Die Lage in der Nähe des Markusplatz war top. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut.

Es ist viel zu laut. Die einfachverglasten Fenster halten keinen Lärm von aussen ab (Partyboote, Lieferung für Restaurants und Geschäfte ab 4 Uhr in der Nacht). Zudem hat das Telefon der Rezeption nachts regelmässig geklingelt.

The hotel was clean and in a really good location. My only problem was after midnight. OMG, there was way more noise than I expected! The loading and unloading at the harbor right next to the hotel was horrible, especially for light sleepers like me. If I come back, I would definitely make sure to book a room away from the boat station/harbor. Other than the noise at night, everything else was great.

Clean, spacious room, especially by Venetian standards. Friendly staff and nice breakfast offered.

Our room was on one of the lower levels, and it often smelled of smoke. I think it may have been coming through a vent somewhere because we did not have the windows open.

Super located, small size, very chill, rooms were well sized and decorated and clean, staff were super helpful!

The hotel was modern and clean, recently renovated and it had a lift. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was ideally situated very close to the main square

Hotel muito bem localizado, pertíssimo da Praça de São Marcos. Confortável , modernizado, bastante limpo, com todo o necessário.

O café precisa melhorar. Pouquíssimas opções e bastante limitado. Deveria ser melhor elaborado pelo preço cobrado.

La ubicación excelente. Habitación doble para familia de 4 personas espaciosa. Decoración del hotel al estilo de la cuidad. Camas muy comodas. Personal amable.

Solo un baño para dos habitaciones, era un poco incómodo. La variedad del desayuno era repetitivo. Mejor el café capuchino que el café latte. Las ventanas no tienen un buen aislamiento y justo debajo de la ventana teníamos la descarga y carga del supermercado que está lado y la recogida de la basura. Mucho ruido a las 6:30 am

Es hat zwar Charme beim Frühstück bedient zu werden (beim Heißgetränk), was für eine Dame aber oft zu viel war… warum kein Heißgetränk- Automat zur Selbstbedienung?

Location was just perfect very central for all main attractions. A brilliant base for exploring. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean.

I felt breakfast was a little lacking even the addition of a toaster would have made a big improvement.

The location was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated (they’ve opened recently) and our room was amazing.

Muy bien situado a apenas dos calles de la Plaza de San Marcos. Instalaciones limpias y renovadas, y dormitorio cómodo. A pesar de estar en una zona bulliciosa de la ciudad no se aprecian ruidos del exterior.

El desayuno es algo escaso en cuanto a cantidad, por lo que los huéspedes que desayunan más tarde tienen menos opciones.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und wenn man mit dem Zug anreist und anschließend den Wasser Bus, muss man keine Brücke mit dem Koffer überwinden! Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Hotel.

Posizione eccezionale, stanza molto pulita e ristrutturata di recente, ottima disposizione degli spazi e degli infissi, accogliente. Personale gentile soprattutto la cameriera della mattina. Unico consiglio per la colazione, almeno un prodotto non industriale da forno e migliorare caffè e cappuccino.

We had a lovely stay at Ca' Del Campo. The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring Venice, and the property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our short stay very enjoyable.

The only downside was the breakfast, which we found quite basic with limited choice. Considering how good everything else was, a little more variety and quality at breakfast would have made the stay even better.

The hotel location was perfect for touring the sights around San Marco. It’s down a quiet street with a beautiful view of the canal. We stayed in a family room with our two children. It had two separate bedrooms and one bathroom. The breakfast included was delicious with fresh baked croissants, fruit, fresh coffee, and pastries. There is a great pizzeria across the street with outdoor seating and plenty of shops around.

One thing to be aware of is that there are steps that you must walk up to the front desk. There is a small elevator which is very slow. The steps are slippery and may be difficult with large luggage.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Venice. The room was very spacious (even for a single room) nicer than the pictures. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very polite and helpful especially Nicolas. I totally recommend this hotel and I would choose it again in the future!

The property was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. The manager was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and check-in and check-out were seamless. There was literally no noise whatsoever heard from the room, you wouldn’t know anyone else was staying there. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller and the room lock system meant I slept with ease. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere quality to stay. Fantastic and I’d definitely return here!

Positiv: Lage und Anbindung an den Markusplatz, Bootsanleger beim Hotel, Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei „Spar“ im Nachbarhaus, kurze Weg zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Kommunikation des Hotels mit den Gästen ist relativ unpersönlich. Hier wünschen wir uns mehr Ansprache sowie Interesse an den Gästen. Hier ist Luft nach oben, die Gäste individuell anzusprechen und ggf. auch Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Services wie Gondeln oder Restaurants anzubieten. Auch wünschen wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation über die unterschiedlichen Ausstattungsmerkmale der Zimmer. Wir bekamen vor Ort ein anderes Zimmer, als wir gebucht hatten. Glücklicherweise konnten wir das Zimmer noch während des Aufenthaltes wechseln, mussten dies aber eigenständig initiieren. Das Frühstück wird von vielen Gästen als gut oder fabelhaft bewertet: Wir empfanden das Frühstück als durchschnittlich und wenig italienisch. Gäste wünschen sich frisches Gemüse wie Gurke, Tomaten, Oliven. Preis und Leistung gehen auseinander. Für die angebotene Leistung ist das Hotel zu teuer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ca' Del Campo! The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Venice and only about a five-minute walk from San Marco, with so many of the city’s main sights, restaurants, and activities within easy reach. The hotel itself has a charming, old-fashioned Venetian feel, while our room was modern, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Great closet space and a very comfortable bed, which was especially appreciated after long days of walking around Venice! The breakfast was okay, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a beautiful and incredibly convenient place to stay while exploring Venice. Would definitely recommend! 🇮🇹✨

I had a wonderful stay at Ca Del Campo which is only a few minutes walk from St Marks' Square. The room was very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a good size closet. I stayed at the first floor but saw also the fourth floor which seemed modern and fresh too. Would propably like to stay there next time. Everything went well but what really made my trip was the host and his excellent restaurant recommendations. Thank you Nicolas.

Our room was perfect. We have two rooms and one bathroom. We were shocked at the size of the rooms. Close to pasta to go places, so mnay restaurants, Saint Mark Square, and walking distance to everything. Grocery store just down staris which was great. Staff was helpful and kind. It was clean and breakfast was decent. Could see people go by on the Gondala and had a spot to get into a gondala if wanted. Had a elevator which was helpful.

The room was excellent, super spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and simple. The location was super central and super convinient to come back to and make rest stops during the day.

It was a little inconvinient to have to go up to iron our clothes but we were able to make do. I think that was also because of safety measures so it wasn't too much of a problem but would've been a good have.

The location was fabulous! I was a bit unsure of the property when we arrived and saw it from the outside, but the room exceeded our expectations. We had a triple room and it was perfect for a family of 3. Very updated and comfortable.

The location is of course perfect, 3 streets away for San Marco, but also the staff was very welcoming (grazie Beatrice for your help!), the bedroom was quiet and looked brand new, the reception hall was very elegant and the breakfast plentiful. What a lovely stay!

The location is great which is only a few minutes walk from most of the tourist attractions. For one person the hotel has a very good value for money and it’s pretty new and convenient, providing the essentials and even the breakfast. Particularly, I would like to mention that the staffs are very kind, friendly and helpful. My luggage was delayed and didn’t have any thing that I need. The receptionists told me all the information and how to buy them from where. I couldn’t find any charger for my phone and techs and the staff Nicolas borrowed me the charger which genuinely saved my life no even kidding. All in all, a big thank you to Nicolas and his kind behaviour and all the staffs who were really really easygoing and helpful.

The facilities were new, and the location was superb. It was easy to reach the Biennale and the other venues I planned to visit.

There was a small incident, but the hotel staff handled it professionally.

A very nice hotel with a friendly staff, very clean, airconditioning in the room , a tasty breakfast and good location .

Hotel is situated in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Rialto bridge. Spotlessly clean, modern and stylish rooms and lovely staff.

Nothing to report - maybe a little more variety at breakfast but still, a lovely woman runs the breakfast service and she is efficient and super organised.
