Location, walking distance everywhere really, a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area, the nearest cafe with pleasant breakfast 3 minutes away. No problem to come back later in the evening as the area was very peaceful and safe.

Not so clean (we’ve found one or two long hair on the clean linen and on the floor in the bathroom). Maybe we were just unlucky with this. Our room was close to the reception and breakfast area so it wasn’t very quiet because of that. The car park was available from 5 pm and in the morning till 10 am (in August at least), which would not have been a big issue if we had been informed about that beforehand. It seemed to be a surprise for the staff at the reception desk.

Fantastic location! Only 15 minutes walk to Vatican City! Other places were further away, but Ubers were cheap! We walked it once and it was a lovely walk! The spa bath was AMAZING!!! The room size was great!

Das Einzige, was uns in diesem Hotel wirklich gefallen hat, waren die Kellner. Sie waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider war das auch schon alles Positive. Das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend und für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unserer Meinung nach ziemlich dürftig. Wir hätten deutlich mehr Auswahl und Qualität erwartet. Während unseres zehntägigen Aufenthalts wurde unser Zimmer lediglich ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Und selbst bei dieser einzigen Reinigung wurde vergessen, Toilettenpapier sowie ausreichend frische Handtücher für drei Personen bereitzulegen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine Straße mit Autoverkehr, was insbesondere mit einem Kind alles andere als angenehm und sicher ist. Was uns jedoch am meisten schockiert hat, war der Umgang mit Trinkwasser. Mein Mann wollte bei Temperaturen von etwa 30 °C eine im Supermarkt gekaufte Packung Wasser aus unserem Auto mit auf unser Zimmer nehmen. An der Rezeption wurde ihm die gesamte Packung abgenommen mit der Begründung, dass mitgebrachtes Wasser im Hotel nicht erlaubt sei. Lediglich eine einzelne Flasche durfte er schließlich mitnehmen. Die restlichen Flaschen wurden an der Rezeption aufbewahrt und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir sie nur wieder mit zum Auto nehmen könnten. Stattdessen sollten wir unser Wasser im Hotel kaufen. Besonders wenn man mit einem Kind reist und bei diesen Temperaturen ausreichend Trinkwasser benötigt, halten wir eine solche Regelung für völlig unverständlich und nicht akzeptabel. Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir deutlich mehr Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und Kundenorientierung erwartet. Für uns leider keine Empfehlung.

Great location and the people were great

Our king size bed was too easy to split and often we would fall into the center. This happens often in European hotels.

A very nice location just off the crowded areas of the city. Nice restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Everything is within a walking distance at least for European taste.

La ns stanza era piccola ma accogliente con arredo moderno e pulita mentre la stanza di mio figlio aveva un odore di sporco / polvere che non so se arrivava dai tendaggi/arredi datati o dall’aria climatizzata ( segnava filtri da cambiare). A dire del receptionist i filtri erano stati cambiati ( display segnava sempre da cambiare) e si sarebbero adoperati per fare una pulizia più approfondita ma nulla è cambiato! Un odore insopportabile per due giorni! Non ho amato inoltre la sporcizia dell’area al piano terra ( ma non so se appartiene all’hotel) dove ci sono piante finte e orologio coperti da due dita di polvere - non è una buona presentazione La mia recensione quindi potrebbe dividersi in due un soggiorno molto soddisfacente l’altro da cancellare e da essere realmente molto insoddisfatti

Great find, good price, friendly staff, free breakfast, central location- easy walk to the vatican and metro stations. Comfy beds, mini fridge, roof top terrace, rooms are small but have everything you need.

La struttura è ben posizionata in una zona prossima a Castel Sant’Angelo, non lontana dalla fermata Lepanto della Metro. La reception è gestita in maniera accogliente ed efficiente. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era confortevole e dotata di Jacuzzi e frigobar. Un valore aggiunto notevole è la terrazza al sesto piano con panorama a 360 gradi e sedute confortevoli con ombrelloni. La sala breakfast è di dimensioni modeste ma ben dotata di due macchine che erogano caffè e cappuccini ed una per acqua e bibite refrigerate. La colazione è completa sia per il salato che per il dolce anche se potrebbe essere migliorata con una migliore qualità di yogurt, frutta secca e fresca.

Niente da eccepire. Ero a Roma per lavoro e mi sono fermato solo un giorno. Avere uno spazio business di lavoro in camera sarebbe perfetto. Sarebbe anche piacevole ricevere un piccolo omaggio in camera come acqua, frutta o cioccolatini.

Persolanen i receptionen var väldigt snäll, hjälpsam och trevlig. Rummet städades varje dag. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade utmärkt. Hotellets läge var också perfekt, och vi behövde inte ta tunnelbana eller buss varje dag.

Det fanns ingen vattenkokare på rummet.

Struttura datata ma con ascensore, ma non accessibile alle sedie a rotelle camere comode, la matrimoniale sufficiente per pernottare, bagno comodo e pratico. Colazione abbondante. Molto deliziosa la terrazza al sesto piano, accessibile con l ascensore.

Emplacement sympa. Bien situé à proximité du Vatican et du castel san angelo. Juste pas de chance que la station de métro la plus proche soit en travaux lors de mon séjour (mais sera opérationnel à partir du 30 août 2026) Aucun bruit la nuit Matelas confortable.

Śniadanie minimalistyczne, ale do zaakceptowania. Lokalizacja dość dobra szczególnie dla odwiedzjących Watykan.

Brak ciepłego posiłku (jajecznica, parówki) w początkowej fazie śniadania więc właściwie nie mieliśmy okazji skorzystać ze względu na posiadane bilety do atrakcji turystycznych we wczesnych godzinach porannych. Pokój hotelowy dostaliśmy ślepy, czyli z oknem, za którym była ściana oddalona o metr więc zero światła dziennego. Prysznic i łózko w tym samym pomieszczeniu.

Muy buena ubicación. En un barrio tranquilo y seguro para familias, muy cerca del vaticano y a 20 minutos andando al centro histórico (Navona, pantheon). Tuvimos una habitación para 4 muy bien distribuida

Poco que comentar. El personal de recepción no son excesivamente cordiales pero cumplen bien con su trabajo.

De locatie voor een bezoek aan het Vaticaan was uitstekend, voor een bezoek aan het stadscentrum iets verder. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

De gemeenschappelijk ruimtes (geen receptieruimte of zithoek en een uitermate krap bemeten ontbijtruimte) De sanitaire ruimtes (kraanwerk zijn dringend aan een onderhoud toe). De airco kon het moeilijk trekken bij 35 gr buiten.

Lokalizacja (15 minut spacerem do Watykanu, blisko metra i bezpośredniego autobusu na Piazza Venezia), smaczne śniadanie w stylu włoskim (rogaliki, dżemy, tosty), miła obsługa (która mówi po angielsku co we Włoszech nie jest standardem).

Niewymieniony filtr w klimatyzacji, brak wieszaków w łazience, wątpliwy stan czystości pokoju (brudu nie było, ale widoczny miejscami kurz itp.). Rzeczą która mnie niemiło zaskoczyła był również fakt, że hotel nie dysponował żelazkiem (raczej każdy szanujący się obiekt takowe posiada). Drugą niemiłą niespodzianką była naderwana i ciężko chodząca roleta zasłaniająca prysznic.

The room and it's decorations are amazing! Near the metro and the bus stop. Breakfast is very good.

The inside of the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned properly. The bed wasn’t actually a double bed; it was two single beds pushed together and covered with just one bedsheet try using a mattress topper!

The hotel was very clean, the decor is very modern and very nice, the breakfast was abundant with a variety of food, the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel is also in a good location to visit Rome's major attractions. The bedroom was also very nicely decorated with a Chinese theme and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Top service!

The rooms we got were great, perfect for what we needed and my kids got separate bed and they loved that. We had connecting rooms each with their own bathrooms so that was wonderful. Also Jose at the entrance of the hotel was super helpful with our luggage, helping us find parking and giving recos for places to shop and eat. Staff at the hotel reception were really helpful and kind.

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione per visitare la città. La zona è tranquilla ed è ben servita (locali, mezzi pubblici, negozi). Lo staff è stato accogliente e disponibile. La stanza era pulita. La colazione non era male, ma potrebbe essere migliorata. Un po’ scomodi i tavolini.

Nella stanza non c’era un armadio; i pochi appendiabiti disponibili erano del tutto insufficienti ed è stato scomodo organizzarsi con i vestiti. In camera c’era solo un comodino; dall’altra parte del letto c’era invece un minifrigo che serviva come comodino, molto scomodo e inappropriato. Anche nel bagno mancavano appendini per gli asciugamani e non c’erano piani di appoggio.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet: Mit Klimaanlage. Die war gerade im Sommer gold wert. Zudem wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und neue Handtücher etc ausgelegt. Die Lage ist auch gut. Man kann entweder Metro (ein Stück zu Fuß) oder Bus fahren oder je nachdem, wo man hin will, laufen. Die Gegend ist auch gut. Es gibt verschiedene Cafés, Restaurants, aber auch eine Einkaufsstraße zum shoppen. Wir sind z.B. auch mit dem Terravision Bus vom Flughafen direkt bis zu Vatikanstadt und konnten uns so den Weg/Umstieg über Termini sparen. Von da aus sind es ein paar Minuten bis zum Hotel. Top. Frühstück war auch ok. Es gab nicht nur süße Sachen, wie sonst typisch in Italien, sondern auch gekochte Eier, Rührei etc. Frischkäse und Gemüse (Gurken, Tomaten) wären noch nett gewesen, aber sonst vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse war wirklich richtig schön.

Einzig die Dichtungen im Bad sollten erneuert werden. Diese hatten schon starke Stockflecken. Somit war die Dusche nicht ganz dicht und etwas Wasser lief raus.

Ottima posizione, splendida vista dalla terrazza e finalmente un frigorifero in camera che non fa rumore! Non sono aggiornato sulle assegnazioni delle stelle alberghiere, ma a me è sembrato un servizio da 4 stelle, non da 3.

Forse solo l'illuminazione naturale, che per intrinseca conformazione dell'edificio in alcune stanze è un po' sacrificata.

È un hotel in cui torno spesso, primo per il prezzo e poi perché tutto sommato mi trovo bene.

Questa volta purtroppo mi è capitata una stanza al 4 piano, tra reception e sala colazione ed era abbastanza rumorosa. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa era che l’aria condizionata ogni tot si spegneva e a Roma c’erano 37 gradi. Quindi tornerò, ma chiederò sempre una stanza che non sia al 4 piano!

La ubicación, a un par de cuadras del Vaticano, la vista excelente y la tina de hidromasaje fabulosa después de un día de caminatas largas. Otros sitios de interés como Fontana de Trevi o el Coliseo están algo lejos pero de muy fácil acceso en metro de la cual hay una estación muy cerca

La habitación un tanto estrecha, hay un tramo de escaleras al ingreso que dificulta si hay equipaje pesado, sin embargo el señor de seguridad muy gentilmente nos ayudó a subir las maletas. Una vez en el lobby hay un ascensor antiguo y pequeño pero funcional, eso sí, con paciencia.

Air conditioning did not work well last few days. (But, staff people immediately tried to solve the problem for us. Just wish it could get fixed.)

Le gros point négatif : le petit déjeuner trop industriel vraiment pas à la hauteur tout absolument tout est industriel - et le personnel très désagréable- (personnel du petit déjeuner) Le lit une personne très étroit et chambre qui manquait de luminosité naturelle.

El alojamiento está genial. Habitaciones espaciosas, zona segura de Roma y cerca del Vaticano. Muy buen trato y servicio, así como buenos precios. Si vuelvo a Roma, reservaré en este hotel. Tanto mi pareja como yo acabamos encantados.

We were very disappointed with the rooms we were initially given. They looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. We had booked two standard double rooms but received one double room and one apartment, both of a much lower standard than expected. As soon as I saw the room, I went to reception to complain, but the response was unhelpful. The rooms felt more like basic holding cells than welcoming hotel rooms, with sparse furnishings and bars on the windows. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had no hot water. Fortunately, the next day we were able to change to two much nicer rooms. However, the original rooms were not worth the price we paid, and the huge gap between the advertised photos and reality was extremely disappointing.

Staff superdisponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato per una visita x mio figlio e abbiamo trovato l'hotel pulito camera non grandissima ma adatta alle esigenze per due adulti e un ragazzo e soprattutto pulita e dotata di ogni confort.Sicuramente torneremo di nuovo.
