Location
Bed, no toiletteries, breakfast, terrible old bar on roof, noisy ac, clogged sink ( ac and sink were never repaired even though I asked), no water in the room.
Great place everything
Accepting of pets. The location is not bad but not perfect. Having to pay $35 for parking is just a nuisance and have to use valet is a pain.
The absolute worst sleeper sofa i have used in many years. The hotel needs to replace them as soon as possible. Did anyone who purchased these ever try to sleep on them?
La ubicación es excelente a pocos minutos de la playa y con muchas tiendas y avenidas cerca
Lo caro del parqueo
I love the location of the property. The property was up to date with a great roof top pool.
The rooms could have been cleaned better, the sink was stopped up but someone came right away and fixed it. The shower could have been cleaned better.
It’s was nice , rooms was great too
Property was clean and very nice.
Roof top chairs were dirty No airport shuttle

Well Valet was terrible. Very slow. Then parked our vehicle on the street instead of in the garage, we could have done that ourselves. They do not assist with the luggage at all. The evening/night time valet was the worse. The woman at the front desk was kind. There were dirty marks in the shower. Didn't feel real clean, as if bare minimal was cleaned. There is no complimentary coffee or anything in the morning. We went down to the bar in the morning to get coffee, but the staff was too engaged in their conversation to help us, then when their conversation was finished they both walked away, 1 down the hall, and the other back into what looked like a kitchen area, but we never got helped. Would I reccomend this place or stay here again, absolutely not. This place put a bad taste in my mouth for Marriot and I think my days of staying at Marriots are done.
The question is..."What was there to like?"
Faltó una buena limpieza en el baño y habitación
Very clean and modern Room was huge Air on was great Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Great coffee shops right next to the hotel for breakfast and a shop on site.
Location was a little away from the beach so had to uber everywhere but only a few dollars so not a big problem
Love it
Nothing
Restaurante na calçada, embaixo do hotel, excelente. Pratos, bebidas, atendimento, ambiente super.
Muita espera aguardando manobrista trazer o carro, mesmo usando aplicativo disponível. Funcionários/recepção sem apatia e ambiente no geral parece sem vida, sem calor humano. Talvez pelo atendimento anterior ter sido muito melhor.
The hotel is nice, clean. The staff is ok, I wouldn’t say yhey were overly friendly (the bar/restaurant staff), I assume since their tips are automatic. I stayed on the 8 th floor, right below the pool which had private parties on the weekends that I got to listen to but couldn’t attend. Oh and the pillows are the worst.
Very clean and modern.
We rented a car and parked right outside, although the hotel offered paid parking valet option, we were only staying at the hotel for a brief time but liked that we had that opportunity. The restaurant in the hotel had a nice but limited menu for us but we did very much enjoy the Italian restaurant that was below the hotel that was excellent. Great way to end our vacation being so close to the airport, this hotel met all of our needs so it was a great value for that. The rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and nice quality linens.
That is was paid parking but we were able to fortunately find parking right in front of its vicinity without a problem. We are also surprised to not have any waters in the room. However, there was a convenient store next to reception that we could purchase everything from medication to waters to late night snacks.
Too expensive.
No ventilation in the bathroom. We were on the 6th floor Saturday night. They have a big party up on the top floor which kept us up until one in the morning. Not a place to go if you're looking to relax.
Breakfast was OK but nothing to shout about.
I feel I was conned because there was no parking and the car had to be valet parked in a nearby carpark. Cost $40 plus tip. Had I been aware of this I would not have booked this hotel. The wifi had a problem when we arrived and did not get fixed until after midnight. As I had to check in on a flight this was an inconvenience and I ended up checking in at 4am. Lastly, there was a problem with room cards . For some reason the hotel were unable to get the door keys to work and we had to be escorted to our room by a cleaner who held a master key to allow us access.
Location, amenities, and reasonable pricing.
The guess went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and smell very fresh. and the staff went out of there way to make sure my stay was pleasant.
Beds and tv setup Slow valet parking Front desk not kind or informative Ice machine broke No glasses Shower was slippery and dangerous
Beautiful hotel in a great location just across the street fr the Parker where we were seeing a show. Staff actually genuinely friendly-and room ready early-a real plus. Gorgeous rooftop pool to. A gem
Nothing
Everything clean, comfortable, well maintained
Flight cancelled and needed overnight. Not too far from airport and convenient
I would like to say the young man working at night at the front desk has a lot of patience for rude people. I was coming in wanting to check in and ai witness Marcus dealing with a very rude women cursing him out calling him incompetent all while he was being very empathetic to her saying he understands how she feels and helping her move rooms. The women being rude to him kept talking loudly and got upset that he acknowledged us when we walked in. She said that he shouldn't be paying attention to us that she was here first and she needs to move now. Marcus politely told the lady that he likes to make sure the guest know that they have his attention as well and he will be with us in a moment. I was highly upset watching this incident go down I didnt say anything because it was almost 11pm and I was just getting in from a long trip to check in on Easter Sunday smh. I would like to speak to any manager about this because Marcus handled that guest with professionalism and kindness when he didn't have too, I had to check on the young man to make sure he was okay and his response was " he treats all his guest with kindness no matter how they are feeling, they might have been having a bad day/night" I hope to see Marcus again when he checks me in hopefully with better circumstances. I also saw the review the lady left and I would like to talk to his Manager personally about the situation just thinking about it still upsets me and he doesnt deserve that.
the room was comfortable.
Valet was far too slow and the elevator far too slow
Facility was great. Modern, fresh, well maintained. Staff were excellent from valet attendants to front desk. On site restaurant, Cucina Moderna, was exceptional.
Poor accounting practices from excessive number of valet charges to final invoice not showing all charges that were made to my charge card. Very noisy hotel, traffic, guest room doors slamming. NO ROOM SERVICE. Not informed there would be no room service. Had to chase the lone housekeeping cart down the hall to get fresh towels during our 7 night stay. Valet staff were great, but valet parking was chaotic due to tight space. limited number of staff, and no bellhops for luggage.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel everything was beautiful
The parking could sometimes be hectic if in a rush.
I stayed two nights at this hotel, the first was terrible, the second was ok. I must rate the hotel poor because of a major design issue, there is a nightclub atop the hotel that apparently is independent of the hotel and the sound of the bar/club permeates the hotel. The first night I was there, there was a private event that went till two am, apparently a monthly event. I suspect these types of things happen fairly often there. I was right under the club on the 8th floor and the noise was terrible. The front desk staff told me what theyve told other people many times before, its an independent establishment and they have no control over it. If that is the case, it is a real lapse in judgement to allow that kind of situation atop a hotel where the building below is for accommodation and not clubbing. I got the sense walking around the floors and from prior reviews that the noise goes multiple floors down. It was a loud base. The other issue with this hotel, is that the east side faces a very loud busy road, motercycles, emergency vehicles, hot rods, you'll hear that if you are on that side as well. I blame them less for that, they shouldnt have allowed a separate entity to have the full use of the roof for a club. I told the front desk of my disatisfaction having not slept much at all the first night (the club closed at 11pm the second night) and they did nothing to try to make it right by me. Further I emailed the operations manager explaining my concerns and didnt hear back. This is not a well run hotel to allow a situation like this and also ignore customers feedback. Its a real shame because the hotel itself including room is quite nice. Just dont plan to sleep there!
Clean, gym was good and friendly staff
The AC in the room didn’t turn off and was cold
It was way overpriced for what the hotel offered. It was extremely noisy due to it being on a main highway, we had a balcony that you couldn’t use to the road being like a race track.
We didn’t like anything about the hotel, it was a rip off. It’s certainly not a $500 p/n hotel, $200 would be a fair rate for this hotel. We were very disappointed with our 3 night stay there.
Convenience, location, staff friendly and professional
No water provided in the room - this should be a standard practice
Staff was fantastic.
Hairdryer broken. Sink faucet broke. Just inconvenient
Beautiful hotel in a great area. Close to a lot of stores and the staff is exceptional.
The bed was really uncomfortable. Wasn’t able to get much sleep. One elevator was out so it took forever to catch an elevator out. The laundry facilities were out of service as well.
Location
Parking was horrible.
The luxury and cleanliness
The outdoor roof top furniture were old .
So I’ve stayed at plenty of Marriott properties, and this was by far the most disappointing experience — all thanks to the manager, Monique. My boyfriend is a Gold Elite member, and the way we were treated was honestly like we were random people off the street instead of loyal guests. When I checked in, I politely asked about a room upgrade under his account — something every other Marriott we’ve ever stayed at does automatically without us even needing to ask. Instead, Monique snapped that it “wasn’t offered with my reservation.” Weird, because again, we’ve NEVER had this issue anywhere else. But fine, I didn’t argue. We went up to the room, and my boyfriend immediately noticed a smell and was unhappy with the setup. So we both went back down together to ask again. I was standing right next to him when Monique looks at him and says, “Like I told the other person who checked in…” (AKA me), and then claims that “they must have left out” the detail that upgrades aren’t allowed because of balcony maintenance. Funny, because she NEVER mentioned that to me at all. I was literally standing there in shock. To make it even worse, I watched her hand bottled water to another guest checking in without them even asking — meanwhile, we weren’t offered a single thing. Not even a hello with a smile. Nothing. Absolutely NOT the treatment Gold members should receive. This was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The only good part of this stay was the valet team — they were amazing, friendly, and actually represented the hospitality Marriott is supposed to stand for. Monique, on the other hand, needs serious retraining or a demotion because she does NOT reflect Marriott standards in any way. This was honestly sad and unacceptable.
Decent hotel but definitely nothing special. I would expect more of a Marriott property. The rooms are OK but the air conditioning units are pretty noisy. It was clean. The rooftop pool area is very rundown and tired looking. Furniture cushions are unbelievably deteriorated, and even have mold and mildew growing on them. They’re too cheap to decently heat the pool, so it’s basically useless. Even worse, one of the two elevators was broken for four days in a row, resulting in very long waits at times. The only free amenity in the lobby is water. They want to charge you five dollars or more for a cup of coffee out of a machine. Most hotels have complementary coffee in the lobby. You have to wonder if this place is barely scraping by financially by the way it’s being operated. At least we didn’t get subjected to a late night party with loud music like a lot a lot of people are complaining about on the reviews.
The rooms are very nice. My room was clean and well stocked. Front desk accommodated early arrival for me which I really appreciated! Parking is valet only. Valet staff were super friendly and pretty fast. The biggest negative was location and noise. Because the hotel is right on Federal Highway, you hear traffic noise at all hours. I was awakened three times by the sounds of cars speeding/racing! Ear plugs would be a very nice amenity to provide guests. The hotel was booked for me by my company so I had no idea of the location noise issues! Also, it is a major inconvenience to not have a check-out option on the app like Hilton does! Stopping at the desk was not easy with luggage, laptop, etc. Come on Marriott!! Add check-out to your app!
Breakfast needs updated. My oatmeal was bland
Elevator was down. My toilet got clogged and noone responded to my calls
Quiet, clear, big room.
One of elevator was wrong.
This hotel had a mesmerizing scent when walking inside. The lobby is on the second floor, so you’re greeted to elevator doors. The staff were friendly and attentive when we asked for help. The room was pretty spacious and the bathroom had a modern feel. The only thing I will say is I had to request hand soap,as it was not in the bathroom when I needed it. Also visiting the hotel bar and restaurant, I had to find someone to call for service. No one was in the forefront of the bar/ restaurant.
I stayed in room 815 during a business trip. Overall, the room was decent, but there was a serious problem with the air conditioning. The unit was loud, the vent rattled all night, and the room never really cooled down. The valet service was my biggest complaint and the main reason I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Even when I requested my car 30 minutes in advance, I still had to wait for the driver to bring it around. The hotel wasn’t busy, but the valet service was still very slow. Tipping the valet well didn’t improve the experience, and I was disappointed by the attitude of the older valet attendant. For business travel, I would choose a different location next time.
clean and modern facilities.
paying for valet sucked, and on the day we were leaving we got a knock on our door from the cleaning people at like 10 am. felt like they were trying to rush us out even though checkout is at 11
Clean, modern, and amenities.

Modern and spacious
Totally cashless
Room services, front desk and valet staff were all very good. Though not anything staff can do about it, check-in is on the second floor and there are no rooms there. I don’t do elevators, but I was assisted with determining a stairs route that allowed me to not have to.
The hotel itself was nice, modern, and clean. My BIG issue was the noise from the rooftop pool area blaring music until 2AM. If you are on the upper floors you're room will be thumpin'! You have 2 options- go join the party or request another room on a lower floor. Initially, I was on the 7th floor- this room was great aside from the music coming from the pool area. The next morning I requested a room on the lower floors- this room was not great. I was moved into a smaller room on the street side of the building and, believe me when I say, you can hear every single vehicle that passes by and it is almost as annoying as the music. Additionally, the AC in that room was rattling like crazy and was highly unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here unless you are just trying to party. If you are on business or have kids, go find somewhere else.
Perfect spot for a Fort Lauderdale getaway. My kids enjoyed themselves and lots to do within close distance.
Lovely hotel with breakfast included (great food). It was very convenient closer to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown Atlanta.
Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Parking
Patio furniture in the pool area was so dirty.
Very impressed
Staff was exceptional My only complaint was the late checkout was slightly more expensive for an additional two hours. My flight was delayed leaving late so I was only able to extend until 1 PM. Other than that location was outstanding I will be staying there again. Twice a year.
Very clean good area
Restaurant expensive with few choices.
all good
I was very happy with the property, especially the dining option and rooftop pool. The only problem I had was that on the weekend there are parties at the pool. The drum and bass music boomed and shook walls til 1:45 am. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything since the party was booked through the restaurant. I only had 2 hrs sleep before leaving for the airport
Rodrigo from Valet was probably the most welcoming staff at the property. Made the experience great for us. Great location, fair value but could be better. The place was clean but not your family friendly place. There is loud music at night and a rooftop pool contributed to that. Parking was expensive nearly $40/day. We were told we could get a late checkout if we signed up for a free membership, did not happen. Housekeeping did ok, random towel missing and didn't really feel like they did a full clean. The AC was louder than usual, seems like the individual units are in the rooms and it blew right in your face all night long. We had to add some towels to divert airflow. Entertainment was great, big flat screen TV. Great view from the balcony and plenty of seats. The area is great and the restaurants nearby are amazing. With all the added costs like parking, I'd recommend somewhere oceanfront.
The cleanning staff was very nice
I have stayed at this property many times over the past year and have had mostly positive experiences. This is no longer the case and I will never stay here again. I am staying on the 4th floor and the rooftop pool bar above the 8th floor, I believe, blared music until 2am last evening and they are at again tonight so sleep is impossible. The advertisement for the pool bar says they close at midnight. That is a lie! Do not stay here if you want to sleep. The staff, while polite, simply states that a separate entity owns the pool bar so they can’t do anything about it. Well, you could be honest about the noise levels on your website and APP so travelers can book accordingly. You have lost a customer.
It was quiet and close to the airport.
would stay again
