However, the bartenders appeared to be amateurs with little knowledge of basic bartending principles. The quality of drinks served was subpar; they tasted mostly like water despite having various names and colors!!! It is crucial to improve the quality of beverages offered to guests. 3. Animation Team: The animation team struggled with punctuality, as many scheduled activities were either delayed or canceled without notice. Evening entertainment was limited to two repetitive guitar singers. During live music performances, the atmosphere was disrupted by loud conversations from guests watching TV or playing billiards in the lobby area. 4. Guest Behavior: The presence of children running around and making noise throughout the hotel detracted from the overall experience. Groups of young football players frequently entered the hotel, creating a chaotic environment that disrupted the peace. 5. Restaurant Experience: The quality of food served in the restaurant was mediocre at best. Leftover items were often reused in subsequent meals with minimal changes, including salads and vegetables. Apart from the delicious San Sebastián cheesecake at dessert, most desserts did not meet expectations. If I were the hotel manager, here are my recommendations for improvement: • Hire more professional staff for the bar to enhance service quality. • Prioritize improving drink quality above all else. • Separate the television and billiard areas from the lobby to create a more serene environment. • Implement regular checks and cleaning of restrooms every hour. • Designate a specific area for young football players to minimize disruption. • Offer complimentary transportation to town at least twice daily. • Avoid reusing old food items on buffet tables. • If there are available rooms, consider offering early check-in to leave guests with a positive impression. • Increase supervision of staff across all departments to ensure they are attentive and present. In conclusion, while this hotel has a fantastic location and potential for greatness, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience. And by the way, I expect a complimentary one-week voucher for my helpful feedback! 😁

Absolutely loved this stay , this hotels caters for everyone, old , young , people with disabilities, fantastic staff always very friendly and willing to help , Dalmus is ideally located just outside the main entrance 85TL ( €2) to get to & from Kusadasi or Sulcuk ( Ephesus) approx 25 min spin in Kusadasi or 15 mins to Ephesus ( highly recommend) back to the hotel , rooms made up everyday , fridges topped up every day , very very clean room , spotless by the pool , access to a private beach , the Amimaton team were fantastic, we came as a couple but watched as they were so so fantastic with kids of all ages going well above and beyond, I really cannot recommend or praise the staff highly enough, so much so we're coming back as a family of 6 July next year, we stayed in one of the garden rooms and can only really review ours , spacious, loads of wardrobe space , huge powerful shower , There is also a late check out available ( €35 extra until 4pm brilliant for us as we had an evening flight) Food was very plentiful and great variety every day , the only down side and it is very very little is my wife would have liked a few more shellfish offers over the 9 days we spent there , and the tv channels were very much geared towards the German traveller, ( maybe a few more English speaking channels ) really and clutching to find any issues other than these two small things . I'm looking forward to bringing the whole family next year ...

The hotel definitely doesn't deserve five stars. At the beginning, the service is not very nice, which means more that it is not smiling at all. The rooms are generally suitable for refreshment. In the bathroom we had a muld on the wall. Dust on towel hangers. Every day should be completed fridge with drinks we where a week there we had it replenished twice and we got two water and two bottles of Coca-Cola for three people in the room. l internet was BRUTAL , very slow. The water in the outdoor pools is ice-cold, so my kids didn't even use a few water slides. The indoor pool is also not very well maintained, in addition, my son hurt his leg in the indoor pool because the tiles in the pool on the floor are unevenly located. So they put a plaster and for an additional one you had to pay €10. It looks different in reality than in the pictures. The buffet that was offered from 2:30 p.m. definitely doesn't deserve five stars.ise creams served only for ONE hour every day... All the unappetizing flies were flying around. The drinks are not very interesting either. I go to five star hotels and other hotels there is a much better service food and everything. During meals very often lacked cutlery on the table, in addition, when we wanted to sit outside chairs were dirty from bird poop. I could list a lot more generally I do not recommend the hotel I would give it a maximum of 3.5 stars. I won't go back there again

Overall a good holiday. The place is clean , tidy and the food is good and they have a team to help for kids and other activities. Had a massage as well. was good but they did charge me in GBP which I didn't want so that was a slight annoyance Kusudaci is a bus trip away ... 2 euro each way and there is a clothes market every Wednesday for those who want a wee t-shirt , or belt . Main pool is freezing... Don't know what they are doing but oh so cold. All in a good place to stay and all staff are helpful

The Hotel was a mixed bag. We were a group of 6 and all of us got stomach upsets. 5 were really bad after eating grilled chicken throwing up and diarrhoea. The cook was wearing gloves but was handling uncooked and cooked chicken also scooping out ice cream whilst dripping oil from chicken. We reported this to reception but they weren’t interested The drinks were poor quality especially the morning orange, apple and fruit juices which were so weak all fortnight we gave up and made our own orange juice from whole oranges. The beer, fanter, sprite and cola were good but the wines red white and rose were awful. The spirits Gin Whiskey raki and vodka were just about ok to mix. The beach was dirty and so were the sun beds many were falling apart. The pool was good though clean and comfortable with plenty of good sun beds and umbrellas. The evening entertainment was ok with a singer at the beach bar then a live show at the stage. All of the sports equipment was so worn it was almost unusable. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but some looked lost and miserable. The rooms were large and comfortable apart from the clothes storage which was tiny. You couldn’t even hang shirts and dresses as it was so narrow they constantly fell off the hangers and you were unable to close the doors. It wasn’t a cheap holiday but it felt like everything was done on a low budget.

The hotel is more 4 stars than 5 and could use some renovation. Problems with accommodation, quite young staff at the reception who did not fully respond to reported problems. However, it must be admitted that in general, tasty, varied food and interesting, especially evening animations. Very nice views and interesting surroundings, close to Efes and Izmir for visitors. It's a pity that the nice, wide, sandy beach is so dirty with cigarette butts. To sum up the whole things, despite a few disadvantages, this location can be recommended as relatively ok 3,5!

We had a good time at Richmond Ephesus. It says all inclusive but the cocktails were not included. They had some really nasty ones and the internet was very slow. The staff were helpful.It wasn’t worth the money.

Negativ: - wassersport aktivität ist reine abzocke, versprechen werden nicht eingehalten und nach reklamation wird nur ein kleiner bruchteil zurück versprochen (am ende doch nichts erhalten) -mittagsbuffet am pool ist sehr arm -der 'silent pool' war nie ruhig oder 'silent' -die abendunterhalt war nicht grossartig -fruchtsäfte sind pure chemikalienmischung Positiv: -sehr freundliches personal immer lächelnd -sauber, putzkraft ist sehr zuvorkommend, wir hatten oft schön dekorierte blumen auf dem bett -die gerichte sind sehr fein -das Areal ist sauber und freundlich, es wird immer schnell aufgeräumt -familienfreundlich -zimmer ist gross -auf dem balkon hat es kleiderständer für nasse kleider -schöner und grosser sandstrand (während unserem Aufenthalt war es windig, aber das ist nicht schuld des hotels) -animationsteam ist immer aktiv -der koffer-typ ist auch sehr freundlich und erklärt alles bis ins detai -schnelle aber nicht effiziente Reaktion auf Reklamation

This hotel follows a standard 3 or 4-star concept, making its classification as a 5-star establishment quite difficult to understand. The rooms and interior appear quite dated, and unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmergrösse ist in Ordnung. Sehr reichhaltiges, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Pool, Gartenanlage und Strand sehr sauber. Liegen am Stand inklusive.

Das Zimmer ist leider vom Personal nicht sauber gemacht worden. Auch die darauffolgenden Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht ausreichend von Schmutz gesäubert. Das Personal im Restaurant ist leider überhaupt nicht ausreichend geschult. Ich habe selbst jahrelang in der Gastronomie gearbeitet. Das Personal im Restaurant arbeitet sehr unsauber und nicht aufmerksam. Beispielsweise ist das Besteck und die Gläser nahezu immer verdreckt und weist Fingerabdrücke auf. Während des Auffräumens def Tische passen die Kellner nicht auf und das benutze Besteck der anderen Gäste berüht den eigenen Teller während das Personal während des Essens den Tisch aufräumt. Weiterhin gibt es Kellner die sich explizit weigern Getränke an den Tisch zu servieren. Es wird immer darauf hinhewiesen, dass man sich selbst die Getränke holen soll. Grundsätzlich hat das Hotel super viel Potential, welches ungenutzt bleibt. Beispielsweise ist der Strand super aber leider dreckig. Viel Müll und Zigarettenstümmel liegen herum. Das Hotel säubert den Strand einfach nicht. Wenn mehr Personal und vor allem geschultes und qualifiziertes Personal eingesetzt werden würde, wären die 5 Sterne auch gerechtfertigt.

This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. Really close to the beach and plenty of different areas if you want music, kids fun or peace and quiet. All staff have been friendly, polite and professional. The entertainment and animation team are excellent. They invite to join in and inform you of activities without being pushy or rude. All in all, I would definitely come back and stay again.

clean and wide enough rooms, nice balcony and exceptional view, wide range of fresh food, salad bar is fantastic, if you are a very selective person, you will find your choice to eat, pools and the peach are awesome, entertainment team will never let you get bored, many places for children to enjoy their times, all speak English so easy to communicate, price value is reasonable.

The hotel did not have a good service, the mini bar was not repeated every day, some of the employees had a racial attitude, considering that it was all there, the snacks were very limited, my daughter would stop for several minutes for an ice cream to be served, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms There was no tooth. Calling the reception had no effect on the service process

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist in vielerlei Hinsicht durchschnittlich. Es eignet sich aufgrund der Lage gut für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Besuch der Ruinen von Ephesus. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

We had a lovely family trip. Food was great. Staff were hospitable. Facilities were lovely and not too busy.

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine recht große Anlage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schon etwas veraltet aber trotzdem sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Das Essen ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Internet war in den Räumen und Lobby akzeptabel, aber am Pool und Beach Bar kaum vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der Strand gefallen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr breite Strandfläche. Der Sand ist sehr fein und goldig. Man kann barfuss fast 200m ins Meer hineinlaufen. Auch auf dem Meeresboden nur feiner Sand. Es gab gute Unterhaltung mit Shows und alle 2 Tage Livemusik. Wir würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Essen war super. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenem Essen, es ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten anfangs ein Zimmer mit Teppich, das sehr in die Jahre gekommen war und richtig gestunken hat. Wir durften auf Anfrage problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und zogen in ein viel schöneres Zimmer in einem Bungalow. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber. Lediglich die Mitarbeiter an den Bars und im Restaurant waren sehr reserviert. Das Hotel ist für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern total geeignet.

Beach, garden, swimming pools are very nice. Food quality is good. Particularly the breakfast was excellent! However, there are not many dining options. At time when we visited, there was only buffet open. We had a Senior suite and 2 Standard Single rooms. The suite was nice and spacious, however in the Single rooms there were 2 beds and they were pretty small (removing 1 bed would help to create a little more space, also it's expected to be single anyway). No problems with parking. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it.

fast check in. nice and friendly staff all over and every were. efficient with a good service. almost 1 hr from Izmir. the room is not so big but wide enough. take see view to get an amazing view. clean. billows need to be improved. bathroom has all needed tools. AC hot and cold is fantastic. swimming pool is wide, nice and clean. the beach is extra amazing. entertainment every night with very efficient teams. amusing. if you travel with children they will never get bored with many places and activities to do. food is an open buffet in the 3 meals. hot. fresh and very delicious. lots of variation. also the spa and the gym. all facilities are nice. no need to go out of this 5 stars resort. frankly. the service we got is higher than the money we paid. I hope they can keep the same level in summer to come back :) my family and myself loved our stay and for sure we will come back again. hopping the hotel will keep this level in all matters.

It was ok as far as all inclusive hotels go. The food was good but choices were the same day after day. Wifi was a bit on/off for the first day but was ok after that.

Our family loved the rooms and the beautiful view from our rooms, however, the food was not the best:( not much variety, almost the same food every day. The staff were very friendly! Overall, we had a very good time on this property.

Oda, otel ve çevre temizliği çok iyi. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Çevre düzenlemesi çok güzel, yeşil iyi korunmuş. Yemek çeşitliliği yüksek, lezzet kişisel bir konu. Aç kalmak mümkün değil, yerleşimin muhtelif yerlerinde muhtelif saatlerde türlü ikramlar yapılıyor. Çocuklar için bir çok oyun alanı ve aktivite var. Çocuklu aileler için ideal göründü. Deniz temiz, ama çok sığ. Çocuklar için iyi ama derin suları sevenler hoşlanmayabilir. Özetlersek, eşimle beş keyifli gün geçirdik.

Decent budget resort. I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Very limited a la carte dinning. Nice beach with very fine sand. Probably because of the sand the color of the water is dirty brown near the shore.

Great host helpful people

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a week. Clean and hygienic facility. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. A lot of variety of traditional Turkish and international food choices were available and changes every day. A couple of maintenance issues but resolved right away. As much as we enjoyed our family time we were troubled by mosquitoes. Recommend to bring your own repellent. Really good choice for a family stay.

It was really amazing vacation the everything was great even though the rooms needs some renovations and some varieties in night shows because some of them were boring and others were repeated but all of all it was wonderful staying

Séjour sympa, animateurs super sympa. Nourriture variée et bonne. Petite bémol,les arrangements hôtel/taxi désavantageux pour le client.Il faut diminuer les prix annoncés de 30 à 40%. Animation sympa sans plus dû au matériel et infrastructures moyennes. Mais en gros,suffisant pour nous.

Esta mal tener que pedir por favor que me limpien la habitación ya que hasta las 18 hs no lo habían hecho y cuando lo hacen solo tienden la cama sin limpiar

The check-in was very easy and the staff at check-in and check-out were fantastic. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The staff in the restaurants and bars were hit and miss. Some were very good others a little bit cold. The food and drinks were fine. It was not gourmet but there was lots of things available and generally tasted pretty good. The grounds were really well taken care of and while the place seemed a little dated it was generally well maintained. For the price, I would definitely say it was good value for money.

Had a great week - Very friendly staff- lots of activities and fab beach. Not 5 star as per European standards but nevertheless its a really good hotel within 10-15 mins of central Kusadasi. We will be returning.

Excellent service, everyone was friendly and food was really good. Filiz and Semiha from spa were amazing. The hotel needs some renovations, it was kinda outdated but overall it was a good stay.

Otelin konumu ve doğal çevresi çok güzel. Yeşillikler içinde, sahil geniş. Tesis ise kısmen yenilenmiş ve diri. Çocuklar için aktivite mevcut. Yeme/içme ve sunum kalitesi için en fazla orta seviye denilebilir. Pandemi ortamında dahi aşırı kalabalık servis ve oturma yeri düzeni mevcuttu. Maske konusunda çalışanlar kurallara uyarken maalesef misafirler hiç takmıyordu (asansör ve kapalı ortamlarda dahi).

Des clients d'origine roumaine, de la musique roumaine, une chambre familiale trop étroite, lit inconfortable, la piscine est bien mais de nombreux transat sont à changer. Les douches extérieurs sont en piètre état. Les serveuses ne sont pas du tout souriantes. De long document à remplir à l'arrivé, des formalités interminables. Pour la nourriture, les repas sont ultra variés et de bonne qualité. En termes d'activité 2 raquettes de ping pong bons à mettre à la poubelle, les animateurs sont sympa. En conclusion je n'y retournerai pas une seconde fois.

Otel disaridan bakinca luks ve konforlu duruyor ama iceride hic alakasi yok. Hersey dahil konsept calisan bu otel, yemekleri baya vasatti. 3 gece kaldik hergun ayni mezeler, salata grubu ve ayni yemekler cikti diyebilirim. Tesisin denizi igrenc gercekten denize girmek istiyorsaniz baska ote tercih ediniz. Otel de begendigim birkac sey ; dogasi guzel, internet erisimi ve odanin buyuklugu guzeldi ama odadaki yatak malesef kotuydu. 4 veya 5 yildizli otele geliyorum diyip kendinizi luks beklentiye sokarsaniz uzulursunuz. Raki olarak destan, sarap olarak kulup var gercekten komik.. yazik yani .

The resort gets high marks for cleanliness and attention to health issues during COVID. The dining room staff is overzealous in trying to clear dishes before people have finished. The spa/hammam is very good and reasonably priced. My room showed significant signs of wear and tear on the walls and tho' I overlooked the pool the late night music (2230-0030) on week nights was definitely disruptive.

My friend and i felt so safe..from entering the reception.everything we touched .pen.paper was all dropped in containers..towels .toiletries ..toilet paper was sealed in plastic..temp taken..going in restaurant.food served behind glass ..staff were so good.fifth time there ..love it..highly recommend it xxxx

Too many people from Russia, Germany, Romania, and Netherland did not wear their masks in the building, the elevator, and the restaurant. However, no attendents requested for wearing masks to them. Other than that, overall conditions and services are excellent.

Awesome stay. Only 8 min from all the Ephesus sites. Food for all the meals was well prepared and fresh even though it's the off season right now for vacations in the area. Beach is beautiful and would love to return in warmer months to take full advantage of all the amenities. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice maintained park,quiet in night,nice beach (bit sandy sea), AI orientated on budget-more vegetables,but very tasty,absolutely attentive stuff.Liked also very much how well they are treating the cats and dogs in the area. One minus-it seems to be a budget-destination....the guests are not the best educated ones...but this the hotel cannot change...

Otel kalabalık, eleman sayısı yetersizdi. Yemek saatlerindeki yoğunluğu karşılayacak eleman ve temizlik yetersizdi.

Air conditioning was not working then got fixed. Staff knocked on the door while do not disturb sign was on. Buffet is varied with average quality. You should be aware that during the afternoon you have activities with high nose in the pool area. So forget about sitting in the balcony or having a nap. A shame. This is a mass and poorly managed hotel. The only upside is the cheap price.

Great value for money. I have never stayed all inclusive, usually plan my own holidays. This was perfect can’t believe anyone complains. Staff brilliant, amenities good food a bit repetitive but what would you really expect would definitely stay here again

Temizlik iyiydi. Herşey dahil konsept başarılı değildi. İçecekler endüstriyeldi lezzetsizdi. Tadilat vardı, keyifle oturabilecek bir tane dış alan vardı o da gündüz olarak açılmıştı. Ama barda hiç bişiy yoktu. Türk kahvesini karton bardakta verdiler. Lobi alanında kahve içemedik çünkü herşey saatliydi. Yemek vakti oturmaya yer yoktu. Personel ilgili değildi. Bir daha gitmem.

Staff quite nice the hotel was very tired could do with a lot of money spending on it but I only spent one night so it was okay

I was in this resort from sep.23-29, I reserved a Superior double sea view room, but the room was smaller then standard and no superior double room, the bathroom was very small too, difficult moved around the bathroom, overall it is not a five star hotel.

Our stay in Richmond hotel was good from start to finish,the staff were excellent,especially Vulcan,in Turkish restaurant,he looked after us so well,the food was amazing,and varied ,the singer and piano, player and singer was very good,overall our stay was extremely pleasant

On arrival at the Richmond Ephesus we were greeted by Anastaisa, the Guest Relations Manager who made our stay so welcoming. Anything we asked for she was able to help. Even though at this time of year all of the restaurants were not open, Anastasia advised that we could avail of the various restaurant menus at no extra cost. This made a big difference to the all inclusive dining experience. We also availed of the wellness and spa centre. As I had a shoulder and back injury the massages I received at a small cost alleviated so much of the pain I was suffering and by the end of the week I was pain free. Well worth a visit.

The hotel and staff all good,the only problem was smell from toilets,entertainment so limited

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful time. It is situated on a quiet street but is very central and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. There are lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had a great stay here for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. It was great to stay at an all-inclusive, although I would say the food was average. The pool was great and being right on the beach made for an excellent stay. There were also nightly activities at the resort so there was no need to leave if you did not want to. The hotel is not too far from the ancient ruins of Ephesus so you can take advantage of that through the hotel as well. Although I did not get to use it, the resort also has a basketball court which I was exited about. The resort is great for children as well and has 2 small pools dedicated to children, including one with an amusement park-style slide. Overall we had a great stay.

The hotel looks nice and the room is clean but the service is lousy. The internet wi-fi connection in the room did not work at all and they could not rectify it inspite of complaining many times and the only response was a shrug of the shoulders. The food is not great and even though they offer dinner as a part of the room rate, it is not worth it. Not recommended unless you have no other choice

The hotel is a resort so it is located in a very nice area close to the sea and the rooms have good sea views. We were there in off season and perhaps that is why the service was very poor. We couldn't check in until after 5 pm and had trouble getting internet service. I would stay again during the summer months, it might be better.

Hotel and the rooms were dated. Large number of teenagers were guests with a lot of noise.

Had to pay for drinks at dinner even though we were half board. 9L for a tiny fountain drink, cheap cherry juice. Seemed like a rip off given the context of everyone else drinking for free. I think it probably would be a good place for families, though the water at the beach was murkey. Lukewarm about this place.

The air conditioning was broken in the hotel both nights we stayed so sleeping was quite uncomfortable. I booked a half board room and was told the first night at dinner that this included drinks at dinner - then the second night, the buffet manager asked where our wrist bans were and informed us drinks (not even water) was included, and proceeded to take the bottle of water that was there when we sat down away. Then another server came by and asked us what we wanted and I stated nothing, then he came back with water and poured me a glass, and then within 5 minutes (after speaking to the manager) came back and took the glass away and told me I had to pay for it! I had not taken a sip of the water at this point, but the fact that he took away a glass of water and dumped it out was a bit much. The rooms could stand to be updated, but the grounds were well maintained and nice.

We picked the hotel for the location. It had a lovely sandy beach and was a 5 minute drive from the famous Ephesus World Heritage Site which was amazing. See the Virgin Mary House too off the D550 nearby Selcuk. Don't miss the village of Sirince sign posted from Selcuk. Lovely country restaurants and markets. Wine tasting is fun too. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were superb. The food was well presented and many traditional dishes were on offer ... delicious and tasted homemade. Levent, the maitre D made us very welcome and Hakan is an excellent waiter who is very keen to practice his English. We tried the spa and had an amazing hot stone massage i a private room for couples ( on special offer €50 ) Yummy All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived in a rented Avis car from Iznir Airport and it was an easy 1 hour drive using Google maps routings. Make sure you get a toll card from the office just BEFORE the motorway exit to Selcuk and Kusadasi. No card is required when you enter at Izmir Airport .. at least that is what Avis told me.

This should definitely NOT have a five star rating. Hotel was not in good condition. Sheets were only of two star quality and towels and bathroom amenities. All inclusive food was bad. Would never stay again or recommend.
