The room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The staff were fine. Overall, everything was okay. The mini kitchen looked good though we didn't need it.

We were put into a room right beside other guests, and I wonder why since it didn't seem full. As it turned out, those guests were sitting outside, talking and smoking. The sound carried into our room, and so did some smell of the cigarettes, even though we had the door and window closed. It diminished an otherwise pleasant stay. The bed was a double, not queen, in the room we were in, and so we felt crowded.

Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Tour zurück nach Toronto bebucht. Das Hotel ist im typischen Motel Stil. Man kann direkt vor den Zimmern parken. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Kingston. Somit ist es sehr ruhig, Das Frühstück war nichts besonders. Leider war es für den Aussenpool schon zu kalt.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das eine Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das zweite Zimmer hätte im Bad dringend eine Renovation nötig. Leider wieder viel Plastik- und Pappgeschirr beim Frühstück.

The reviews mentioned how quiet it was. This is not the case on the main floor of the two storey section. Sound proof not as well as the second floor (obvious) or the single story. If this matters to you, specify your room location. TP is like 400 grit sand paper.... Owner... take heed it is worth spending the extra money for Charman!, Traveller bring your own.

Very clean rooms , updated beautiful rooms and breakfast was delicious.

We had a conjoined room and the neighbours were very loud and that spoiled our stay .

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

The first night I tried to use the pullout couch and it was like sleeping on a rack. Thankfully the next night the couch wasn’t needed.

Nous avons eu une chambre à l'extérieur du batiment principale. Une fois passé la porte une odeur désagréable fut resentit par nous 4, une certaine humidité dans la piece. Nous avons aéré la chambre. Au réveil tout était moite le sol un peu humide mauvaise ventilation je ne sais pas. J'en ai fait part à la réception sans demandé quoi que se soit. On m'a dit avoir vérifié que rien ne leur semblait anormale. Cependant je peux vous assurer que nos deux filles de 20 ans voulait dormir dans la voiture. bref une mauvaise expérience da la Chambre 126.

pas de hotte au dessus de la cuisinière, l aporte de congélateur était brisée, donc impossible de laisser des choses congelé.

La habitación bastante bien para ser un motel de carretera. Es fácil aparcar en las propias instalaciones y tiene una piscina exterior que está muy bien para los días calurosos de verano. Llegamos a las 23:30 para hacer el check-in y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno es bastante justo.

Les gaufres au déjeuner sont excellentes et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. La salle à manger est très propre! Il y a des tables de pique nique à l'extérieur à l'ombre et près de la piscine, c'était très bien!

Nous y étions pour 2 nuits et ils ne font pas les chambres à tous les jours alors j'ai dû aller à la réception pour demander des serviettes propres. Le climatiseur dans la chambre est très bruyant.

Good location and the rooms were comfortable.

The bathtub/shower was slippery need some traction in the tub. Should also have a handlebar to hold on to when climbing in and out of the tub. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests between 7:30-8:00.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is poorly maintained and appears to have been neglected for a long time. The swimming pool had a strong urine smell, making it unpleasant and unusable. The room itself had several issues. The bathroom door was stuck and very difficult to open and close. Both the interior and exterior of the property looked worn out, with peeling paint and an overall lack of maintenance. Basic amenities like tissues and a waste bag were not provided in the room. The breakfast experience was equally frustrating. The breakfast room was far too small to accommodate the number of guests, resulting in long lines every morning. There was only one toaster and one waffle maker for everyone, causing unnecessary delays and making breakfast stressful instead of enjoyable. The service made the experience even worse. When I requested missing items for the room, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and arrogant instead of addressing the issue professionally. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, overcrowded breakfast facilities, and discourteous staff made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

Family of 4, we stayed for two nights in a room with 2 double beds, full washroom, cable tv, medium size fridge, a kitchenette with a microwave and a induction stove. Pans with some utensils and some plates. We also brought out own paper plates. Funny we had never used one before we call the motel manager and he was so helpful and kind. Clean bed sheets and towels. You will find body wash, shampoo and conditioner big bottles too! A pool in the yard perfect to cool off and for the children as well with sun beds. This motel is perfect for families; we saw many staying here. Continental breakfast included with stay. Hard-boiled eggs, bread like slice and English muffins. Cereal, muffins, banana, yoghurt, tea and coffee. Juice fountain juice. One waffle maker. It does fill up quickly in the breakfast room. As a motel of average families of 4 its get busy. I would suggest on an extension to make breakfast room bigger. Fort Henry is only a five minute drive. Kingston Waterfront about 10 min. Btw on Sundays at the waterfront parking is free! We are vey happy with our stay at this Super 8 Motel Kingston! Great service by the staff and a clean motel. We will definitely stay here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I contacted the property shortly after making my reservation because my plans changed and I was hoping they might consider a goodwill exception. I called the property and also sent an email, but my email was never acknowledged or replied to. The complete lack of communication was the most frustrating part of the experience. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but I also believe that responding to guests is basic customer service. Even a simple reply explaining their decision would have been appreciated. Based on the poor communication and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this property.

Sa situation géographique à proximité du centre de kingston. Le Pt déjeuner était simple mais on y trouve du choix. Un plus pour la machine à gauffres en libre service Excellent 🤩🤩🤩 Les enfants y trouveront leur bonheur.

Le Motel aurait besoin d'être rafraîchis, la propreté n'était pas au RDV, les équipements étaient désuet. La climatisation vraiment trop bruyant, nous avons du l'arrêter pour la nuit.

Goede bedden, ruime kamer met koelkast en microgolf oven. Eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding als je alleen een plaats om te slapen zoekt.

Verouderd hotel (er wordt wel volop verbouwd). Kamer met 2 dubbele bedden + 1 Queen bed geboekt, kamer met 2 Queen bedden + 1 niet opgemaakte slaapbank gekregen. In de buurt van het hotel is er niets te beleven.
