Zu viele defekte Gegenstände (Beleuchtung im Bad, Halter des Föns, Gehäuse für Zimmerschlüsselkarte fiel zu Boden, Lampenschirm am Bett abgebrochen, Drehknopf der Klimaanlage fiel ab), keine Frischluft, da feste Verglasung statt Flügelfenster, 1 Kleiderbügel auf Anfrage. Kein Bügelbrett. Flurtür auf Weg zum Zimmer verschlossen und ließ sich mit Zimmerschlüsselkarte nicht öffnen. Dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Die gegend ist nicht wirklich sicher. Keine richtige klimaanlage, personal ok aber nicht wirklich zuvorkommend.

They scammed me

They scammed me with the room I requested, there were nails all over the floor, the curtains were dirty, the refrigerator didn’t work, the room they gave me was not for which I had paid. I felt cheated

Grundsätzlich gut, aber Zimmer sehr klein.

Daß es keine Nachttische gab auf die man etwas abstellen könnte und nur auf einer Seite des Betts Elektroanschluß. Frühstücksauswahl gerade so ausreichend, könnte etwas üppiger sein.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Hauptbanhof y del centro histórico. Tiene aire acondicionado, algo muy bueno si vienes a Alemania en verano.

Ooh, its such a minor point but there could have been more lighting in the room, especially over the desk area - it was quite dark there to do any work ; a desk lamp would be useful. Also the area is a bit dodgy , but I realise that is not easy to resolve

Не понравилось что холодильник не работал, что кондиционер работал еле еле на последнем издыхании и что прямо над плитой был датчик дыма. Как додумались поставить плиту над датчиком дыма так ещё и без вытяжки я не могу понять

J’ai rien aimé dans cet hôtel, car c’était du bordel . L’évier, c’était bloqué le odeur de chambre, c’est insupportable on a pas dormi de la nuit. les gens qui parlent par la fenêtre jusqu’à 4h du matin avec le bruit de chanson.

У цьому помешканні я перебувала другий раз.У порівнянні з першим разом,цей раз був відверто кажучи поганий.По всьому номері чорне довге волосся,номер брудний дуже брудний.Пляшок з водою не було,стакани брудні,чашки брудні.Чорне волосся було навіть на білому чистому простирадлі.

Check In / Check Out - alles problemlos funktioniert. Es ist sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Da es direkt auf der Kaiserstraße ist, ist es sicher.

Aufgrund der extremen Temperaturen hatten die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank Schwierigkeiten die Temperaturen unten zu halten.

The hotel has excellent location and is secure and clean. It is close to the central station and the city center.

This time my room was really great, looking to the inner yard, clean. The bathroom can be a little bit better renovated.

Chambre 404, la chambre ne sentait pas très bon, les spots pendaient au plafond, la douche fuyait dans la salle de bain, et comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, on inondait les WC, le lavabo et potentiellement nos habits également. Quant au petit-déjeuner, les plats étaient presque tous vides à notre arrivée, (il n'y avait plus de pain, juste 2 tranches de fromage, presque plus d'oeufs brouillés etc... etc...) simplement parce que la personne qui s'en occupait tardait trop à regarnir les différents plats etc.... dommage !

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would especially like to highlight Veli’s service. He was extremely polite, attentive, helpful, and professional. He was always available to assist and made me feel very welcome.

Gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, Frühstück gut.

Das Badezimmer war vernachlässigt, Toilette schmutzig. Vom Fenster hatte man den Blick auf Müll und Essensreste auf dem Zwischendach.

Excellent stay! The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to the central station with easy access to public transport and the city’s main attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Great value for money. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Besonders Eno hat einen bleibenden positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Location is good , shower is good , there is a small kitchen to heat food which is good. Room size is big enough, window can be opened.

Air conditioner not work so well , people from other room smoke , layout and lighting of the room is not nice in my opinion ( bathroom door is exactly on the right side of bed and main light is just in the middle of room ) .

Die Matratzen waren weich und durchgelegen. Die Zimmer sind schlecht isoliert. Man hat jedes Geräusch von der Straße und sogar die Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört. Das Frühstücksangebot war sparsam. Für den Preis eine Enttäuschung

Расположение относительно вокзала и центра отличное. Улица на которой находиться отель очень шумная и днем и ночью. В номере плохо работал кондиционер, но это наблюдается по всей Европе. Когда открываешь окно шумно, без окна душно. Вообще отель уставший, можно подкрасить стены и прикрутить и поменять лейки в душе. Также очень мало посуды и все вилки и ложки разные, такое ощущение что их из дома принесли. Холодильник когда приехали вообще не работал, еа следующей день поменяли, хоть немного стал охлаждать.

The 24 hours staff desk and the free water, the staff were extremely helpful in answering questions and booking taxis.

Aria condizionata scarsa insufficiente a rinfrescare la stanza, pavimento sporco (ho dovuto richiedere che venisse pulito in reception dopo il mio arrivo), doccia maleodorante, frigo della stanza non funzionante.

Het weekend dat wij er waren was het erg warm. We hadden voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege airco maar deze werkten onvoldoende. Niet op elke kamer was een ventilator aanwezig. Verder koelde de minibar niet goed. De omgeving van het hotel is niet goed. Veel zwervers en drugsgebruikers.

Airco werkt niet, zeggen dat dit in heel Duitsland zo is omwille van hittegolf.. wat ze niet wisten is dat we dag ervoor in ander hotel hadden geslapen en wel deftig airco hadden.

Our stay at Boutique Kaiser - Hotel & Apartments in Frankfurt was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The comfort of the accommodations was top-notch, offering a clean, modern, and incredibly relaxing environment to wind down after a busy day. In terms of location, you couldn't ask for a better spot—it made exploring the city and getting around effortless. On top of that, the value for money was exceptional, proving that you don't have to compromise on quality for a reasonable price. Everything from the amenities to the overall vibe exceeded our expectations.

While our overall experience was wonderful, the only slight downside was the limited variety in the buffet spread. In particular, we found that the options for vegetarians were quite minimal and could use more diversity.

We had a very good stay. The reception staff were kind, respectful, and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable and respected as two Muslim women wearing hijab. The hotel was also very safe, clean, and close to tourist and shopping areas.

The only issue was that the fridge and cooler were not working properly, which was difficult for us because we needed them for health reasons. I hope the hotel will fix this, as I would gladly stay here again.

Das Zimmer war schön und hatte sehr viel Platz. Leider gab es kein Babybett mehr aber eine ausziehbare Couch. Das war leider ziemlich unbequem. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr verbraucht, es gab das Nötigste. Schade das der Schwamm schon länger in Benutzung war. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte leider nicht und roch unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war traumhaft. Für uns war die Lage, auch mit Baby vollkommen ok. Natürlich ist es ein Bahnhofviertel und was dazu gehört aber das gehört zu unserer Gesellschaft.

La buena ubicación

Con 38 grados de calor el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en lo absoluto. Y en 4 días de estadía nadie fue capaz de solucionar el problema o al menos proporcionarnos un ventilador

Location and clean

The refrigerator did not cool. And the elevator broke n I was on the 6 th floor . I m a senior n have problems with my legs . They had no solution to my problem I had to go up the stairs with alot of difficulty.

Ich bekam eine Email, ich würde ja nun bald auschecken, wie es mir denn gefallen hätte. Soweit so gut. Die Email erhielt ich aber bereits vor Check-In. Das fand ich unangemessen. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug defekt.

Big room, comfortable bed, nice to have a hob, fridge and kettle.

It's very close to the train station and the area is a little rundown, but this is no fault of the hotel, which is very nice by comparison. Loud noises from the street on Saturday night.

The Location and the big room. From the room window, you could see garbage on the roof. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

There was smoke smell from Cigarettes in the room. The Fridge was not working. The Guest Elevator was not working for the day.

Der Rezeptionist Maho war Mega nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem war er ein guter Tourguide wenn man nicht von hier kommt.

Incredible property at the heart of Frankfurt. So much more value for money than any of the hotels in the area. Very responsible staff, I stayed 5 nights in two different types of rooms and they were both incredible and sufficient. Well done Boutique Kaiser. Breakfasts made by the lovely lady from Ghana are amazing! Definitely my first choice in Frankfurt.

While the hotel well located the area is not family friendly. Make sure to wear good shoes to avoid the broken glass and vomit all over the streets surrounding the hotel. This is Frankfurt.

The room was fine except that the air conditioning doesn't work and the guests don't have a fan, I left a bag forgotten in the bathroom with personal items I wrote to get it back and they told me that I hadn't forgotten it in the place when I'm sure they did, they stole it

Odadaki eşyalar iyi temizlenmemiş, örümcek ağı vardı. Pencerede sinek teli yok, riskli. Mutfak var ama çok küçük ve ekipman yetersiz.

The rooms are clean, the staff is great! There is a free water (500ml bottle) per person per day.

The beds are not comfortable. You must lay on your back otherwise if you turn on a side, you can fall down from the bed. I have never sleep on such a strange bed.

We loved the bed . Very comfortable. The mattress cover was missing. Not very igienic . The location is close to the main attractions .

Very dirty . The bathroom smelled like dirty pipes the entire week we were there . We even both cleaning pipes products in the hope that will eliminate the smell but it didn't work much. The cleaning service included just the remake of the beds and fresh , random towels. The dust was flying around so I had to clean the floor myself after a few days.(The tips didn't make any difference.) We asked for a quiet room and we got a room on the second floor ,close to the elevator . We could not keep the window open because of the outside noise.

The hotel, room and bathroom were well kept by housekeeping team. The location is near main station and we used that advantage to travel to nearby towns. The area was lively well into the night. They were able to store our luggage for a few hours

The in-room fridges in all rooms didn't work. The room heater could not be shut off, as a result the room was perpetually hot. The bed was very springy and there were no extra pillows or sheets.

Room was not clean. Half of room was taken up by the low ceiling, which was covered in hand prints and marks. The appliances in the room did not work. The curtains on the window were broken and did not open. The blinds on the window were dirty and broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattresses of the double bed came apart and moved all night. The mattresses were dirty and soiled. Breakfast was good but overpriced.

L'emplacement est parfait, à côté de la gare. Grande chambre avec de très bons équipements. Personnel agréable. Deco moderne et sans moquette.

Le bruit des portes des autres chambres qui se ferment. Les matelas sont très mous.

Trop de bruit la nuit dans le quartier ainsi que les bruits de télé de la chambre à côté.
