Top locatie, de bedden en staat van het Hotel bevielen ons het meest. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam om ons te helpen waar nodig.

Besef goed dat je niet altijd een ruime kamer zal hebben (afhankelijk van welke kamer) Accepteer dat de locatie dit weer goed maakt.

Our room suited us but was accessed by a narrow spiral stair. Next door's restaurant terrace was noisy until 11 pm, but quiet quite soon after that.

Rooms don't have air conditioning so quite warm overnight, even in September. We had the window open but got bitten by mosquitos. Worth bringing some repellent and bite cream.

Kamer was ok, wel in de kelderverdieping gelegen, minder dus qua zicht,... wel vriendelijk personëel, ontbijt lekker, goede prijs- kwaliteit. Topligging! We komen terug maar dan wel andere kamer.

La gentillesse du personnel, la situation de l'hôtel, tout était vraiment top.

Très bien situé dans Lille. Nous avons trouvé que la chambre mise à disposition le premier soir avait une odeur d'humidité. Après avoir discuté avec le personnel, nous avons pu changer de chambre sans problème et le petit déj a été offert (merci pour ça !)

We loved the position of the hotel. We could walk everywhere and we loved the area. The breakfast was adequate but the pastry goods could have been fresher and very little gluten free options.

Mosquitos were a big problem at night and we felt we should have been warned about them when we arrived.

Tout près de tout,et très charmant hôtel et merveilleux personnel, nous y retournerons très prochainement.

The location of this hotel is great, right downtown. Unfortunately I was unaware that it was the annual Music festival on June 21. The bands played until 3 AM. There was a heatwave and no airco, just a ceiling fan. The 2nd night it was still noisy with street noise, even with windows closed. Breakfast is lovely, staff is kind and hard working.

I was attacked by bed bedbugs. The first night mostly on my back, the second on my legs. It took me a moment to figure out what had happened to me. I had two very uncomfortable nights. The hotel kindly waived my fees for the room change and breakfast but did not refund further. I approached booking, they are now in the process to try and get a a full refund from the hotel. I will not stay here again, it is a very unpleasant feeling to have bedbugs bite you, that leave so many marks on your body. I had to go through a deep clean of all my clothes and bags, I had to go to the pharmacy for medication. I truly hope the hotel will reimburse my stay.

リール駅から徒歩15-20分ほどの距離にあります。 ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で１Fに浄水器もあって、水を補給することができます。 お部屋はきれいでWifiも高速です。

朝食はヨーロッパの普通の朝食で可もなく不可もない感じなので、元気があれば近所のパン屋さんで朝ご飯を済ませた方がおいしく安く済むかもしれません。 宿代は月並みです。 最大のマイナスポイントは、訪れた時期が悪かったのですが、冷房設備が部屋にないことで、ちょうどフランスの酷暑の時期と宿泊日が重なってしまったため、シーリングファンしかない部屋で1泊しなければならず、冗談抜きで寝心地は最悪でした。

L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans une salle sans fenêtre. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos que j’avais reçues.

Het meeste aan de accommodatie was de ligging Lag prachtig in het historisch centrum van Lille. Parking in de buurt.Kamers viel tegen erg klein voor een deluxe kamer en er was geen airco Lawaai ‘s nachts en vroeg in de ochtend met vrachtwagen voor de deur maar met 35 graden moesten we wel de ramen open doen anders hoorde je ook geen lawaai ! Ontbijt wat karig Personeel erg vriendelijk !Heerlijke badkamer met bad en douche

‘s nachts lawaai kleine kamer en ontbijt vond ik wat karig Stonden potten jam en pindakaas Zag er niet zo fris uit Zag bij het nachtkastje in de hotelkamer naast me een pen en handdoek liggen en kroontje van aardbeien lagen daar op de grond

Location was excellent as central Lille. Staff were excellent helpful & friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

For me the room was a little on the small side & did not have air conditioning only a ceiling fan. I should have checked at the time of booking so my fault. It just happened to be the hottest days of the year. Red Alert. Was a good price for central Lille.

The location in the middle of Vieux Lille was brilliant, everywhere was walkable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, we slept well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Jean-Manuel.

We had a plumbing issue, but it was resolved willingly and efficiently. Any problem, just ask, and they will solve it for you!

Ne pas être prévenue que ma chambre était au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Je croyais que toutes les chambres bénéficiaient de l'ascenseur. Booking aurait du le mentionner. Heureusement le réceptionniste, Sébastien était très aimable et m'a monté ma valise le 1er jour et l'a descendue le dernier jour. Sinon comment aurais-je fait avec un genou accidenté ? Merci de prévenir avec ou sans ascenseur + l'étage la prochaine fois. pas de bouilloire si on veut un thé ou un café soluble. J'ai du travaillé en conférence en visio, pas de chaise près du bureau mais un pouf tabouret extrêmement inconfortable, mal de dos au bout des 3 jours.

A very comfortable hotel with a perfect location in the Old Town. Breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent throughout – very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

All the staff was very friendly! The facility clean and nice. The breakfast, despite being in a room without windows looked fine. The location is top.

My room was a single bed room, very small and basic. Nothing to brag about but it served its purpose of sleeping there for 2 nights.

De ligging

Je hebt echt oordopjes nodig omdat er een café met terras naast het hotel zit. Maar op je nachtkastje liggen oordopjes klaar, dus dat is goed geregeld

Kamer op de begane grond ligt naast een druk bezochte bar. Is s’avonds luidruchtig. Bij warm weer geen ventilator aanwezig.

It was relaxed and intimate while being right in the centre of the old town. Room clean & comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Narrow winding stairs to our part of the hotel with no lift, this should be made clear at booking.

I love the location in the old town close to restaurants and everything we wanted to see was walkable to. Also, the room was very clean and nicely furnished.. nice breakfast from a buffet

The only difficulty with our room was that there was a mosquito screen which prevented us from going onto the small balcony access to which which would’ve made the room a lot more livable in.

Excellent location in the old town. Exceedingly warm welcome. Middle of a large city yet our room (15) was completely quiet with no light shining in. Lille is a great place to visit and we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Two small things: the weather was very hot but that’s the way it’s going so a fan in the room would be good. And please consider a slip mat for the otherwise excellent shower.

propreté imparfaite, la douche n'avait pas été lavée correctement et il y avait des cheveux du client précédent. Par ailleurs, on m'a proposé une "option ménage" entre les 2 jours de mon séjour, que j'ai refusée, la chambre n'a donc pas été faite, ce qui n'est pas très grave mais assez surprenant.... Enfin mettre un lit aussi grand dans une chambre si petite qu'il faut longer le mur de profil pour accéder au coté du lit opposé me semble un peu surprenant aussi, même si pas très grave...

My room was tiny, on third floor up a narrow spiral staircase (no lift) and under sloping beams which left little or no room to move around or sit anywhere other than on the bed. I am elderly with hip problems. There were plenty of other bigger rooms accessible by a lift or on lower floors with less stairs. I should have been offered a more suitable option.
