Nice Room, recently renovated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall we had a nice stay.

No towel racks in bathroom, and no closet area to hang clothes.

The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and, the location was perfect for what we wanted (away from the busy city)

There was a weird menu that kept popping up on the TV screen while watching TV.

Overall, on a weekend during tourist season, it was all that was available with limited notice. Good location to get into Downtown, and close to the 401Hwy. The bed itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning system worked, so that was a positive! As well, the staff mbr who checked me in was friendly and pleasant.

Overall, for $300CAD, I would certainly expect more. That rate is comparable to the Hampton Inn ~900m away, and includes significantly more amenities and quality. The exterior is under significant construction, which is fine, however work starts quite early on Sunday morning. On check in, The staff explained that they were almost done renovating all the rooms to update them, and that I would be getting a newly completed room. The room itself is very "Spartan". Aside from a desk chair, a stained mini-fridge (with stickers from a local plumbing business on the front), a nightstand, and obviously the bed, there was limited furniture or space in the room. Things such as a working TV, WiFi, or nightstand lamps, were not included. After checking in, the staff mbr on duty kindly brought over a towel and cloth, which was great. That said, none were provided in room, and there were no additional ones available. All said, if this was a $90-$130, room, it would have been fine; as at that price you know what you're getting. But for $300, its poor value unfortunately.

The room wasn’t clean towels where wet the bed wasn’t made and water all over the bathroom floor this has never happened before I understand they are under renovation but not to happy about the room being this way not like them at all and uncalled for at all

Rien j'ai pas coucher dans la chambre il y avait des araigné au plafond des perce oreille sur le plancher et des bebitte dans le lit!!

The place was newly renovated. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The towels were rough. Although the room was newly renovated it didn't have a coffee maker or blow dryer etc.

Nothing met normal standards.

Close the motel until the renovations are done. Garbage and construction material all over the parking lot. The room - no mirror, not coat rack, not even a coat hook on the back of a door, no coffee machine, entry key did not work, dirty furniture, no bulbs in bedside lights. One chair to sit on. No towel rack.

The location was excellent, the price affordable, enjoyed the most the outdoor gazebo, comfortable bed.

Not vacuumed/aired well, dusty. The stuffy smell was horrible first night, but got better after keeping the door open for a half of the day. The window faces parking lot, so you either stay in the dark (no other light except bed night table) or open curtains having no privacy.

Our stay was ok, nothing special stood out. Bed was comfortable though. New floors and new tub surround was nice.

The motel is showing its age. Maybe wash the dead spider and other spots on the ceiling.

I didnt like that there was no shower curtain on the shower and the towels were stained off color all over every towel . The sheets didnt fit the bed so the mattress was exposed this could be a really nice place if looked after with more care

Struggled with the TV not smart one and all Chanels needs subscribe. The playground equipment was too dirty. Wanted to keep the kids busy.

Everything was as advertised. Unexpected fridge and microwave. Very accessible to higeway, quiet. Bright. Good value. Will use again

Floor visibly not vacuumed, curtains not hung properly allowing gaps for outsiders to see in, back side of motel room door was visibly gross/dirty, everything else decent given price point but bc of aforementioned cleanliness and privacy issues it really impacted enjoyment of stay

Curtains not hung properly impacting privacy + check out YouTube for some cleaning videos to get rid of visible dirt/grime, even Magic Erasure or some baking soda and vinegar would do wonders

It had a bed, bathroom and TV. That's all I was looking for at a cheap price.

The room was adequate for the price but it wasn't very clean. There was (a lot of) hair from the previous guest in the shower and in the floor. It may have been an oversight but it makes one feel like the whole place isn't clean. No coffee was also disappointing.

The area is nice. It’s a non busy quiet area off why 15. The one lady I dealt with both cleaned the rooms and did reception. I did not see her have any help. She was very polite and accommodating.

The room was very dusty. There were things left in the fridge from previous guests. The wall paper was awful. Tiles were cracked around the bathtub. The mirror was dirty. No face clothes. Bed was extremely hard. The motel phone started ringing at 3am! I didn’t answer it but it did wake me up and scare me as no one I knew would be phoning that landline for me.

The Countryside Inn is tired and in need of a 'face lift'. However it was clean, quiet, reasonably priced and located at the intersection of highways 401 and 15, which makes it convenient if you are travelling to Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto. Breakfast was not provided, however, their is a good breakfast restaurant about 1 km down Highway 15 called the CocoFrutti (I think).

Bed was comfortable and clean. AC did not work well. Carpet and curtains were old and need to be replaced. Faucet in bathroom is loose. Rooms should be cheaper given the condition

The Price was OK, the staff was very friendly and helpful , but ,someone needs to show them how to clean. The room really needs to be updated also.

the room door did not lock from the inside. Carpet dirty and badly stained. Curtains had holes in them. No bathmat. No glasses in the room or coffee maker. The wooden part of the bathroom vanity was rotted at the bottom. The inside of the door to the room was very dirty.

The room was musty and in need of upkeep. Lamp did not work for one. Door security lock was not working (misaligned deadbolt). Not worth $100 / night that I paid.

The bathtub in our room and one of the other rooms that were booked by us was slippery. Something should be done to address this.

Room smelled really bad and the carpet was wet under the AC. I stayed 15 minutes to see if I would get used to the smell, and no. The staff at the reception was very nice and he offered a full refund if I chose not to stay for the night, which I took. I called Booking that night and they confirmed that it was ok to proceed with the refund.... But... It's been 1 month and I still haven't been reimbursed: the motel said it's Booking's responsability to reimburse me. I called Booking, they say it's the motel who needs to do some kind of action. I've been very patient, but this is bad customer service from both the motel and Booking

The walls were dirty. The carpet was dirty. The mirror in the bedroom was not well cleaned. The freezer section in the refrigerator had accumulated ice. There seems to be rust on the heater. The room didn't seem well maintained. Not much light in the room. I had to use a flashlight to check something.

Three flies flying around , which I killed . Couldn't lock the door . No rubber stopper for sink . No grab bar in shower stall . No rubber mat in the bath tub ( tub was very slippery ) . TV didn't work properly . Stepping on the floor at the entrance , gave me the impression , I was going to go through it ( creaking and groaning ) . Opened the fridge door , and it was a sight for sore eyes ???

Terrible experience, dirty motel, sheets were not even washed, towels had hair on them, stinky as someone had recently pee , dusty, faulty lock, dirty wiped mirror and tv, filthy curtains, dirty furniture, stinky sheets, stained bed sheet and pillow cowers had dried food on it. Air conditioner as loud as a jet plane . I am luck i survived the night There.

Vieux établissement, l’eau chaude coupe et revient à un certain temps . L’air climatisé fait trops de bruit avec le système ventilation. Odeur dans la salle de bain pas bien aéré ventilé.

Le prix. Dur a battre pour 100$ +tx. Jai payé 140 pour pire au Québec. Ca sentait le renfermé un peu.

La télé était brisée. Une bande de 1po faisait des couleurs bizarres dans le cote Pas de cafetière
