Hampton Inn By Hilton Kingston

Easy to access from the 401 and good routes to get to downtown Kingston. Breakfast facilities and choices very good. Chef was out and about restocking and speaking to each guest!

Nothing

The breakfast was very good but there was a lot of wastage using paper plates, cups and wood utensils. Because they were used for food, they were not being recycled. Why not just use proper plates, etc. and just wash them?

Pool open 9-9 but fitness centre open 6-midnight, why, neither one is manned?

The hotel was really clean, friendly staff, excellent water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. We had full control of the temperature in the room. The breakfast had lots of options, but was average quality.

Very nice room. Bed was amazing. Room was so quiet. Staff were welcoming and very nice.

Nothing

Everyone and everything is perfect 👌

There was a fly in the room It took me one hour to catch it 🤔

Sehr gepflegte Zimmer und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

The room was very clean and big.

The breakfast was not good

Really nice and friendly staff

They almost did not allow me watch my weight.

The room was clean including the hotel. Access to major streets and highways was easy. Breakfast room was great with a good variety. The staff was friendly .

Everything was excellent very much satisfied

Friendly welcoming staff

Breakfast : mostly cereals and fried or sweetened foods, ideally more fresh food, fruits, vegetables, natural yoghurt and other healthier options.

Brand new hotel Large rooms with comfy beds Staff particularly friendly Breakfast better than usual buffet- very freshly made

Emplacement , confort , qualité et prix

Rien . Services impeccable

Personal súper amable, instalaciones, desayuno, piscina y spa

Accueil clients Wow!

Location , rooms , staff

Hardly 45 mins to 1 hr late checkout plus can be more discounted price

Room was spacious. Bed was great. Walk-in shower was a nice touch - really appreciated.

Lighting in the room was poor. The toilet was ridiculously low! Not for anyone with bad knees. The markings on the shower control weren't readable, making it extremely frustrating to adjust the water temperature.

Could not find on Ford navigation, but could find it on Google maps, weird

Rent og pænt

Ikke noget

Great breakfast! Comfy rooms and a nice pool

It would have been better if the pool opened earlier for kids to access-9 am was a bit late!

The hotel feels very new, clean and well maintained. Our room was modern, fresh and comfortable, and everything throughout the property felt spotless. The facilities are also new and in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy, and overall the stay was very comfortable and hassle-free.

Nothing significant. We only stayed for one night and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Camere grandi, pulite e dotate di ogni confort

La colazione

The modern and large room.

The breakfast was not so good. The potatoes were overcooked and dried up. No bacon! Turkey sausages we’re disgusting. The coffee was not so good.

The front desk clerk Daria was amazing along with the breakfast crew especially Eric was always there to greet us and check up on our family if we were missing anything

The fact the washroom doors in the room don’t lock

The rooms were ok.

Having breakfast on a paper plate and wooden knifes and forks!!!! Am not 5 years old, I can can be trusted with a real knife and fork ! Plus they was no kettle in the room or water, sorry but this hotel feels very cheap !!

Modern and clean et staff very helpful and friendly

Hotel neuf!.

Very nice and updated hotel Good breakfast with lots of assortment Location and price were good Very quiet

The outlets in our room didn't all work The sink was clogged To reduce environmental impact, replace disposable plates, cups and cutlery with glassware and silverware, I know there’s extra water usage but the reusable dishes should offset that cost

Chambre spacieuse pour 4. Belle chambre propre.

a 5km da Kingston, hotel Pulito, ordinato, colazione discreta, parcheggio incluso, servizio lavanderia ospiti

Un po collocato nel nulla…

Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the room was spacious and clean!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, plenty of free parking spots, good hot free breakfast and lots of choices for vegetarians. Good size pool and well equipped gym.

The pillows were too soft. Other than that, everything else was great.

Ausstattung

Frühstück bescheiden

Walking distance to a few fast food restaurants. Quiet location just off the highway. Breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is quite new and the rooms were spacious.

Just a little pricy.

rapport qualité prix et emplacement.

rien.

I have stayed here many times and find the staff to be so friendly ,nothing is too much trouble for them. Most Of the rooms are updated and beautiful This hotel is best bang for your money ,steps to Clifton hill

I think the breakfast needs more variety ,but not bad for the price as it is included

Well cared for with some amenities nearby.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Très bon accueil. Chambre quadruple assez spacieuse.

A revoir.

Clean, well-kept, good facilities

Not walkable to downtown. Will need to drive or Uber.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. It's only 10 minutes away from all the main tourist attractions in Kingston and it has free parking. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast staff is excellent!!! Every morning!!!!Tks!!!

Very friendly staff, excellent location. Our family loved the breakfast

Raňajky málo pestré bez akéhokoľvek ovocia a zeleniny.👎

It was clean, staff were very friendly

Safe. Clean. Great amenities. Good room size. Comfortable common areas. Very friendly staff. Great location.

Loved this property!!

The location was great, not far from downtown and close to the highway. Breakfast was okay, lots to choose from and the staff were friendly. I didn’t use the pool or gym but they look great. Elevators were quick. I had a suite and it was very comfortable and up to date with a spacious washroom. I definitely would recommend.

The signs to go into the Hampton inn was very small. We passed right by it because we thought it was just the Tim Hortons parking. I think you need bigger and more signs from the access street.

Le petit déjeuner et la piscine

Rien

Clean, free parking and lots of accessible spots, free breakfast

Location is a bit far from downtown though near the Fort Henry which me and family went there and was fascinated with the view and the performance of the soldiers.

The pool was small and very busy

Breakfast was average at best

Stayed for my daughter's soccer tournament. Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. We will be back!

Nothing, honestly.

The breakfast spread was amazing and all staff were very friendly during our stay.

Sehr gutes Frühstück

Excellent déjeuner

Le personnel attentionné

It was a pleasant experience to have the breakfast as we arrived late and had not much option to eat dinner in the town.

There was no couch or sitting furniture in the room which made us uncomfortable, specifically for a senior citizen.

Clean, wonderful rooms and very good staff. The breakfast was perfect.

The beds were very comfortable and it was quite. The staff were very friendly

The bathroom could have been cleaner
