Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort, All Inclusive

Where do I start my review. Stunning hotel. Cleanliness was first class, variety of food offered for all meals in the restaurant was incredible. Everyone catered for. Amazing swimming pools. So clean, well managed with plenty of lifeguards. Many many sunbeds on beach and around the pool. Spotlessly maintained. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Bedroom cleaned every day and staff left lovely towel arrangements on our bed most days. Fridges in rooms stocked daily with water, lemonade and coke. Used local mini buses Dolmus to get about. Bus stop just to left of hotel. Lovely gentleman assisted with getting a bus to attend at our stop. Very good price. Cheaper than taxis. A fabulous holiday with absolutely nothing to complain about. Roll on our nxt visit. Korumar we will be returning.

We arrived at the hotel at around 10pm. We are a family with a 4 year old and 2 year old at the time, the 4 year old being autistic. As we entered the room, the kids made SOME noise, no more than any other kids would. The person in the neighbouring room felt it was justified to bang on the wall to indicate his annoyance. The next day we got a call from the hotel lobby claiming the kids are being too loud and that they would kick us out of the hotel. My wife has stage 4 lung cancer and they threatened to evict guests in their country because kids were making noise on a family hotel. They had no issues that the neighbour himself was being abusive. They toned down their eviction threat after multiple conversations, but would never accept the audacity of their words. I wanted to be out of there as soon as possible. Additionally, you see clear preferential treatment. If you are brown, you are no one. If you are white, you are right, and will be prioritised over everyone else. This was supposed to be a little break for my wife but they were really nasty. Additionally, the taxis working with the hotel scammed us. Took us on more trips than specified and they charged €15 per stop. I didn't have it though. The hotel generally does look good but the hallways for the rooms look so old, very out of sync with the rest of the hotel. I booked through loveholidays and did manage to get some money back due to poor service but even loveholidays were terrible to deal with.

We came here as a large Family group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are great and hotel spotlessly clean but was very busy during our stay. The staff are very hardworking, friendly and helpful they are a credit to the hotel. All the pools are cold but weather was hot so no major temperature problems not being heated. The beach is close by and very clean. The food is fine with decent variety also the Efes lager was decent the same as all other all inclusive drinks. The entertainment was ok much what you would expect so no issues here. The indoor shops are not the cheapest so make sure you bring all your niceties and essentials with you or it will cost you significantly more here like pack of 18 baby nappies £16 euros so be warned. The hotel is situated appropriately 6 miles from Izmir with very little located near to the hotel of interest but plenty of water sports available locally. Overall I would recommend but would not return.

We go there with our friends group of 8 from Iran. The resort was very clean, food was amazing, entertainment programme was really fun and joy. We played dart everyday and it was lots of fun with aynur and onur. Evening entertainment live music, karaoke nights, quiz and parties was so much fun. We didnt have kids but we seen lots of going on for kids, kite fest, cookie parties, inflatables, mini disco every night. We would come with our kids as well. We can’t thank enough to Aynur and Onur for amazing holiday. We will for sure come back

I have nothing but positives to say about the hotel! We went in early April, which was a mistake because it was FREEZING! The hotel itself was lovely and despite finding something in the food we had to report, it was fantastic. We came by a different company and a different time at night, but it was worth it, because we made it in time for late dinner and tucked ourselves straight into bed. We had a lot of ups and downs with my poor nephew as he got stung by a bee, stepped on a fish, banged his head and even cut himself on his cutlery! But he LOVED the slides and the activities with other kids and would beg us to go and play volleyball every day (even after the bee sting on the beach!) High Praise for everyone on the entertainment, for not only recognising myself and my nephew but treating us so well <3 Joe, max, Ozzy, Minne, Doga, DJ Joseph, Anni, etc were fantastic and sweet and James REALLY hopes to see you next year on his birthday! The wait staff were lovely as well, quickly swinging into action when we needed a drink or a hand with plates (I walk with a cane) and one gentlemen in the outdoor cafe regularly saw me struggling with a tray of drinks and plates to take to my nephew and mum and carried them for me, what a star! The reception staff were friendly and helpful and whilst we didn't find an Easyjet rep (like we would with a jet2 rep) the guest relations person helped a lot! The noise level was not too bad as the entertainment team had all gone to bed so I think everyone had at that point! Rooms were GORGEOUS, clean, spacious and just an absolute dream! My nephew was actually delighted to have 'his own bed!' instead of having to share. For the time we came and the price we paid, what a bargain! Whilst the hotel IS some distance from centrum, it is right on the beach, has multiple shops and a spa and ammenities you don't have to walk far to get to. Highly recommend the Korumar to anyone looking to stay here, it is WONDERFUL! My only recommendation: Wear water shoes to avoid any bee stings on the beach and fish stings in the sea XD

Overall we had a lovely week at this spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was fantastic. Pools were cold as we expected (buy yourselves a two bare feet thermal rash vest £15 off Amazon!) Watch out for the stray dogs further up the beach…very aggressive and guests got bitten (hotel should warn guests of this…wouldn’t stop us coming but good to know!). Overall a lovely week away

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The hotel is constantly cleaned food excellent lots of choice. Staff are all polite and friendly we will definitely be going back

We booked this hotel as it seemed to tick all the boxes. Perfect sandy beach, hotel on the beach, beach bar, multiple pools, All Inclusive. My wife booked the hotel and i have to say that before we travelled i thought everything looked too clinical, but from the moment we arrived we knew this was a great place to enjoy 11 nights. Absolutely spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff are constantly cleaning stairwells, by the pool, all public areas, rooms. The staff were fantastic, from cleaners to managers, all were super friendly and helpful. Special mention to one of the waiting staff at the evening restaurant, Seder, he made our sure we were looked after each evening. Food was not disappointing, we enjoyed a varied menu, with tasty meals throughout the day. Most drinks on offer are original brands like: Baileys, Absolute Vodka, Havana Rum however you can pay if you wanted other brands too. This is the first holiday in a while where we said to each other that we would love to return. Its not that often we get to say that. Thank you Korumar Ephesus Beach for a perfect holiday

The hotel is amazing, facilities are fantastics, lots of pools and slides for the kids to enjoy!. The place is always very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic and always very friendly and attend to your needs when needed. The food is very tasty with lots of different choices. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfy beds and always cleaned. The animation team are some of the best always keeping you entertain with fantastic games throughout the day and awesome shows at night i would 100 percent recommend this place to someone else.

Very good hotel, spacious swim up rooms. Very friendly staff. We had 2 members of our party with allergies and the restaurant staff were very attentive and prepared all meals separately .

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. Very attentive. My daughter has a dairy allergy and the guest services and restaurant staff were great at ensuring all her meals were suitable. Fabulous pools (if a little chilly) Over all good time had by all.

Lovely clean hotel. Great food, drinks and activities. We went in October, so evening entertainment was inside and I am sure it would be better outside but still fine. (We didn’t do it every evening, as it was a bit busy inside) Day time activities were not too intrusive and good. We enjoyed volleyball and Zumba. The kids loved the water slides and I loved the pool! The beach was also really nice. We also enjoyed tennis and basketball. (Football available too.) If you want to play lots of tennis, take your own racquets as they were often booked out by other guests (but courts free!) Food was amazing and also drinks were good quality. (Proper cocktails made each time - even for the kids!) Rooms were clean and modern. Spa and indoor pool were also lovely. Kids can go in there, which was fun for our kids but also means there is no adult only zone. Indoor pool went outside too, so you could enjoy a sunset in there! We did a boat trip to the national park. It was a shame that Ephesus was so expensive, so we decided not to go there.. :-( Overall a great experience.

First stay at THE korumar hotel. The rooms are very nice spacious, lots of storage. Had a Junior Suite . Staff friendly . The pool is great although a little cold. Beach nice. The food was good and a good choice at all meal times.The hotel is isolated nothing around it and caught dolmus bus into Kusadasi. The evening entertainment was very poor. Sound system not good. Only one decent act of African acrobats all week. We found the evening entertainment very lacking compared to other hotels we have been to in Turkey.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and as always it was excellent! The food was so tasty, always something different to eat, always fresh and always great service in the restaurant! The rooms were perfect, plenty of space, huge bed and big bathroom with brilliant shower. Always kept clean by the hotel staff, fresh towels every day and if we need any extra staff willing to help. Pool was so refreshing, slides always fun and right next to the beach for a change of scenery. Animation team as always make this hotel so much more special - always fun, always chatting, always there to help! They’re amazing with the kids, so many activities and events to take part in, and even when there is not an event scheduled you can ask and they will provide the equipment. Joe, Ozzy, Maximilian, Minne, Doga, DJ Joseph, Annie and Onur have been so good to us and our family, we’ll always be grateful to them. As I said earlier, this is our third time, it always meets our expectations and it certainly won’t be our last time!! Thank you again to Korumar Ephesus and all the staff

Just got back from Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort and it was an incredible experience! The hotel is modern, super clean, and right on a beautiful beach. The food was great with so many options, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. A special thanks to the animation team — they were absolutely amazing! Always full of energy, fun, and made every day entertaining for both kids and adults. From pool games to evening shows, they really made the holiday extra special. Can’t wait to go back! 🌞🎉💙

We stayed here for 10 days and What a stay!!! The pool is the best we have even seen, we could not fault the cleanliness inside and out. The rooms were modern and well equipped and comfortable. There was a vast choice of food with themed nights and was lovely. All the staff were polite, chatty and attentive. The animation team (espically Crazy Joe) were great and the kids (10 and 14 years) have the best time. Highly recommended!!!

2nd visit to this excellent hotel. Food improved on last year cannot say same for bar staff who were unfriendly and rude, got wrong drinks on numerous occasions. Guest relations lady no better. Restaurant staff were really friendly and welcoming. A la carte restaurant awful booked for 8pm, they were clearing tables by 8 45pm, asked for red wine which was served ice cold! Food inedible. Hotel spotlessly clean. Jet2 rep Ahmed was both friendly and so helpful. In spite of staff problem are thinking of going back next year as hotel is really lovey. Wendy, Judith

Rooms absolutely fantastic. Very tidy very clean. Bar staff absolutely brilliant and very attentive and give generous portions. Entertainment also very good for adults and for kids. Had a three massages in the spa all very well priced and very very good treatment. Hotel is not far from kusadasi where there is also plenty to. Pool was great and the slides were great fun. Animation team very good fun. We won bingo as well. Which was great. Night time entertainment was also fantastic. Thanks for animation members ozzy,joe,maximilan,onur,aynur. We will be back next year

I stayed here for a week with my husband and I really wanted to love this hotel, however have been a little disappointed. Pro’s Lovely hotel, kept very clean Beautiful pool (although a little cold due to it being October) Indoor Pool heated for another option. Beach lovely with boardwalk to sea and sun lounges. Rooms large and cleaned every day. Above average cocktail menu (although some staff need training on how to make cocktails) however majority were great. Staff very polite and attentive. Food overall ok (my husband struggled some days however he is very picky) Lots of day time entertainment if you want it. Oktoberfest was on during our stay which was great. Location great for day visit to Ephesus. Con’s The major con for us was the evening entertainment. Whilst having a large outside entertainment area with bar it was never used but instead had all evening entertainment in a brightly lit conference room inside the hotel. The children’s entertainment started late at 8.45 in the same room, even though there were disco/children’s facilities on site but not used. Most people just sat in the hotel lobby in the evening making their own entertainment. We had 4 out of the 7 nights as Themed Food Nights. I loved the Asian themed night, however the Italian night was pitiful as they only offered 2 different flavoured Pizza options and the one pasta option which they have offered all week, I would have least expected there to be Lasagne on the menu. The Sports bar never seemed officially open, unless you opened the door and switched on the lights yourself. The bar was never manned so you had to go to another bar for drinks.

Hotel cleaning staff friendly and rooms were very clean, rooms were spacious Bar staff so friendly and very attentive nothing was ever a problem. Entertainment staff so friendly and helpful And full of life. Food and restaurants were clean, food was warm and had a good variety to select from. Big shout out to Joe, Ozzy, Maxi, Bertey, Firat, Mostafa, Overall this hotel is a 5* and would highly Recommend.

Great 11 night stay at the Korumar Rooms spacious and cleaned every day…shortage of coat hangers though! Buffet restaurant had a great selection every day & night, all staff very attentive especially Berky & Firat! Mustafa looked after us every evening at the lobby bar where there was also a a great selection of drinks. Joe and all his animation team were outstanding, welcoming us all to play darts, football & volleyball every day, Joe, Aynur, Ozzy & Maxi were all very friendly! All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return.

I cant rate this hotel enough!!! We were reccomended by friends and now I know why!! They have everything you could ever need or want. Situated right by the beach it's perfect whether your a pool or beach family. The food was great - so much choice!!, the hotel itself is super clean, the rooms are great size (we were a family of 4), pools with slides and a splash park, great for every age. But the staff , especially the animation team are just great! Super friendly and always up for a laugh. Big shout out to Crazy Joe and Maximillion who can't walk past with saying hi and interacting with the kids. We were lucky enough to be there for their Oktoberfest which was so much fun!!!!! Not many pics of the hotel but we were too busy having the best time!! We are 100% returning next year ❤️🇹🇷

bit of a mixed bag this hotel Pros would be -As some have said, food wise there is plenty and available at any time. Nice cake shop, sports bar, large pool with plenty sunbeds and never had to do the usual early morning run to ensure getting one. Found the staff in restaurant very friendly and hard working. We had a swim up room which was nice size for 3 of us, large pool outside(freezing at this time of year admittedly),fridge restocked free daily also. Drinks were good standard and branded labels were available. cons- the food was hit and miss. One night we were there lots of people were having chip sandwiches due to the not so appealing dishes on offer. Not great place if you have kids who are fussy eaters either. The pool although massive is very cold so you have to either brave it or just admire it. Indoor pool isn't huge but is warmer at least. The biggest issue we saw was although there were a lot of lifeguards not one was present and manning the busiest pool which was the kids waterpark area. Parents not fussed what there kids were upto were causing havoc sometimes, kids spitting down the slides, running up the slide as others slid down, it was only by luck there wasn't an issue or injury some of the days we were there. Although the parents have to be responsible, having it manned would have cut down on this and ive never been to a resort that hasn't had someone manning this type of area and making sure all kids were able to use the facilities without being hassled or shoved around by other kids. Several families ended up having to try and police the area themselves for there child's safety. No lifeguard we spoke to about it came near or seemed to care. Huge negative for me that it was more a free for all for some kids to do as they pleased without any disciplining. The hotel itself sits isolated so taxi or bus is needed to get anywhere. The beach we went on once was ok but nothing special for a 5 star. The on site shops were a disgrace price wise. We picked up several items in Kusudasi for less than half of what on site wanted. Theres no need for it to be so expensive and a rip off and takes away a lot from the resort. The entertainment barring the acrobats one night was simply the worst standard I have ever seen, it falls miles below any other 5 or 4 star we have stayed at. overall its visably an attractive hotel, if comparing to other 5 stars in Spain,Greece,etc its a 2 and a half star hotel.

Came here for a week 2 adults 3 kids (20months, 6, 10). Not hard to please so I would say a good opinion of mine. Pros: the food was outstanding to be honest for a buffet, couldn't fault it plus the cakes were so good. Massive hotel so much room around the pool and beach and even in the hotel itself. We were lucky enough to have octoberfest part of the holiday when we was there which was pretty cool. Family Room was huge no worries about room, we had two bathrooms in the 1 bedroom. Lovely big open grounds to walk around and in a pretty stunning location. Cons: although the restaurant food was so good, it's absolute carnage in there I don't think they control the amount of people in at one go, for the amount of tables you're in huge queues to just get 1 item on your plate this does need looking at cause it was irritating a few people. Also the flies in the restaurant and everywhere you go it's a huge problem and pretty disgusting surely there things they can use to get them away Evening entertainment was so crap apart from 1 half decent dance show from the African group The shop for kids DO NOT buy.. one example a toy you could literally get for £25 in b&m is priced at €215. Another con a bag of these certain chocolate biscuits £4 in England €16 in the shop. The pool is like ice cold. The indoor pool is alot better for babies and younger children. Waterpark is pretty reasonable but only open for a couple hours at a time I could say a few more but each to their own it's not hard to please me on holiday but this isn't a 5* hotel quote a few noticeable imperfections. A fairly good 4* is what I would say and probably many other also

Brilliant location, secluded but not far from the town either. always the last pick up on trips but first drop off! The Atmosphere here is very nice, not too full on, quiet times with no music but then a couple of hours each day music plays and it’s good music too. The rooms were very clean and spacious. housekeeping good and mini bar stocked for free each day. The service was great. the staff can’t do enough for you. The value for money was great, waffle bar crepes all included as well. The animation team made it for us. they remembered us every day they always got my boyfriend involved and we had a great laugh. They didn’t pressure you too much they weren’t annoying just a good level of fun.

I never really write reviews but I have to with this hotel. I honestly don’t understand why Jet2 has this listed as a Lux collection hotel. Yes, it is modern and exceptionally clean, grounds, rooms and pool look great BUT the standard of the hotel is 4 star. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury collection hotels and this just doesn’t compare. The pools are absolutely freezing, I would expect the kids splash pool at least to be heated like most 5star plus hotels we’ve stayed at. The food is awful. I am not a fussy eater at all but genuinely this was diabolical.. so repetitive, the snack bar during the day was brutal. Same stuff every day, think twice they had pizzas in the space of 7 days but the same burgers etc everyday. The kids were even sick of the sight of chicken nuggets or fish fingers. Breakfast was supposed on till 10:30am but we would go down at 10 and they were starting to take everything away! And so rude when they were doing it.. I tried to get a bowl for some yogurt and they swiped the bowls away.. Never any bananas at breakfast but they have them at lunch time? The kids were desperate for a banana in the morning as even they wouldn’t eat much, the cereal was horrible and no muffins or pastries even though they had muffins in the lobby in the afternoon and a patisserie? Only one toaster in the whole breakfast buffet so the queue was massive! The buffet restaurant itself is far too small for the size of the hotel, usually in larger resorts we’ve been to there’s 2 buffets or one really large one. the al la cartes never seemed to be open, so the entire hotel was at the Buffett every night, there were people fighting in the queue it was mental! Kids can eat at 6pm but adults can’t? Absolutely bizarre rule.. so we can watch the kids have their tea then we would have to traipse back down at 7pm? Just ridiculous. The kids buffet was terrible.. same choice every single night they were fed up. We actually ended up eating out in Kusadasi most nights and a few days went out at lunchtime too. Not ideal. Patisserie wasn’t great either, only open 2pm- 7pm few hotels we’ve been have a on site patisserie and they would have excellent coffees, soups and some fresh rolls and sandwiches but this only had the cakes and you couldn’t even get an iced coffee in there. The coffee in general in the hotel was poor. Drinks not great either.. aperol spritz was horrendous it’s like they used the worst cava instead of Prosecco. For a 5* plus hotel that’s not typical. The hotel staff are really helpful and lovely, the bar staff were so so nice too. It’s just a shame the quality or the food and drinks aren’t great. It has so much potential! For a hotel that’s is supposedly lux collection the al la carte restaurants should all have different variety of themes like in other hotels, steak, Asian, Italian, Mexican etc etc for example. The pool for the kids would be amazing if it was heated.. the kids loved it but they were almost blue.. beach was good but again beach bar drinks average at best. I’m really not one to complain and if it hadn’t been classed at a higher standard than it actually is I wouldn’t have anything negative to say because it’s kind of what you might expect to find. But to be graded lux collection it’s setting the place up for failure because expectations are high if you usually go to a high standard hotel.

Rooms are amazing ! So clean e wey day the maids made us lovely heart with chocolate and treats, food is amazing you have to have a good walk around because everything is very mixed up but there is anything you need if you look around, pool is impeccably clean and is maintained l day every day, its so nice all over the grounds and also maintained all day with staff collecting any rubbish as they go to keep it spic and span. Animation team have something to do every day, evening shows every day the kids loved kids club and big shout to crazy Joe and the team who make sure everyone has a great time always asking how everyone is and making sure we all knew what what going on throughout the day. Such a great hotel we can't wait to get back here soon.

I had an amazing experience at Korumar Ephesus! The hotel is not only beautifully located by the Aegean coast, but the service was top-notch. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with stunning views of the sea. What made it even better was the incredible animation team! They kept the atmosphere lively and fun with daily activities, games, and evening entertainment. The staff was super friendly and always made sure everyone was having a good time—whether you were relaxing or joining in on the activities. If you're looking for a place that blends relaxation with fun, Korumar Ephesus is definitely the place to be!

Our stay at Korumar Ephesus Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel offers stunning views of the Aegean Sea and is perfectly located near the ancient ruins of Ephesus. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with beautiful sea-view balconies that make relaxation easy. What really made our stay special was the animation team. They kept everyone entertained with daily activities, games, and fantastic evening shows. The kids had a blast with the kids’ club, while the adults enjoyed lively, fun-filled evenings. Their energy and enthusiasm added a fun and personal touch to the entire experience. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The pool were great after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant served delicious local and international dishes. Overall, Korumar Ephesus Hotel combines excellent service, stunning views, and top-tier entertainment. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ephesus!

From the moment we arrived, everything was not been too much trouble at all. The rooms are cleaned daily, and a great size with brilliant showers. Super comfortable beds. The food is abit repetitive but still some great nights with different themes. The service has been impeccable and I’ve never been to an AI where every single member of staff is so so friendly and accommodating. The animation team have been brilliant - special mentions to Crazy Joe and maxi Milligan ,ozzy, aynur, onur who made so much effort with the kids and activities. Facilities are brilliant with lots to offer for all ages! The only thing I can actually say that would have improved the stay was it is a little bit out of the way (no fault of the hotel though) but you can get a taxi into Kusadasi for 15 euros and takes 15 mins! Brilliant stay!

This review is my opinion based on a 10 day stay, for a couple and a friend staying late September into October, in two rooms. So let's get the negatives out of the way first. 1. The room safe is located on a shelf in the cupboard, but for a short guy like me it was awkward to get things in and out. 2. TV channels are almost completely for German or Turkish or Russian guests. The BBC news channel didn't work. That's the bad stuff done. Yip that's it. Almost completely faultless hotel, from service to facilities to food to drinks to sleep quality to rooms to pools to beach.....need I go on ? Quick run down. Easy check in. Night supper available in restaurant. 24 hour lobby bar for drinks. Rooms .... Spotless. Well appointed. Huge comfy bed. Good air con. Massive (15feet) balcony. Safe...free ( a bit high up ) mini bar...free, lots of storage. Food. Breakfast,lunch and dinner and the cakes at the patisserie... First rate. I've been holidaying in Turkey for a number of years now, and the food here is , by a mile, the best I've had. Drinks. Beefeater gin, baileys, Smirnoff, absolute and others all available at no extra cost, and the cocktails ain't bad either. Pool.. massive. huge. Chilly, but sometimes it's required due to the heat. Beach.. softest sand. Clear water. Sand raked every morning to remove any rubbish. Lots of loungers. Entertainment. Friendly, but not pushy. If you don't want to participate, no problem. Good shows on at night. You get the picture. But the best , the jewel in this place's crown is the staff. From managers to maids from bar tenders to gardeners they are exceptional. I could list about 100 names but as they were all brilliant that wouldn't be fair. Just let me say to every member of staff I interacted with over my 10 day stay.... Thank you for making this holiday the most special of times. Would return in a heartbeat and totally recommend without any hesitation

I thought i would write a review as we are waiting for our transfer home. We have spent 10 amazing nights here. Hotel- excellent hotel with amazing rooms. Very clean and modern, great air-conditioning and daily house keeping which is fantastic Pool- very cold and takes some getting in but once your in it is lovely! The water is so clean and clear. The pool is 1.4m all round so if you have small children be weary of this. There is a children splash pool which is excellent but also very cold. The slides are great but are only open 10.30-12.30 and again at 2.30-4.30 Food- lots of food choice if you are adventurous with food. I did struggle as I am picky but always found something to eat. Sometimes the food could be cold but this was rare. Staff- amazing staff who are all very attentive. In the restaurant they constantly ask you if you need a drink and clear your tables. Staff are constantly cleaning around the pools, hotel and grounds morning till night. It is spotless. Bar- a great range of drinks with bar staff that cannot do enough for you Snack bar- a great range of food Beach- gorgeous beach very clean if you stay in the sand outside the hotel. If you walk further up the beach left or righ there is lots of litter and dirt. Evening entertainment- this is on rather late for children and can be repetitive A special mention to Joe from the animation team who goes above and beyond to get to know guests. From day one he asked us our names and spoke everyday since. Our son Freddie loved him A special mention to the lady at the towel hut, very kind and when we tipped her on the last day she was so grateful, a true treasure at Korumar. I would definitely recommend leaving the hotel and turning right and you will find a lovely man at the bus stop who will call the dolmus for you to go into Kusadasi. This is the cheapest way of transport as it is only 90 turkish lira per person. The shops in the hotels are very expensive so bring floats and childrens toys. For snacks I recommend going to Kusadasi and using the supermarket called Migros which is super cheap. Overall great hotel and would love to return one day.

Hotel id big, clean with lovely grounds rooms - are spacious and cleaned and mini bar restocked daily. Pools- amazing but freezing!! The slides/waterpark switches off during certain hours for much but this isn’t a problem. The children can still play on the waterpark it just has not running water. Indoor pool is slightly heated. After we’d had a couple days in the freezing cold pool we decided to use the indoor one. Which wasn’t much warmer. Entertainment- the staff were good but the evening entertainment doesn’t start until 8.45 which I found to be late. If we had dinner at 7 and a young child who will not sit still sitting in the lobby to pass time was out of the equation. The evening shows were terrible. The kids disco, all the kids enjoyed it. But the evening shows were rubbish, they kept my young child entertained but not the adults. Kids club - there was an agenda on the board of activities for kids club but every time I took my child none of the activities were happening. The staff didn’t try and engage with my child or any of the other children who were there. Mostly played on their phones while the kids did their own thing, were also put in front of a television to watch cartoons a couple hours a day. Food- amazing a verity of foods for everyone Shops- shops on site is so expensive 30€ for a toy which would prob £5 in the uk! The bag shop/trainer shop etc are nice but cheaper in town which is 15€ taxi. Photographers- amazing. Special shout out to jay jay who was amazing for our photo shoot and captured some stunning photos. Staff- all friendly

The hotel was lovely and the staff great. A special shout to guest relations Busra who went the extra mile with every request from evening meals, extended checkout and learning a couple of new words in a few different languages. Big smile and bigger heart :) Recommended!

Lovely time away at this hotel. We returned here after last time as it’s just ideal, food always decent and good selection. Rooms big and tidy and the cleaners are in everyday. Never had an issue getting a sun-bed, always some available. Effes is the beer on tap rather than cheaper alternatives, again great. Couldn’t fault the hotel, the only small frustration was with new neighbours moving in to the room next door who kept pressing the doorbell to our room at 2/3am. We mentioned to guest relations who said they chat to them, but neighbours repeated the following night. We went down and were told it couldn’t be resolved until the following morning but they would ask them again to stop - our only gripe was potentially having to face another sleepless night. However we did not and they stopped, the hotel also offered to move us should it not stop the following day so they did the best they could with a situation that was not their fault, which we appreciate. Overall we will without a doubt be back and cannot recommend it enough to others.

This is our second time back because the first time 5 years ago was amazing. Unfortunately this time the service was poor more so on reception they didn’t want to help us with a room change as we had paid for swim up and we’re not really very friendly. The gentleman in particular made it clear he didn’t like us where as Oya was absolutely lovely. Other families also said they didn’t give any information about where or what u cud do and generally didn’t seem to want accommodate you with a smile. I will say the waiters and waitresses were lovely and always pleasant as well as the bar manager who was really understanding. We will not return to this hotel as although its location is amazing the service is not and that means everything.

This hotel is almost new. The building, the rooms, the equipment all around are nice and maintained. Cleanliness is perfect everywhere. Rooms are spacious - even the standard ones. The staff is absolutely polite, they offer their services but don't push you to participate. Every night different common programs, not so special but still enjoyable. With children this place is perfect as well, kindergarten, pools, children room, games... Really nice. (Unfortunately the water temperature in the children pool was a bit low.) Restaurants are also great, of course, after one week you can get bored but still high quality and hygiene standards. Ultra all inclusive means here several brand of beverages, like Jack, Beefeater, etc... (Real espresso you can find only in the main building.) In the middle of September the guests mostly arrived from the UK. (elderly or with small child) This hotel brings what they promise, I loved it!

I am on my last day here with my two adult children. We booked late, just 3 days before arriving looking for a late summer break and what a find. We paid a little extra than we had previously budgeted for, but it was worth every penny and we are already planning to return next year. Hotel - absolutely stunning. Large rooms with everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable stay. Fridges kept stocked daily with water and soft drinks which are included in the price. Towels changed, beds made and room cleaned daily. Large shower and whirlpool bath and plenty of storage. Hotel staff - friendliest staff I’ve experienced, nothing is too much trouble and everyone always very attentive. Everywhere super clean and staff always busy working to keep the hotel pristine. Jet 2 - our Jet 2 rep, Ahmet made our holiday extra special because of how engaging he is. Warm and friendly, he is the highlight of our holiday, an incredibly lovely man with a big heart. Lots of useful advice and always there for a chat. We will definitely be back to see him ❤️ We booked the beach buggy experience which was a lot of fun, not too far from the hotel and great photos were taken by the team there for us to purchase at a small cost. Ephesus day tour which consisted of visiting Ephesus archeological site, a magical look into the past, the temple of Artemis one of the seven ancient wonders of the world and house of virgin Mary, tranquil and serene. We were going horse riding today but the weather decided differently😁 Food - something for everyone, lots of different choices to suit all tastes. Food is of a very high quality and available from the moment you wake up until you decide to go to sleep. Shout out to Ismail and Ercan, who looked after us throughout our stay, super attentive and friendly. Entertainment - the entertainment team are all fantastic, and want to get you involved in the many fun activities throughout the day and evening, Special shout out to Maximilian who welcomed us on day 1 at the beach party and throughout, Joe for his good conversation and teaching us archery and Ozzy for the water aerobics and selling us the winning bingo ticket😁 But all of the entertainment team were wonderful and the entertainment is of a really good standard with different shows each night. Water sports - many beach activities are available and a special mention for Mert, a very lovely young man whom we had the pleasure of talking to. Overall one of the best holidays we have had a I would definitely recommend to all. We will definitely be returning to the Korumar Ephesus, thank you all for a wonderful holiday

Closing in on the end of our fantastic holiday at this beautiful resort. The staff are exceptional and do everything to ensure your stay here is an absolute pleasure. The rooms are perfect and the housekeeping team to an excellent job daily. I cannot find a single fault with this resort and will definitely be returning. We had an amazing holiday at Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and great views. The beach is sandy and wide, and the pools are fantastic—especially the large main pool and the swim-up rooms, which are totally worth it! One of the biggest highlights for us was the animation team. They were full of energy, always smiling, and made every day fun with games, water activities, and evening shows. They really helped create a great atmosphere without being too pushy. Our kids loved the mini club and evening mini disco too! Food was decent with plenty of variety, and there were always options for picky eaters. The only small downside was that it could get a bit busy during peak dining times. Still, the staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. All in all, it was a relaxing, fun-filled vacation and we’d happily return again. Big thanks to the animation team for making it extra special

Very good for families with young children. They will give you milk for babies bottles from the bars. Lovely food. Big rooms for families. Very friendly staff. Spa is excellent. Children pool is fantastic for ages 2-8 years. Big slides for older children. Very clean hotel. Loads of night time entertainment for adults and children.. lots of daily activities around the pool.

We have recently returned from this hotel and it was absolutely incredible, could not fault anything! We arrived late at night, check in was easy and quick. We were shown to the dining room whilst hotel staff took our cases to the room. Due to the time we arrived food was limited but there was still something for us all to eat. The room - what a lovely room! We had a pool view and it was just beautiful. They were robes and slippers in the room. We had a plate of fruit and wine on arrival for our anniversary and the mini bar was stocked daily with water, sparling flavoured water and coke (filled daily). The cleaners were great and we loved seeing their daily designs with the bedding! WiFi was great throughout the hotel. The restaurant was big and always somewhere to sit - so many choices at every meal time and there was a bbq on the terrace. It was clean and the staff could not do enough for you. We also ate down at the snack bar at lunch times which was lush, the patisserie was also a fantastic touch, we enjoyed the cakes and ice cream. We went along to the Turkish restaurant for our free a la carte and the main meal was incredible, we had lamb shanks with creamy mash and a beautiful lamb kebab. The bars and staff were great, again very helpful and will always try their best to make what you want. My daughter loved the mocktails and the strawberry daiquiris were amazing from the lobby bar!! The hotel grounds were so clean, they were cleaning every minute of the day. It is the cleanest hotel we have ever been too, staff are so lovely and are always there to help. The pools were amazing and it was the first holiday we went to where there was no pool wars, the main pool was 1.4m all the way round but then there was the kids pool which was brilliant and all the big slides which were always popular, the slides close over lunch time for about an hour. When you arrive you receive beach towel cards and the towels were just near the pool. The beach was incredible, the sand was so beautiful and so was the sea. Entertainment was good and we enjoyed all the shows. We went to the beach party one night (we arrived and left on a Thursday so missed that one). The staff, Crazy Joe, Chico, Ali, and also the lady whos jokes were very witty! They were a great team. My partner loved the water polo, archery and darts. There was a kids club, although we never used it, it had lots of variety and love that there is a junior entertainer who offers activities for the children in-between kids and adults! The lady at guest services, Busra provides you with all the information about shopping/markets etc and she will book the a'la carte for you, I would enquire early as they do get booked up quickly. She is sooo lovely and always smiling! We had a late checkout so we kept the room on for an extra 4 hours however it did cost 90 euros but this is the case with most hotels. Overall we had an absolutely amazing stay here, everything was brilliant, and absolutely no faults from any of us! We would definitely go back.

Room is amazing lovely view of the sea and cracking bedrooms and bathrooms located very close to main pools. Very large resort but amazingly clean. The food offerings are better than what we usually have in all inclusive the lunch is my favourite the snack bar is open most of the day and the foods all very fresh and a very large offering. Amazing fresh fruit and drinks service is very fast from any bar. The staff are all polite and welcoming, the entertainment team are one of the best iv had from morning noon and night it’s full off activities for all groups and ages and the quality of the games and shows are next level we was welcomed from day one by one of the team called Joe, Onur ,aynur , maxi Milan and ozzy The beach is also amazing best iv ever had in turkey

The hotel is very clean and staff are polite and accommodating. South side swim up rooms are nice but far from bars. The animation team made everyone feel included the bar staff were great also. Good location lots of choice with food.

Dont usually leave a review however this hotel deserves one !! Food fantastic favourite was Mexican night, lots of variety !! Room huge and spotless cleaned daily. Hotel and pool beautiful always sunbeds available, drinks served on skates. Entertainment team fab so much energy. Joe, Ozzy, Onur, Maxi, Aynur. Make you feel very welcome and cannot do enough for you. Loved the evening shows, favourite was the fire show, mesmerising. Would definitely come back !! My daughter (6) has loved any minute xx

Our party consisted of 16 of us a mixture of adults kids and teens. From the moment we arrived we new we was going to adore this place and not have to think twice about returning. We appreciate the beach being a minute walk from the hotel and snackbar within a few seconds from the poor area. Animation team and friendly and take there time to get to know you and to get you involved in activities. Big shout out to Joe and onur was the highlight of our holiday. The Moroccan man on the animation team who did the aerobics and Zumba was persistent and came across very pushy with female guests. He had his phone out interacting with females a lot of the days and we overheard him asking a guest to meet up with him. *Rooms are immaculate and always cleaned to a high standard *Fridges filled daily with Coke and water *Loads of food choices in the restaurant *Cocktails and spirits huge range *Pool and surroundings gets cleaned daily *Get a card for towels that you can hand in and swap for clean one. We’ve had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is amazing, rooms are so spacious and clean. Location is beautiful, not too far away from the nearest town (about 15 minutes in taxi which is reasonably priced) but everything you need pretty much on the resort. Super close to the beach with beach bar included. Atmosphere is lovely, all the staff are helpful and always say hello. The entertainment team are amazing, really good with everybody, encourage you to have the most fun & get the most from your holiday. The activities they have for children are perfect. Definitely value for money. The shows & disco each evening are fabulous! Rooms are beautiful, really spacious & immaculate. There is minimal noise from inside or outside the hotel. Shops on site are reasonably priced. The spa & wellness centre is beautiful.

We finished here in June and we loved it that much we came back in August for 4 nights •Glorious Beach with Golden soft sand •Excellent all inclusive and drinks choice •superb activities through out the day and the most amazing beach party two times a week •Surroundings are to die for •Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been too •Everyone is friendly apart from a couple of over friendly animation team •Not overly busy and never a fight for a sunbed •Book a swim up room you won’t regret. We have already booked up to come again next year we can’t keep away from the place. The animation staff and friendly and cheerful, but one in particular khalid who has had to change his name because of continuous reviews about his antics I would avoid people. He has tried with all of our friend group on both occasions to meet him after his shift ends and bombarding of messages throughout our stay. Other than him rest of the staff deserve a pat on the back they work so hard and are interested to get to know there guests on a FRIENDLY level. Guest relations are really helpful. This was our 2nd time staying at Korumar and we were upgraded to a Suite which was absolutely amazing, the suite was big with 2 shower areas, fridge which was stocked and refilled regularly. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, elegant rooms, and a wide range of amenities various Pools for Adults and Kids that made it easy to chill and enjoy the vacation. Staff were All great. The reception staff ensured an easy and quick check-in, we arrived early and used facilities whist room was prepared. The restaurant team (Particularly Aysun Aksu who was as great this year as she was 3 years ago) who always greeted us with friendly faces and remembered our preferences, or the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless and comfortable . The Animations team were fantastic, always full of energy and making sure everyone had a wonderful time around the pool areas making things fun and having jokes. The evening entertainment that they organised which was fun for kids and Adults with shows such as Wakanda night, Fire Shows, Turkish Nights etc... We did an evening in Kusadasi and got the local Dolmush (Bus) for a very small amount, Taxi also available at 15€ Special mentions to Funda who remembered us from 3 years ago and sold us a Turkish Bath/Spa massage experience for myself and my son (It was amazing, couldn't recommend it more) Biggest compliment of our stay belongs to Firat Olgun who for the duration of our stay went out of his way during Dinner to treat us with exceptional service, example of this was one evening my daughter wanted Chorros and there were not any he asked the Chief Chef Mesut Aksu (Another absolutely true gentleman) if he could make them on this occasion he couldn't and came down to apologise but promised the next night he would and the following night he stuck to his promise and Firat brought the Chorros over after my daughter and son had finished dinner (Attached 1 picture but doesn't do any justice) Firat could not have been more helpful during our stay and he truly deserves big recognition for his service. We did a family photo shoot and got some stunning photos thanks to the photography team. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, Thank you to everyone at Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort for creating such a magical experience. In the words the Terminator Ill be back (For a third time and cant wait)

We are just back from our third visit to this lovely hotel. Fantastic holiday as always. Huge super clean room, massive pool with tons of sunbeds and lovely grounds to stroll in. We enjoyed our drinks on the terrace each evening watching the sun go down on another blissful day in the sun before going into dinner. Our evening meal outside on the patio each night was made even more special due to the lovely waiter Firat. He was an absolute joy and he made us feel very welcome. We will be definitely back soon.

The resort/hotel is positioned on the beach, with a large pool & swim up pools for more private usage. We got these swim up rooms, which is a nice place to relax, very clean rooms and convenient to get to reception/restaurants/spa, however the sun didn't fully reach our side of the pool, so wasn't as warm as expected. We didn't use the spa much, but from what we did it was worth using. The pool was cool, but fun to swim in, and the water slides were a thrill to ride. The animation staff were great, chatty and helpful with activities for those who may not have done them before. The night time shows were fun to watch too. The only critique would be that sometimes half an hour isn't enough to fully finish an activity, but where possible they have been allowed to continue.

We recently stayed at Korumar Ephesus and it was a really pleasant experience! The resort is beautiful, the pools and beach are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff throughout the hotel are genuinely friendly and helpful, always smiling, which makes a big difference. The variety of food is impressive plenty of options at each meal, and the snack bars/patisserie are great for casual bites. The entertainment team is also a standout: a good mix of fun during the day and nice evening shows without being overwhelming. If I had to pick something to improve, it would be maybe adding more natural juice/drink options and improving wifi in some spots in a few areas the signal was weaker. Also, during busy times the restaurants can be a bit crowded. Overall though, we felt it was excellent value, especially for families, and would highly recommend for a relaxing, fun holiday. The animation team at Korumar Ephesus is absolutely amazing! They bring so much energy, fun, and positivity to the resort every day. From pool games to beach volleyball, water aerobics, and evening shows, there's always something going on. They manage to get everyone involved without being pushy, and they’re especially great with kids and families

Beautiful, clean hotel. Included all food, drinks and snacks. Kids loved the splash park and games room. Beach a short walk away and gorgeous. Staff were hard working and very accommodating with our son’s allergies (special thanks to Omer the chef). Food delicious - I miss it! Used the shops, spa, hairdresser and doctor - all very helpful to have in hotel. WiFi could be a bit better. Hot water was temperamental at the end of the day when everyone was showering. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We are thinking about booking it again!

Korumar hotel is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean. Tidied daily by the wonderful house keeping team. Fresh towels daily. The room includes a mini bar that include water, flavoured sparkling water and Coca Cola bottles which was a lovely treat. Lovely balcony with a clothes drier and seating too. The bathroom is stunning. The food is amazing. Such a good selection every day: the theme nights were very good and they cater for everyone. Fresh fruit. Salad. Vegetarian. And the ladies in the restaurant are so attentive and friendly. Especially Dinal and the Indonesian lady from Bali with the red lipstick who unfortunately we didn’t get a name for. But she is a credit to the hotel! The pool is very clean and kept looking great by the man who walks around maintaining it who would always wish us a Good morning, such a lovely man! We even saw them replacing any missing tiles. They are a very proud hotel! You never struggle to find a sun-bed and the towels are lovely and provided! The towel lady was a delight and so lovely to see every morning. Always with a warm welcome. The beach is so beautiful and has sunbeds also and a bar so you don’t have to walk all the way back to the hotel! The entertainment team were so fun! They would ask us daily if we wanted to participate in any of the activities or events for the day. And let us know any shows ect. Tchiko and Joe were very polite and lovely to talk to and showed a real passion for the hotel and the customers! We really enjoyed the fire show on Tuesday. You shouldn’t miss this! And despite the other comments we didn’t get bit at the stage, just take some bug spray! Overall this is the best hotel we’ve been to in Turkey and would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone else! Also we really enjoyed a visit to the lovely Hong Kong. They picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off again after our meal and gave us time to walk around the town! What a fantastic holiday we’ve had. The tans may fade but the memories won’t!

Rooms, were a really good size, we had a room with a pool outside of the patio doors which was an added bonus. Bottled water refilled daily in the room with 4 water bottles, but there were plenty of water bottle stations throughout the hotel available for guests for the duration. The ‘duvets’ provided were more of a blanket & we had to ask for two as they were not big enough for two people in a king size bed. The staff were constantly seen cleaning all of the common areas of the hotel, which was lovely to see. The toilets were especially clean throughout our stay. Around the pool, staff were periodically coming around to clear away empty cups, there are areas for guests to put used cups themselves in addition to this. I would highly recommend the Spa, we had 2 treatments here and would definitely go back again. Staff were thorough and very well trained. Prices were also reasonable too. The main pool area had plenty of sun beds available throughout the day, but no drinks service from these. Drinks had to be ordered & collected from the pool bar. The beach sand is incredibly soft and plenty of sunbeds available here too. Benefits from a beach bar included for guests & a place to rinse sand off too. We did find the food to be a bit repetitive at all meal times, but do feel that the themed nights should have a more dishes themed as I feel this let them down slightly. The salad & fruit stations were amazing and had such a good selection at all times. The al la Carte restaurants which there are 2, we only tried one (fish restaurant) and thought it was okay but not as good as a restaurant if you were going out to pay for it. The drinks were really good, made using well known brands offered at no additional cost like Absolute & Jack Daniel’s. For premium brands like Belvedere there were additional charges. All of the drinks & cocktails we tried were quite strong with lil big European free pour measures. The animation team were incredibly friendly especially; Joe, Max, Chico & Ali all of whom would come around throughout the day to try and get you involved in the activities (like water polo, beach volleyball, darts, aqua gym etc.). All of which were good fun & a nice way to meet other hotel guests too. Would definitely return to Turkey & Korumar for a weeks stay.

We only arrived 2 days ago and already encounter entitled German guests. They actually said they had put their towels on 6, yes 6, sunbeds at 7am. Arrived at 11am. Very belligerent and threatening and made 2 guests move. Other than that the hotel is fabulous, lovely staff and excellent service. Great buffet.

Lovely spacious rooms with an amazing bathroom and great spacious balcony where you can sit first thing in a morning or late at night to watch the sunset. Room was always clean and the staff work constantly throughout the day and night to keep the hotel as clean as possible. Food was brilliant, lots to choose from for every meal and the snack bar was also great. Themed nights for evening meals which never disappointed, even my partner who can be picky managed to find something to eat. Staff are great, very friendly and always on hand if you have any questions or help with anything! Animation team were great, very friendly and chatty. Entertainment all through the day and evening shows were always fun and entertaining to watch. They even had shows where you could get involved and win some great prizes. Joe, chicko, aynur, onur, ali and maxi were fab and made our time here even better. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking!

This is the second year we have came to this hotel , and plan to do so again next year , I honestly can not fault it , staff are brilliant (chico is the man!) always a good choice of food , lots of entertainment for kids and adults. Rooms are always cleaned and spotless. Would highly recommend!

Great time at KoruMar Ephesus cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at, massive selection of food for all tastes, entertainment is top notch - daytime & nightime, pool is huge, kids love the slides and small kid in the kids pool. Overall me and my partner have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the rooms very nice very clean. The pools and beach are fun clean and a great atmosphere lots to do every day. Staff and entertainment staff are friendly,polite and helpful. Big shout to animation team especially Joe, Max, Onur and Tchiko they worked hard to make everyone happy. We came for my partners birthday and they catered for her celebration with a nice meal and room decoration.

Very excellent service very clean nice staff very helpful people here. Rooms lovely and clean very spacious, we had swim up room and it was definitely worth it. Food was good different and fresh every day. The pools and beach are fun clean and a great atmosphere. Staff and entertainment staff are friendly,polite and helpful. We stayed as a family with a 7 year old in August this year. I was a bit apprehensive about booking this hotel at first as it’s so big and I was worried about crowding, however due to the large footprint of the hotel people are spread out and it actually seemed less crowded than smaller hotels. The pool is very cleverly designed, so it feels like there are multiple pools and there were ample sunloungers and parassols. If you wanted a particular location for your sun lounger you needed to get your towel on it no later than 8.30am but there were always spare sun loungers well after this time. The slides were great and the pools were spotlessly clean. At night time they have this robot type thing that cleans the floor of the pool. Quite often I get eye infections when I go on holiday abroad due to the swimming pools and I didn’t at this hotel, so it’s a testament as to how clean the water is. The food is great. We all found food that we enjoyed, it was warm, tasty and a good selection. I have coeliac disease which means I have can’t eat gluten, each day the chefs asked me what I wanted and made me my own food and bought it out to my table. The food is marked up with allergens but due to the risk of cross contamination I felt a lot better having mine made separately. It meant I wasn’t ill and made me feel less anxious about eating and the risk of getting ill. The staff were all great, from reception, the kids club and bar staff. The night time entertainment was good. Quite often I find hotel entertainment cringey but it was high class entertainment. I liked this hotel but the only downside is that there isn’t much going on around it. The surrounding hotels and all all-inclusive so there’s nothing much around. A few times we got buses into the local towns and saw the Temple of Artemis- one of the 7 wonders of the world in Selcuk. We also went to the other neighbouring town, a lot of people went here to get their counterfeit goods. I’m not one for fakes but could see why people liked going. Just be prepared to get hassled by the shop staff. Overall this was a really nice holiday and. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Went to KoruMar with a group of 13 in total (all ages), including a 7 month old. Location wise if you want to be close to anything else then you’ll need a taxi or hire car but to be honest there is enough at the hotel to keep most happy. Something of note was the cleanliness of the hotel, its was extremely clean and you could see in the evening the amount r of work that went into cleaning the pool areas and the rooms. Plenty of activities for kids including kids club which we used a couple end times and the kids really enjoyed. Pool entertainment was never over the top and the staff were not too pushy to get those involved that really didn’t want to. As for food, it wasn’t bad, there were plenty of options though this will depend on your preferences. We had some in our group that didn’t rate it too much whilst others thought it was really good. There is selection in the main hall as well as the location between the pool and the beach so you should be able to find something. So many desserts as expected with these types of hotels but in honest, most taste pretty much the same in my opinion. Staff were generally very helpful, the only downside was the staff in the buffet restaurant were sometimes seeming reluctant to come over to our large group to take drinks is orders. I don’t usually return to hotels but if you want to get away and have everything to hand, I would highly recommend this hotel, as it also worked out pretty good value compared to other similar hotels we have stayed in throughout Türkiye.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first family holiday abroad in a long time, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 10 days and there was always something to do from morning until night – truly perfect for us as a family. The children loved the slides, water park, playground, and especially the animation team – they were absolutely fantastic and made every day so much fun. The food was incredible too, with such a wide variety. Everything was always fresh and replenished, and we really enjoyed trying dishes we wouldn’t normally eat at home. The waiters were always friendly, and the chefs were amazing. The beach was also truly beautiful – an absolute must-see! We loved the little things we wasn't expecting like the beach towels, and bottled water. We are already looking at coming back 😍 A personal thank you to the amazing staff who made us all feel so special and welcome. You are wonderful – please stay just as you are! ❤️ Crazy Joe, Maximus, Ali, Chico, Aynur, Onur, Cara, the rest of the team, and the mini club – you are all amazing, thank you. We also can’t forget the brilliant barman at the entertainment bar 👏 – if you visit, ask for a Baileys cocktail, it’s now my new favourite! And to the spa team – I had my first Turkish bath and massage, and it was truly incredible. (P.S. Hope you don’t miss our “amazing” singing and keeping an eye on Max playing Uno… he does like to cheat 😂🎶) Finally, a huge thank you to everyone – from the room cleaning services to the pool cleaners, reception staff, restaurant staff, waiters, and chefs – for your friendly smiles and outstanding service. We hope to see you all again in the future!

We spent 2 weeks here in August and the hotel was packed. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired and it looks a bit old fashioned inside. The rooms are basic but acceptable (we had a junior suite). The room was not very well cleaned when we arrived but got better during the stay and the bedding consisted of a cheap waffle blanket which was too small for the bed. Aircon in the room was sometimes noisy when it came on during the night. Food is OK but nothing special and there can be long queues depending upon the time you go and they do take their time to replenish if something runs out. None of us had any tummy troubles though. We all got bitten quite badly by mosquitos so take my advice and take some jungle formula and a mosquito repeller for the room. Pool is huge but you do have to contend with the dreaded sunlounger 'reservation' system with many having towels on them but not being used. The sunloungers around the pool are old and we found unemptied ashtrays and cutlery left around the same area for 3 or 4 days which hadn't been cleared up. Bar service is slow and some bartenders can be a bit moody. There are girls going around on roller skates around the pool but we were never offered a drink. Beach is wonderful - fantastic sand, new loungers and not a rock or pebble anywhere. Evening entertainment is not great and if you want to play bingo expect to pay 10 euro per card. The so called Sports bar was a joke. I think they use a dodgy fire-stick which freezes and it's more of a conference room than a sports bar. Wifi is very poor so suggest you get an esim before leaving the UK. Location is remote and taxi service is around 15 euro to get into town and always agree the fare with the driver before you get in. They have 1 shower room for checkout which had a queue waiting to use it so we showered in the spa, which also had a queue so give yourself plenty of time to shower and get changed. Private transfer time to Izmir airport is 45 minutes. We have stayed at 3 other 5 star hotels in Turkey so 4 in total, all of which had inclusive visits to A La Carte restaurants but not this one. If I compare this one to the other hotels i would say it is number 3 on the list and its really a 4 star but with it having a spa its bumped up to 5 star. It falls a little short of the standard you come to expect if you have stayed at 'proper' 5 star hotels in Turkey. The good - pool, beach, hotel size, water slides The not so good - bar service, food, bedding, outside area cleanliness, location, hotel decor The bad - wifi, sports bar, mosquitos, evening entertainment On the last day of our stay members of staff were going round asking for guests to write reviews so how many on here are unpressurised is debatable.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort! The location is unbeatable right on a beautiful sandy beach and just a short drive from Ephesus. The pools and water slides were a big hit with the kids, and the animation team kept everyone entertained all day. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food had great variety, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A perfect mix of relaxation and fun highly recommended for families or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting

10/10 holiday! We would definately return. The staff cannot do any more for you, they go the extra mile at all times. The entertainment team are great! They are fun, friendly and enjoyable. They really take the time to make sure all are entertained. There is a wide range of food and cocktails, including milkshakes and mocktails for the kids. We love the slides and splash park, there is fun for all ages! Our room was beautiful with maid service and mini bar too up every day. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my family have had an amazing break at Korumar. The staff wait on you hand and foot and they are always there to help you, whatever you need. The entertainment is amazing for all the family. The animation team go above and beyond to make you laugh and to have an unforgettable holiday. A special thank you to Chico, Joe and the rest of the animation team for looking after my family with your non stop fun and entertainment. Thank you to all the staff. I think there could be some improvement with the mini club for young children, the staff don’t seem very motivated compared to over entertainers at the hotel.

We've had a fabulous stay at the korumar ephesus beach spar hotel. Staff are amazing from the cleaning it was so clean every day. Food was good good choice, the pool area is super for both adults and children, near to kusadasi is beautiful. Animations team were very friendly and wanted you to join in with activities from water polo to darts and archery

It was a lovely clean and fantastic hotel. I came with my family I would definitely come back here. The staff were amazing. The animation team was very good. Tchiko was very good with all ages his enthusiasm was outstanding. Joe and max were also fantastic and always up for a laugh. The lifeguard were very engaging with the people here which is very good as in past hotels we have been to they haven’t been as good as this. This hotel is by far the best we have been to and will definitely make a return. Thank you for everything!

We have just come home from an 11 night stay at Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa (4 adults, 2 14 year old boys and 1 4 year old boy). I speak for all of us when we say what a holiday. Clean throughout from the reception, hallways, rooms to the pools, beach there is always someone nearby keeping things tidy. Rooms - We had a standard room with 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. Lets be honest you don't come to this hotel to sit in your room! Pool and Slides - Main pool is huge, young ones splash park is brilliant and the water slides for anyone over 1.2m was great. Entertainment - All day and night there is something to get involved with but you are not pressured. Every other night the main entertainment finishes at 10pm and then you move to the beach party till midnight which is a must. Food - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner always a wide variety of food but note there is a BBQ & Grill section outside round the back which unless you know its there isn't mentioned. I had most of my best dinners from this. We ate in the a la carte restaurant and it was really nice steak and a nice change to get waited on. All in this was a brilliant hotel and we are in the process of booking for next year.

I think it's a perfect place with flawless management from A to Z. I'd like to thank Ebru Gündür (Guest Relations manager) and everyone from room cleaning services to pool cleaners, friendly reception staff, restaurant staff, waiters, and chefs (Nihal Güller, Mesut Ergüç, Naznil Salgın) for their uninterrupted service and friendly smiles. And I shouldn't forget Büşra, Assistant Manager in charge of Guest Relations. "Büşra, please work harder; you can do better." A perfect resort for a wonderful family holiday. Plenty of activities for children and grown-ups. Three nights a week, great talent Marina, a Pianist, performs live music, which will take you into a dream world with the magical sound of the piano keys. Highly recommended. You should come and live in this heavenly dream resort.

It’s the most beautiful hotel and pool I’ve ever seen it’s always clean and tidy and the entertainers always involve everyone highly recommended for a family or friends holiday the rooms are gorgeous and the food is amazing the private beach is gorgeous the slides are so fun and good to take the kids on the staff are friendly and caring and the sunset here is amazing you won’t get it anywhere else I would recommend this to everyone they have football basketball and volleyball courts they have disco rooms game rooms and amazing shops here to get everything you need

The entire resort is well-maintained, with beautiful gardens, a wide sandy beach, and one of the biggest pools we’ve seen. The water slides and aqua park were a hit, especially with the kids. Plenty of pool space for everyone. Most staff were helpful, polite, and worked hard to keep things running smoothly. Daily shows, sports, mini disco, and evening programs kept everyone busy and smiling. thanks for everyone make us happy we will be back next year definitely

We had a lovely stay at Korumar. Rooms - we had a standard family room which was more than enough space. The bathroom and shower are large and there are plenty of supplies of body wash etc. the hairdryers are good except you have to hold the button down and there is lots of storage for clothes etc. food- plenty of options and excellent table service. Did not try the a la cartes as these could be a little bit prettier in terms of setting. Pool area -very large pool and great fun on the slides. You are allowed to take lilos and balls etc so not restricted. Entertainment- the entertainment crew work very hard to make every one happy and there is a great choice of activities for all. Joe was especially persuasive and great fun and max was a great dancer. The beach parties were great. Have already asked to book for next year direct through the hotel but the prices are not released until January. Thanks to all the staff. We had a very memorable holiday.

Stayed for one week in a swim up room, I would definitely recommend (ask for the sun in the afternoon). Food was varied and if good quality. Pool is massive and there are plenty of sun beds. Entertainment team was excellent with both adults and kids. Enjoyed the football for the kids and darts for kids and adults. Great stay.

This was my fourth visit to this amazing hotel. This time bringing with me friends and their families. Everyone had the best time. Food and drinks were outstanding Pool area and slides are immaculate Plenty beds in the morning so no need to get up a crazy times. There were 11 of us and we managed no problem. This hotel is an absolute diamond it's so beautiful not jam packed, cleaned to highest standards , food was lovely, staff very efficient, managers where absolutely lovely and professional. Entertainment team didn't see much of not very interactive so can't comment on them. Water sports guy, spa lady , hairdressers, managers all interactive friendly , chatty and not pushy really lovely people. Bar and waiting staff do their jobs to high standards very efficient. The cleaners are non stop and do an amazing job. I absolutely love this place n wish I was still there! My only problem was I couldn't go and watch the entertainment because of where it is the one time I did go I was attacked by a million mosquitos n bitten alllll over I was a walking buffet. The beach is cleaned and guarded and is beautiful 😍 the sunset is a must see 🌅 For a massive hotel it's not packed in, loads of open space , plenty of places to sit, always found a lounger I just can't say a bad word about it. Miss it so much Thank you for everything ❤️

Korumar Ephesus is a wonderful resort where everything comes together for a relaxing holiday. The location is fantastic, right on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. The food and drinks were excellent with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere was always welcoming whether at the pool, the beach, or in the restaurants. There’s a great balance between fun activities and peaceful spots to just unwind. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again as soon as you leave. The hotel is stunning and spectacular, it’s always clean and the rooms are amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, from the moment I came to the hotel I’ve felt very welcomed by the staff, they are all very useful and will answer any questions. The animation team are brilliant, they constantly take their time to speak to guests and explain all different activities and are good to have a laugh with. They do many different activities throughout the day from morning through to the evening. A very big shout out to Tchiko, Joe and the rest of the animation team for making our holiday feel special and for taking the time to come over and interact with us and for having a laugh with us. I would definitely be coming back to this hotel.

This was our first time staying at korumar. It was a recommendation from friends who had numerous holidays here over the years. I can comfortably say that I'm very impressed with the hotel as a whole. From the spacious clean rooms, to the food options, the friendly and attentive staff, to the entertainment throughout the day. I especially want to mention that joe,aynur,onur,tchciko, ali, maxiii were outstanding and made sure we had an amazing time during our stay. We will back next year:)

Amazing hotel. Entertainment team fantastic. Loved the pool games, shows in the evening were always fun for the kids. Everyone goes out there way, very friendly staff. Loads of space and always got a lounger. Beach is lovely- big bonus the hotel is on the beach. Sad to go home !! We will be back one day!!

We had a brilliant time and the hotel catered to all of the requirements that we would want for our Toddler daughter. - Pools are excellent and something for everyone, the splashpark for kids is brilliant to the point where I could sit with a beer and watch my daughter enjoy the slides safely - Rooms were very well maintained by the hotel with powerful air con units - Food was excellent with plenty of variety over 10 days - Bar staff were very friendly and if you ask each of them will have a different and wonderful signature cocktail to try. Efes is the beer available too. My only gripe is that you had to queue in the heat for drinks that I would deem as self serve such as Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. - The shops - If you are after a Rolex do not buy, I've had mine 3 months the links fall out and the time goes out of alignment very quickly (even the good counterfeit ones) and finally the handbags are a nonsense, my laptop bag couldn't handle the weight of a single laptop upon my first outing with it. Poor quality. We would happily go back, we had a fantastic time away and the negative points are what I would call minors.

We normally go to Greece but thought we would give Turkey a try. We booked this hotel because the pics looked great and were prepared to pay a bit more based on that. It was a bit odd, some things were amazing and others were quite big negatives (for us, maybe not for others). Positives: Room (family, 2 rooms) was brilliant. Pools were the best we've ever known, slides were great. Private beach was lovely. Didn't feel at all overcrowded in the peak of school summer holiday. Spacious room balconies. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Mix of nationalities (no feeling of Brits abroad). Negatives: As football fans when the Premier League had started, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a sports bar (important if you arent close to bars etc). The sports bar in the official pics looks nice. However, it was never opened and instead people were crammed into the games room (think windowless back room with a few chess boards on a couple of tables). Apparently the sports bar hadn't been open for months, maybe years. Also, the corridors were very tired looking. It felt like a travel lodge. The lobby and lobby bar area was also a bit dated. Although i noted before booking, the a la carte restaurant costs 10 euros per head. I'm not sure there are 3 a la carte restaurants either, i think there is 1 that changes the menu each night. The (non-fizzy) wine options were red, white and rose. There is no alcoholic drinks in the room fridge and no shops nearby to buy your own. Instead you have to go to the bar and take it back to your room, which is not great if you are spending a few hours in your room. Overall, we had a really good time. We dont tend to go back to hotels anyway, no matter how good. But if i was told about the negatives ive listed before i booked i wouldnt have booked this hotel (as they are important to us, they might be to others).

We spent 12 days at the hotel. Korumar Ephesus Beach is, for the moment, the only hotel to which I could return 100%. Room: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace with jacuzzi and beautiful sea view. Cleaned daily as requested. Mini bar replenished daily. In-room kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board, iron, bathrobes. Dining Theme dinners: Turkish, Italian, seafood, Mexican, Asian Large selection of dishes, there is something for everyone. Vegan options Swimming pools: Sun loungers available all day without any problem. Children's pool with slides (larger slides for children over 120cm). Huge hotel pool and indoor pool. Cleaned daily with a special water hoover, same for the tiles around the pool. Beach: Fine sand without pebbles, gentle descent to the water. Sun loungers available, beach cleaned daily, sand levelled by tractor. Beautiful views of sunsets. Hotel grounds: Very extensive, with many olive trees (some with information about their history). Beautiful avenue with palm trees. Close to Ephesus and Kusadasi. We returned home rested and fully satisfied. Exactly how a holiday should be! Thank you!
