La struttura é molto grande e immersa nel verde, le stanze sono essenziali pulite e molto spaziose, ha accesso al mare con lettino gratuito e una bella piscina, la colazione abbondante e un bel ristorante sul mare, ci sono stata solo 2 notti ma mi sono trovata molto bene, relax totale

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room was in good working order. It was a particularly peaceful and relaxing place to stay. There was always plenty of space at the beach, and all of our requests were kindly accommodated. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options each day. Communication was also easy and smooth throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really enjoyed our time here.

There are just a few small things that could be improved. The beachfront restaurant was a little pricey, and the music was sometimes slightly too loud. It wasn’t particularly disturbing, and we actually found the music at some of the other hotels nearby to be louder, but a slightly lower volume would make the atmosphere even more relaxing. One of our towels had a small stain on it, although it was otherwise clean. It is also worth noting that if you would like a room with a sea view, there is an additional charge of USD 50 per night.

La ubicación es excelente, la playa muy limpia sin sargazo. Ideal si llevas niños, ya que no tiene oleaje y el agua te llega a las rodillas.

Extremamente limpo e organizado, pessoal atencioso, cheguei do aeroporto antes do horário de check-in e me deixaram entrar porque o quarto ja estava pronto.. Ambiente lindo.

Die Lage an einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte, ausreichend Strandliegen unter Palmen und Strandhütten, die sehr gepflegte und schön bepflanzte Anlage und der allabendliche Sonnenuntergang. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich - danke an Juan von der Reception für die freundliche Unterstützung bei einigen innermexikanischen Telefonaten 🙏

Es gibt nichts Substantielles zu beanstanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Geräte im Fitnessraum bräuchten eine Wartung / technische Überholung.

I like the location the beach access, and staff were friendly, breakfast was okay.

The first suite we checked into had cockroaches. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately moved us to a nicer suite, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel itself is a bit older and could use some updating. Overall, I would recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else.

The hotel is very comfortable, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and lots of plants. The pool is really warm, and the beach is the best I’ve ever seen.

La chambre était très grande et donnait sur la piscine, mais ma belle sœur n'a pas eu la même chance et a eu une toute petite chambre pour 4 personnes en RDC, donc pour la part c'était très bien.

Tout était bien dans la mesure où vous avez la bonne chambre.

Hôtel dans la zone hôtelière, bons services , jolie plage et bed confortable . Service agréable et bonne nourriture . Joli petit bâtiment avec jardinet ou balcon .

Nous pensions qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel, mais c'est en réalité une résidence vacances avec des propriétaires et des appartements en location. Le personnel à l'accueil n'était pas très accueillant ni sympathique. Nous avons tout de même pu changer de chambres car celles proposées étaient très sombres au RDC, avec vue sur le parking. Finalement, nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes avec une pièce salon/cuisine au milieu (appelée Villa 2 chambres) en étage. Ce n'était absolument pas "une villa". La déco est d'un autre siècle, très vieillotte et basique. Je n'y retournerai pas.

El hotel nos encantó porque es un hotel bajo y no los grandes edificios hoteleros. El servicio en el desayuno estuvo excelente con muy buenas opciones. La habitación en suite hermosa con una cama extra grande muy cómoda, un living extraordinaria y una cocina, que a pesar no haberla usado, era muy completa. La playa sin sarghazo y con un mar calmo y claro, NOS ENCANTÓ

No nos gustó el escaso servicio de playa ya que la gente del bar no sale a ofrecerte tragos o comida que uno quisiese pedir o contratar. Las reposeras en algunos casos estaban sucias por los pájaros que merodean. No obstante ello, las sombrillas, toallas que te brindan y reposeras en muy buen estado y muy cómodo.

El Beachscape Kin Ha es un hotel pequeño, familiar, tranquilo, estilo mediterraneo, con restaurante en la playa, buen desayuno, ideal para familias. La playa es bonita y tranquila.

One thing I have noticed over the years is a gradual change in the beach environment around the hotel. Since my first stay in 2017, there has been a significant increase in jet ski rentals, water activities, and party boats/yachts operating near the beach. Unfortunately, this is starting to affect the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere and the natural beauty of the area, which was one of the things I particularly appreciated about this hotel. The same seems to be happening along the beaches around other hotels in the area, such as the InterContinental. I understand that these services may be operated by third parties and are likely outside the hotel's control, so this is not intended as a criticism of the hotel itself. I simply hope that the area can preserve its natural character and peaceful atmosphere in the future.

A localização perto de praia tranquila foi ótima para minha filha de 5 anos.

A experiência no hotel foi seriamente prejudicada pelo atendimento do Sr. Russel do único restaurante. Explicando: o problema começou quando um funcionário fechou o guarda-sol da minha mesa (deixando os das mesas ao lado abertos), o que atrapalhou nossa refeição. Ao solicitar que reabrissem, recusaram de forma inflexível. No dia seguinte, ao tentar pedir minha refeição (paga à parte), o gerente do restaurante, Sr. Russell, foi extremamente rude, agressivo e desrespeitoso. Ele se recusou a nos atender a menos que mudássemos de lugar, demonstrando uma postura intimidadora e um comportamento de cunho machista por eu ser uma mulher sozinha acompanhada apenas da minha filha pequena — situação que jamais ocorreria na presença de um homem. O episódio foi tão constrangedor e desagradável que saí chorando do local na frente de outros funcionários. A administração precisa tomar providências urgentes quanto à postura e ao treinamento do Sr. Russell.

Hôtel parfait pour passer un week-end ou une semaine seul, en couple ou en famille. La plage est incroyable et sans algue et la piscine suffisamment grande pour pourvoir se baigner ou nager. Une belle découverte à Cancun. Je reviendrais sans hésiter

Beach was lovely, restaurant had a great location on the beach with good food. the room had a street view, quite basic but had all necessities; coffee maker, iron, guest amenities. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Ubytování bylo v nižších budovách což je příjemnější než vysoké paneláky. Bazén krásně velký s opravdu horkou vodou. Na mořské pláži byl velmi jemný příjemný písek. Nedaleko hotelu je malý supermarket, který je dobře vybavený, dá se v něm koupit i teplé jídlo (např. empanady) je v něm Subway

Das Hotel ist sehr gut am Strand gelegen. Es gibt am Strand und am Pool immer freie Liegen. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten zwar ein Zimmer an der Straße, aber die Zimmer waren schalldicht isoliert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Wir haben dort die ersten Tage nach unserer Ankunft in Cancun dort verbracht.

Aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit war es im Zimmer sehr feucht. Durch die Klimaanlage kann man die Feuchtigkeit reduzieren.

Es como quinta vez que me quedo alli. Habitacion con la sala y cocina esta bastante grande, baño limpio, cama comoda, sabanas limpias. Piscina aunque yo no usé, se ve limpia, desayuno decente, playa sin olas, restaurante en la playa bien.

A veces tienen precios elevados, a veces puedes agarrar un buen deal

Bom café da manhã, boa localização, praia agradável em frente ao hotel, estacionamento, gentileza de todos os funcionários, boa piscina em frente ao mar.

A cama na minha acomodação era pequena, era cama de casal, mas deve ter melhores pagando uma tarifa um pouco maior.

Possui um bom café da manhã, mas sem grandes variedades. Quarto amplo, cama confortável. Fiquei hospedada no 2º andar e não havia elevador para acessar.

Parkeerchaos : dit hotel geboekt wegens parking. Maar er is veel te weinig parking. (Of er waren nu teveel auto’s?)Auto’s staan allemaal ingesloten. Sleutels worden bijgehouden aan parking. Wil je weg met de auto dan kan het zijn dat gemakkelijk 2 tot 3 auto’s verzet moeten worden zodat je met jouw auto wegkan. Dus even snel in de auto stappen ? Zeker niet …

Can I get you anything else Basic stuff but it didn’t happen Upgraded to a sea view one bed apartment - it had an adjoining door to the next apartment with zero soundproofing - I asked for a quiet room - what I got was a family with 2 young kids next store who quite literally screamed for a good part of the day - perhaps separate our families with kids and those they don’t - it was not a good end to my stay

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera familiare che consisteva in due stanze comunicanti con tanto di cucina e soggiorno. Ambienti grandissimi, datati ma confortevoli. Piscina bella, aperta fino a tardi. Spiaggia molto bella in un tratto di mare pulito, lettini curati e disponibili. A 15 minuti a piedi da centro e locali.

Tutto molto bene! Avevamo due stanze comunicanti enormi con anche una zona soggiorno con cucina. Stanze datate ma tenute discretamente bene. Piscina molto bella, accesso alla spiaggia comodo con lettini e ombrelloni in un tratto di mare molto carino e pulito. A 15 minuti a piedi dai locali famosi del centro

The location was ideal, and there was no sargassum (yeah). The beach had nice white sand, and jet ski rentals were readily available on the beach. The property was well-groomed.

The breakfast had a wide selection and was average in taste. The keyless entry malfunctioned at the start of the stay so we were locked out until maintenance could come by to change the batteries on the door lock.

Tudo excelente! Quarto muito grande e confortável, bem equipado. Piscina e praia ótimas. Serviço e atendimento muito bons. Localização também. Adorei o hotel.

Um pequeno detalhe negativo foi o blackout do quarto não vedava a luz totalmente e entrava claridade. Mas o quarto era tão bom que não quis pedir pra trocar.

El clima fallaba derrepende no queria apagarse y luego no queria encender, las camas rechinaban por todo y la comida muy cara y sin tanta variedad.

Estrutura do restaurante apenas no café da manhã(muito bom por sinal). Se precisar de comer algo, tem só um restaurante de praia, valores altos e serviço de atendimento mediano.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza col signore della reception. La sera in cui siamo arrivate volevamo salutare per qualche minuto nostra cugina ma non le è stato permesso l’ingresso (il guardiano ha detto che sarebbe bastato chiamare la reception e dare il nome dell’ospite). Il signore alla reception ci ha detto che era troppo tardi per avere ospiti (22:00), ho chiesto se ci fosse un coprifuoco e mi ha detto di no. Quando ho chiesto se potesse comunque entrare, mi ha detto che ci sarebbe stato da pagare per lei come se fosse un ospite dell’hotel. Il giorno dopo ho chiesto al ristorante se potessi invitare due persone a cena ( ovviamente consumando e pagando per loro), lo staff del ristorante ha confermato ed è stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Una volta arrivati gli ospiti, lo stesso signore della reception ha fatto problemi per farli entrare e siamo dovuti andare in un ristorante fuori dall’hotel. Qualche giorno dopo il soggiorno mi sono accorta di aver lasciato i miei occhiali nella stanza, ho chiamato e mi ha risposto il solito signore dicendo annoiato che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo pochi minuti, mai più sentito. Ho richiamato l’hotel e una signora gentilissima gli ha cercati e non trovati. Ancora non mi spiego come siano spariti. L’hotel sarebbe stato perfetto se non fosse stato per l’esperienza pessima che abbiamo avuto con un solo membro dello staff, che purtroppo ha influenzato l’intero soggiorno.

La struttura è carina ma le camere non sono bellissime e mancano di cura dei dettagli (dal bagno all’apertura della finestre).

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto, schneller check in. Schöner Pool und kurzer Weg zum Strand ohne Braunalgen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel! Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr unaufdringlich und gewährleistet trotzdem eine angenehme Raumtemperatur.

Am ersten Abend im Beach Restaurant gegessen. Die Qualität war befriedigend bei einem doch recht hohen Preis.

Во всех отзывах все хвалят завтрак. Но завтрак довольно слабый, много мексиканской еды. Не впечатлил. Отель уставший, с морем не повезло, одни водоросли. Но при этом отличное расположение и хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

La salida a la playa es espectacular, el servicio de limpieza excelente.

El personal muy amable, salvo el día que llegamos, muy agotados por el largo viaje, solicitamos prestado un cargador ya que son diferentes a los nuestros, para poder comunicarnos con nuestra familia y no nos presto la señora de recepción. Observamos que tenia dos, entonces nos pareció muy mal.

Uma parte da equipe de funcionarios não se esforça para resolver demandas. O hotel fica numa aérea de praia, tem piscina e o piso do hotel é muito escorregadio com risco de queda.

Nicht eine so grosse Anlage wie die anderen Hotels in Cancun, leckeres Frühstück, direkt am Strand und mit schönem Garten. Bewachter Parkplatz, Waschmaschine vorhanden (kostenpflichtig)

Der Zimmerservice hat immer irgend etwas vergessen zu liefern, keine Handtücher oder kein Lappen. Die Reinigung sollte mal wieder ausschweifender gemacht werden. Bad und Böden waren ok, aber an den Wänden hätte es undefinierbare Spuren.

Excelente hotel. Instalaciones muy buenas. Con salida directa a la playa y servicios en la playa. Piscina amplia y muy agradable, grande. El desayuno fue tipo buffet, muy generoso, variado, muy bien atendido, recomiendo alojarse con el desayuno incluido. El Hotel es muy tranquilo. Tiene un restaurante con muy buena carta/menú con precios acordes a la zona. (no tan baratos, pero tampoco tan caros). Volvería sin duda a este hotel. Ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la playa.

The children who scream constantly in the pool (not the hotel’s fault, but the parents’ fault.) Parents, please teach your children not to scream in public places unless it’s an emergency. Nobody wants to hear that!!

Gepflegtes Hotel direkt am feinen Sandstrand. Das Zimmer war gross und komfortabel. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man für den Start in den Tag braucht. Zudem; obwohl an vielen Stränden tonnenweise Algen lagen, war der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt davon befreit bzw. wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Die Lage ist auch gut, in 15Min ist man in Cancún City und in etwas mehr als 30Min am Flughafen.

We couldn't swim in thesea because or the Sargasso,the sea was completely brown, the beach was nice but stressfull to don't be able to refresh ourselves swimming, we had to move in other beaches very far, like Holbox and Isla Mujeres, which costed us 600$ every day (4 people), so be carefull at the peirod you book, you could face the same bad situation.

El hotel es muy agradable y es una muy buena opción si quieres escapar de los súper resorts estilo edificios gigantes. Tiene un ambiente familiar y relajado. La zona común con la piscina es cómoda y está prácticamente en la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias, el personal amable y el desayuno está bien.

Todo bastante bien pero el mobiliario y estilo de la habitación se ha quedado un poco antiguo.

Mooi hotel aan het strand die dagelijks vrij gemaakt wordt van de algen. Groot zwembad en op strand genoeg ligstoelen met parasols. Beach restaurant met lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Afgesloten parking.
