A new management is amazing and was well needed. The updated rooms are clean and also well needed.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience here. I was charged around $150 more than expected when I arrived, and even though the difference wasn’t huge, it was still quite unpleasant to suddenly be charged extra. The situation was never properly explained or resolved. There were also a few inconveniences with the room. I was placed on a floor with no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up one flight of stairs myself. The view from the room was also not particularly nice, and there was a noticeable damp/musty smell in the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, the stay was okay, but these things definitely affected my experience.

Ils ont d'abord nié leur erreur (peut-être une techinque de scam de la part de l'employé qui a prelèver une deuxième fois) mais quoi qu'il en soit, il n'ont pas géré de façon professionnelle cette situation. Au final, ils m'ont remboursé apès avoir exprimé mon mécontentement avec fermeté.

Honestly, the only thing good about this hotel is the location.

Just to note, this is the first time i've ever gone out of my way to write a review! When i was researching this hotel i noticed a few bad reviews and thought that maybe those people were disgruntled for whatever reason. They were completely accurate though. The hallways had an awful smell. The showers were disgusting as were the bathrooms overall. The carpet had brown stains. The walls had stains all over them. When i told the staff, they basically did nothing about it. Absolutely would not stay there again.

Breakfast minimal and cold, no food door dash to eat. Can't sit at bar to eat door dash as there were outside activities going on so had to eat sitting on bed or walk to find a restaurant. Bathroom door locked couldn't open and vanity drain needed unblocking

I come from Canada and The Mosaic is all I need , outside of shopping Beverly Hills, the management (Phillipa) front desk supervisor accommodates you so well. Enjoy your stay. Oh and the eggs for breakfast are worth the stay also. Time for a swim! Worth the stay .!

Make no mistake, this is a superb hotel in Beverly Hills. I spent a very happy four days here, and The location, the car fromthe staff, and the overall experience is excellent. I’ll certainly be coming here again on my next trip to LA. Of all the good things I would mention, I particularly mention Rebecca on the front desk, he was unfailingly courteous and polite. The Mosaic Hotel is a true gem! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Rodeo Drive, UCLA, and everything Beverly Hills has to offer. It’s also an excellent value for the area. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice, clean, and the water temperature was perfect and had a fireplace for nighttime lounging by the pool. The room was comfortable.

I must start off by saying this was the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. It is conveniently located to my work place. The staff is most welcoming, Jessica and her smile was very pleasing to see everyday. Phillipa on several occasions went out of her way to assist my during my stay. Bob is a gem. I will recomend my staff to stay at Mosaic Everytime we are in Beverly. Thanks again to everyone.

Location was great, the rooms were the tiniest rooms I have ever seen at any hotel. The water heater was out for the first two days of our stay, which honestly ruined our stay. I was in town for a surgery and was required to shower with a special surgical cleanser prior to my surgery and I had to do that in freezing cold water. Following my I wasn’t allowed to shower anymore for the rest of my stay because of my incisions so this greatly impacted my stay. We also weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience. Most of the staffers were sweet, but one of them was horrendous. The dining was a joke and I don’t know if it was just a fluke and if it was just the day that we were there or if it had anything to do with the hot water heater, but everything we wanted to order on the menu was not available to be ordered. We never attempted to order from here again. Shout out to Robert on the evening staff, he was absolutely incredible in every way!

Outstanding boutique hotel! The location was superb for walking to the shops on Rodeo Drive, Century City Mall, and other local Beverly Hills attractions. The hotel has a quaint "European" feel. The rooms were well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable, made even more so by luxury linens. Private and secured parking at the property. The reception staff were welcoming and offered a consistent guest experience across our stay. Thank you for an outstanding weekend!

I actually never made it to the hotel because we had to cancel. But dealing with booking.com which I will never use again that’s an actual racket so I called the Mosaic hotel directly to try and get out of my reservations because booking.com was trying to steal $324 in some ridiculous cancellation scam and I spoke to Cynthia at Mosaic and she was just delightful. She cancelled my reservation and could not have been more sweet and said there is no charge to cancel. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Poor quality food and you can easily hear people walking above you and doors shut very loud and heavy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is decent but had to sleep with earplugs or headphones with white noise. It is also a lot smaller than you would expect from the website description and breakfast is the only meal served at 7am.

Bob the bartender was a great guy ! Made it an enjoyable stay. Cynthia on reception also very friendly and welcoming.

Was a bit noisy in the morning , traffic and someone using a drill at 6:30 am one morning.

We were in BH for business. Perfect proximity to walk to everything but not in the mix at Rodeo. Great staff-Phillippa is a treasure! Breakfast was perfect. It would be great to have had it offered on the weekend. Small room but comfy and well appointed.

Perfect location! Great shower and wonderful beds. The staff is awesome, very friendly and welcoming(particularly Bob and Philipa). We even booked the block of rooms for our daughter's wedding last year at Mosaic.

There are new owners and we are not happy with some of the changes. These may be small things, but they do make the stay more enjoyable. No more coffee and BH newspaper in the lobby in the morning. No more free bottled water and LA magazine in the room.

What a great little hotel! Everywhere was nice and clean and tidy with the night time being pretty quiet too. Room was nice and functional with everything we needed and kept clean and tidy all the time we were there. Nice little pool area and fire pit that was lit in the evenings. Nestled just outside the centre of Beverly Hills with all the sights just a short stroll away. Stayed there for 3 days while in LA and found it to be a good base to explore from. We were greeted by the front desk after a long flight from the London and found all the staff we encountered to be very welcoming, courteous, friendly and helpful, but an extra big shout out goes to 2 ladies in particular, these being Cynthia and Christina. Cynthia was very helpful and gave us a list of attractions and restaurants in the area that we could use not long after we walked through the doors. Christina looked after us at breakfast time and nothing was too much trouble for her, all we had to do was ask and it was done with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in and around Beverly Hills, LA and would not hesitate to stay here again if we were ever there. Fantastic!

We had a great stay at the hotel. We loved the location, the neighborhood, and just the overall atmosphere. It's such a peaceful oasis in bustling Beverly Hills. My son and husband enjoyed the pool. We definitely will stay at Mosaic again when we return to LA.🙂

Most amazing staff accommodations and exsesable to surrounding area

Great hotel reasonably priced in the Beverly Hill area. For those interested in a comfortable place to stay and recover post procedure, this is an excellent choice. Management (GM Sirley Cuevas) and front desk Philippa were always helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond on numerous occasions. Room was clean and quiet. The small in house restaurant/bar has limited hours, but the food and service is superb, with the Chef Rosie (there for years) and main server Christina. They also have an online food ordering service that has great options. I’ve stayed there numerous times in the last two years and highly recommended this property. They are also opening a higher end boutique hotel nearby called Hotel Lily - which may also be worth a try.

My trip to Beverly Hills was frustrating due to a canceled flight but thanks to Phillipa the moment I arrived at The Mosaic everything changed and I was relaxed and able to enjoy the rest of my trip

Stayed at the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills and had a really great experience. The hotel is small and quiet, which we really liked compared to some of the bigger places in the area, it feels a lot more personal and relaxed. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, but Phillipa especially stood out. She was top notch and went out of her way to make us feel special during our stay. It’s always the people that make a place memorable, and she really did. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we definitely got a great value for what we paid, and the bed was great after long days walking around Beverly Hills and shopping nearby. The location is also excellent, close to Rodeo Drive and a lot of great restaurants, but still tucked away enough that it’s peaceful at night. The atmosphere of the pool and dining area was so peaceful. The bartender was also someone you could definitely just talk with for hours and had lots of stories, like a good book. Overall it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in Beverly Hills.

I highly recommend the Mosaic hotel. Not only is it such a charming and relaxing environment, it is perfectly located and in a safe and happening area. The front desk crew and staff are also very pleasant. Cynthia who is at front desk is extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. She ensured my stay at the hotel was positive from answering my questions prior to booking to a seamless checkout experience and super accommodating throughout. She also was very resourceful in providing recommendations in the area and around LA in general.

Unbelievably hospitable staff. Phillipa at the front desk, Robert at the bar, Christina making coffee’s in the morning, everyone became characters of our stay in Beverly Hills. Recommend the back corner fire pit by the pool in the evenings. Perfect location too, walking distance to everything in Beverly Hills.

We arrived late at night, and the reception area was very dark with barely any lighting. I was asked to sign paperwork that I could not even read properly because of how dark it was. Our room was on the third floor, but we had to go to the second floor, walk to a different building, and then go upstairs with all of our bags. There was no one available to help us. When we finally got to the room, it smelled horrible. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. Since it was so late at night, we had no choice but to stay. On top of that, I was charged again for a room I had already paid for. I would not recommend staying here.

My wife and I always enjoy staying at the Mosaic Hotel when we visit our son and his family in Beverly Hills. it is so very convenient ! The rooms are always immaculate, clean, comfortable; service is top-notch. The staff is terrific! I want to specifically recognize Cynthia and Phillipa for their outstanding service. from the moment I arrived, they were warm, professional and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, answered every question with patience, and handled requests quickly and graciously. their positive attitude Madde a difference. That said, the hotel itself is clearly in need of renovation. The property feels dates and somewhat run down, and the physical condition doesn't match the service the staff provides. Cynthia and Phillipa are real assets to the hotel - I hope management recognizes how much they elevate the guest experience.

Great location - tons of places in Beverly Hills to walk to for coffee, food and shopping. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so there isn't too much traffic noise.

The lift did not work the last morning I was there but it was quickly fixed. My room faced the pool and the music in the evening played until 11pm and was too loud. I wish the music could be kept at a minimum. There is no need to start playing music at 8am. I would come back again but would ask for a room facing the street instead.

Jessica at the front desk is terrific. She is exceptional at solving problems. The location of this boutique hotel is ideal for century city meeting as well as Beverly Hills dinners. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel senza servizi. Su Booking viene indicato che è presente un bar ma in realtà sabato e domenica é chiuso. La camera era sporca e con cattivo odore a causa della moquette che non viene pulita. Staff non accogliente, il check-out era alle 12, ma la manager dell’hotel è venuta a bussarci un’ora prima dicendoci di lasciare la camera. In conclusione, il prezzo richiesto in relazione alla qualità della struttura e dei servizi presenti è totalmente senza senso.

It’s my 2nd time staying here within a short time span and Phillipa helped me on both occasions. She was so helpful and worked with me on my room preference. Definitely provided a great friendly service and that lets me know that they care about their guests. Great location very close to rodeo drive and Santa Monica boulevard. Rooms are comfortable and nice.

Mosaic is always a great stay! They are conveniently located to the golden triangle and are reasonably priced for the area. The staff are also wonderful and friendly. It’s our go-to spot!!

We love the Mosaic. We have stayed there at least a dozen times, including booking a room block for our daughter's wedding. The staff is amazing, the location is wonderful, the beds and showers (which I think are most important) are great.

The location was great because it was across the street from my doctor.

The phone was not working in the room. The light in one of the nightstand was not working. I recently had surgery and was requesting water and the hotel told me they had ran out and need to order more in the morning. I asked if they can grab from another room that was not reserved so that I can have water and I was willing to pay for them but she said no, That that was for another guest. I had to use my cell phone to call as the phone in the room was not working. The shower was dirty with hairs so I did not use the shower.

This was a great boutique Hotel that I would stay at again in a heart beat !!! My daughter and I stayed here because she was having surgery across the street. As soon as Phillipa at the front desk heard this she got us checked in early and made sure our room was easily accessible for a wheelchair and right off the elevator. Checked on us later to make sure we were ok. All the staff we came in contact with was welcoming. Daniel, the waiter/bartender also was very accommodating and pleasant. Very cute, relaxing atmosphere and CLEAN! Again, GREAT SERVICE!

Wonderful stay at this hotel, with an excellent location that made everything easy and enjoyable. What really set the experience apart, however, was the exceptional staff -consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Exceptionally cozy, clean, and classy hotel with first-class staff. Philipa and David are not just warm and welcoming, but they have great stories about life and travel which I've seen them swap in back-and-forths with businesspeople, film execs, and everyday visitors from all over the world. The lobby area is fantastic, and the hotel location can't be beat (10-min walk to Rodeo!). I'm a regular visitor here and hope that others will also come to discover this hidden gem.

My family and I will definitely stay here again! It is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and amenities. Not only was the room comfortable, clean, and spacious, but the food was also great! The breakfast burrito and eggs Benedict were my favorite, but I can’t wait to come back and try the Nicoise Salad. We also loved how it’s located in a prime location (about 5 minutes from Rodeo Drive). Thank you Mosaic Hotel staff for giving us the best hospitality. Everyone was very helpful and nice but I definitely want to give a special thank you to the General Manager, Sirley Cuevas, who ensured our first time staying at the Mosaic Hotel was great.

My stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent both from the on-site restaurant for breakfast, as well as the online in room ordering service Vyblee. It made my post surgery recovery very uneventful, which was the goal! Particular mentions for the General Manager Sirley Cuevas and front desk Manager Philipa. Both were extremely accommodating, and if anything needed to be addressed they were on it immediately. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel, but very thin walls, and unfortunately had a screaming kids next to me which kept me up all night and morning.

Extremely unprofessional staff who is took deposit from me and then didn’t send it back in full amount. I mean not in full for sure, after all charges, payment for breakfast, tax for city I still should receive some amount back… well, I’m not. I would never suggest that place to stay and give them your deposit money. It’s so convenient for them to freeze them from your card and then just forget about it. I will ask my lawyer to work it out definitely. And I will send my review to every booking service I can reach. I’m aware about taxes and breakfast fee. But you took taxes twice. From me and from my friends card for same room and same period. I’ve provided to you all the information. And now what? You decided to be absent. Bravo.
