Room 409’s vent bathroom vent didn’t work & it had a drip or thud coming from the bathroom every couple of hours, not bad but definitely noticeable Also the other rooms doors need WD-40, they squeak really bad.

Mi experiencia en el Hamilton fue muy buena. El hotel es realmente bonito, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente es agradable. El desayuno me encantó, estuvo muy completo y fue un detalle que disfruté mucho durante mi estadía.

The only thing I truly enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff.

The first night we had to request new linen for the bed because there were makeup stains on the bedding and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. However , when I went to the desk to let the staff know. Everything was nice and clean when we returned.

El espacio para las piscinas era escaso para el número de personas alojadas. El desayuno “ incluido “ es solo hasta un coste concreto la diferencia debe abonarla el cliente ( deberían concretarlo en la reserva ). Tuvimos problemas con la reserva que finalmente se solucionaron gracias a Marlon principalmente, otros compañeros no estuvieron a la altura .

Coming in late night early morning hours line was extremely long and only 1!!!!!! Staff working the counter was ridiculous. Lobby was extremely busy at that time & I had already paid and booked in advance a used almost an hour to wait in a line. Making guest pay for parking and the price with no discount is the reason I’d rather book an Airbnb going forward. My suv in and out the parking garage gave me so much anxiety I hated it. Breakfast on a Friday could’ve been better then most days there considering prices for the stay are higher on the weekends. Location isn’t great at all especially considering being by the Broward bus terminal. Only needed to appear in Court so I stayed closer to the court House. I will never return here in the future.

Het was fijn dat we na middernacht nog konden inchecken (door vertraging vlucht),. Op loopafstand van de Las Olas area.

De airco op de kamer was veels te koud, maakte herrie en kregen we niet goed ingesteld. Dit hebben we ook gevraagd aan de receptie, maar het heeft niet geholpen. Ook vonden we het ontbijt slecht waardoor we de 2e ochtend ergens anders zijn gaan eten.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was available. Front desk staff were professional and friendly.

Quarto bastante amplo e limpo. Na recepção havia cookies e café disponível durante o dia todo. Possui máquina de gelo e bebedor de água. uma curta caminhada tem o river walk, publix, mc Donald e o aplicativo ride circuit nos atendeu prontamente neste endereço, excelente opção de transporte gratuito para Las Olas Beach e Las Olas Blvd. Haviam toalhas para uso na piscina.

O café da manhã faltou vários itens e não foi reposto. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e todas noites tínhamos que buscar toalhas na recepção pois era deixado somente 3 e a recepção não levava toalhas no quarto. O quarto foi limpo somente 1x durante nossas 3 noites. A região tem vários mendigos, porém não nos sentimos ameaçados.

Arrived at Hilton Hampton hotel and it started pouring down rain. We ate chicken wings and tenders in the bar and washed it down with well crafted beer and drinks. Thank you Rebecca for a great time and good food!

The hotel was close to my ultimate destination. The lobby is well appointed and inviting. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. This hotel is a great value.

Rebecca was awesome!!! She was very pleasant and very willing to assist us with anything we may needed from the bar to getting us towels after we vented about not receiving ours from request. Upon check-in one person was at the front desk. While serving me many people came up trying to get their snacks on their room. The clerk at the front desk stopped assisting me and to gather information from those who came up or to get the bottle of water they requested. Serve who was there first and then all others. And or get more people to work the front desk

Here at the Hampton, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and smelled great, and the location was easy to get around; restaurants were nearby, a 15- to 20-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to be.

The staff at the hotel have been fantastic. The manager answered my phone call from the airport, checked me in early and greated me in a courtesy manner. For breakfast Rebecca and the other attendants greater guests with a warm smile, ensured the breakfast items were fresh and handed out cookies to guests. My room was spacious - 325 feet, the gym was well equipped and the 2nd floor pool was an added touch. I will stay here again next month!

Ended up here because our United flight to Newark was cancelled. Traveling with my 88 year old mom who has limitations. I have been so presently surprised. The staff has been wonderful and accommodating. Especially Rebecca. Lovely and very kind young lady working on the second floor cafe. Bed was very comfortable, room clean and my 88 year old mom enjoyed her chicken wings with fries last night and loved the breakfast. It really was very good. Thank you all for your hospitality. What was an unexpected travel nightmare you guys made it a very positive experience. Thank you Rebecca for your extra attention with my mom. Yara Betancourt from NJ

Honestly wasn’t sure I was going to give this a good review. I travel a it for work, so I have lots of very late nights and very early mornings. Last night was no exception. Got in at 4:30am and have to be on the road by 9:30. At about 7:45am this morning someone came in my room. Due to a “error” in the system my room was labeled available. 5 mins later, I get a call from the front desk trying to verify this. As you can imagine I wasn’t happy and sleep deprived. Then I met Coco. Coco was extremely friendly and showed me a few tricks of the trade! Thanks for flipping this bad experience into a good one!

We stayed here before boarding a cruise, and it was perfect. Coco treated us like royalty!

This was a great hotel experience, all of the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location wasnt too far from places to visit. And the free breakfast was always delicious! My personal ambassador Coco was also very kind and informative!

The hotel charged me 30$ per night for parking my car without letting me know in advance that the parking has a cost. When I asked for clarification and for a refund, they refused. It look like they do it on purpose to make more money from the parking, without clearly communicating this to the customer.

The location and the price

Checking in was a cluster. The front desk staff were slammed and they needed more help. They had to physically go check if rooms were clean instead of the system being updated to assist their tasks. This is not fair to them to have people angry for tasks that were out of their control. Chanel was fantastic at keeping her professionalism and working her butt off to handle everything. Especially the way people were treating her, she deserves the praise in a difficult situation that shouldn’t have happened.
