The showerhead points towards the folding door, which wasn't properly sealed, so water went all over the bathroom floor before I realised what had happened. Secondly the mattress was too soft. Included minibar is a nice touch.
see above. Also the closed footpath on teh approach to teh hotel was a nuisance and safety issue, though that wasn't the hotel's fault, and they kindly gave me a room facing the back.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026This hotel doesn't look great, but it is a gem. Great breakfast, clearn and comfortable (small!) rooms, AC, free mini-bar, excellent location near the main station but not in the sketchy area. I would stay here again.
This isn't and doesn't pretend to be a fancy, high-end property. It is a simple, functional hotel with a modest look and small rooms.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We liked that it was close to the train station and we could walk into the city. Trams are available nearby as well. The free mini bar was most welcome and the breakfast was good.
As others have mentioned the area is not the best around the train station.

Personnell kept stopping me and asking every time I entered the building if I already checked in when I went directly to the elevator, even when I checked in 2 days before.

Motivi: Ottima posizione per raggiungere velocemente la stazione Pullman ( dietro l’angolo ) e il centro. Ci hanno dato una camera moderna e funzionale. I servizi sono ottimi e lo staff altrettanto.

Although the room was small, it was perfect for us. We really appreciated the fridge and the complementary cold beverages. After a very long journey, it was wonderful to find this exceptional. 10 out of 10.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e, con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti, al centro città. Con un’altra passeggiata, si raggiunge un comodo supermercato. Camera confortevole, con sapone mani e doccia. Bella la visuale, apprezzata la colazione: non è nulla di eccezionale, ma c’è tutto quello che serve per ricaricarsi per una giornata di visita. È un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Francoforte. Staff davvero cordiale e gentile.
Mi sarebbe piaciuta più varietà nelle brioches a colazione. La zona è un po’ insicura, con tante persone che urlano, anche durante la notte, ed episodi di violenza

The room was great, comfy bed, AC in up to 40 degree heat allowed for good sleep, best of all was the excellent breakfast with quality ingredients, a fantastic start of the day, and super friendly staff to make it even better, thanks!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Gut gelegenes Hotel am Frankfurter Hbf. Als Alleinreisender im Einzelzimmer hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Der Check in war schnell und problemlos und das Personal war außerordentlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich habe mich gewundert warum viele Bewertungen das Personal besonders hervorheben, jetzt weiß ich es selbst. Das Frühstück war super um in den Tag zu starten. Die Minibar ist im Zimmerpreis mit enthalten und ist mit Cola, Fanta, Wasser und Bier ausgestattet.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Close to the Central Train and Bus Station. The breakfast was buffet from 6:30am to 10 am. Every time your room was cleaned the staff restocked the fridge with complimentary water, pop and beer. The staff were kind and helpful.
The flies would sometimes lie on the breakfast food. Also very noisy at night due to people who either were unaware or didn't care that people were sleeping late at night. The ongoing sirens all night long. Maybe it was because there's a lot of mentally ill street people that needed assistance.

Nach den letzten heißen Tagen war das Zimmer immer noch sehr warm. Da das Zimmer auf eine belebte Kreuzung geht, könnte man wegen des Lärms nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen. Dem Schlaf wenig zuträglich war zudem der laute Kühlschrank direkt neben dem Kopfende des Bettes.

Ich hatte einen ausgezeichneten Preis, leider ist der nicht immer in diesem Niveau, ansonsten würde ich das Hotel regelmäßig für meine Dienstreisen buchen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
Schlafeb bei geöffnetem Fenster ist etwas laut wegen der S-Bahn, was aber in dieser Lage zu erwarten war. Leider war das Bett etwas unbequem.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren und im Bad roch es äußerst unangenehm. Außerdem ist die Gegend rund um den Bahnhof selten angenehm - im Dunkeln für alleinreisende Frauen nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten die günstigste Zimmerkategorie, hier sind die Zimmer extrem klein. Es geht aber.. Draußen manchmal etwas laut (Sirenen usw,) da nahe Bahnhof und sozialem Brennpubkt. Beim TV ist kein USB Anschluss erreichbar.

Pieszo do bulwaru nad Menem 5 minut. Różnorakie bary i restauracje oraz sklepy w obrębie pięciominutowego spaceru. Pokój na typowy budżetowy pobyt.
Przydałby się czajnik w pokoju.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Everything was top notch! We are Americans and love ice! The hotel staff went out of their way to keep us supplied during our 3 night stay during the heat wave! Breakfast couldn't be better, the rooms were clean and well kept. They even re-heated leftover food we had from restaurants. There is a refrigerator in the room. Espresso drinks made to order as well as egg breakfast. Fresh fruit, smoked salmon, meats, cheeses, multiple assorted breads! If we're ever in Frankfurt we'll be back. I've already recommended this accommodation to a few Germans we met on our trip ! I have traveled to more than 45 countries and this is no doubt in the top of my list😁

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026他の人も書いている様に、駅に近く、料金もリーズナブル、食事(朝食)も美味しい、部屋に冷蔵庫(無料のミニバーとしてビール二本とソフトドリンク二本が冷えていました)があり、必要な設備は整っていました。
部屋の床は少しゴミ(クズ、埃)がありました。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach phänomenal. Direkt vor der Tür ist die Straßenbahnstation und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war extrem gut, ich habe selten ein Frühstück mit so einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einem Hotel erlebt. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Telefon, einen Fernseher und eine gut gekühlte Minibar. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass das Hotel ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat.
Das Zimmer ist wirklich klein. Sehr klein. Das Bett war etwas unbequem. Und es ist laut, was natürlich der zentralen Lage geschuldet ist. Wer also eine leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohrstöpsel einpacken.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das Zimmer war gut, jedoch etwas beengt, es war sauber und ordentlich, das Bad war zweckmäßig, Das Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten was man so am Morgen braucht, Kaffee, Tee, Eier in allen Varianten, Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse usw, Die Lage ist bestimmt nicht im besten Viertel der Stadt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür ist nützlich, jedoch auch die ganze Nacht mit Lärm verbunden. Es gab auch einige Mitbürger, die auf der Straße gegenüber des Hotels geschlafen haben. Schade ist, dass es keinerlei Parkplätze oder Unterstellmöglichkeiten am Hotel gibt, die Parkgebühren im Parkhaus in der Umgebung sind sehr teuer.
Parkmöglichkeiten fehlen, die Umgebung ist nachts für weibliche Personen alleine etwas schwierig, ständig kommen Gestalten auf dich zu, wo du nicht weist wie es ausgeht.

Everyone was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. - Clean and comfortable room. Everything was well maintained and tidy. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially as the weather was very hot during our stay. It made the room much more comfortable and pleasant. - Generous complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel offers free water and soft drinks, which is something I rarely see in a 3-star hotel. A very nice touch! - Excellent breakfast. Although the breakfast area is relatively small, there is a great variety of food, including fresh fruit, bread, cheese, and even salmon. The staff also offer to prepare eggs to your preference, whether scrambled, an omelette, or another style. - Great location. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk (5 mins) from Frankfurt Central Station, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, the price-to-service ratio is excellent. Considering the friendly staff, cleanliness, complimentary drinks, great breakfast, and convenient location, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Frankfurt.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026아침식사를 제공해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 많진 않았지만, 있을것이 다 있었고, 재료가 매우 신선하고, 맛이 아주 좋았습니다. 숙소는 매우 아담했는데, 숙소에서 오래 지내는 것이 아니었기 때문에, 답답하지 않았고, 오히려, 동선이 매우 짧아서 저는 혼자 머물기 좋았습니다. 밖으로 보는 경관이 매우 훌륭했어요. 침대도 편했고, 청결도는 매우 좋았습니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 냉장고에 넉넉하게 넣어주신 물과, 맥주와 음료는 다 마시진 않았지만, 넉넉한 마음이 좋았습니다. 호텔이 전반적으로 아담하고 작지만, 저혼자 잠깐 머물기에는 편하고 좋았습니다. 방음도 잘 되있는지, 조용했습니다. 바깥에서 들리는 사이렌 자동차 소리는 좀 나긴 했죠. 중앙역하고는 가까운거리였습니다.
바로 앞이 공사중인 점.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Das sehr zuvorkommende Personal! Die zentrale Lage zum Hauptbahnhof war auch sehr praktisch. Die Klimaanlage war der Grund für die Buchung und wir haben sie sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war in der Auswahl eingeschränkt, aber man konnte frische Eierspeisen bestellen, das war sehr schön.
Baustelle vor der Tür, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
