However, I was disappointed that the gentleman at the upstairs restaurant served me a dish that wasn't what I had ordered and was much more expensive. When I mentioned it to him, he didn't seem too concerned about it. Also a bit disappointed not to have received a small gesture for my birthday (whereas every other year, other hotels have done so). To conclude a good hotel, but nothing more.

Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr große Auswahl. Die Beach Anlage war ein Traum. Unser Zimmer mit Ocean View war riesig und hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr weiter.

Our room was epic with ocean view and mirrors strategically placed so we got panoramic ocean view including while having a shower! There was a screen which you can slide for privacy or ocean view. Breakfast was also fantastic with local or western options and constantly replenished.

The seaweed removal meant that I could not enjoy the view in peace with the digger moving back and forth constantly. I wondered if it would be better not to remove?? But maybe it would be smelly not to remove?

The pool was fantastic, but what really stood out was the staff. They were always looking for ways to make our stay even more enjoyable, especially by recommending local attractions, things to do, and great places to eat. We particularly appreciated their suggestions for trying authentic local food and discovering some of the area’s specialties. Their friendliness and helpfulness really made our stay more memorable.

One area that could be improved is the presence of birds in the restaurant. They would sometimes land on the tables, eat food directly from them, and we even saw them defecating near or on the food, which was unpleasant and raised some hygiene concerns. It would be great if the hotel could find a gentle and environmentally friendly way to discourage the birds from approaching the dining tables—perhaps with harmless deterrent figures or other protective measures—without harming the birds or disrupting the local ecosystem. We also had one isolated experience at the restaurant near the beach where we saw a few cockroaches flying and landing close to our table. This only happened once during our stay, so we don’t want to overstate it, but we felt it was worth mentioning as another area where pest control could perhaps be improved.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre Club dans l'espace réservé au dernier étage, puis dans l'espace réservé pour les apéritifs (offerts) et petits déjeuners (espace à l'air conditionné). Très sympa cette formule CLUB. Le personnel a été très efficace et agréable. Bel hôtel, belle plage bien équipée. Bel emplacement dans Cancun et un service voiturier inclus pour notre voiture. Très belles prestations.

The location and the beach is great and probably the best part of the hotel. The club access is worth the money.

Although we booked two double rooms for 4 adults and one child, the staff at the reception told us that as there is only one name (name of the main guest) written in the reservation, it means that only one breakfast is included in the room rate. And we have to pay for the other guests! I have never had this issue anywhere in the world. Later we managed to sort it out but we already paid for the breakfasts on the first day and that was not refunded. Also the rooms we were given were very noisy (towards the street) and the hallway door insulation was also poor. Because of that we upgraded one room and paid extra for a better room overlooking the pool and the ocean. That room included the club access and that was worth it! Remember to ask for a room in the smaller building of the hotel- the rooms there are better, even the smaller ones.

Tutto molto bene, la struttura, la posizione, la camera, la spiaggia stupenda... Colazione a buffet davvero super con tantissima scelta e prodotti freschi. Splendida piscina, anche se non ne ho usufruito essendo al mare :) Ottimo anche le scelte per il ristorante serale.

Un problema da risolvere è che ci sono troppi uccelli durante la colazione che infastidiscono e dovrebbero fare qualcosa per evitare che disturbino gli ospiti rubando cibo e sporcando. Il servizio in spiaggia non molto celere e a volte sprovvisto di quanto previsto dal menù.

Ottimi servizi personale colazione abbondante stanze grandi ottima la spiaggia abbiamo trovato la spiaggia pulitissima senza alcuna traccia di sargasso cosa che invece era presente in tutta la Costa mentre forse per nostra fortuna quella spiaggia era veramente pulita e sembrava quella di isla muejres se non meglio perché era molto più tranquilla senza il caos degli yatch piazzati davanti.

El desayuno buffet estuvo muy bueno y variado todos los días, y el personal era muy atento. Lo que más me gustó fue la playa muy limpia y cristalina con palapas muy cómodas para pasar todo el día en la playa. La piscina también una delicia con agua muy tibia y abierta hasta muy tarde 10pm. Otro punto a destacar, es que la atención a mi perrita fue un 10/10, no se le restringió el ingreso a ninguna instalación y el trato hacia ella por todos fue excelente y se sintió como en casa.

En general no encuentro nada que no me haya gustado. Solo una sugerencia aumentar la variedad de snacks disponibles en el bar de la playa

Superbe hôtel sur la Zona Hotelera à Cancun. Tout est parfait, du Lobby, à la chambre, au petit déjeuner, le gym, les 2 piscines, la plage (nettoyée des sargasses), l'entretien et la propreté générale de l'hôtel et enfin le personnel de l'hôtel. Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité prix.

some staff were what I expected, prompt helpful and new what was needed booking in

extremely slow check in with limited staff appearing to be making check in and getting to guests with any haste. didn’t take my credit card so there for soon ordering drinks we couldn’t charge to room and had to send husband to retrieve from room from pool. i assumed as with booking that they had my details. couldn’t order room service as out phone did not connect to anything. We had to go to the front desk to order. No one replaced the phone. Also couldn’t make an outside call… they stated the phones didn’t do that. 🙄. asked for support with television they were sending someone… an hour later we fixed and no one ever turned up. Overall experience was nothing like other Intercontinental stay experiences we have grown to expect.

הבריכות החוף הניקיון והמסעדות טעימות מאוד, האווירה בצ׳יל ורגוע אין בלאגן כמו בכל קנקון.

המים בבריכות קצת חם מדי לפחות בריכה אחת היו מקררים. אין איפה לתלות את הבגדים כי אין מרפסת, ואין פעילויות לילדים קטנים זה רק לשהות במלון בצ׳יל אנחנו עשינו טיול כוכב אז זה מאוד התאים ולא הפריע לנו.

Lovely facilities with the best beach part in Cancun for relaxation. The restaurant by the beach has lovely food too.

The rest of the restaurants have awful food and has to be improved for a ‘5’ star hotel. Similarly the hotel rooms need renovation and were very humid. Overall needs improvement.

Aamupala-alue oli luokaton. On selvä puute ruokaturvallisuudessa, että aamupalabuffetin yllä lensi jatkuvasti lintuja ja koko ravintola parveili niitä - ällöttävää. Buffet ei myöskään ollut niin laaja, kuin tämän tasoiselta hotellilta odottaisi.

Hotel muito confortável. Quarto espaçoso, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Piscina com temperatura muito quente. A praia com água turva devido o excesso de sargaço. Não consegui entrar no mar. Á água tinha um cheiro forte.

Hay sargazo en Cancún, es una lástima. Aunque en este hotel no estaba tan mal y limpiaban por la mañana.

Los servicios de Velero y Kayak. La playa estaba limpia, muy bonito. Igual a las fotos. El personal muy amable, todo muy limpio.

広々としたロビーに始まり、客室も使い安いレイアウト、しっかりした水圧と熱いお湯のシャワーと快適な滞在となった。朝食のメニューも多いだけでなく美味しく頂けた。夜のロビーバーでのマルガリータも美味しかった。バルコニーはなかったが、窓もきれいに掃除されており、オーシャンビューを満喫できた。

ホテルの設備自体にマイナス点はなし。強いて言えば、スーパー(Chedraui)から徒歩15分の距離にあることくらい。 ただ、ホテル周辺は明るいことに加え、夜の22時、23時でもホテル従業員が路線バスを待つなど人目もあり、周囲に注意していれば徒歩移動でも身の危険は感じられない。

Unica nota negativa poca scelta nel menù con prezzi alti (acqua frizzante a 9€ per 60 ml) e troppa insistenza nel chiedere le mance

Die Lage direkt am Strand und die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Wir waren zweimal hier einmal im 9. Stock und einmal im 5. Stock straßenseitig mit Lagunenblick. Der Ausblick war toll, Straßenlärm hat uns nicht gestört. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Auswahl ist groß, die Qualität der Speisen könnte besser sein. Man kann in einem kleinen Bereich im Meer Sargassum-frei schwimmen, der Strand ist sehr sauber.Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und bemüht.

Hotel muito confortável. Praia em frente ao hotel muito boa para crianças com diversas comodidades aos hospedes (mesas, cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras...). Piscinas climatizadas. Diversos restaurantes no hotel com excelente comida e atendimento. Quarto amplo e confortável (casal com 02 filhos pequenos). Vista do quarto para o mar! Limpeza perfeita. Excelente custo x beneficio.

Academia precisa de renovação e mais equipamentos.

Hotel moderno, quarto amplo e bem equipado, ótimo custo-benefício. Praia lindíssima, com areia branquinha, e número adequado de cadeiras. O restaurante Le Cap é uma atração a parte (apesar do preço um pouco mais elevado). Para quem não pretende reservar um all inclusive, e se servir dos restaurantes em volta, é uma ótima opção

Tolles Hotel, schönes Zimmer mit tollen mexikanischen Produkten (Duschgel, Shampoo & Conditioner). Bequeme Betten wir hatten 2 Doppelbetten da wir mit 17jährigenm Kind gereist sind. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit einer extra Eierstation wo die Eier nach Wunsch zubereitet wurden.Waren nur eine Nacht da aber da wir am nächsten Tag einen Nachtflug hatten wurde uns ein Check-out um 13:20 Angeboten und nach Absprache kostenloser Zugang zum Spa Bereich um zu Duschen und sich umzuziehen. War super. Wir konnten den ganzen Tag den Pool und den Strand inkl. Liegen nutzen.

Fijn hotel, met vriendelijk personeel. Het strand en de faciliteiten zijn fantastisch en het strand heerlijk.

Het enige wat wat tegen viel waren de prijzen van het eten en drinken bij de restaurants. En het zwembad was heel warm, maar daar kan niemand wat aan doen.

Stayed twice in same room type in July and then 4 days later in August. Rules changed between the 2 reservations! When we stayed in July, we were told at check-in that water in the rooms was free and unlimited. That is the least I would expect when booking an ocean front suite with lounge access. We came back in August (4 days later) now we are told its 2 bottles of water per room. We are 3 adults and in a city where temps are 35C. Such poor and inconsistent service amongst the staff. Really? This is exceptionally petty and it seems focus is on charging for EVERYTHING. A lot of high end resorts globally provide water free of charge on the beach and the room. Not Cancun. The lounge is only open for breakfast and from 6-8pm for cocktails and canapés. There is absolutely NOTHING available outside these hours. All other lounges normally provide soft drinks, biscuits and tea and coffee throughout the day. Would I recommend the lounge? Possibly not. Chose another hotel.

Desidero segnalare il trattamento ricevuto al momento del check-out. A causa del ritardo nel lasciare la camera, mi sono stati addebitati 100 USD. Comprendo che l'hotel abbia delle regole interne, tuttavia ritengo che, in determinate circostanze, dovrebbe essere valutata anche la storia del cliente. Soggiorno regolarmente presso il Presidente InterContinental Cancún Resort da oltre un anno e l'ho sempre scelto con fiducia per i miei viaggi. Proprio per questo mi sarei aspettato un minimo di flessibilità e attenzione nei confronti di un cliente abituale. Desidero inoltre evidenziare che, nel periodo del mio soggiorno, l'hotel, come molti altri a Cancún, era in bassa stagione e risultava semivuoto. Di conseguenza, non vi era un'effettiva urgenza di rendere immediatamente disponibile la camera per nuovi ospiti. Il mio disappunto non riguarda tanto l'importo addebitato, quanto la totale assenza di considerazione nei confronti della mia fedeltà come cliente. Un piccolo gesto di cortesia o una maggiore tolleranza avrebbero sicuramente contribuito a mantenere il rapporto di fiducia costruito nel tempo. Mi auguro che Booking possa tenere conto di questa segnalazione e che la direzione dell'hotel rifletta sull'importanza di valorizzare i clienti che scelgono con continuità la stessa struttura.

Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le complexe est très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine ainsi que l'accès direct à la plage sont de véritables atouts. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de la restauration.

О, он далее от идеала… нас четверо- тапки одни. Кофемашина для виду, она сломана. Попросили другую. Нам принесли и она тоже сломана. Третью просить не стали, потому что увидели поддельные капсулы кофе, мне когда-то попадались такие при покупке. Это когда алюминиевая часть не пробивается, а гнется и кофе оттуда не проходит. На день рождения мужа никакого внимания, хотя при заезде я указала этот момент на рецепшене. Еда однообразная , на 4 день уже просто смотреть не хотелось. Кофе вкусный, это порадовало.

Property is perfect location from all the basic tourist spots

My recommendation is to change/upgrade the breakfast location to kind of indoor sitting with sea view. It’s hot outside without air condition.

The beach directly in front of the hotel.

I had the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel failed to properly manage the hotel credit that was included with my stay. I was repeatedly told by a bartender that I had no credit left and was asked to pay, even though the reception later confirmed that I still had credit available. The bartender was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel embarrassed in front of other guests. Because of this incident, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the resort and decided to check out early. Although management later apologized, the experience had already ruined my vacation. In addition, the hotel feels old and outdated, and my room clearly needed maintenance and refurbishment. This is not the level of quality or service I expect from a five-star hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

This place left a bad taste and won't be returning. Short version: The Good: - beach area is great and spacious - restaurant food (lunch and dinner) are fairly good The Bad: - treatment by front desk staff is unacceptable - number of times they attempted to scam us is ridiculous ((not accepting reservation rate details, trying to scam yo on FX rate and charges) - rooms and hallways are way below par for this level of hotel - breakfast is rather poor Long version: - Upon arrival, right away the front desk staff tried to upcharge us for what we have already paid for. First, we were given a room that we didn't pay for. After that, they tried to upcharge us for breakfast which we already paid as part of our reservation. I showed the gentleman on the front desk explicitly the reservation that states that breakfast is included, and he dismissed it and said that we didn't (we booked directly on hotel web site, not through 3rd party). I am not sure how you can argue explicit Intercontinental email confirmation with explicit details which room and what rate we book? Took another 2 days of our stay to go back each day to front desk after breakfast restaurant brough us the check to sign. Every time restaurant told us, just sign the bill, "it is all ok", I am puzzled how they can do that at a resort like this. - During check in, front desk tells me that they will charge my credit card in pesos. I told them that reservation was made in USD and to charge that way. Again they started arguing that that is the policy, and they must do it and I've been told 'you know you're in Mexico?". That is an absolute no, given that they would rip you off on the exchange rate extra 10%. - After check in, we dropped the stuff in the room and went to beach and for lunch at hotel beach restaurant. To be fair, food was actually fairly good (a bit on an expensive side), but well worth it. We signed the check with our name/room number and after few minutes the manager came to us to tell us that we are not guest at the hotel and need to pay right away with cash or credit card. We left everything in our room, so were escorted out of the full restaurant like criminals to the front desk. Of course they straighten it out there, no explanation, no apologies. Rooms are fairly basic, definitely not even close standard wise to a 4 or 5 star resort. Beach area is nice, spacious which is really good in that area , where hotels are typically squeezed and beach is really small. We had dinner at one of the hotel restaurants, and food and service were nice. It is around 10 minute walk to Cancun hotel zone but that is fairly unexciting, busy and somewhat dirty. Overall, some of the nice things of this hotel were overshadowed by a really poor front desk staff and disgusting practices to upcharge you and screw you over. I would not return to the property and would look elsewhere
