Baymont by Wyndham Flagstaff

Lots of breakfast choices! Hot, hot tub and cold pool were AMAZING!!! At first I was sad my room was on the 2nd floor because I have mobility issues but they have wheely carts and an elevator and my room wasn’t too far from the elevator :) bath and shower combo were INCREDIBLE and the safety bench in the shower was the French kisss on the whole deal!

Shower rod was loose/broken but that’s just a tiny maintenance issue :) loved it!!! Will pay the lil bit extra to stay here again and again when I pass thru! :)

Our room was comfortable but needed a little TLC. Upgrades were being made but furniture showed wear n tear. Nothing major but noticeable.

This was my first time staying at this property. I felt safe, the property was clean and the staff friendly. What I liked the most was the sheets smelled like bleach and were very white and the shower pressure was phenomenal! I also liked the pillows, the property offered a variety of softness and firm pillows which were not lumpy

The parking

The staff was non existent and was hard to track down. The power went out for 2 hours. Facilities had a musty smell. Breakfast area was small and difficult to use with the volume of guests. This is at best a budget facility and was not a good value.

Breakfast was just OK. Room was OK.

No restaurant nor bar.

The price

The lack of care for cleanliness of the bathroom, shower and living area. Staff was rude and breakfast was nonexistent and what was there was cold or stale.

The room was nice and met our needs. The breakfast had a good selection everything.

The pool was nice & clean but the jacuzzi was tepid.

I am going to say something that stood out; the shower towels smelt extremely good. I've been in a lot of Motels but that really made me feel comfortable. Not sure how you do it but keep on doing it.

The room started to smell like mold just a few hours after we checked in. We notified the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms, but they said they were fully booked for the night. Unfortunately, other hotels nearby were also booked, so we had no choice but to stay. Someone came to the room that night and sprayed it, and they also sprayed again the following morning. To make matters worse, we noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the pillows in the morning. We notified the staff, and they did replace the pillow with a new one. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent just typical hot hotel food and all of the staff we interacted with were very nice and professional. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the mold smell and questionable cleanliness definitely affected our stay.

Parking was plentiful and convenient. It was a fair price

It was dirty, noisy, and the staff were not attentive. Reactivated our room key without knowing us and didn’t ask for identification.

staff not friendly. Booked need for handicapped access. First room was fine but fire alarm was chirping. No one on site to fix it. Given a different room whose bathroom was so small my husband almost fell. He couldn't use the bathtub.

Nice safe location. Everything was clean. Refrigerator with freezer.

Some of the units, mine, only had sheer curtains. Nothing to block out the outdoor walkway light or sunshine in the morning.

Klimaanlage war teilweise defekt, bzw. Sehr laut. Austausch der Klimaanlage stand anscheinend kurz bevor, da bereits viele neue Klimaanlagen im Hotel gelagert wurden. Der Poolbereich ist verbesserungsfähig, sehr abgenutzt und teilweise nicht sehr ansehnlich.

If I was in a third world country and paid $40 a night I might have been ok with this place but at over $150 a night it was disgusting. We reserved a block of rooms for a large group months in advance and were told we would get a discount. Not only did they not offer a discount but they charged us more than what Expedia was showing for that same night. I tried to cancel to rebook with Expedia and they said it was too late. The room was a complete dump as was the rest of the hotel, the bed linens/mattress were filthy, water damage and 'repairs' everywhere. The AC sounded like an airplane taking off every few minutes. Holes in the curtains, rips in the carpet, a stack of dirty mattresses out front. Pool was so gross not even my kid would get in it. We booked a different hotel for less money on our way back through Flagstaff and it was exponentially better. I rarely write reviews but I've never been more offended by a hotel in my life.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was sunk to the center. Let’s get rid of foam mattress and get the real thing. And get queen size! Why do you use full. Not comfortable with two adults

Location was good for what I needed

I am trying to eat a whole food plant based diet. I didn't see the oranges until much last day. There was not much there without a lot of added sugar, which I am trying to avoid. Coffee would have been nice later in the day, but not a deal breaker.

Enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The breakfast was good, with omelets, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices, and plenty of other options. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. Overall, a very good experience and a great value for the stay.

Breakfast was awesome! Pool hours til 10 pm were the best for my kids and summer travel hours. Worked out perfect! Food locations so convenient kids and I loved it.

There were hot breakfast items. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location was nice not far from downtown and highway. Surrounding restaurants walkable were good.

The pool could have been cleaner. The adjoining room aggressively attempted to get into our room though staff was responsive and moved the person. We discovered the one bed had bed bugs and checked out after notifying the staff.

It was close to the interstate. They had free breakfast and wifi.

The room was smaller than expected. The one chair had stains and was worn looking. The refrigerator didn't work. The coffee maker was missing the lid to the water reservoir so I didn't use it. Also the desk was right next to the door.

The property was clean and easy to get to. We had a truck with a cargo trailer that was easy to park.

We asked for cleaning of a table as well as restocking of hot foods. We ate about 8:00-8:30 am and then selection was extremely sparse. They did respond to our requests.

Room was comfortable and clean, it does need some maintenance. The location was great. Breakfast had plenty of options.

Internet was terrible, didn't work much of the time and was slow when it did work.

The ice machine didn't work. The hot tob was not hot. You had to use your room key to operate the elevator. There were way too many high-top tables for seating at breakfast. The building was old and in disrepair. It needed a lot of TLC.

The room was very comfortable, though the furniture was a little worn. The breakfast was great. Check in was somewhat disappointing as the clerk was very curt and gave us confusing information as to how to get to our room.

Overall, hotel was satisfactory. Older building with some upgrades. Breakfast minimal. Big ticket item: bed bugs in one bed, room 202. Reported to front desk and to the county health services IMMEDIATELY upon checkout. Check your rooms thoroughly!

Location to everything was great and the room was clean.

We had a window that faced east and the windows did not have good curtains on the window to close so we were every morning when the sun cane out.

The breakfast was outstanding!

There was a sidewalk that needed to be fixed, I almost tripped, but I am also very clumsy!
