Location was great very central Breakfast good 👍 close to train station and trams room had an iron and ironing board ideal for just sleeping and waking up in the morning and not come back till evening .

Room very scruffy wall paper peeling off Broken fridge door very noisey at night people making noise and plates or pot dropping in kitchen downstairs can't open window because of the cooking burnt smell from the grill downstairs. Room key card not working on three occasions each time have to go down to reception to reactivate key on three occasions after a busy day. a bit frustrating.

It is in the worst part of Frankfurt!!! Not safe what so ever right now!!! No parking had to park blocks from the hotel which would be fine if there wasn’t people shooting up in the streets and people sleeping everywhere

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft am Bahnhof um morgens mit der S-Bahn zum Flughaven zukommen. Das war die günstigere Alternative als in der Nähe des Flughafens zu schlafen. Es musste eine Kaution von 50€ pro Zimmer hinterlegt werden. Schaute man sich um fragte man sich bereits in der "Lobby" wofür denn bitte 50€?? Als man die Zimmer betrat war es mir schleiherhaft, warum die Kaution notwenig war. Alles war bereits alt, abgewohnt oder vollkommen wertlos.

Der Mensxh am Empfang war bemüht, konnte aber nur Englisch sprechen. Es war für uns kein Problem, allerdings denke ich, dass Menschen die kein Englisch können, hier Probleme hätten und es zumindest möglich sein sollte, das besonders Menschen am Empfang auch die Landessprache sprechen sollten. Das Hotel war abgewohnt und eher unaufgeräumt. Eine Grundsanierung wäre angebracht. Das einzig positive war das Bad.

Die Kaution von 50€ wird auf der Kreditkarte geblockt. Wenn man die Rechnung dafür bei. Check Out nicht vorweisen kann, bleibt der Betrag für 7 weitere Tage geblockt. 7Tage sind vorbei und der Betrag ist noch geblockt. Eine "Hilfe" Nummer würde bei Check Out mitgegeben, fals der Betrag nicht freigegeben wird. Fernseher war defekt, wurde aber auch nicht wirklich gebraucht.

Μύριζε άσχημα σαν ούρα, είχε σκουπίδια, επίσης μας ζητήθηκε να πληρώσουμε ένα ποσό (50€) ως deposit σε μετρητά χωρίς να αναφέρεται κάπου. Το πρωί μας επιστράφηκε αφού επιθεώρησαν το δωμάτιο μας. Μια διαδικασία κάπως εξευτελιστική. Επίσης δεν είχαν κατάψυξη σε ολόκληρο ξενοδοχείο για τα φάρμακα μου.

Excellent location, you can walk to many places. The staff are super-friendly. They help you whenever you need.

Cleaning could be better especially the underneath of the bed. But this is a budget-hotel with excellent location so moderate your expectation before coming.

Has seen better days! In much need of repairs and upgrades. On 2nd night they changed towels, but didnt empty bins, make up room or leave toilet roll. Our friends room didnt get serviced at all. Some staff were very helpful but one man was pretty rude.

Ho soggiornato una notte da Ramada by Wyndham con il mio cane e la ragazza incontrata in reception è stata davvero gentile e accogliente. La camera era pulita e con tutto il necessario , inoltre la posizione (a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria) è comodissima per chi viaggia in treno.

There are many good restaurants close by. The ac was very nice, the ooms are also very nice with a mini bar which is almost as good as a refrigerator.

I was in a wing that had construction going on next door. However, they moved me to a better room.

It was the best hotel I found in that area. The facilities were excellent, and it was inexpensive.

I didn't dislike anything, I got exactly what I wanted.

The location is central and the room was big enough for one person. The air conditioner worked well in the heat too. The bed was comfortable for one person. It also didn't have bed bugs (I had read a review warning about this). There was an iron and iron board in the cabinet too.

The room had a strange stale smell. The corners of the floor were visibly dirty. There was hair already on the wall tiles of the bathroom (not mine) and in the shower tray when I got the room - it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. And there were bugs in the room... Upon check in I was required to pay 50€ which I didn't have in cash. The staff were kind enough to let me pay with a card but without tapping? It was very confusing and strange. As I was checking out, a staff member and a couple checking out were having a full blown row about this very deposit because something in their room was discovered damaged. I was in no position to take any sides, but the way the staff member spoke to the guest was unacceptable and it really put me off from ever booking this hotel again.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande des "weltberüchtigten" Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertels. Wenige Schritte vom Main, von der Innenstadt, vom Bahnhof. Das Bahnhofsviertel wird oft wie eine Vorstufe zur Hölle dargestellt. Es ist aber harmlos! Gut gefallen hat mir auch die hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Und auch, wie das altehrwürdige Haus renoviert worden ist. (Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer mit Ansicht zum Hinterhof. Klimaanlage und absoluter Lärmschutz.

Nun ja, der Wasserhahn des Handwaschbeckens war kaputt. Ich habe es überlebt!

Freundliches Personal, im Zimmer Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen vorhanden und Klimaanlage, Super frisches Zimmer. Zentrale Lage war auch komfortabel. Alles prima.

Ich habe in meinem Zimmer auch eine Teekanne gefunden. Ich fand es sehr praktisch, dass im Zimmer ein Dampfbügeleisen vorhanden war.

走遍全世界，这是我住过最差的酒店！因为入住前酒店空调坏了，我选择退房。前台工作人员说要我自己和Booking 平台客服申请退款，至今酒店老板给出不退款声明，理由是之后空调修好了！我感到酒店非常无理！我家就在法兰克福，因为法克福40 度高温天气，我选择让儿子和八十多岁母亲入住带空调的酒店，是酒店自己的空调硬件设施问题导致选择退房，洒店给我们造成了经济损失和身体健康负担，因为八十岁的老母亲有高血压，我们不得不打车去另外一家带空调的酒店，这明显是酒店的问题，酒店却将问题转嫁到客户身上承担，这对我们来说难以接受，不知道法兰克福还有这么差的酒店，更可笑的是前台还不会讲德语！建议后来者不要踩坑！

建议从Booking上清除这种极差的酒店

It was a perfect location as it was right in the middle of the city. it was like maximum 10 minutes on foot to the train station, and there were ton of places to eat from. and the room was good as well, the staff was really helpful and friendly. i would highly recommend the place. and would definitely be back...

La struttura é molto fatiscente Avevo letto che è in un’ottima posizione: dipende da cosa si intende. É nei pressi della stazione che è effettivamente la zona peggiore della città piena di senzatetto e persone che ti avvicinano per chiedere soldi e altro. La colazione non si fa in hotel ma ti mandano in un altro hotel. L’unica cosa buona della colazione era la macchinetta del caffè dalla quale però, anche se abilitata, non si poteva fare un cappuccino o un latte macchiato perché il latte non c’era. Ho trovato dei panini decisamente vecchi e dei piccoli croissant di qualche giorno prima sicuramente. La struttura é sporca, le camere sporche. Non sono venuti a rifare la camera. Mancavano molte cose in camera. Il bagno sudicio. Al piano c’era un vago odore di urina o era la moquette davvero sudicia. Mai più nella vita

They messed up the dates of my reservation through booking.com. First they gave me a room that didn’t have a toilet seat. I was locked out of my second room because the lock would not work. The third room they gave me was fine.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Das Zimmer war, von den Fenstern abgesehen, sauber. Im Bad Seife vorhanden, Handtücher und Bettzeug nicht neu, aber sauber.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Diese gluckerte allerdings so laut, dass sie nachts nicht zu benutzen war. Die Außengeräte standen im Innenhof, zu dem auch das Fenster ging. Und die waren laut, Fenster auf war also auch nicht, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Zimmertüren schlugen laut zu. Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel 400m weiter, war auch nicht vorab kommuniziert. Dusche lief nicht ab, man traute sich nicht, länger zu duschen, dann hätte es das Bad geflutet. Personal am Abend verlangte 50€ Kaution in bar, Personal am Morgen hatte keinen Eintrag, dass das bezahlt wurde. Hab's zurückbekommen, hat aber gedauert. Lage im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, Samstagmorgen quasi über eine Müllkippe gelaufen. Kann aber das Hotel nichts für.

Die Dame am Empfang beim Check-in konnte kein Wort Deutsch. Man bucht ein Zimmer und muss noch pro Zimmer 50 Euro Kaution hinterlegen. Ein Toilettensitz war nicht vorhanden, auch als man darauf hingewiesen hat wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Die Klimaanlage war undicht und hat das Kondenswasser ins Zimmer Tropfen lassen.

Man muss noch eine Kaution für die Zimmer in Höhe von 50 Euro hinterlegen. Beim Check-out wurde versucht die Kaution einzubehalten. Mit der Begründung es wurde um Zimmer geraucht. Komisch nur ich rauche nicht. Es wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung der Stecker der kühlbox gezogen. In dieser lag Insulin.

The location and price were fine. Located 5 minute walk from the main trainn station. The area may not appeal to everyone, but there are plenty of shops and restaurtants and cafes and bars, all reasonably priced compared to the more upper market "down town" / city centre part of Frankfurt. It is perfect for evertything.

The hotel room was very small (single room, single bed), but there was no air conditioning and it was a bit dated / old. It could do with a revamp, but for the price that I paid and the fact that I was just there for 2 nights, was fine. No complaints. It didn't feel safe to leave the window open during the very warm nights, because the balcony extended to all the rooms on the same floor.

Not helpful personnel, we weren’t informed about carrying cash for deposit (which is completely fine) as a result we had to figure out after a whole trip how to withdraw money (I am coming from a country which doesn’t use euros). After 1 hour we found a solution by ourselves as they didn’t offer any guidance.

Location is great, close to the train station and in a area with lots of bars and restaurants, 10 minuter walk down to the river and museums etc. Needs were comfy. Guy on the desk who checked us in was friendly and let us check in a few hours early.

Air conditioning in the room was super noisy, Room was a bit worn, wallpaper peeling off in places etc but no real dealbreaker. Bathroom could be cleaned better, there were hairs on the tiles over the sink (not ours) and under the bed was filled with dust.

Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Option direkt in Frankfurt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof für eine Nacht günstig zu nächtigen. Ich kam spät abends von einem Konzert und musste am folgenden Morgen mit der Bahn weiter. Ich erhielt von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter ein Upgrade, das Zimmer war dadurch deutlich größer als das originär gebuchte und es verfügte über eine funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Das Hotel verfügt über kein eigenes Restaurant. Fürs Frühstück muss man etwa 200m zu einem kleinen, spärlichen Frühstücksrestaurant in einem Hotel laufen, wo das Angebot nicht wirklich überzeugte. Diesbezüglich ist wohl jedes andere Hotel deutlich im Vorteil.

Es musste zwingend eine Kaution von 50 EUR hinterlegt werden. Beim Auschecken war das entsprechend kompliziert... Der Mitarbeiter war der Meinung, dass Zimmer nochmal besichtigen zu müssen. Das habe ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Das verzögert den Auscheckprozess erheblich. Eilig darf man es nicht haben.

Das einzige Positive was ich dem Aufenthalt abgewinnen konnte war die Klimaanlage und die freundliche Rezeption.

Wer ein günstiges Hotel im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel bucht weiss zunächst mal (hoffentlich) was er/sie/divers tut. Abgesehen von dem damit verbundenen Spießrutenlauf vom Hauptbahnhof zur Weserstraße muß man - und das nervt - beim Checkin zunächst mal zusätzlich 50 Euro pro Zimmer Kaution hinterlassen. Ich war in den 90ern in Asien mit dem Rucksack unterwegs und bin sicher nicht zimperlich. Aber die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit lassen doch sehr stark zu wünschen übrig (s. Bilder). Schamhaare vom Vorgänger auf dem Toilettenrand, Ameisen im Bad, vergammelter Kühlschrank, Zigarettenbrennspuren und Modergeruch in der Dusche, Kaffeetasse versifft. Bett wurde gemacht, sonst nix. Dass das Zimmer noch winzig war mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof mit massenhaft Taubendreck und Klimaventilatoren war zwar nicht schön, aber kein Mangel.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, Klimaanlage (hat öfter mal Fehler auf auf dem Steuerungsmodul angezeigt, ging aber weitestgehend trotz Höchsttemperaturen gut). Etwas ungewöhnlich die Kaution von 50 € für das Hotelzimmer, aber gut, es ist das Bahnhofsviertel - wurde mir beim Checkout auch anstandslos wieder erstattet.

Bin kein Freund von Teppichböden, und wenn dann sollten sie gut gesaugt sein...

AC was not working in this Hot summer heat wave, also hotel have switched off AC during pick time of afternoon, which was unbearable in the very small rooms. I was there for 2 days and had a tough time during morning and afternoon.

Was centrally located near the train station, but that area is quite seedy and felt unsafe, the staff were extremely helpful.

Advertised as air conditioned but the AC unit needed a coolant recharge and a stronger fan, room never got below 87° F. We stayed there during an unprecedented heatwave but to advertise as air conditoned is false.The carpet was old and not clean.

Konumu iyiydi. Onun dışında çok üzgünüm iyi yanı yoktu.

2 ayrı oda tutmuştuk. 300 lü numaralar iyi anladığım kadarıyla. 500ler tuvalet 100ler kızartma kokuyormuş. Her yerde halıflex var, tozluydu. Kahvaltı yok, sigara içme alanı yok, bahçesi yok, havaalanı transferi yok. Bunları bilerek tutun fiyat kalite olarak uygun.

Good WiFi. Beds were clean. Water pressure was also good.

The reservation was not showing on their internal system, but it was showing on Booking.com. After some time, they managed to give us a different room on the upper floor. The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, so we had to take the stairs to reach the room. The staircase is steep and narrow, making it inconvenient to carry luggage up and down. The tray holding the coffee bags and creamers was not clean. There were visible stains and dirt on the tray.

It was near the Central station and many restaurant in different test and cuisine were around the hotel.

I book for this hotel but when I went to reception at nearly 8:00pm, they informed me hotel is overbooked and they arranged my accommodation in another hotel, 300m far!! This is first time happened with me!! They should inform me earlier and should have my consent to do so!

Breakfast was in another hotel a short walk away. Tasty, just not much left by the time I got there. Lady at reception directed me to a great restaurant for dinner, thank you.

Man muss 50,- Kaution beim Einchecken bezahlen! Beim Auschecken muss die Rezeptionistin zuerst hoch in das Zimmer und checken ob alles in Ordnung ist, dann muss kompliert das Geld zurückgebucht werden. (die arme Dame, das bei jedem Gast ?!), dann war das Frühstück nicht im Hotel, man musste mit einem Gutschein in ein anderes Hotel 400 m entfernt. Diese beiden Punkte sind für mich ein NoGo - keine Wiederholung

Had to hand over a deposit of 50 euro's. Have never had to do this with a hotel ever before When asked when I would receive it back was told TWICE that it would be on the day I checked out. Didn't get it back had to email and told it would take.upto.swven days. Real hassle and stress not needed. TV, could not work it, just wanted standard TV but only showed netflix which I couldn't work as in someone else's account. No real area in the hotel to.get food either. Would not stay there again.
