Grosses Zimmer, für uns gute Lage. Die richtige Ausstattung, ohne Schnickschnack. Ihr Konzept gefällt mir. Ruhiges Zimmer oberst oben. Man hat den Verkehr nicht gehört.

Frühstücksraum fühlte sich etwas steril an. Es ist mir bewusst, dass dieser Raum ein Provisorium ist.

Schokolade zum Frühstück

Einchecken war nicht gut...steht automatische einchecken....aber ist eigentlich manuell...und wann gerade beim Ankunft niemand da für 1/2h...dann ist man zuerstmal lange frustriert.

The shower head wasn't working in the room, so the water was flowing just from the bathtub. Beds weren't that comfortable. In general I didn't think it was worth the price.

They gave us early check-in. Nice staff. There was construction at the entrance which made it a little difficult to get in. The location is great.

Location is perfect, accessible to many places and walking distance to Zurich HB.

Rooms capacity is just for 2 ..cannot accommodate a family.

Smaczne, wystarczające, trochę owoców, pomidorki, ser, wędlina, jajka, jogurty, smaczne pieczywo. Trochę drogie Miłe było to że w recepcji można było częstować się czekoladką Kawa była dostępna poza śniadaniem za opłatą

Great location so close to public transport. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! If you choose the single room, it is quite small, but overall perfect for an overnight stay.

Zimmer viel zu klein!! Bei unserer Körpergröße 1,70 war ein aufrechtes stehen in der Dusche ( Badewanne) gerade noch möglich!! Bei größeren Personen ist Duschen nur in gebückter Position möglich …

ロケーションが良かった。周りにレストランが多くて困らなかった。チェックインの時のスタッフは丁寧で優しかった。

綺麗に掃除されていない部分が少しあった。バスタブの真横に蛇口があり、体を洗うときに足にぶつかり、怪我をしそうになった。チェックアウトの時のスタッフは無愛想だった。

Das Hotel besticht mit seinem Konzept "Schokolade", die als Türschild, Zimmertapete, Fahrstuhlausschmückung etc. überall offensichtlich wird. Das Zimmer ist angemessen für die Lage und den Preis. Es war sauber und technisch alles in Ordnung. In der Nähe der Unterkunft findet man viele Restaurants, Bars und weitere Lokalitäten. Auch zum See ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang.

Das Frühstück war eine absolute Enttäuschung. In einem fensterlosen, ehemaligen Kinosaal gab es ein sehr übersichtliches und schlecht aufgefülltes Buffet, das selbst gegenüber Jugendherbergen nicht konkurrieren könnte. Bei über 20 € pro Person ist das auch für die Schweiz nicht akzeptabel.

There was no chocolate fountain, I was so disappointed. I booked this hotel to start the trip off with chocolate (which is what Switzerland if famous for).

Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbüffet ein Traum im "Theater", einem ehemaligen Kinosaal, sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum, 50 Meter bis zur Fußgängerzone, sehr gute Klimaanlage (draußen war es 34 Grad), im Zimmer angenehme 24 Grad, Hotel mit Motto "Schokolade" und man wurde mit Schwiizer Schoki empfangen und konnte auch im Gang und auf dem Zimmer die Begeisterung für Schokolade spüren, Schokobrunnen im Foyer der Hit!

Zwei kleine Abstriche gab es: Preis an diesem WE (Streetparade) sehr teuer (Faktor 2-3 zum Normalpreis), hatten zwei Zimmer, die sehr unterschiedlich groß waren, aber das Gleiche gekostet haben

El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente, apenas un soplido de aire que no alcanzaba.de hecho, en la habitación había 2 ventiladores, obviamente para suplir la ausencia del AC que figura dentro de los servicios prestados, como así también el minibar que No funcionaba. Fui en agosto y lo elegí con esas 2 condiciones. Nada de eso funcionó. Los recepcionistas de terror! El primer día trataron de convencerme que así era un minibar ??, el segundo día ante mi reclamo, que era solo para guardar medicamentos ???. Y que no sabían si el servicio técnico podría arreglarlo. Pague 475 dólares x noche! Y nadie respondió.

This location is very close to the train station, 5 minute walk.

The rooms are dark and the hotel is not very inviting. We have stayed at several hotels on our vacation and we liked this one the least.

Location is perfect as it is right at the center of Zurich, close to different restaurants, museums, bkat ride and Zurich HB station. The airconditioned room gave us a lot of good rest during the summer heat. We were able to leave our luggage.as we.arrived 3 hours before the checkin time.

Ingenting. Dålig lokal, dålig personal och dålig mat. Den sämsta frukosten på många år.

Den utlovade chokladfontänen som visas mycket på bilderna från hotellet saknades. När jag påtalade detta för personalen så fick jag veta att den är "trasig". Det tror jag knappast på. Att köpa en ny sådan är lätt gjort. Frukosten var överlag torftig och fattig, dåligt utbud och det enda som påminde om choklad var Nutella i engångsförpackning. Nivån på frukosten bevisades av att skylten vid apelsin juicen angav "Hot Water". Det säger allt om engagemanget från hotellets sida för att göra en bra frukost.

The location was excellent, very close to both the train station and tram stops. The old town began just one street away, yet the rooms were well insulated, so we were not disturbed by any outside noise. Check-in was very smooth, and since our rooms were ready, we were able to settle in a little earlier than expected. The staff were attentive and helpful. As a lovely welcome touch, a chocolate fountain, perfectly matching the hotel’s name, was available for guests at the entrance.

The rooms were quite small, and there was not enough space to open our suitcases comfortably. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall positive experience.

The price/quality was excellent. The place was quite good in the city center.

The webpage to make the check-in (Booking.com) was confusing.

Excelente la.ubicacion viajeros. Super cerca 300mts de Zurich HB y muy cerca del centro histórico. Los chicos hablan español y son muy serviciales.

Bien fait tout, vous pourriez sentir de qualité quand vous êtes dedans la taille de salle de bains vraiment p’tit . Personnel est amicable mais ne pas orienté vers sa clientèle de tout. Je pas les photos de cette L’hotel mon portable était volé en Munich et les photos je ne pas mis en Cloud….

J’ai une impression forte que on était en Ligurie payer votre facture et shut up! En surface le personnel était amicable, mais en réalité pas de tout que elle m’a demander absolument de réserver un autre chambre!!! Je ne voulez pas d’être traité comme ça. Mais elle est en fiche de tout) -Aussi ça va pour les jeunes et les personnes que voulez boire et puis dormir là. Nous ne somme pas intéressé de boire. La place était bruyant pour moi et ma fille.

Odaya temizlige gelmediler, temizlik isteyince yatagi toplayip gitmisler, en son gun odada tozlarla kaldik. Kahvalti icin kisi basi 20 frank odedik ama her gun ayni kahvalti vardi, sebze vegan sevenek hic yoktu. Domus disinda hic et urunu de yoktu. Peynir ekmek yiyebildik. Yumurta bile geceden haslanmis soguk idi.

暑い時期に行ったため、エアコンがしっかり効いているのが良かった（他のホテルでは付いていても故障したまま放置されているパターンもあったので）。部屋やホテルの至るところがチョコモチーフになっていて可愛かった。中央駅からも徒歩圏内で、一泊の滞在だったのが勿体無いと感じるぐらい素敵なホテルでした。

事前に見た画像ではロビーにチョコファウンテンがあったが撤去されていた。

There was no chocolate fountain as indicated on the pictures.

This hotel was great for a one night stay in Zurich on a two week trip to Europe. Flying into a foreign country is stressful, but the convenient location near Zurich HB is ever so convenient. We could easily walk from the station to the hotel with made coming and going nice and easy. In the lobby they have chocolate for free and for sale as well as friendly receptionists. The elevator is cramped which isn’t the best for a family with suitcases but we made it work. The rooms are small but for European standards pretty big. The rooms have chocolate theming which is fun and comes equipped with coffee makers and a tv. The stairs aren’t very steep with makes going up and down nice. You won’t get much of a view here unfortunately, but outside there is the beautiful river and Swiss buildings. If I return to Zurich this would be a place I would stay again.

Gute Lage in Fussdistanz zum Bahnhof. Preis Leistung stimmt für Zürich.

Lage etwas laut, zumindest Zimmer gegen Tram-Verkehrsachse raus. Fenster musste deshalb in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben. So war es kein Problem.
