I've been putting off making this review as I had filed a complaint directly with this hotel regarding the health and safety issue. Unfortunately due to there ignorance and lack of communication i will now leave my review. So as we had already visited this hotel on two previous occasions we was asked to come back by general manager for Halloween. However I was very disappointed this time round after asking if everything was still going to be on entertainment etc I was told yes. The entertainment lacked dramatically there was nothing going on around the pool apart from what was left of the animation on there phones. They sent 2 members of animation home and covered them with someone who was ignorant and rude. They didn't want to do anything for us as guests as it was coming to the end of season. Myself and other people who was there entertained ourselves as there was nothing to do at all. Night time there was not much on. A few nights they put a show on but nothing after that we asked again I made it clear there are still paying customers so they put karaoke on for about half hour nothing to do after that This happend for 4 nights. So a 45 minute show was all we were going to get. Halloween we was really looking forward to it. They did something which was nice but totally lacked from the first show they did and it didn't start to late and only lasted around half hour. They advertised a show and Halloween party but the party lasted 15 minutes then it finished at 10:15 pm. When we was by the pool area the floor was very slippy and I fell which was witnessed by other holidaymakers. I recently had surgery on my wrist and as I fell I tried to protect my wrist from the impact because I had stitches but I hit my other arm which swelled like a golf ball. There was no lifeguard around and neither any wet floor signs, I immediately went to report this but the nurse was trying to get more money out of me when I already had insurance which covered this. I explained what happend and guest relations went to check the area of the pool . I went to emergency hospital where I had a x-ray which showed swelling and bleeding under the skin my arm had bad bruising from it. When I arrived back to the hotel no one had asked anything about how I got on or even made an apology to myself. When we returned to the area where people were who we met there they told us that managers came and put the signs out. The last day of our stay the managers stopped us from eating etc in the afternoon and we had hours to wait for our transfer. We were being followed around and watched. We were having a fantastic time and doing nothing wrong. When I ask about this we were told it was another manager called G****** that stopped this. We were told if we wanted to eat we would have to pay a further 6000 TL . I asked k**** who is reservation manager and operation manager T**** who was acting on behalf of B***** if I could speak to a higher manger. All he said was G****** told us to put this place. T**** Was very rude and said to me your husband can talk Turkish I don't want to speak to you I will speak to him. When my husband spoke to them they then gave us one drink. Still no apology, I'm absolutely shocked and disgusted as we went there 3 times and that's how we got treated. All I say October is a bad time to go don't believe what you see advertised. The entertainment is extremely limited and Halloween is a waste of money. All we wanted was a simple apology nothing more and they couldn't even do that. The restaurant food is also limited for choice aswell. The good things I can only say about this is it has beautiful landscapes, beautiful beaches and the hotel is very clean. There a few nice staff around but to get the full benefit go in the summer months. This review is based on my own review and 100% accurate. The hotel had the options to manage my complaint on numerous occasions and refused. They don't care about accidents or peoples health they care more about money.
We stayed at Palm Wings Ephesus as a family and overall had a really nice time. From the first day, the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, which always matters on a family holiday. Our daughter especially loved the pools, the beach and the kids’ activities. She was busy all day and genuinely enjoyed herself, which meant we could relax too. The sandy Pamucak beach is calm and very suitable for children. Food was good with plenty of choice at meals, plus snacks and ice creams during the day. We always found something we liked. The room and public areas were kept clean, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. The location works well for relaxed beach days and short trips to Ephesus. Overall, this is a well-run resort offering good value for money. This review reflects our own personal experience and observations during the stay, and we would happily return as a family.
It was our first holiday abroad this year because of earlier health issues. We love Turkey very much, and the weather looked good, with nice flight times to Izmir, so we booked and chose the Palm Wings Hotel. I'm so glad we did, as the hotel was wonderful. Impressed as soon as we arrived. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and every member of staff was so friendly and obliging. Nothing too much trouble. The first week was on our own, the second week a friend James joined us. We were lucky the first week the weather was exceptional, the second week was good but a little cooler but no less enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant, even though busy always found time to greet you and make you welcome. Sevval especially looked after us at breakfast and lunch and found us a table with little walking distance, as one of us has a walking aid. There was always plenty of choice, sometimes could have done with the food being a little bit hotter. But no way spoiled our stay. The main bar was always a nice place to sit for a drink and chat any time of the day with a very good selection of drinks. Evenings in the bar were always busy but never took long to be served a drink. I remember Hakan as soon as he saw you greeted you with a smile and asked if we were being served. We visited a couple of the à la Carte restaurants, Italian and Turkish both made very enjoyable evenings. Kelly, the Guest Relations Manager was so obliging and helpful with any query. Always had a friendly smile and was a great asset to he hotel.
We travelled as a family of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children (4, 9, 17), we booked 2 rooms which were next to each other, I do think they were interconnecting rooms as there was a door behind the bunk bed that would lead into their room and it wasn't very soundproof. I could hear them talking, laughing, coughing etc so while that didn't bother me at all, had that of been another family I would of asked to move. First impressions were really good and this continued throughout our stay. Food - the only issue I had with the food was the temperature it was never hot, and that really irritated me as I couldn't enjoy it as much as what I would of had it been hot. The chicken in the snack bar is really nice, (better if hot). The wasps are a bit of issue around the snack bar and everyone I closed the lids to the food, other people including the chefs would leave the lids open and the wasps were all over everything. The waffles and ice cream kept the kids happy and they were always fresh and hot, the gozleme next door was always freshly made aswell and nice and hot, very tasty too! There is a wide selection of food, we are a bit of fussy eaters but we always found something. Breakfast there's lots of fruit, pancakes, omelettes, toasties etc, lunch we would always eat at the snack bar and dinner we would usually fill up about 4 from the snack bar as we preferred the food options there. Pizza, chicken, chips. Rice, salads. The times we did eat in the restaurant we had a mixture of lasagne, mash, chips, rice, pasta, breads, chicken nuggets, salads etc there's lots of options for everyone and what you would expect from an all inclusive. We did go to the Italian al la carte and while it was lovely, I wouldn't of paid for it, wasn't anything there for children as they didn't like the chicken nuggets so they both sat there with chips. The kids club and entertainment was great kept the kids entertained and my daughter loved the kids club and dancing. The lifts are a problem, always a long wait for those no matter what time of day. Alcohol and cocktails were good although I'll never understand why they don't serve Malibu in the snack bar (it's a fake version) but do inside the hotel? There is a patisserie in the lobby full of cakes etc (free) but as with most Turkish desserts they all look so tasty until you try them and you don't get much chocolate. I tasted one that tasted awful but was funny, we mostly got them to laugh at each other to see if it was a good taste or bad. We visited kusadasi as we always do to do our yearly shopping. We visited the bazaar/market type place this time and never ever again will I go back, it's terrible, my 19yr old daughter got asked to go into the back with one of the sellers and could he kiss her, just terrible. We didn't get left alone, they lie about they're prices to get you to pick out what you want then tell you a different price, I don't recommend going there, stick to the town shops. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return the small issues hasn't put us off the hotel just think the temperature of food needs looking at as that was a big disappointment for me. Thankyou for a great stay.
My family and I have just returned from a 7 day stay at Palm Wings Ephesus. The reason we picked this hotel was for the slides for the kids and there was not one negative review. This is our own personal review. Pros: Exceptionally clean hotel, cleaning staff are excellent, lots of swimming pools and the hotel has its own secluded beach with sun loungers which you do not have to pay for, Bar staff are very friendly. The food by the pool side was exceptional but again only cheese and tomato pizza and chips for vegetarians. Cons: The main gripe is that they do not cater for vegetarians at all. In fact, the food was not labelled for allergens. There was a list of allergens on the entrance but that is no use when choosing your food. There were absolutely no labels on the desserts and there were occasions that there were nuts in them so anyone with a nut allergy would be at risk. For such a large hotel there was only 1 toaster for breakfast creating a long queue. My daughter being a vegetarian lived on rice and chips for lunch and dinner as there was nothing else suitable. No vegetables at night but plenty of vegetables for breakfast??? The plates when finished were taken away very quickly. I am insulin dependent and was happy to drink coke zero, however, my sugar levels were escalating and I could not understand this until I went to get a coke zero and caught the bar staff make the coke zero up with half a glass of water and half as glass of full fat coke. I immediately went to the guest relations lady (Kelly), and she told us that they fun out for a few days. Kelly was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and very polite. The reception was useless. The other main complaint is that the hotel across the cove (TUI Blue hotel) played very very loud music from 8.45pm to midnight and with a laser show. We had a 5-year-old and was in bed and could not sleep through the racket. We struggled as adults as well. We should have been warned by the hotel reception that the side we were on had very loud music (616 and 617). During our stay we had a 6.5 earthquake which woke everyone up. We asked the hotel reception what we do and they were not interested, happens all the time and you can go wait outside was the response. The following night the earthquake was not enough, and they decided to test the fire alarms at 8pm. As this was after the earthquake, we were even more scared, and the fire doors closed on the landing. I have absolutely no problem with testing the fire alarms however, a note by the lift, and other places to warn people that this was going to happen at 8pm. Again, when asking the reception the only response was “test.” I spoke to Kelly who said its unusual for the night as they normally do it during the day and I suggested that they place messages around the hotel to warn people. Not once did any of the animation team comes round to ask children if they wanted to join in. Fact, the only time I saw one animation member was at the bar and only because he had a shirt on saying animation. As it was 2 weeks away from the season ending there was lots of shortages, beer, food, drinks, ice cream the list goes on. Surely, they are aware how many people are due and therefore order accordingly, especially the drinks (whether soft drinks or alcohol). We were unaware on booking that there was nowhere to walk to at night and unless you got a taxi (as dolmus was irregular) which cost 30 euros return (approximately £26 everyday it becomes extremely expensive. We should have been warned that on October 29th is Republic Day in Turkey, a national holiday commemorating the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey on that date in 1923 and that the restaurant would be opening up later due to a staff celebration in front of the restaurant doors, which was closed. We were so looking forward to staying at the hotel but bitterly disappointed with the lack of vegetarian food, lack of drinks, and the booming music from the hotel across the road, lack of communication from hotel reception. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning to this hotel.
The resort is just perfect. Neat with everything you need for a perfect stay. The guest relation, Mr.Yashar, was so helpful and kind and we do appreciate what he did for us. Just be careful about the mosquito bites. There are awful mosquitos there and you need to take necessary medication. If I want to visit Kusadasi again, I would definitely choose this resort again.
We stayed in the family suites as a family 5 with a 9 month, 10 and 13 year old. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and you can see how hard they work. The food was lovely, there is always something for everyone including the 9 month old. We loved the pool bar for lunch as it was a nice ,relaxed location. The coffee bar is also great, I loved my morning late which was always served with a smile. The pools are great, no issues getting a lounger at any time. The lifeguards were friendly and always made an effort to chat with my son. There is daytime activities which you could join in with if you choose to but my big two were happy to chill and hit the slides. Inflatables are allowed in the pools by the way so bring along if you have them, as the ones in the shop are a touch expensive. One thing to say, the pools were freezing in October but with some hot sunshine you do warm through eventually! Currency wise, euros excepted in the shop and amusements. I highly recommend the photography sessions, discounts if purchased with cash. The sunset photos are beautiful and we captured some treasured memories of a lovely holiday. Rooms are spacious and adequate, beds are comfy and the sunset views from the large balcony are spectacular. One thing to mention is the lack of bath, we had a baby with us who has baths normally so this was a challenge but not a massive issue just a heads up! Mosquitoes- awful. From the moment you walk out you are lunch. Make sure you are well sprayed at all times. We did still get eaten alive and there are wasps around the outside food areas but would I say this ruined the holiday, no but if one of us had been poorly as a result of the bites, I.e cellulitis- then it could have made it difficult. Having been to Menorca in August in a supposedly 5* hotel and our baby being so poorly with hand foot and mouth our expectations weren’t high but this hotel and holiday did hit the spot in every way. I highly recommend a visit as you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to the hotel and staff for such a lovely holiday.
The positives are the facilities are lovely and the waterpark was a real treat. Hotel is clean and has all basic needs covered for the stay. However our experience wasn’t what we would expect from an all inclusive resort, which we think was largely down to the time of year with the hotel closing for the season the day after we left. As a family of 5 we were placed in two different rooms on different floors which wasn’t ideal as we then spent the first evening dividing up the suitcase so we could live separately for the week. We were informed the hotel was full which wasn’t ideal clearly not the case and rooms or floors were closed off to close the hotel down for the season. The food wasn’t great and as a family we do have a diverse palate but found the food to be variants of low cost options, breaded chicken fillets, chips, stews and grilled fish just repeated each day. The restaurants were closed and the hotel only offered a set mixed menu in one of the restaurants which we attended. The food really wasn’t great there either with the rib eye steak being so tough non of the family finished the meal. I had thought food wasn’t due to timing but the steak and ala carte confirmed it was also quality. We were genuinely quite disappointed with the food choice on offer and this could purely be down to timing of the season which is disappointing as nothing was captured on this when booking. The lunch area was better and the waffles and ice cream were enjoyed. The staff were friendly and all else was enjoyable with drinks okay. Given the star rating I would have expected far better food and drink quality. Would definitely try Turkey again just not this hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for 1 week unfortunately we didn't get the best weather so first few days was boring , no atmosphere, no music in or around hotel, the last few days they was playing music in lobby, lifts and felt more like a holiday. The hotel is beautiful , stunning view from our room on 11th floor , gardens are absolutely gorgeous 😍 lobby is beautiful with lots of beautiful areas to sit . Food repetitive but enjoyed what we had especially the fried chicken , you can eat more or less 24 hours . Pools all lovely , the quite pool says 16+ but was full of kids with no life gaurd around. Room was nice size , clean and comfy beds but was so noisy from other people coming and going, cleaners , mini bar guy , kids running up and downyou could hear everything so we didn't sleep great and 100% no lie in. Also really loud music coming from hotel next door that's far away but music so loud until 12am . Rooms are definitely not soundproof. Location out of the way but easy to get bus or taxi to kusadasi or selcuk we did both around 15min each way , but nothing in walking distance unfortunately. We have been coming to Turkey in October the last 10 years for my sons birthday and first time we didn't receive a cake and card for him , we had a plate of fruit in the room so thinking this was for him and was told our table for the turkish al a cart would be decorated for his 18th but just had a few rose petals 😕 but the food at the turkish al a cart was 10/10 for food and service. Also first time at any holiday all-inclusive we have never been asked when seated at meals or lobby if we would like a drink even a water at meal times , the hotel was not busy but did see some other people get waited on. We dont mind getting our own drinks but this is the first time we have had this in turkey. Good hotel for kids great water park , vaule for money, clean hotel .
From walking in the front Door the staff were welcoming and friendly. Met up with my friends Michael and Tony for the first week . Staying on my own for the second . Staff in restaurant were wonderful. Attentive even when they were rushed off their feet . Sevval who looked after us at breakfast and lunch always had a smile and looked after us well. The Bar in the evening was so busy, the staff didn’t seem to have a moment to themselves. One member who stood out for me was Hakan. Always a smile and time for a quick chat. Especially when I was on my own the second week. A true gentleman Had the pleasure of going to the A la Carte restaurants. Both the Turkish and the Italian the food , service was professional in both and it’s been a long time since I have been entertained in a restaurant like I was there. They went out of their way to entertain the guests. A big thumbs up to Adnan and Ozan. Went to book the A la Carte restaurant with Kelly the Guest Relation Manager. Kelly is a lady who really knows her job . So kind and helpful. Went to book a table and ended up making a friend. Even had dinner together. Has convinced me that Palm Wings is my choice of holiday next year.
Fantastic hotel, very clean, great food, amazing facilities, polite and hard working staff. It is one of our favourite hotels in Europe. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Food was varied and fresh kids were never hungry, the hotel is set in foot hills with a beautiful cove beach the grounds are stunning , the building itself is plush and spotless . All staff are kind and gracious, the animation team are full of energy and don’t stop making sure you have something to do Pica and Barbie are outstanding making you feel welcome and encouraging you to get involved. We can’t fault these guys considering it’s end of season their foot hasn’t come off the gas. Well done palm wings excellent all round
We are leaving today after a fantastic stay again and already looking forward to our return next year for our 6th visit..which says alot that we return each year..we had a fantastic room overlooking the resort and out across the beach to the sea and mountains to the right, perfect..spotlessly clean which is the same for the whole resort..how they keep it so clean with so many guests I dont know..but they do..from start to finish all the staff are friendly and helpful in every department..some have said its too far out from kusadasi but the dolmus (local bus) has a stop directly outside the resort which takes you to kusadasi or selcuk for only €2 and so easy to use..restaurant staff keep all the tables clean and set, and the variation of food is immense..you would want to be ultra picky to not find delicious food, all kept hot in new self close containers..we are definitely going home heavier..you also get to eat in one of the a la carte restaurants during your week..we choose Italian is was a special night and the steak was fab as was the staff..the coffee dock is a great addition as is the fresh waffles and icecream stand.. the entertainment staff work hard and the Halloween party was a spectacular..I want to make a special mention for kelly who is the resorts public relations and is fantastic at her job, a real asset to the hotel..she deals with so many guests but makes you feel you are the only one she has dealt with that day, all with a smile..I feel it's more than just a job to her she actually cares about the guests, thank you Kelly for all your help..And thank you all for giving us such a special stay..see you in 2026 x
location :the hotel located 16 km to kusadasi but you can take taxi or van (mini bus) to get the center of city. atmosphere is almost good but it can be make better.there is a disco in hotel that starts too late at 00:00 when most of the guests go to bed. rooms are very good with the sea view.but only there is a problem that air conditioning was off and sometimes smelling of food in my room. cleanliness is very good. staff, food, entertainment, amenities are very good. and in greenfield site there are some peacock that was interesting for me
We have just returned from an amazing week in this lovely hotel, 2 adults, 2 older teen children. The whole hotel inside and out is extremely clean and the bedrooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. All the staff work really hard whilst being very friendly, they are an absolute credit! The food on offer was vast and to a high standard. Highly recommend, would 100% return!
We are on our last day here and to be honest I can’t wait to get home. Staff are nice and work extremely hard. Food is the same every day and night it is never hot and pretty tasteless. The best thing we have ate is the pizza of the snack bar and the waffles other than that it’s pretty poor. We have ate out 3 times due to this. We have drunk from all the bars and some better than others depending on what staff is on. Hotel is clean in the lobby and restaurants but our room has only been properly cleaned twice since being here. All the other days they have just moped and made the beds that’s it. Reason I know this is because our shower still had sand in it from being at the beach and toothpaste marks in the sink and Mascara on the pillow. Rooms have plenty space and lovely balcony but you can hear absolutely everything!! Music is still on and it’s 2:11am so don’t expect to get much sleep. We are staying in what they said was the family block and we thought great least our kids will be able to sleep at nights when others can party at the late night disco but not a chance. I have phoned to reception one night due to the noise. Bathroom could do with being upgraded there is mold in the shower and doors are dodge when opening and shutting. Tiles are tired and need a good deep clean. They have a shops, hair dressers, spa also. Shop is expensive but with being so far out of the town you have no choice. Hairdressers is nice my daughter got a braid and they done an excellent job but couldn’t speak any English so was difficult to communicate. Spa we haven’t used yet but looks lovely and staff are lovely when we have picked up our towels. Location your about 10/15 mins away from the town and they don’t run a shuttle bus it’s taxis which is 15 euro. So you pretty much have to stay at the hotel unless you can afford to spend 30 euros a day on a taxi. The staff did say you can get a bus for 2 euro but we had no luck with this. Entertainment has been excellent can’t complain at all about it. They are all so lovely and work extremely hard. Trying to get seats in the hall is a nightmare, some nights we ve had to just sit in the lobby because there has been no seats. Other than that it’s excellent. Lots of different pools to sit at and they are all lovely and the water park is excellent kids loved it. Sun loungers could do with a good clean tho. Beach is ok but dirty a lot of rubbish in the sand. Lovely little play park for little children. They have lots of cats going around looking for food which didn’t bother us but for others they may not like this. Peacocks also that go around the complex again this didn’t bother us but others may not enjoy this. We have enjoyed our holiday but are going home tired not relaxed due to being up so late with the noise which is really disappointing and can’t wait to have better food. I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star but the staff certainly are they are truly amazing people. Sadly we wouldn’t return to this hotel.
Amazing!!! Beautiful!! The SPA is brilliant the 2 guys there Remsul and lemat are so lovely ( really sorry if I spelt your name wrong) They were so helpful and respectful. The massage ladies are amazing!! Brilliant hammam and treatments!!! This hotel and beach are beautiful ❤️
The hotel was really nice, looks even better than the photos. Food is really good, with a wide variety of different cuisine. My girlfriend is a veggie and she always had a plate full. The facilities are well kept, very clean, and the garden is beautiful. We loved the beach, especially nice for a sunset photo. All bar staff are friendly and helpful, even remembering my drink order. The gentleman who works in the games room is a lovely man, always has a smile on his face. Slides were amazing (even as a 22 year old man.) Only had one issue and that was the poor peacocks!! I understand that this is typical in a foreign country, but they should definitely have much more room than they do in their cage which was sad. Apart from that, would definitely recommend and we will return.
I would give this hotel 3+ stars. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but we really liked the grounds and the lobby bar — the staff there were amazing. Aziz, the manager, was very nice. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were also. The rooms were cleaned very poorly. They never cleaned the showers or sink, and the floor was mopped so badly that it was slippery. The bed was only tidied up, never changed during our 11-night stay. The buffet food was not good for us — only the à la carte restaurants were nice. The pool chairs were dirty and many were broken. We will never go back to this hotel. If it claims to be a 5-star hotel, it definitely needs a lot of renovation. Would you like me to make the whole review sound more polished and natural, like something you could post on TripAdvisor?
The hotel provided an exceptional experience with its attentive staff, premium alcohol options, and delectable cuisine. Our large family accompanied us on this trip. We made our reservation through Love Holidays for a 2 week vacation. The transfer from Izmir Airport took slightly over 45 minutes. Upon arrival, the check-in process was remarkably efficient and swift. As we went with a large family of 24 the hotels Porters transported our luggage all with us to our rooms using electric buggies, ensuring a seamless transition. Our family room consisted of two bedrooms, two wardrobes which had many hangers a large spacious shower room, tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator stocked daily free of charge with soft drinks and water, and a private swimming pool accessible directly from our room. This private pool came at an additional cost, but it was well worth the investment especially for this kids if they wanted a swim in the evening. Also a plus side Our rooms where sprayed for mosquitos daily. Each evening, we frequented the 24/7 lobby bar. Contrary to some previous reviews, the bar was well-stocked with a variety of TOP premium brands, including Gordon's Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, whiskey, Schweppes mixers, Coke, Fanta, and more. We relaxed at bar before heading to the amphitheatre to enjoy there nightly entertainment which Diamond entertainment put on the shows, very entertaining and are incredible its a must to visit every night. Throughout our stay, we spent our days at the Animation Pool, participating in the daily activities organized by the enthusiastic entertainment manager, Emrah, and his team. Emrah went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and led by example. Every morning, Emrah conducted an invigorating water gym session, which was one hell of a session very experienced he is, he's that experience guests wanted him to do more as I/they found his sessions amazing. His sessions were filled with fun laughter he has an abundance of talent and definitely surpassed our expectations . The hotel boasts four slide pools, a serene quiet pool, a large pool with a bar and a shallow section for children, and an activity pool. All pools utilize saltwater instead of chlorine which is amazing giving the natural ingredients. The pool bars offer an extensive selection of drinks, including the aforementioned premium brands and some impressive cocktails. The Sunset Bar, accessible via a dedicated lift or stairs near the lobby bar, provides the same branded drinks as the other bars, ensuring guests don't miss out on their preferred beverages. While the bar offers stunning views of the sunset, its a must for photos the views are spectacular. The main buffet restaurant exceeded our expectations. In our 11 years of travelling to Turkey, we have never encountered such an extensive salad and dessert section in an all-inclusive ultra hotel. The hot food options were consistently delicious and always served at the ideal temperature. Each night, specialty meat was featured, and the lamb legs beef and chicken were particularly noteworthy for their tenderness and mouthwatering Flavors. Also they has a seafood evening which was mouthwatering for you seafood lovers they had LARGE KING PRAWNS and SUSHI which was divine the spread was mind blowing to be fair if you guys like sushi, large king prawns with all the trimmings this is a must for you. The outdoor snack bar, open from noon to 6 pm, offered a variety of options, including pizza, boneless KFC style chicken absolutely divine, burgers, salads, and more, making it an ideal spot for lunch. Additionally, ice cream, freshly made waffles, and Turkish stuffed flatbread were available throughout the day, also they a have 2 Barista for the coffee lovers. All, the à la carte IT'S A MUST BOOK. The restaurants provided exceptional dining experiences with outstanding food. One evening we booked the Italian restaurant, where the ambiance, food, and service were truly remarkable. If trying there Italian note the steak is mouthwatering and divine the meat is so so tender. The amphitheatre hosted nightly shows, ranging from external acts to performances by the animation team. These shows were preceded by the popular mini disco, which delighted the children, and followed by karaoke, bingo, and other activities in the snack bar area. The hotel also features a disco that operates from midnight to 2am possibly 4 am daily, serving all-inclusive drinks along with there top premium alcohol However, the atmosphere can be somewhat subdued pending on the time of the season. For any concerns or inquiries, Kelly from guest relations was exceptionally helpful and proactive. Even though our vacation went smoothly without any issues, she made a point of checking in on us regularly, demonstrating her commitment to guest satisfaction which in itself is second to none. It's important to note that the hotel is located in a remote area, with the nearest town, Kusadasi being a 20-minute taxi ride away. The taxi fare to Kusadasi is approximately €15. One of the highlights of our stay was the "Oktoberfest" event, which was an extraordinary experience. It featured various acts, rides, a barbecue, and drinks, transforming into a lively garden party that lasted throughout the day and into the early hours of the morning. We were nearly lucky to be able to attend the second Oktoberfest they had planned only the weather got in the way which was a situation beyond there control but it was great to experience the 1st one they put on. Sabai Massage What can we say its a match made in heaven, its a must to try. This hotel Boosts a serious 5 star spa that the service is spectacular from the steam room to sauna Turkish Bath, Deep tissue massage, Hot stone massage to proper facial done by machine that can clear your black heads away leaving you looking fresh and glowing it was that good my wife and in-laws was asked what kind of face peel do they use they told the people about the spa and they went for the facial treatment also. A tip its well worth booking a package deal as you can get it cheaper as they do tend to do it cheaper and look after you as your getting a package would highly recommend giving them a try and see for yourself the results. In conclusion, this hotel offers an exceptional experience with its outstanding staff, premium drinks, delectable cuisine, numerous clean pools, beautiful gardens, a private beach, and warm sea. The staff, particularly Emrah and Pika, made our holiday truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.
Great location on the beach, multiple pools, water-park, and it has a quiet area too. No issue getting a lounger, even mid morning there were free ones. Rooms have what you expect, but take an IRON if you have one. The hotel was pretty busy, so certain dining times were to be avoided. The staff in the main buffet did their best to turn over the tables, so there was always somewhere to sit, you just had to wander and find it. Food choice was great with lots of options, although hot food wasn't always that hot. The specialty restaurants service style was a bit confusing, and due to this it felt a little rushed and discombobulated. All the staff in the Citrus bar (Meryem, Selguk, Hakan especially) were lovely and worked tirelessly in what was probably the busiest bar. The hotel in general was always very clean and the staff were great.
Nice hotel, good location, shops downstairs good too, restaurant Mexican and Italian great but what I wanted most to say, staff there is just amazing all so good working, I won’t remember now all names but so who I remember we all thank to them so much Behıc Necmettin Meryem Hakan and of course to amazing manager who made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable that’s night manager Aziz, thank you all so much for your hard work and make us happy!❤️
We liked the hotel very much in general. Everything went exactly as we wanted. The animation team was great, especially Barbie was great. Thank you for everything. See you next year.
we was here for the first time on the 27th September for 7 nights, the temperature was just perfect to enjoy, the location of the hotel was beautiful you have the sea and the mountains as well. Atmosphere it was very nice, with lots of thinks to do, the entertainment it was very good every night( thank you Anna and Barbie for the laugh) petty that you should have more Turkish music and Turkish shows. Rooms very spacious with a nice balcony and clean, but unfortunately you can hear everything from the other rooms. Plenty of food and drinks all day long (it was nice to have more Turkish food, even that i am Romanian i love your culture, food and music). The only inconvenient for a 5 star hotel and is only a minor think but sometimes it makes a huge deafferents it was the glasses for cocktails very basic glass in the reception and restaurant area, and for outside the plastic ones they were to small, you have to go all the time to get a drink if you are beside the pool. they have so many pools that even the hotel was fully booked you didn't fell over crowd, plenty of sunbeds, the kids area with all the slides it was exactly what we need, even the adults enjoyed :) only that for this time of the year the water in the pools was very cold. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, nice manners with knowledge of so many different languages. i highly recommended it the Turkish bath, the guys from the Spa reception they were very helpful and the girls who does the message they are so good. We got lovely memories printed out by Nemo, thank you so much for the photos. Overall we been happy with our choice and definitely we are coming back. Thank you very much for the lovely memories
We had a weeks stay here family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 3. What an amazing hotel, has so much to offer - amazing food, lovely staff, great entertainment each evening, the water park area to suit every age! The kids club where they did face painting one day and my little girl absolutely loved it! The choice of the a la carte meal - we went to the Italian and had the steak … WOW! The daily activities in the main pool I done aqua gym, so much fun! The photographers on site are so good! And really good value for what you get aswell! The beach is absolutely beautiful the softest sand ever! (I was worried about the beach as had read some thing about it being dirty, it was nothing of the kind) The room we had was 604, lovely spacious room with a rap around balcony where you had views of the mountains, the water park and the sea. The only negative thing I have to say about our whole stay is the beds are extremely uncomfortable they feel like you are sleeping on the floor they are that hard which is such a shame and the room we had although beautiful was a connecting room for sure as we could hear every single movement, conversation and tv programme the people were having next door, wasn’t a bother during the day when we popped in to get changed but when it was 1-3am it wasn’t enjoyable. This aside I would definitely revisit this hotel as they say you can’t have everything right!
Rose and all of the staff have been so friendly and helpful, it’s our first time in this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more for families. The entertainment staff are so welcoming and couldn’t do more for you. Thankyou for such a lovely stay!
I had thee most amazing time here, it was friendly, great fun and very very clean! If there was any mess or spills someone was there in seconds to clean it up! I had a Beautiful clean and spacious room on the 12th floor with amazing views over the resort and sea. I was at the resort for my brothers wedding which was absolutely beautiful and stayed for a holiday after, the staff treated me like royalty and could not do enough! I want to say thank you to the bar staff, Hakan, Behia and Meryem and all the other staff who are amazing! Thank you for making my time there incredible, i did not want to leave! I hope to see you all again!
Our family of 5 adults have just returned from Palm Wings yesterday following a week's holiday to celebrate our Son's 21st Birthday . Day and night we had the best time , Great pools/slides to have fun on or just relax and be entertained, all spotlessly clean , great clean beach area also where you can just relax or hire a jet ski / jet car from the watersports centre there , nice guys to deal with . There's always sunbeds available so no need to reserve them at the crack of dawn . Nice clean towel service as part of the all Inc offering , so leave the big towels at home . All the bars offer a great range of drinks served by staff who are so hard working ,pleasent and attentive , I've received great service on holiday before but all the staff here have got it nailed down and do so with a smile , as a result we quickly felt very welcome and at home here . Nothing is too much trouble for them , we asked for more coat hangers , 20 mins later a knock on the door , we got them !! My Daughters safe couldn't be programmed , she rang reception , 30 mins later it was fixed . Our rooms were lovely with amazing sea views , the kind of rooms that you enjoy spending time in and not just a place to wash and sleep , maid service was everyday and did a great job for us . We were on the 8th floor but plenty of reliable quick lifts meant this wasn't a problem . There's virtually food available 24hrs a day , I've never come across such verity and everything is so fresh , at the start of a service everything in the main restaurant is superbly presented and the fact that this is maintained throughout a busy service is a credit to all the staff . Now regarding the entertainment team .... Wow ! We read on here all the great reviews about the entertainment team so our expectations were high , they exceeded our expectations, they've arranged an entertainment programme that just flows , especially in the evening, great professional shows , in house shows , karaoke, DJ sets in the grounds , we love a bit of audience participation and my wife , Son and myself all ended up on stage at some point ,while the rest of our family and audience were wetting themselves with laughter, great times !! We didnt get round to using the spa facilities so can't comment on those . My daughter had a dodgy stomach the last couple of days of the holiday ,she called into the hotel Doctors to see if she could get something to settle her stomach , unfortunately they couldn't offer her anything and just advised that she went to the hospital, this seemed a little overkill to us so she starved herself for 24hrs ,but it would have been handy if we could have accessed some meds at the hotel . Regarding flying insects , if your eating outside then we found that your food will attract wasps and hornets , there were little trays of what we think is burning coffee granules that can be placed on your table but I'm not sure how affective these are , I didn't see any insect sting anybody but if these kind of insects make you nervous then it's something to bear in mind . All in all , fantastic resort , fantastic hotel , fantastic facilities and fantastic staff , We'll be back .
OMG where do I start. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean, food always hot and plenty of it. The Waitress and waiters are fantastic, they get to know what drink and when your glass is nearly empty there is another one waiting. In the restaurant always pleasant and polite. Then there is Kelly Guest relations what a lovely person, so helpful nothing was any trouble, everything sorted out there and then. Kelly is a credit to Palmwings. We miss you already Kelly. Keep up the good work. Are stay was fantastic even the hot weather was on our side. Loved it! Pauline and Paul xxxxxx
As returning guests of many times all we can say is absolutely amazing . The welcome we got when we arrived was absolutely warm and emotional ❤️ from the staff who remembered us from our last visit who was duty at the time and this continued throughout our holiday. We can not say a bad word about this place its everything we need from a relaxing no hassle holiday and gets better every time we visit . Everyone goes above and beyond to make your holiday extra special. Kelly and everyone at the hotel works really hard and each and everyone of you should be so proud of making the resort what is 👏👏👏. We love it that much we have booked to go twice again next year and cannot wait to get back to see everyone. If your looking for a relaxing and stunning hotel look no further as this place is amazing. Keep it up Kelly and all the team see you next year and a massive thank you to you all for making our holidays so special and memorable ❤️ ❤️
We are currently staying at this hotel and, until now, had been enjoying our holiday. I am not usually one to post negative comments, but due to the seriousness of this incident, I feel I have no choice. While sitting in the lobby bar with two adults and four children, we ordered 2 Sex on the Beach cocktails, 2 apple juices, and 2 waters. The waitress returned with the drinks and placed them in front of each person: cocktails for myself and my husband, and apple juice and water for our children (ages 6, 3, 8, and 7). However, when the two children with water took a sip, they both started coughing. We quickly discovered that they had actually been given vodka instead of water. As you can imagine, we were furious. After making sure the children were okay, we immediately removed the drinks and went to reception. At first, staff responded quickly, but once they spoke to the waitress, we were told she did not understand the difference between “water” and “vodka.” This explanation is unacceptable—why place vodka in front of young children, and why work in a family holiday resort if such a mistake can be made? What upset us even more was that, just 15 minutes later, the same waitress was walking around still serving guests, despite having put vodka in front of a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old. We are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel’s lack of concern and failure to treat this situation with the seriousness it deserves. To make matters worse, after sharing our experience on the hotel’s social media page, instead of addressing our concerns, the hotel chose to block me from their page. This response only adds to our disappointment and highlights their unwillingness to take responsibility for such a serious mistake.
The hotel is wonderful. We arrived very early, and the reception staff were kind enough to give us a room around 10 a.m. I believe we were actually welcomed by the front desk manager, who was extremely friendly. He advised us on where we could eat and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel. The hotel is not far from kusadasi , if you’re here for shopping. We also found the room very clean, and the entire hotel is spotless—from the pool area to the indoor and outdoor spaces, everything is immaculate. The people working here are very welcoming. There is food to suit every taste. I also work in hospitality, so I know how difficult it is to please everyone. But this team is doing an excellent job .
Jasne, oto opinia o Palm Wings Ephesus: Palm Wings Ephesus is a great resort for a family vacation. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including swimming pools, water slides, and a kids' club. The food is delicious and varied, with something for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. A special shoutout to the bartender Meryem, who was absolutely amazing, always smiling and making the best cocktails! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views. Overall, Palm Wings Ephesus is a fantastic choice for a memorable holiday.
Fantastic hotel. Stuff, restaurant and animation team were awesome. Especially lobby bar, great service especially barmaid Meryem. It was warm blooded person.
I booked this hotel for our family trip after seeing all the amazing reviews, and wanted to love it. I'll start with the good, because there definitely are some! My kids had a good time, they loved the pools, the splash park, the waffles, the pancakes and the peacocks. If you're happy not being at the activity pool, you didn't really have to get up early to get a sunbed. The hotel does look clean, and we had our room cleaned every day which was good (but expected at a 5* hotel). However. Firstly, the food (or ice, or something). Both my husband and I had bad stomachs, to the point where I ended up just not eating for the last few days. With an extremely busy, large hotel, it's clear how bad hygiene is spread (I witnessed a little boy pick up a bit of ham, chew it and then just put it back. This was spied by one of the staff and rectified, but no way of knowing who had washed their hands etc.) The food was never hot, even if you turn up at the time of opening, and at points it was so busy, it was uncomfortable. Secondly, the entertainment. The entertainment was so late, we missed almost all of it with a tired 5 and 6 year old. However, it is so loud, that we then couldn't get to sleep until past 11pm. Which moves me on swiftly to sleep quality. We could hear every footstep in the room above us, as well as every time they moved anything on their balcony. The air con wasn't great in one of the bedrooms, which made the little sleep uncomfortable. Lastly, the rudeness of some of the guests really got to us in the end. Obviously not the hotels fault, but the lack of politeness from a lot of the guests was surprising. There's no reason not to say please, thank you or give people personal space when they're trying to get their food! Lots of people smoking near children, even with no smoking signs etc. Like I said, I really wanted to love this hotel, but was relieved to be home.
We visited your hotel for a family vacation last week. I would like to share our feedback by examining our experience from several perspectives. 1. Dining & Nutrition The hotel had a buffet restaurant and a poolside restaurant The poolside restaurant located near the coffee shop and bar only served set meals at lunch. The buffet restaurant had a specific theme almost every day, especially for dinner, and guests could choose from a wide variety of available foods. There was also a section for fruits and salads, as well as a dessert section. Overall, the buffet performed admirably. Furthermore, the hotel has an à la carte restaurant. Although we stayed for 6 nights, the hotel's policy grants a complimentary meal at the à la carte restaurant for stays longer than seven nights. This privilege was extended to us as well, and we dined one night at the Italian restaurant. We found the food to be excellent; we ordered steak and salmon, and the restaurant also provided us with dessert and appetizers. Additionally, the hotel had numerous bars located in the lobby, Sunset Bar and by the pools. It seemed that guests could order drinks virtually anywhere they wished. There were also kiosks for ice cream and waffles, which were very popular with children after swimming. 2. Rooms The rooms were sufficiently large and spacious. Our room had a view of both the sea and the water park, which was incredibly beautiful. Waking up to a view of the Aegean Sea from our bed was a wonderful feeling. Regarding housekeeping: during our 7-day stay, our room was cleaned only three times. Once, they came to clean at 3:00 PM while we were resting. Generally, the rooms were cleaned in the late afternoon. Since we often rested in the room at that time, it meant our room wasn't cleaned promptly. I suggest the hotel ask guests for their preferred cleaning time to avoid this issue. 3. Water Park & Pools The water park was open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.A significant strength was that I never had to wait in long queues for the slides during our entire stay. However, the many stairs were somewhat tiring, and I noticed that some older guests could not use the slides. I don't know if it's feasible, but installing a lift would greatly help guests access them more easily. Overall, the pools were incredibly and surprisingly clean, which is a credit to the hotel's staff. I personally saw the team meticulously cleaning the pools after 7:00 PM. We also never had to wait for a sunbed; they were always available whenever we went to the pool. 4. Animation Team The animation team put in a lot of effort.Every night, from around 8:45 PM to 9:15 PM, there was a children's disco with dancing, which I believe was very enjoyable for the kids. The main show ran from approximately 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. I particularly enjoyed three of these nights: the Colombian show, the African show, and a fantastic show held on Friday night. However, I had heard about a beach fire show and foam parties, but I did not see any of these during our stay. On our last night, a Garden Party was organized, which I found to be very entertaining. 5. Cleanliness In general, one of the hotel's best aspects was its exceptional cleanliness throughout all areas. A very strong team was clearly dedicated to maintaining this high standard. There was a dedicated towel room where we could exchange used towels for clean ones, which was a very good system as it eliminated the need to bring our own. 6. Mosquitoes One issue during our stay(though not directly the hotel's fault) was the presence of mosquitoes. I did see a fumigation truck spraying insecticides one afternoon to eliminate insects. Nevertheless, mosquito bites were common, and I noticed many guests complaining about it. Having read comments on TripAdvisor beforehand, I had brought my own insect repellent. 7. Shopping One day,we went to Izmir and shopped at a mall called Optimum, which housed many brands. It was a good shopping center, but requires a full day for those who love shopping. On our last evening, we also visited Kuşadası. The dolmuş (shared taxis) took us there for 90 Lira. We visited the large market by the pier and saw the cruise ships, which was very enjoyable and interesting. While there were other shopping centers good for buying gifts, they weren't particularly noteworthy for major purchases. 8. Staff Behavior The behavior of the staff throughout our stay was consistently helpful and respectful. In the restaurant, the staff did everything they could to assist us. If drinks weren't available at the table, they would come to us to take our order. One individual whose presence was immensely helpful was Mr. Yaşhar from Public Relations. He was a very welcoming and kind person. For my daughter's birthday, he arranged a gift that made her very happy. He also coordinated with the animation team to hold a small birthday celebration for her, which was a wonderful surprise and made her feel very special. Furthermore, he made the reservation for the à la carte restaurant for us, even though we were unaware of the possibility. For all this, we thank him very much. In general, the behavior of all staff was characterized by friendliness, kindness, and a willingness to help. Thank you for a memorable stay.
Lovely stay plenty of fun for kids. The staff friendly but a shout out to AYSEM who works on breakfast in the restaurant . xx
Прекрасен хотел! Прекрасно обслужване! Силно впечатлени сме от аниматорите и сервитьора Yelmaz Wonderful hotel. Wonderful service. We are very impressed with all the animators! The leading animator of the programs is unique! we are also very impressed with the waiter Yelmaz
Italian Restaurant was the best experience we had here in resort. Very good hospitality, Adnan was the best in my oponion. Probably the best beef tenderloin ever ate here. It’s a must to come here!
Italian Restaurant, excellent food. Adnan exceptional, the best service here. Perfect hospitality here, good location, beautiful restaurant!
Rose, she entertains people, she is very nice ❤️❤️❤️🇹🇷 They are a great team!! Hotel is very nice has a beautiful beaches and food is great room also very clean we are like everting very good hotel
Stayed here for 2weeks love everything, only downsize is no walk in pool. Maid was brilliant, food good range, staff friendly and helpful. Place lovely and clean. Thanks everyone.
The hotel was beautiful and well maintained in the lobby and community areas, very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. They worked tirelessly to make sure your needs were met especially on the bars when it was busy. The pools were busy and you needed to be up very early to get a sun lounger. To improve more sun loungers needed and more chairs in the lobby area as they filled up really quickly. The lifeguards were very vigilant and helpful. My son hurt himself and they were there in a flash to help. Would recommend more non slip around the pool areas to improve as even in flip flops it became very slippy. Restraunt, had a good selection of desserts and fruit/ salad. The breakfast and main meals were okay but were quite bland which is disappointing. The dinner times could also do with been staggered more for timings as it was very busy and if you tried to avoid the 7pm rush the staff were more interested in setting up the tables for breakfast rather than serving (not 5 star when you need to go and set your own table and hunt down a high chair along with getting your own drinks) The rooms were spacious and everything was set up for my little one when we got there which was lovely. The stocked fridge in the room was a lovely bonus. The air-conditioning could be improved as on the hottest days (38deg) the air-conditioning struggled to keep the room at a toleratable temperature- was definitely not cool. The room we stayed in could also do with some cosmetic touch ups around the sealing in the bathroom and the tiles in the bathroom as it looked a little worn - room 3401. We were also not advised when we booked that the family rooms were in a separate block away from the main hotel which was a five minute walk away which meant on an evening getting drinks was difficult with the children to take back to the room. We had a lovely balcony over seeing the pool which was such a beautiful view, however we couldn't make the most of it on an evening or night as we were been bitten by mosquitos despite wearing deet and having citronella candles outside. Overall would say that this is a nice hotel but definitely not a 5 star - more of a 4.
The hotel is excellent. Always kept clean and lovely pool areas. The lobby bar staff are very good constantly clearing empty glasses and are prepared to make any cocktail you request with proper juices, not that syrupy stuff you get at other hotels. A special mention to Hakan who can’t do enough for you. The rooms and views are good the cleaners do a very good job servicing them every day. The one downside I found was the main restaurant. The food was plentiful you can always find something to eat but basics such as tuna are rarely replenished. If you need a bowl or spoon for food you have to go searching for them. Evening meal is supposed to be till 2130. Even turning up at 2030 the staff are looking to clear tables down, not replacing cloths or cutlery. We had an occasion where the BBQ was turned off by 2045! Trying to find a waiter who is prepared to get you a drink is hard work. One warning be wary of other guests who don’t look where they are going and uncontrolled kids.
We’ve just returned from a 10-day stay and it couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was memorable. A special mention has to go to Kelly in Guest Relations – she was absolutely fantastic when we experienced an emergency while away. Her support, care, and professionalism made all the difference, and we can’t thank her enough. Also, Hakan at the lobby bar deserves praise for being so attentive and friendly – he always made sure we were well looked after with a smile. The resort itself is excellent: clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained with a great beach and plenty of facilities to enjoy. The food and drinks were varied and of good quality, and there was always something to suit everyone. Entertainment was lively without being over the top, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing yet fun. We had a truly enjoyable holiday and left with wonderful memories. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an stress-free, all-inclusive stay in Turkey.
Palm wings Ephesus is an amazing hotel with even better staff. From restaurant to bars and especially entertainment. They have an amazing miniclub with different program every day and also minidisco. It was such a pleasure staying in this hotel, I wish I would come back again one day.
We spent 10 days in the hotel for 4th year. The service, accommodation, hotel area, food and everything was very good and nice. I would like to thank you to Barbie, Dali and Pica from the animation team for fun time and Emre and Yilmaz from the restaurant for the service. ❤️ See you next year.
This was our 4th year in this hotel, and we come for 10 days. The service, the animation team, accommodation, hotel area, food and everything was very good and nice. I would like to thank to Barbie, Dali and Pica from the animation team for fun time, they made our vacation magical ana wonderful, and Emre and Yilmaz from the restaurant for the best service. ❤️ See you next year, hopefully for 14 days.
we were here for one wonderful week in this hotel and everything was great and good we enjoyed a lot. The restaurant and snack bars were great! you could always find loungers on the beach and also near the pools. the rooms are clean and tidy the animation team was great and we would like to ask them to do more parties for adults who have no kids and want to enjoy their night in the disco of the hotel.
Italian resturant was great and friendly, suppervisor Mr.Adnan was a cool and responsible server and all the crew was great.visiting this place and Adnan hospitality recumended to all of you.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely come back, especially as a family. Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The hotel was very clean throughout, with spotless toilets (a big one for me). The atmosphere was great, and the animation team really stood out—especially Pika and Barbie—who made us feel so welcome. They were brilliant with the kids, and are an absolute asset to this hotel hope they are here if we decide to return next year. Pools & Activities: We spent every day at the activity pool, which was perfect for us as we like to stay busy. The kids loved the slides and had non-stop fun the whole trip. For those looking for peace and quiet, there’s also a 16+ pool. My only suggestion would be to keep the activity pool bar open until 7pm (when the pool closes), as it currently shuts at 5pm. Food & Drinks: The food was generally good. The snack bar offered pizza (cheese & tomato plus a changing topping), burgers, chips, kebabs, salad, etc. From 12–5 there were waffles and ice cream, which the kids really enjoyed. The coffee shop near the snack bar was also a nice option with iced coffees, cappuccinos, and other drinks. Sadly, we didn’t get to try the à la carte restaurants as the only available night clashed with us going out to watch the football. Shops & Extras: One downside is the hotel shop—it’s very overpriced ,deodorant, and floats cost double or triple what you’d pay in town (€6–7 for a small deodorant, €50 for a float I later bought for €20 in town) saving me €60 as I have 2 kids. Definitely bring enough essentials or head outside the resort for better prices. Photo Service: We also tried the hotel photo service, which was a mixed experience. Aidan was friendly, but Nemo was rude and unprofessional. When my daughter hit her head she wasn’t in the mood for photos and we decided to stop, he stormed off and later snapped at my son for sitting on a small wooden chair he had brought as a prop. This really put me off buying photos. To make it worse, they wanted €200 for 15 pictures on a USB, which is far more than I’ve paid at other hotels (€60–70). We ended up just getting 10 printed photos instead, at €8 each, which still felt expensive. Entertainment & Beach: The entertainment every evening was fantastic. A huge thank you again to the animation team for making the nights fun and family-friendly. The fire show was amazing, and we were gutted to miss the white party on our last night—it looked incredible on Instagram. At the beach, Chiko at the water sports stand was brilliant—so friendly and really looked after us. Overall: This is a great hotel for families, with fantastic pools, slides, entertainment, and staff who go the extra mile. Just be aware of the high shop and photo prices, and if you want to try restaurants outside the hotel, many local places will even pick you up and drop you back for free. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.
It's a great hotel. We have gone to Kusadasi 7 times and 5 out of the seven times our hotel has been this one. The rooms are good with the only problem with ours being the air conditioner. Every thing is close together and with the 2 pools for kids and 5 waterslides, i would diffidently recommend it to any first time, Kusadasi traveler.
This hotel has everything you need for a family getaway that doesn’t punch a hole in your wallet. Pros- Hotel cleanliness was very good, you can see the cleaners throughout the day cleaning all the areas. Rooms were somewhat clean, spacious and towels changed daily. You get beach towel cards on arrival so you don’t need to bring any with you. Food in all areas of the hotel are cooked properly and there’s plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. Games room onsite a bit pricey but still has a pool table and some arcades for the younger kids. The hotel shop has everything you need even basic medication again a bit pricey but three men in the shop spoke good English and were very helpful. Pools are warm and clean, there’s one entertainment pool area with music and games. One large quiet pool and an adult pool. Waterpark with slides and a Splash zone for toddlers. The beach is pure white sand, very clean and the sea is clear and shallow. Lots of Sun loungers on the beach. The hotel staff are very friendly, we never had any issues communicating as they all spoke some English and were very helpful. A few people to mention for going that extra mile are Haken from the lobby bar, he was very welcoming and professional. Most of the bar staff were exceptional. Restaurant staff Berke he looked after us during our stay he was friendly and professional. Mike & Barbie from the diamond entertainment team kept us entertained and we really enjoyed their company. Both guys worked really hard but always had a smile on their faces and were very friendly which made our evenings more enjoyable. The coffee shop outside all the ladies made an awesome cappuccino and were all very nice and friendly. We met a young guy called yekta he was so helpful and worked really hard throughout our stay, he went that extra mile to keep us happy. We was soddened to hear that he had quit his job the day before we was due to leave, not sure why but he was definitely an asset to the palm wings. Cons- The usual Sun bed issue with towels down early. We struggled to find space at all the pool areas luckily we had booked a swim up room but missed out on all the entertainment because we stayed at our room most days. When we arrive our room wasn’t cleaned very well, smear hand prints on the tv’s, toothpaste on the mirrors and the floor was sticky like it hadn’t been wash properly. Most of this was still in our room throughout our stay so cleanliness wasn’t too great. The snack bar food and drink area was always busy lots of queues. Think maybe another area would be beneficial as this is the only snack bar area for all 3 pools and the beach. We struggled to find tables in this area too. Tips; Bring mosquito repellent sprays as this area has lots of them especially in the evenings. Room 2101 and 2102 family swim up are nicely positioned. You will get the Sun from midday until night. Tip the waiters if you can they will look after you for your entire stay. Visit Adaland aqua park it’s a great day out. Family of 4 ticket £130 extra prices for the Dolphin show and swim with Dolphins. Taxi to Adaland 10€ Taxi to Kudasai town 15€ Summary - At great family holiday a few minor issues but wouldn’t prevent us from visiting in the future. I believe this hotel will get bigger and better in the years to come.
We just got back from a week away and are booking to go back next year! This hotel was amazing for families, great food, staff so attentive and friendly. We stayed in the main building and hotel so clean and tidy. rooms were cleaned everyday. We went with mixed kids ages 12,10 and 4 year old and all catered for in terms of entertainment. We loved the splash park and slides great for all ages. Adaland water park was so close and great day out! Right on the beach and beach was clean and sandy! Entertainment was amazing best we’ve ever experienced. 5* hotel and loved our visit! can’t stay enough good things about Turkey and the hotel. Kusadasi town is about 25 mins away in taxi but easy to get there and back and town busy with lots of shops and restaurants. Would book and go again!
We have just spent a week here, we are a family of 4. Children ages are 15 and 9. Honest Review: On arrival, reception staff were very friendly, checked us in quickly. Luggage bought quickly to our room. Hotel very welcoming and clean. We stayed in room 4102 which has a swim up pool. Our room was a little dated in places. Loose toilet seat, mould in the shower in places. Nothing we couldn’t overlook. Pool area was lovely and clean. Mini fridge in the room which was well stocked. Only one pillow per person and no duvets in room. Just light blankets but in the end we felt this was ok due to the heat, but personal preference. Air con in rooms. Small hair dryer in bathroom and toiletries such as cotton pads, shower gel etc. Plenty of wardrobe space. Rooms could just do with a refresh in places, but overall we were happy with the room. It was spacious enough for 4 of us. Cleaners came in every day to replace towels and toilet roll. Bottled water delivered to the door, as well as a lovely fresh fruit platter. This was a nice touch. The hotel reception, pool areas and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. The one thing that lets this hotel down majorly is its food and main dining area. Although there was a lot of choice, the food was often cold and the service was few and far between. Pastries in the morning were over baked. No butter available for bread without searching for it. The fresh fruit area was by far the best part at breakfast. No coffee or tea served fresh to the table. This has been provided in previous hotels and makes a big difference in a morning, especially when you just want a fresh coffee to start your day. A self-service machine was available for coffee/tea/juice and it wasn’t great. Often coffee came out as hot chocolate. No ice cream available for children’s desserts in the restaurant which was disappointing, most children want ice-cream for dessert. Ice cream only available from the huts and only 4 flavours to choose from. More variety would be better. The desserts were nice but too many cream cakes. A little more variety needed. No hot desserts available. Often tables were not set or slow to be set. No cutlery on tables. Waiters slow on serving you a drink. Soft drinks were served flat. Outdoor seating area was a bit grubby in areas. Tables not wiped and bird droppings on the chairs. This is such a shame because the views from the outside dining area are absolutely stunning. The service needs to be drastically improved in this area. I have experienced better service within dining areas within the Sensatori hotels and Titanic Marden Palace. Unfortunately this area has let the hotel down. The outside seating smoking areas were an issue for us also. There is only a small section for non-smokers to dine and a larger area for the smokers. We chose to sit in the non-smoking area, however guests were still smoking in that area, with staff not being bothered about it. This was really off-putting being a non-smoker when eating. We found no clear signs or staff attentiveness to this anywhere in the hotel. There didn’t seem to be an effective smoking/non smoking policy at all. Guests were even smoking in the amphitheatre at the kids disco with staff not saying anything . Clearer smoking policies are needed in all areas of the hotel. The pool areas are lovely although we couldn’t always get a sun bed in the adult only area so best to try and put a towel down there early. Not as many sun beds there as the main pool. Plenty of sun beds available on the beach though. The water slides were perfect for the children. Bear in mind that they close at 12pm and don’t open again until 2pm. Not a problem for us as gave us chance for lunch but may be to some people who want to use them for longer. Pool sides are a bit slippy and would benefit from some more slip mats around them. A few times I almost slipped and fell. The hidden gem in this hotel is definitely the sunset bar which has both great service and stunning views. Well worth going to that. We ate at the Turkish restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service in there was amazing. Well worth booking. Definitely the two most positive things about our stay. The Salvador coffee bar was very nice and staff were always friendly when serving. Coffee to take away or sit in. The lunch buffet was ok. Had standard food available like pasta, pizza, chips. People smoked wherever they like in the lunch buffet. Can get busy but always managed to find a table. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the woman who was serving on the waffle bar. She was very rude and threw waffles onto plates and shoved them at us several times. In general, a really bad attitude.I did raise a complaint to the hotel about this and received an apology for her behaviour. I heard other guests in the queue complaining about her attitude as well. That was a shame as all the staff were very accommodating. The waffles were very nice though but needed more variety of toppings/flavours. The entertainment at night was great. We particularly enjoyed the acrobatics show and the children’s fair. All the entertainment team were friendly and informed us every night of what was on. The fire show on the beach was great but would recommend getting there early to grab a sun-bed as it does get quite busy. I would highly recommend taking mosquito repellant as myself and my husband were bit lots of times. Lots of mosquitos on the beach and dining area. In conclusion, this hotel has the potential to be a 5 star. Beautiful grounds, views and facilities. Unfortunately the dining area lets it down. If the gripes were sorted out and service improved, it really could reach 5 stars. We would probably return in future.
I was thoroughly impressed with the table service at the hotel. From the moment I was seated, the staff made me feel welcome and well looked after. The servers were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that everything was perfect. What stood out most was the professionalism combined with genuine warmth; every request was handled promptly and with a smile. The attention to detail, such as remembering preferences and checking in at just the right moments, elevated the entire dining experience Thank you irfan emre The service team worked seamlessly together, creating a smooth, relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to fully enjoy my meal. It’s clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend the dining experience here to anyone who appreciates excellent service paired with fine food. --- Would you like me to make this more formal (like for a business review), or more casual (like for TripAdvisor/Google reviews)?
We arrived here on the 14th and had the best experience! My youngest went to kids club and rose was brilliant with my son! And the mini disco was brilliant according to my son!
I don't quite understand why this resort has such high ratings. The food is awful, its purely quantity over quality with the typical main option being greasy lamb meat (koftas and kebabs). They advertise foreign import drinks but, for example, the only two beers that are available are either Becks (which they never have stocked) or the local Efes beer. I've been careful to eat plain food at the hotel and I've still had diarrhea which tells me the hygiene isnt up to scratch either. When it comes to the facilities its basically a plastic shop front. It looks good on photos but nothing actually works. Half the equipment in the shockingly poor gym don't work. The steam room also doesn't work. The turkish bath smells like a used toilet. The 'sea view' room isnt really a sea view if the room is situated on the side of the building away from the sea with a 1 m x 1 m balcony that just about fits a chair. You can't really speak to anyone about any of the issues because almost none of the staff speak any English. Although the bedrooms are clean and to a decent standard the bedsheet is basically a tablecloth made of sandpaper. I have visited another premium 5 star hotel in Turkey where as an all-inclusive I could get crisps, a selection of ice-creams, a selection of premium import drinks, better entertainment and overall better service (e.g. waiters bringing drinks during evening meal, better food etc.) at a similar cost. Its categorically not a 5 star hotel and I'm convinced the rating was issued (as with many hotels) to boost tourism to the area. Its not worth the amount paid.
Just got back from a two week trip with my wife and two children (5+Infant). We had a great time so thought I’d write it here. We were with Tui for this trip but didn’t really need them until the end (more later about this). We arrived at a decent time and were shown promptly to our room. When we went in we looked around and wanted to look from the balcony. But there is no light and we were also opposite a building. So not a great view. By the next day this didn’t bother us though. We got into a routine of breakfast, pool, lunch, pool, change, dinner, arcade, show and cards. My 5 year old boy tried the kids club pretty much the first hour, but he wasn’t keen (usually likes going). I’d say it is quite ‘young’ even though it’s aimed at 4-12yo’s. One thing was playing with play dough, so a bit young I’d say. They were absolutely lovely in there though so it’s possibly more personal taste. The pools are brilliant. Plenty of space for lots of loungers (never an issue getting some). Before going, we thought we might go to the local water park, but we really didn’t need to, such was the quality and amount of slides on offer. The bars were never busy and there are many of them. You could get ice cream from some of them and my son made sure he had lots! We only went to the buffet restaurant for our breakfast and evening meal, but I’m sure you can have lunch in there too. For lunch we were at the snack bar with is open 12-5. But proper snacks such as pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken, kebab, salad and fruit right until the end. The buffet restaurant was very good and our waiter Berat was really attentive and bringing us drinks just as we were finishing our first. He was great and always made it a pleasure to go in there. We always sat in his section as a result. The restaurant can be very busy, but we always got seated no problem and the food was great. One thing to note was that they garnish all the food with nuts. I mean, cold chicken; let’s throw some on there. Why? Especially with many people having nut allergies. Surely there is better things to use? My wife has a nut allergy and it wouldn’t be so bad but at times there was no signs telling you what the food was, and certainly if there was nuts in it. We met some other people who were asked at check in if anyone had any allergies. The man did, and was given a translation card to give in the restaurant. I asked if they had a particular dessert without the garnished nuts (we used to eat at 7 when it opened, so you’d think there would be more coming out etc), but no, not possible. The food though was good and plentiful. My son and daughter always found lots to eat also. There felt like there was quite a few wasps and definitely mosquitoes about. But the hotel actively treat for the mosquitoes, you ca. literally see them doing it. The grounds and beach were lovely too. The staff everywhere were so friendly and made a real effort. They were always fussing over our children. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. Less so Tui. We changed to this hotel from a different one about 6 weeks ago due to transfer times and were told by Tui that we were having to go 45 minutes out of our way to pick up at another hotel in a different direction to then go an hour over to the airport. Our hotel is at most 1hr from the airport. When asked about it the Tui rep said, I understand your concern but there is nothing she can do. They are apparently told it’s a chance to upsell a private transfer! Then she asked for a positive review after mentioning this. We found another family and shared the cost (more than a standard taxi fare). Do yourself a favour and go with Jet2 instead, but do go to Palm Wings Ephesus, it’s brilliant.
Lekta was our stand out waiter. He couldn't do enough for us. This includes the bar staff in the hotel reception. The cocktails were exceptional
This is a fantastic hotel, positioned right on the beach. The rooms are decent sizes and clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable! The food is delicious with a wide variety to suit all palates. I especially enjoyed the cooked on demand section in the middle of the main restaurant! The pudding range is the best I’ve ever seen and for a healthier option, the fresh fruit is really tasty! The pools are great and plentiful! The only down side to this hotel were the mosquitos and the cleanliness of the sea. Whilst the sea was warm, it was not so pleasant swimming past plastic and crisp wrappers! I’m not sure what the hotel can do about this as the sea clearly stretches much beyond their area of beach. To finish on a good note, I found all staff helpful, smiley and approachable. In particular, the bar staff at the pool with the ping pong table, the animation staff and the ladies who made the Gozleme- another culinary delight! I would definitely recommend this place for families and would return again
We had the a really good holiday 2 A 2 C 13&12. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time, we had a swim up room but used the activity pool everyday which was lots of fun, the animation team are brilliant and super friendly. Our room was 5102 which got the sun after 2pm, if you stay in this block be prepared to not sleep until gone midnight, there is a disco in the next hotel which is that loud the windows shake! The grounds are beautiful and the staff work hard to keep all areas tidy. We felt as a family this hotel gave us everything we needed to have fun and relax but the good and service sadly let this hotel down, breakfast is less chaotic but sadly lacking in choice unless you like pancakes, the pastries just looked over baked and dry! For lunch we ate mainly at the snack bar, the pizza is the best thing if they have any because it was hit and miss with what food would be available and if you hate wasps be prepared to fight them off! There are loads! Evening meal is an absolute nightmare, if you are lucky enough to get a table you will probably have to find cutlery then go to the bar for any drinks which after holidaying in Turkey many many times is a first! Then it is the fight to get food, it is not a nice environment to feel relaxed and enjoy any food! The food is not the best and the whole dining experience lets this hotel down massively. The staff in the other bars are fantastic especially in The Sunset Bar, we went in there every night. We all had a great holiday but sadly let down by the food and service in the main buffet. 5 stars 🌟 for the pools, bars, grounds and staff 3 stars 🌟 for the main buffet, lack of service and chaos Nearly forgot to mention Kelly on guest relations who is so helpful and friendly.
This is a lovely hotel with some great facilities, but it was let down by poor service, and more so, by the sheer amount of mosquitoes. This was my tenth trip to Turkey and I've never experienced mosquitoes like it (I never usually get bitten at all). Food - the food is tasty with a good selection, particularly on the themed nights, but it did get a bit repetitive (especially lunch at both the snack bar and buffet). The buffet restaurant is nothing short of chaotic at times - noisy, people without tops on, queues, everyone rushing. The service (drinks and clearing tables) was VERY poor compared to other hotels in Turkey. Pools - a good selection of pools with plenty of sunbeds and it never felt too crowded. Each pool had a different vibe. The slides and splash park were great. The activity pool was our favourite, the animation team created a fun environment and were very friendly. Aqua gym and Zumba were excellent. Room - our room was small but comfortable enough. We had 5 coathangers between 3 of us! It was spotlessly clean upon arrival but housekeeping was poor. Linen, towels and bins were seen to daily but there was no other cleaning done during the 11 nights (no wiping of sink, work surfaces, mirror, shower, floors etc). Our floor was filthy for the last few days. The shower gel and shampoo were empty upon arrival and were never refilled despite requesting this at both reception and guest relations. We had two notes left to say the bed sheet was in the wash and would be returned once dry - we never saw it again. General - the onsite market is handy. The mini disco and mini club were good. The hotel grounds are well maintained and look beautiful. Toilet facilities were sometimes messy with no toilet paper. The evening entertainment was good, especially the nights in the garden, beach etc, but I feel some live music would be nice in the lobby or sunset bar. It was sometimes difficult to work out what entertainment was on, when and where (the info board isn't clear). The cocktails were poor unless you get them from the Sunset Bar. The beach is clean with lovely soft sand - it was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. There aren't enough lifts for the amount of people, we often used the stairs to go 5 floors. Kelly at guest relations is really helpful. Mosquitoes - this absolutely ruined our holiday. No repellent will stop them. I got bitten 12 times on the first night, then continuously during the stay. I got 5 bites to my hands during the Kids Fest and got cellulitis from this. The on-site medical staff referred me to hospital and this was a very costly and frightening experience. I wasted the final 3 days of my holiday in bed. We saw a drone one night, which apparently is to spray repellent but didn't see any other measures. The bites are not small ones either, they turn into huge red lumps. We spent the whole trip covered in unsightly red lumps, itching, burning and swatting mosquitoes away. Yes this is nature, but I'd rather spend my money going somewhere that doesn't have this issue. After 9 previous, amazing holidays in Turkey, this experience was definitely the worst.
I'm here from 16.8 to 23.8.. positives: Water slides, animation programs, garden, cleanliness of rooms. Negatives: dirty sea, restaurant can't handle full capacity at all (no cutlery, plates, dirty tables, at least 15-20 people waiting for omelettes and pancakes, small selection of dishes), wifi is not working anymore, service at the bars is almost non-existent. Last year I was at Sea Shell Vega and it was a completely different standard.
Just returned home from a Great 10 days family holiday. The hotel is immaculately maintained, cleaned and well presented throughout. The grounds teams do an incredible job keeping the outdoor spaces photographic throughout. We had the 2 bed swim up which was well proportioned and clean, although in block 4 the sun only graced the terrace and pool early morning (although you do have a grass terrace opposite where we moved our loungers to daily to capture the sun) - other blocks had more sun throughout The pool scene was Good, again well maintained and staff cleaning throughout the day, with most of our days spent by the main pool … the sun bed situation always a worry BUT not here, you could get multiple beds at any time of day so no getting up at 6 am with towels :). Food choice offers a good selection (although repetitive at times … like most All inclusive) - but pick your time carefully as it does become very busy, and you end up walking around looking for a table. Eating outdoors on an evening is a no as you become the meal for the mosquitoes, which seemed to increase throughout our stay (again though the hotel where doing what they could spraying nightly with drones / vans) The waffle bar was amazing and the daytime snack bar offered arguably better food than the evening meals. Entertainment has to be the biggest let down and the reason it’s not a 5 Star review … it was poor to say the lease. We had 16 and 12 year olds so the kids entertainment early on was a no go but the acts were basic … and only lasted 30 mins so by 22:00, there is nothing on (other than the occasional Bingo) The Garden party … the 1st one had snacks and bouncy castles which was better but the 2nd one we witnessed was just a DJ playing overly loud music and ballon’s …. Hardly entertaining. The beach and waterpark are great … we used the water park daily and as it’s all on site you can literally ‘pop’ for 10 -20 mins and get straight on everything with no queues. The spa is a must and a great couple of hours experiencing the Turkish bath and scrub - but do it early on to support the tanning process Overal a Great Holiday and would definitely return again.
Just got back from a fabulous two weeks at palm wings. Leaving an honest review. A brilliant hotel that we would happily return to. just a couple of niggles that stopped me giving 5 stars but overall it was an amazing two weeks where the positives massively outweighed the negatives. We travelled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children 15F, 14F and 6M). We travelled during peak time in the school summer holidays. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room (room 5204). POSTIVIES The hotel itself and its grounds. The hotel is beautifully kept. Clean. Tidy and the grounds are well looked after. The gardens are gorgeous with lots of colourful flowers and it really is lovely to just wander around. The hotel feels spaced out, but not so large that its annoying to walk around etc. It never felt crowded or like people were on top of one another (despite being peak time). Yes it gets busy in the dinner hall and snack but we always got somewhere to sit for 5 without waiting. The pools are lovely. Not too deep (activity pool is 135, main pool is 140 at its deepest) and there is a baby pool (40cm) and a shallow end (80cm) for non swimmers. The pool areas are kept immaculately clean. The pools are a good size so you dont feel like everyone is on top of you. The waterpark has something for everyone. Again, it did not feel overcrowded or too busy. I felt quite happy to let my 6 year old play on the main frame independently and just watching him at the bottom of the slides. There were minimal queues for the bigger slides. The children's club was fab. Lots of different little activities every day (from arts and crafts, to pool games, park play, t shirt painting, tea parties etc). My son really enjoyed the odd hour in there playing. The food is perfectly fine. Not the best I've had in turkey but what can be expected at an AI. plenty of choice. Salads at every meal, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, fresh BBQ items every dinner, pasta station, stews, curry's kebabs etc. There is also plenty for the fussy eater. ..chips, nuggets, burgers, KFC style fillet chicken, mash potato etc. Snack bar food is great for the kids. Mine loved the waffle bar. Ice creams are available between 10 and 5 at each of the drinks bars by the pools. The room was very spacious. It was cleaned daily. The air conditioning was great and independent in each bedroom. The mini fridge was re stocked daily. There are lots of little things in the room (body lotion, soap, shower gel, shower caps, cotton buds, slippers, a kettle with tea and coffee etc). Our room had a beautiful view of fhe ocean and the sunset every night. We overlooked the activity pool. The staff are lovely. They cannot do enough for you. Chico will sort you out with watersports. Jimmy did our photos which were fabulous (and half the price of photos we had done at a hotel 2 years ago). The spa staff were the nicest (and the treatments were fantastic). The cleaners and animation team and bar staff/ waiters work super hard. The sunbed situation was THE BEST. No early morning alarms. With a 6 year old we were up around 7 every day anyway and before 8 you can basically have your pick around the whole site. There were still plenty of beds available at 9.30 which is unheard of in summer holidays. They really seem to have got the amount of beds and brollies right. NIGGLES (not negative) The floor around the pool, whilst cool under foot, was so incredibly slippery when wet (more so than other hotels). I think they could do with some matting around the pool to make this safer. My so fell once and I nearly fell a number of times. Mosquitos. Everywhere. Nothing the hotel can do about it but I was bitten 27 times 🙈 The sea was not great to swim in. Not clear (full of what I think is seaweed but looked a bit like woodshavings) you had to go quite far out to get clear water. Also there was quite a bit of rubbish washing up (which was cleaned up regularly) but not ideal for swimming. (I do understand the hotel cannot control the sea and this could just have been because it was windy and at other times it may be clear) Smoking around (and on one occasion by a particularly rude man) in the pool. There was when we were there a LOT of smoking around the pool. As one of our party is chronically asthmatic this was sometimes troublesome. We have stayed at hotels before where there was non smoking around certain areas of the pool and this would have been ideal. Smoking in the snack bar. Again on a similar point. Whilst there are non smoking and smoking areas this is not policed so even sat in the non smoking area people were smoking. We ended up eating inside 99% of the time fo avoid this. There were some issues with the room. The "childrens" room (with the single beds) had the balcony on it so not ideal from a safety perspective. We ended up giving the double bed to our teenagers and my husband and I took the singles with our 6 year old. The 5th bed in the room was a little fold out chair bed. Whilst this was fine for a 6 year old, I wouldn't have wanted a teenager sleeping on it. There wasn't really enough storage. There were 2 wardrobes (one for each bedroom) and each wardrobe had 1 shelf and 8 coathangers which we found was not enough for 5 people for 2 weeks. There was also nowhere really to store the empty cases they just ended up in the corner of the room. The room was very noisy. During the day the music of the activity pool could be heard as if you were in the pool until around 6pm (so no sitting quietly on fhe balcony reading a book etc). The evenings were the worst though Every night you could hear the music from the hotel next door until gone midnight. This was worse when the bedroom doors were open but manageable when all doors were closed. Every Thursday though the hotel disco basically happens outside your window in this particular room. It is SO loud if you are not someone who wants to stay up till midnight (like my 6 year old) there is no chance of sleep. To be fair to the hotel, they did offer to move us when we spoke to them about it, but the thought of packing / unpacking again filled me with dread given it was only one night a week. Like I say. These are only niggles. All in all we had a fantastic holiday (a couple of sleepless nights) but the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.
Lets start with the negatives and TBH there isn’t many and none of these affected our holiday: On arrival at the hotel, we were ushered off the bus and advised our suitcases would be take care off, instead they lost my suitcase. I got it back later that night (some 5 hours later) and received no formal apology from the management of the hotel at all. No management at all spoke to my family and acknowledged us, although they took the time to speak to non-English guests. There is a major issue with getting bitten by insects at this resort and all my family suffered heavily despite using spray every day/ night. Nearly everyone I spoke to experience the same. There is a lack of service for drinks in the buffet restaurant and most of the time, I had to go and ask for drinks. I understand that if you tip them in advance, they look after you, however I only tip for good service and should now be pressured into tipping to obtain the basic level of service I have paid for. Room service wasn’t great, the staff were lovely, however cleaning the floor would have been handy. No decaf coffee of tea on site and when I questioned this I got nowhere. There is a lack of activities for older children/ teenagers to do as most of the daytime activities were adult only. The buffet didn’t have much choice for children in the evenings. The bathroom in the hotel bedroom is small. There are no lights on the balcony in the hotel room. The duvets are not great in the hotel rooms, I had to ask for a second one to stay warm. Positives: The Amination Team are great, Barbie in particular who looked after and entertainment my children throughout the holiday, thank you. Without this team and the activities, and shows they put on, the hotel would be a very different experience. The ‘parties’ were great, and they put a lot of time and effort into these. I cannot praise this team enough, they were all wonderful and very friendly. Staff in the pool bars were great and very friendly. Staff in the lobby bar were great. The resort is very clean and tidy, with people regularly cleaning and maintain all areas. The snack bar is great along with the waffle station with plenty of choice and hot food. The coffee shop looked amazing, although I didn’t try it as there was no decaf. My son used it a lot and said the coffee was nice. The water park is great and lifeguards are very cheerful and friendly. The activity pool was great fun with decent music played all day, The food in the buffet was hot and sometimes warm, but never cold. There was enough choice just and don’t forget to visit the ‘grill’ area. Great effort was put into the Buffet Restaurant although you had to get in early to experience the big welcome from the staff and the welcome cocktails (for adults and children). The Italian and Mexican restaurants were good. The sunset bar is fab, and if you want an air con bar, head to the ‘pub’. The shop on site has most things you need but branded sun lotion is expensive. The games room looked good, however we didn’t use it. Kelly in guest relations is great, always smiling and always saying hello. The coach transfer time was 1hr 15min going with no traffic and 1hr returning with no traffic. Overall, well worth the money we paid and we had a great time, however I wouldn’t rush back to it.
Hotel is lovely and clean. Food isn't the greatest but can always find something. Staff are friendly and accommodating. BARBIE from animation team is fabulous. Always accommodating.
amazing hotel all the staff are super friendly. Mike especially friendly. would definitely recommend. clean and tidy. good choice of food and drink and shows are great
11 night holiday as a family of 4: 2 adults and two boys aged 7 and 4 Approx one hour from the airport Easy check in. Towels can be collected and exchanged at the spa on the lower ground floor Room: we had a room on the first floor which had a double bed and bunk bed. Nice and clean and spacious. Free safe. Mini bar stocked with soft drinks only. Re stocked during stay. Plenty of storage although more hangers would be nice! Common problem it seems! Sometimes had to wait a while for lifts so would be a problem if on a higher floor… Very powerful shower with consistent water temperatures. Bathroom was small and had to pivet around toilet to get in the shower but it was fine. Shower was big. Hair drier in bathroom. Kettle and tea/ coffee etc in room Pools- fantastic! Splash pad, young children’s pool, larger slides pool. 2 x big slides for age 10 and over. Large pool with slide structure. Activities pool. Standard pool with ropes off shallow end and separate baby pool Over 16’s pool is beautiful Indoor pool but don’t think it was open or certainly didn’t see it being used Spa- looked lovely but didn’t use it Hairdressers and nail parlour Shop- clothes and minimart - didn’t use so can’t comment On site photographer- didn’t use Plenty of loungers. We never reserve loungers and always got one . If you are not fussy where it is and just want a base for you bag then no big deal Lovely lifeguards who do their job well. Furkan was so lovely and friendly so thank you Immaculate gardens! So pretty Very clean hotel Beach; plenty of loungers plus shaded area. Showers for when you come off the beach . Sea was so warm. Shame about all the plastic in the sea- saw some staff cleaning up but not to a great standard. We did our own sea litter pick- it did depend on the wind/ current . Didn’t spoil the beach but shame to see Watersports were great- did jet ski and parasailing which me and my 7 year old loved and was worth the money . Felt safe and looked after Would be nice if the hotel didn’t use plastic straws and one use plastic cups which adds to the problem. Use reusable plastic cups like other hotel do!! Paper straws are fine! Restaurants: main restaurant really nice. Themed nights. As a pescatarian it always seemed to be the same plain grilled fish . Would be nice to see more mixed seafood and prawns. At breakfast there were only mushrooms on one morning . I had to ask for a meat free omelette so always had to wait. A bit more variety would have been nice. Food was good but had better. 4 x ala carte restaurants which you can book at guest services - Turkish, Mexican, fish and Italian. We booked the fish and Italian only which were both good. Pool lunch bar- pizza which was lovely , burgers, hot dogs, pasta and salad. Home made fresh pida Waffles and ice cream - lovely! Plenty of bars - never had to wait long for a drink. Behic made great cocktails! Lovely coffee bar Great entertainment . Didn’t hear much re daytime entertainment but nice as not in your face . Kids disco at 8:45 then main show afterwards Kids fest every Thursday which is fab Few chickens and peacocks roaming around Location- bus stop outside for local bus. Taxi from outside hotels 15 euro set price into kusadasi which takes around 15-20 minutes. Quite an isolated location. Can walk along beach but just to other hotels. Downside: Lots of mosquitos!! Bring repellent and keep room door closed Not great table service for drinks Too much one use plastic Food could be better with variety My son had his 4th birthday whilst we were there . The restaurant bought him out a cake which I had to pay 10 euro for- other hotel in Turkey have done a cake for free and left him a card and little gift on the bed. They did decorate the bed with towel art but only on his birthday Housekeeping was ok but often things were missed - one bed not made, bin not emptied but nothing I had to complain about Please put lights on the balconies!! So dark if sitting out there!! Overall a great holiday. I wouldn’t not return but tend not to go back to the same place twice
What a great hotel, highly recommend. We have just arrived home after a weeks stay and I would definitely return! We transfered with Jet 2 and we were 2nd drop off took just over a hour, when we checked in it was late and there was pasta, soup, cheese, ham and bread to eat in the restaurant. Yes this hotel is busy but we never had a issue getting a seat in the restaurant, there is a variety of foods 😋 available and they do have themed night, we always found something to eat, there snack bar has pizzas, burgers, hotdogs on offer again it is busy but you can sit if needed. We always sat at the activity pool and never had a issue getting a sunbed (i put towels down around 9.15 daily) and this pool is where the animation team do there games and activities. They are great all very friendly and they try to get all guests involved 😀. !!! The hotel is so clean the staff work very hard and they are all very friendly. There is lots to do. A mention to Aydın Bulun who is great at his job, his photography 📸 is brilliant and the experience was great. The sunset bar is a great bar with a great view also 😎🌇 xxx
Very good hotel for family Fantastic programs near pools and night Very good food We had wonderful experience in PalmWings and we choosed it for next holiday
A stunning hotel - beautiful. There aren't places close-by to go off site, but it's a short taxi ride to the town, and there is plenty to do on site. The pool areas are all large, the aqua park/splash pools are fantastic and there's lots going on in terms of activities and entertainment - day and night. The beach is lovely and offers a range of water activities (but they aren't cheap). For such a large hotel, we never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, or a seat to dine. Everything is so spacious and caters perfectly for the amount of guests. Plenty of places to eat and snack and the food was really good - lots of variety and choices varied each evening. Fresh pool towels are provided (so don't pack any). There's a beauty salon, spa, indoor pool and gym on site. There is a also a shop (but this is very expensive - €30 for a bottle of suncream). Staff are so lovely, and all so hardworking. One staff member particularly stood out for us - Tuğçe, the Snack Bar bartender. She always had a smile on her face and her service was superb. Everywhere is kept so clean - even the communal bathrooms. Would highly recommend it here!
Fabulous hotel, our children aged 10 & 11 loved the water slides. Plenty of swimming pools. Staff very attentive. Plenty of activities too, we enjoyed the Fire show on the beach. Liked that you can walk 2 mins on the beach and plenty of sun loungers in the shade. Would definitely recommend, great family holiday.
Lovely resort plenty of swimming pools, great water park for the kids. Fun entertainment really enjoyed the acrobatic show. Animation team very friendly and informative would definitely recommend!
Currently staying at the hotel. So far, couldnt fault it! Entertainment staff are great, they work so hard and are fab with the children. Watersides are so much fun! Having a great time so far 👍
Just come back from a 10 night stay here and the hotel was lovely. It’s big, lots to do in the day with the animation team and the mini water park. There are 4 pools in total… the main pool, the activity pool (can be loud so avoid unless you are getting involved in the activities), adults only pool and then the pool around the water slides. There is absolutely no sun bed wars. There was 7 of us so I had to come down a bit early to make sure we could get a bed however I at 8:30-9:00am, there are still loads of sunbeds free so there is no need to worry about a bed Even in the middle of day, you can find sunbeds somewhere. We had a swim up room. This was very spacious. It had a good size bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a nice terrace area with 4 sun beds. The food in the hotel is lovely. Absolutely loads of choice. Different theme every night. Some of the food can be a bit repetitive however it was always nice. Breakfast could be improved a bit and this was my least favourite meal however that is down to opinion and others may say breakfast is great. We did 2 a la carte restaurants where we had Mexican and then Italian. Wasn’t a fan of the Mexican and as a group of 7, we all said this was probably our worst meal of the holiday. The Italian was superb and comes highly recommended. Snack bar is open all day past 5pm so food is always available. Snack bar does pizza, chicken, burgers, kebab meat, salad etc. The waffles at the waffle station are next level delicious and dangerous as you may end up eating 2 or 3. The beach is lovely and very sandy. Plenty of beds there all day every day. The sunset bar is an absolute must on your stay (stairs are next to the lobby bar). Views are spectacular and we spent every evening here watching the sun set and having a drink. The bar man Serkan was excellent and always made us feel welcome and ensured we always had drinks and did them to how we liked. Also a special thank you to Mualla who looked after us every night when we ate in the main restaurant. She was absolutely superb and we will miss her. I’d recommend a trip into Kusadasi for food and shopping. If you don’t mind “genuine fakes” then there is an abundance of shops. Using your haggling skills and get a bargain. We visited Murphy’s restaurant a few times. They do a great thing where they will pick you up and drop you home in a taxi so long as you eat or drink there. Saves money and the restaurant food is lovely so highly recommend you visit here. The “kids fest” they do was brilliant and if you have kids, it’s a lovely evening with music and games outside in the gardens. My only real gripe with the hotel was the lady at reception. We asked about a late check out early in the week and instantly shot us down and said no availability without even checking. We tried again later in the week and the gentleman who we spoke too advised to come back the day before we check out. We did this and again and the same lady told us no availability. We managed to book our friends room for the late check out but asked again on check out day to see if we could use our room and the manager who served said this was absolutely fine and so we had our own room until 4. No idea why this particular lady kept telling us no however we got it on the end so no harm done. All in all, we had an amazing holiday and would 100% come back and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to book it to definitely come.
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and were very happy with our stay. We had a larger double in the main building and it was perfectly sufficient for my husband, 17yr old and I. It was kept clean and any requests/issues we had were dealt with almost immediately. The included mini bar was lovely too and we liked that there were so many places to get a cold drink or pick up bottles of water. The hotel itself is fairly large with many facilities. We didn't really get involved with the entertainment but there were options throughout the days for those that wanted to. One of the main positives for us was the ability to get a sunbed. It didn't matter what time we went out we were always able to get at least 2 sunbeds together and usually 3, although it did help that we were able to use the relax pool as this was usually quietest. The staff (with the exception of one encounter) were always friendly and professional and often remembered our order. The food overall was good but if I have one criticism it is that the main restaurant gets extremely busy and a bit chaotic, especially during the evening period. I wonder if it would be possible to keep the snack bar open for a few more hours as I am sure there are numerous people that would be happy to use that instead which would help. The gym was the only other area that we found disappointing as it was not really fit for purpose with very low weights. Despite being a few miles outside Kusadasi, it was easy to get there and back, we used taxis and the dolmus without issue. Overall we had a relaxing stay and would consider returning.
Excellent hotel and fantastic entertainment team especially ceren and rose, can’t wait to return. Food great and grounds of hotel very clean
Hotel was amazing, lots to do especially for children. Food was fantastic. Animation team very friendly and got everyone involved. Barbie especially. Would definitely come again and recommend!
I really dont no where to start. I returned home last night and I still feel like im there. This hotel is magical it never disappointed one bit. A lovely warm welcome was welcomed by the bell boy who came up behind us while we was walking up the the beautiful driveway taking in the beautiful grounds. We had a fast check in and our room was ready very quickly which had the most stunning view across the grounds and beach and sea. The hotel is stunning absolutely spotlessly clean and the workers work hard to maintain it's standards. The toilets were of the highest standards which I didn't expected a hotel could do so beautiful. The restaurant had a huge range of food on and the food was how it should be, hot, with lots of options to choice from including an outside grill. The waffle bar had fresh good quality waffles and the ice cream bar was a nice treat and so was the gozleme which i found was nice if we wanted a light snack. The staff were very helpful and very polite. The lobby bar had a very good range of local and international drinks again a very could choice. The waiters was amazing in the lobby area always checking to see if you needed anything and bringing you drinks 2 waiters stood out for me and both of these waiters deserve were absolutely natural in there job. I was shocked that one had only just started as she was very experienced and for that purpose i would like to mention them they are Zahal and Hakan and they were in the lobby area. Kelly was amazing in reception very helpful and did an amazing job sorting things out with our Alacarte which was fabulous and so delicious. The table display was beautiful in the Italian restaurant to. Pools were beautiful warm and so many to choose from and I love how there not all on top of each other nicely placed around the grounds. The staff kept the swimming pool areas clean and always put wet sign posts out when it was slippy very good, customers safety was put first. The animation was absolutely fantastic wow. Excellent activities around the pool and the staff was very friendly getting all the guests involved and Barbie is so funny very helpful. Credit goes to all of the animation team for there hard work. Survivor was brilliant. Evening entertainment was very good always something on and I love how the entertainment moves around the beautiful gardens. So you get to see different scenery which is stunning. Waterpark again is fantastic we made use of that and the beach is spotless very clean nice and sandy and is well maintained to high standards. All I can say is a big Thank you to all the staff that made our stay perfect. But most of all well-done to the managers for getting this beautiful hotel to the highest of standards, you have done a fantastic job.
Wonderful experience, fantastic vibe, extremely friendly, ever hospitable. Congratulations Türkiye. Outstanding!🙏
Friendly staff and lots of activities for all family.Big thank you to twins Ceren and Irem for their special attention.Great mini club(Ania, Ayko) amazing animation team all of them are great. We loved their energy and enthusiasm to keep everyone part of activities. Nice facility and pools with aqua slides. Highly recommend it.
Don't pay for watersports. Rip off merchants took us on a tour of jack nothing - no snorkeling, no dolphins just seasickness. Awful ruined a an average holiday
This hotel was a lovely stay. Pools great, aqua slides fab.and the splash park is fab. Never had a problem.with getting sunloungers. The hotel grounds are so well.maintained and beautiful. Very clean. The rooms cleaned every day. The rooms were spacious and great cupboard space and area to 'hide' cases. Mini fridge which has fanta, coke and water stocked up regularly. Shower facilities great. Hairdryer a bit slow but did the job. Animation team were great. Very friendly and encouraging. Good entertainment Snack bar outside ...one of the best snack bars I've been to....fresh pizzas, salad, chips, burgers Restaurant......utter chaos.....think it's just the amount of people it caters for and being the only main restaurant and it was understaffed. There did not seem to be anybody in charge offering direction for staff etc we weren't offered once our drinks and got our own by queuing which I really don't think is acceptable for a 4 star hotel, asking for cutlery and clearing our own tables, no wine glasses left etc .....just understaffed and not 4 star service. This was our only negative. Food itself was nice and a lot of choice, very spread out so we often missed things. The Italian a la carte was a very nice experience. Adan was a super host and the food was gorgeous, superb! Definitely book in. Just a shame you are only allowed to have 1 a la carte experience as there is a Mexican, fish and Turkish to sample. Drinks were just normal all inclusive standard. Nothing amazing, sugary cocktails and no prosecco to be had! The beach was lovely. And Chico was such a nice guy who arranged the water sports. We went on a boat trip and it was great and we also done the big pillow so the kids didn't fall off and it was great fun and reasonably priced. We had family photo shoot and the guys were excellent and super friendly who done that. We had a nice time
Where to start with Barbie Great human being who does his best to keep everyone’s spirits high Great energy, enthusiasm and brilliant work kids Terrible singer though 😍
We had such an amazing week! We highly recommend coming here. - plenty of food choices - spotless resort - Yashar was excellent!!!
Good points: The hotel area is good, beautiful and calm, Lobby is large and beautiful also comfortable, Foods taste acceptable and normal. Fantastic room view and acceptable size. Every where is clean. Acceptable water park. Weak points: Lots of children in hotel areas, means everywhere. Indoor pool was closed, it seems it’s normal till winter. Limited access to other pools, Relax pool just for 16 and above, some pools related to villas, one pool for activities, at last you just enjoy main pool which is crowded. Limit access to drinks even in main restaurant. Conclusion: Acceptable hotel specially for families with children and not recommended for couples or young people who want to have fun.
We've been at the hotel for two weeks. We really liked the hotel. The pools are great. The aqua is big. There are separate pools for adults and children. We usually stayed in the pool with the animators. We really liked the animators. The activities are great. You'll have a great time in this pool without getting bored. Barbie is amazing. Her energy and the fun of her dance activities were great. Everything was great, thank you.
Ceren was an amazing instructor who really made us feel relaxed and at ease. She’s so friendly and lovely and the hotel is brilliant. Made better by the animation team
Just come back from a week here as a family of 5, with my son being a wheelchair user. Rooms We had a 2 bed room in the annexe which was great, mini bar stocked daily with soft drinks. No problem for us as kids older but patio doors onto balcony are in the kids room, so not ideal for those with younger children. Air con brilliant in adults room-freezing most nights, but not so good in the kids room. Shower only which made it difficult for my son who can’t stand unaided and we’d requested a bath. Food Breakfast and evening food in buffet restaurant not great. Food looks the part but nothing seems to go together to make a meal! Lots of random stuff. I’m not fussy at all and usually find something to eat in these type of hotels, but even I struggled. As we were there in peak school hols restaurant was always chaos. Tables dirty, always struggled to find one for a family of 5. Never once got offered a drink , always had to go in search of one at the bar. Ate one night at the Mexican a l carte. There was a lot of food off a fixed menu you didn’t get to chose so a lot of it went to waste as the kids didn’t like it. Food was ok in there, but nothing seems what I’d call Mexican food! Snacks: Food here was ok, more that the kids would eat, so they ended up eating here at 12 when it opened and just before 5 when it shut so as not to need to eat in the main restaurant! Freshly cooked waffles and crepes were nice if you had a sweet tooth and available 12-5. Water slides: My youngest daughter 8 was allowed on most of the slides, apart from 2 I think. Be warned the slides are quite rough as in they hurt your back on all the ridges, so no good for my son who has part of his spine fused with rods. They are open 10-2 and 2-5. Despite the hotel being busy you didn’t really have to queue for these and all the slides are in close proximity to each other. Pools: Lovely pools, no problem with the temperatures as previously mentioned. Plenty of sunbeds, but if you want to be near the front of the pool you’ll need to be up early! We never once managed to get them. Only reason for wanting this was the floor surrounding the pools is extremely slippy and dangerous. I slipped on the first day and twisted my knee and saw plenty of other people hit the deck, it’s a wonder no one broke anything. For this reason alone I wouldn’t return as my eldest son isn’t steady on his feet anyway so I was constantly worried he’d fall over and do some serious damage. Activities: Plenty going on in the day if you want it. There’s an activity pool where the majority of stuff takes place. Evenings we did the kids festival which was really good, inflatables, bucking broncho, bungee runs, characters, toffee apples, popcorn, churros. All free and included in the all inclusive. Other than that we didn’t really watch the evening entertainment as we tended to go into the harbour which is a 15 min drive away. We went to Hong Kong twice who do the most amazing Chinese and Indian food. Reception will ring them for you and they pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Even letting you wander around the shops / harbour after before taking you back. All in all a nice hotel. All the grounds were beautifully maintained, nice and flat and easy to get around which is a must for us. The hotel is out on its own so nowhere to walk to, but there is a bus stop right outside. For us the quality of the food and the dangerous floor surface would mean we wouldn’t return, but loved the area.
I love hotel everything were amazing specialy I want to talking about Yoga class ceren is very good do Yoga also she have amazing person every day join I very much love thank you for everything 🤩
Amazing hotel - all aspects of the stay are considerd. Guest service staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. We had a swim up family room which was awesome. The only issue was others trying to use it when they knew they shouldn't. Guest services were so helpful in resolving this. The feedback to make it even more special at the resort would be to review the arrangements for ice cream at dinner (one tiny scoop on a cone) some evening. It should be possible to have it more than one location, every evening and without being in a cone. A wide range of food was served throughout the hotel, sometime the temperature of bits can be a bit cold due to guests not shutting the lids properly. The snack restauarnt was also very popular as was the waffle and ice cream huts. We did the water sports which were also good if a bit pricey, told a price then told that was for Sterling not Euro's so the price then went up... Staff in all locations were excellent - Mehmet in the arcade room, Kelly and the gentleman in guest services, Ayse a server in the main buffet restaurant. Mini bar was filled daily and it was as if nothing was too much trouble. If they could sort out the mosquito's it would be 11/10! In the ampetheatre/evening entertainment and the outdoor space in the evening it was hard to not get bitten.,
My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moments, you could feel the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the whole property was well-maintained and cozy – a perfect place to relax. Special praise goes to the Manager Aziz , who showed great dedication, genuine care for guests, and outstanding professionalism in running the hotel. Always present, smiling, and helpful – it’s clear that providing top-quality service is truly important to him. Thanks to his approach, the entire stay went smoothly and without a single issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with soul and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I wos there on last year, this year and I will definitely return!
Animation team is very good, especially ceren and Burak. Pool side bar team staff also very good. yelda is the best. Great hotel.
evrything is amazing, i like pool , hotel is very good and personal is amazing. Food is so delicious and drink is unlimeted. we are so gratefull and happy.
We stayed for one week at the Palm Wings Ephesus a family of 3. The hotel is stunning situated on its own private beach. The hotel has its own waterpark that caters for children and Adults. The pools at this hotel are excellent and spotless clean. The hotel has plenty of sun loungers so need to get up at silly o 'clock to get a sun bed. They also supply Towels FOC everyday. The hotel caters for everyone's palette. It has a large buffet dining area, 4 Al La Carte restaurants and snack bar. The hotel also has a coffee area that you can get proper Barista and lovely pastries. Selection of Ice cream and Crepes available everyday. You certainly wouldn't go hungry. The beach is stunning. Soft white sand with glitters of gold. There are also sun loungers available on the beach FOC and beautiful Cabanas. I would highly recommend the water sports @okiwatersports Boris and his team are only happy to look after you and ensure you have the best time. I would highly recommend the boat trip with Caption Yigit it takes about two hours and you get to travel around Kusdasai on a speed boat. The rooms at the hotel are spotless clean and spacious. There is a mini fridge in all the rooms that gets restocked regularly with fizzy drinks, juices and water. all the rooms have air conditioning. The hotel has several bars our favourite is the lobby bar. where you can have beer, wine cocktails and a nice chat while overlooking the many swimming pools. The staff for us is what makes this hotel. Hakan the main man, Beige and all the waiter staff are excellent and always happy to serve you drinks and have a chat. Meryem makes the best cocktails and is always smiling and happy and goes that extra mile. Adnan, Volkan and their team (Burak and Secil) that run the Al La Carte restaurants they all work really hard and nothing is too much for them. They are happy to make sure everyone is well looked after and that you enjoy the Al La Carte experience. The hotel has 24 hour reception and the staff are available to answer any questions you may have. Guest relations Kelly and Yashir are available in the day time from 9am if you need anything or advice they are at hand to help. I would highly recommend the spa at the hotel. It is so relaxing and its lovely to have a Turkish bath and an oil massage. Resul is only to happy to help you plan your treatments and very reasonable prices. Thank you to all the staff and Management Team at the Palm wings you are all the best. Until next time !!! Fiona, Aran and Jamie xxx
I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. Everything is absolutely great. I would especially mention the unlimited branded drinks in the rooms, fantastic aquapark for every age group, evening thematic performances for guests (Turkish, Colombian evening, fire show etc.), infrastructure, the location of the hotel (relatively close to all the most important attractions of Turkey), unlimited ice cream and helpful service :) The cuisine is diverse, the hotel is located on a large sandy beach with a very gentle descent to the sea. The hotel is worth recommending with closed eyes 😀
Ceren and rose were very helpful at keeping us informed about all the activities going on in the resort everyday and they made sure we never missed any activity.
The pool is amazing so is the beach. The workers are nice like to girl I met Rose Who was nice and talked To me. The food was really good as well.
