Reviewed Jul 20, 2026This hotel is great if traveling with your pet! They even offer bowls and a pet bed if you need them! We’ve stayed here twice with our dog and it’s been great both times! Friendly staff, room service and comfortable beds.
Was not able to get the AC unit to adjust properly. A complimentary breakfast would be a great addition!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The property was nicer than anticipated. The pictures are what you get. The property was clean and kept up well. The pool was nice along with the gym. Staff was nice overall. Food at the restaurant is delicious for hotel food.
Hard to communicate if you don’t know much Spanish.I didn’t like that I was double charged for my booking,but was resolved in a timely manner. I also wasn’t given any instruction on how the breakfast worked upon booking and when I asked they were clueless and said I didn’t have breakfast included with my booking. I had to get my booking info and show proof that I had it. I was only comped for one day.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025I didn't expect much. It exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and everything was huge; big room, big bathroom, big halls, big dinning room, big lobby, big parking lot. Staff was awesome. I will booke there again if I return to Durango.

Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025La gestión de la reserva muy bien, por motivos personales cambie mi fecha sin problema. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. La comida del restaurante todo muy bien y la atención. La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La alberca climatizada y muy limpia.
Solo una observación, deberían de tener mucho cuidado en que áreas pueden entrar las mascotas, ya que había una familia con un perro en el área de alberca y al día siguiente en el restaurante. En uno de los pasillos donde esta una sala de estancia, olía a perro mojado, lo cual no es muy agradable eso. Tenia entendido que el hotel no aceptaba mascotas, y aun así, hay amenidades donde si pueden estar y otras no.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025We booked this hotel due to our flight airline cancelling our flight the day of. Thankfully this hotel made a very hectic day alot easier. They have a very good restaurant with plenty of options. Everything we ate was exceptional. And the best part was how comfortable the beds were. After such a long day, all we wanted to do was rest and these beds did the trick! The staff was so friendly and treated us well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. And, if we are ever in Durango City again, we will be staying here!

I usually book my hotel through booking.com and I am absolutely sure that I would be charged a certain price but when I arrived the people at the front desk argued with me that the price per night was more because of the fees and taxes. I mentioned to them that I was aware of the fees and taxes and even with that included it still wasn’t as much as what they charged me.

Walmart is across the street and so we had qhick access to anything. It has a restaurant inside that closes late and a Starbucks in the lobby! I will stay here again.
