The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, and lotion. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

I wasn’t happy with the pillows because they had a strange smell, but overall, the room was nice and worth the price.

It was in a central location

Had to beg for maid service after staying for 4 night also had to call for a change of towels. Beggars always around the property

Comfortable bed! Good use of space to allow lay out of suitcases. Exceptional value for a fresh clean space in a central location to lay one’s head. Love that it’s pet friendly.

I can’t complain for the price point, but one useful improvement would be to have trolleys with swivel wheels to allow for quicker transport of bags to and fro.

The building is nice, but it is surrounded by people living on the street. It’s not a good area for walking out or coming back at night.

The price-to-quality ratio was good. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and I especially liked that it had a good-quality hair dryer. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with easy access to the surrounding areas. Overall, it was a good option for the price.

I enjoyed the location and the value. The complimentary breakfast is a huge asset as well as the pool area. The staff were all friendly and professional with the exception of just one. Unfortunately, she just seemed as though she did not want to be there.

The woman who is the cook and food runner for the pool bar seems disinterested and bothered to be there. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was uneatable. Extremely dry and had a hair in it. When another cook was on duty, I ordered the same sandwich twice because it was so good. I also ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and asked for plain chicken without the buffalo sauce. I’m allergic. The flatbread came with buffalo sauce because she believes it wouldn’t be good without. Such a shame. The rest of the team are fantastic.

Centrally located and well maintained. Close proximity to everything. The roof top bar was a plus! The pool and gym were convenient.

Hotel muy sucio (cuando caminas los zapatos se pegan del piso). No nos arreglaron la habitación y nos dieron las sábanas para que nosotros las cambiáramos. El aire acondicionado suena como una licuadora y no hay modo de controlarlo (es automático), por lo que en la noche el frío fue intenso. El personal del restaurante es agresivo y los productos son mal preparados. No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación a pesar de nuestra queja, Este hotel no parece de la cadena Hilton de lo sucio que es. No deberá tener una calificación de 8 en booking; yo lo califico con un 3, como para ponerle -3. Espero que nadie escoja este hotel en adelante. Alvaro, España

Other rooms had a lot of movement that resulted in doors closing and that sounded pretty loud in my room.

I liked the rooftop pool and bar and the location was great felt like I was in the middle of everything

I didn’t like it at all the staff dos not have hospitality at all and also I did to call up there to find out what floor was on they were supposed to tell me at the counter but they didn’t and there is no room service no new towels and it was mold in the bathroom and they didn’t even change our room I was not happy I won’t ever come here again.

The location was not the best. There was a serious lack of parking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room temperature was hard to regulate. We were either freezing or burning up. No in between.

It’s very clean. I need rest and I am not bothered and they did check in to see how everything was. I would recommend this place. It is actually right across from my storage unit MorningStar.

I do not like the surrounding area near the bus station. They’re very scary people. I have to take an Uber everywhere I go. it’s not the hotel’s fault. It is just what is going on in the area. My back is really bad and even when I got up to sleeping for Amazon and it still hurt perhaps maybe it’s an older bed. I do not know, but everything was clean and wonderful.
