Excellent breakfast! Very nice staff
The room was rather small and stuffy. They need to provide something other than a heavy blanket for sleeping.
Emplacement , personnel , décoration
Great location, very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast.
Rooms are small but adequate.
The location looked perfect
A request to move my date to October turned into a round and round mess. I was told yes there was vacancy but I needed to put it through again. Four attempts over 6 days, three emails and a phone call and I was out €185 and still at home with strep throat. I'm booked into the Moxy for October and after the really poor customer service I will never stay here again.
Perfect location
Our room was v close to the lift and back door, small amount of noise late and early
Located in a quiet, leafy area of Dublin, away from the noisy tourist areas.
Lovely and very accomodating staffs.Excellent location# fantastic decor
No kettle in the room
We got a very good deal through booking.com I don’t know if I would stay there at the normal rate of almost €400 a night
We had a basement room, fine for one evening but not for any longer than that.
Great location
Room dated, lots of flies in room and water didn’t run hot.
Very handy for where we wanted to go. Staff were really nice
Very small family room. (room 106 ) On the ground floor, and the only way to get air into the room was opening the window that has direct access to the pavement outside and people walking by. Safety issues there. Woken up at 7am with a delivery directly outside window. No tea and coffee in the room
Free coffee, tea and cookies. Breakfast. Room.
Very small parking spaces. Steps to reception. Used tissue under the bed. High charge for dog. No dog poo bins.
Great location, nice decor
The staff didn't seem to be at all interested in us. Im guessing because we were only staying one night we weren't important. Unfortunately for them we regularly stay in Dublin and for long periods.

It’s pet friendly, good location for me, staff very professional
While it’s pet friendly- common areas of the establishment are not and with an additional charge of 40 euro for the night. In my opinion that’s too expensive.
Charming common rooms near reception, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location. Lovely bedroom and breaskfast room is very relaxing, great choice of delicious food.
Nothing
Väldigt snyggt och prydligt. Fint dekorerat.
Oengagerad personal med kyligt bemötande. Inte trevligt.
A very beautiful Georgian townhouse hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A comfortable room which was very good value.
Not a problem for me, but lots of steps up to Reception. I didn't use the car park - there may be a lift.
Everything kind staff members
The location was very convenient for our Ferry journey the next morning and was dog friendly.
Even though we had booked a pet friendly room at time of reservation the property had no records of this and we had to pay €40 extra for our dog.
Beautiful house, location and neighboorhood Super friendly staff Cosy lobby Pubs and Nice coffee shops ( Ballsbridge!) nearby Dog friendly
I liked the Ballsbridge neighborhood, and that my small dog could stay with me. The staff was lovely - so kind, attentive, pleasant. The staff was the best part of my stay.
While there were choices for breakfast, the cooked options were not as good as they sounded. The coffee was ok, but not the best. I would have been better off sticking with the yogurt and toppings at the buffet. I had a ground floor room, which was lovely to look at - super clean, bathroom was beautiful with a huge soaking tub. But the room was like a sauna, with no moving air, and the windows would not open, as it was on the ground floor. At times, it was very uncomfortable.
The hotel is pretty, with nice lounge rooms downstairs and good facilities such as free tea, coffee & water at all times. Breakfast had good options. The room and bathroom were nice. And the location was good, a fairly short walk to the city centre & tourist spots with cafes & restaurants nearby.
The room was quite small, so space was very limited with the travel crib by the bed. The window opened onto the main road which had a normal amount of light urban noise & traffic at night on the weekend. There was only 1 member of staff serving breakfast which made the process quite slow. We got a discount on the rate but these things would have bothered me more if we'd paid the full price.
The decor
No fans
The place was well decorated and in a very nice quiet neighborhood.
The water was hard to deal with. The water would either be VERY hot or VERY cold with no in between which made taking a shower a bit of a chore.
Great location, safe, quiet
Bathroom sink was dripping and slow draining. Very weak internet
Location was good!
Water in room, also we were directly below dining room. room 112 so it was very loud early in the morning
Everybody
Struttura molto bella e pulita.
Decor and location
The double bed was actually two single mattresses put together so not as nice or comfortable as we would have liked
Very friendly staff
Room close to the reception was a bit noisy, but ok.
La camera era molto carina

great staff, great location, nice breakfast, lovely extras likr honesty bar, free teas and coffees in the lounge
some water issues excellently dealt with by Ronan
Love this hotel, amazing staff and so beautiful
La position de l’hotel. Le parking securise gratuit. La gentillesse du personnel.
Chambre en face de l’ascensseur. Bruyant
It was charming, with a beautiful, peaceful lobby. The hotel employees were so nice and very helpful with information. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. Walkable to lots of restaurants- very nice!
Pembroke Townhouse is such a cute spot in a good location.
The rooms are small. The ground floor rooms are dank. They need a lot of sprucing up to be appealing.
Location was great. Free parking also good, but the carpark is small and first come first serve.
No hot water. Noise from either an air on unit nearby or a factory, unsure but it caused us to lose sleep. Needed to have the window open due to heat, no fan in the room .
Very nice hotel and well maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable. Was given a free upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated. There is a little kitchenette (a very classy one) with free coffees and free parking too.
There was no air conditioning in the room which normally would not be a problem, but the weather was very warm on night of my stay. Also, the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor quite a bit.
Beautiful clean rooms. Staff were friendly.
Room was too warm and close to rear entrance so noisy from about 7am.
L'albergo è molto bello, vero stile georgiano.
We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but I do have to commend both front desk people who were on during our stay. So lovely, so polite, so helpful. One even packed us fruit and pastries when he heard how early we’d be checking out and missing breakfast. A nice touch was the box of homemade cookies in the coffee/tea area in the reception.
The photos of the rooms are a little misleading.
A well located space with a friendly shared set of sitting rooms and a quirky bedroom with comfy beds. Printed artwork…as an artist I found that a wee bit sad.
The free parking isn’t guaranteed as the space is small.
I loved where it was, not far from the dart station. A lovely hotel, rooms were a great size, my daughter loved the reading space upstairs in the bedroom. The fresh fruit at breakfast was a great selection
Not the hotels fault but it was very hot outdoors which unfortunately made the rooms very uncomfortable to sleep in even with the window open. We did just use the cover off the duvet as very warm in the room. Would have loved a kettle in the room for tea
Dog friendly, great location for our needs and free parking.
This was our 2nd stay at Pembroke Townhouse. The first time we stayed here, the people working the front desk were amazing, so lovely and helpful, even giving us a little bag of pastries and fruit when they heard how early we would be checking out. The 2nd time we stayed, there was a different person working the front desk who was incredibly rude to us, particularly to my husband. I’m assuming he was just having a bad day (there was a plumber on-site so perhaps something had happened that was causing an unusual amount of stress) but he absolutely took it out on us.
Great location and nice reception area. Good bathrooms.
Staff not that friendly and room was a bit of a letdown. Low quality decor and quite tired. Fake picture and frame (frame was a printed picture of a frame). Room was v hot and very bright at night.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Nice pleasant hotel and staff where great - quite small but nicely relaxing environment with good breakfast service
no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms - front bedroom road noise - quite a busy road until late. a small chair in the bedroom would have been a good option.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, in a quiet area. The staff were fantastic, especially Svetlana, who kindly assisted my friend with a wardrobe malfunction.
Our room was very small and located beside the lift and facing the rear of the hotel, so it was quite noisy.
