El hotel esta muy descuidado, los elevadores no sirven, la habitación huele mal, el aire acondicionado hace ruido muy fuerte por momentos y la regadera esa oxidada y la llave no servia. Una noche se encendió la alarma y las luces a las 4 am por que se les fue la luz. La verdad fue una pésima experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The staff was great. The cleaning lady Claudia was amazing and attentive. And the front desk girl Abril were both amazing.
Ill be brief to not make it whole story. The shower had pressure, the sink would clog, the toilet has a horrible squeaking sound after you flush it for the next 30 minutes, you have to close the bathroom door to be able to sleep at night and not hear it. The shower clogs and creates a huge puddle that it's disgusting and you have to wear sandals in there or slippers. The carpet is filthy and full of stains and hair from other people. The windows are extremely dirty and it's hard to even look out up. It's like they've never been cleaned, it's even broken and repaired with tape. The AC unit works fine but has a really loud noise. And the elevator broke for about day and a half and staying on the 4th floor was not fun coming up the stairs.. and on another location the water was shut off for about 8 hours. I would normally say you get what you pay for, however we did pay about $100 a day to stay here and for Mexico standards that is a bit High. I regret not looking into other hotels but this is why I am making this post so people don't make the same mistake. This hotel room is worth $50 at best. Other than Claudia and Abril this experience has been horrible for the last 14 days we stayed here. We would have left day one but we were forced to stay with the no cancellation policy that they have if you order through booking.com Do what this information as you may I have plenty of more videos if you need more proof. Unfortunately I am not able to post videos just pictures. The staff is great and this will be a great hotel that they fixed everything and didn't wait until something broke to fix it.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location was great. The employees were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Susana, the front desk manager was wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful.
The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The air conditioner was very loud and too close to the bed so the cold air blows directly on you in bed. There were no drinking glasses in the room. The rooms and hallways badly needed a facelift and remodeling. The breakfast was virtually the same every day and after several days we had breakfast out. The bath towels were very old and rough not soft, absorbent, and fluffy. There were no washcloths furnished and there was only plastic pump bottles for body soap. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and not good for anything. In short, they have a great staff who try very hard but they need to be given more to work with.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was extremely dusty, to the point that I was dealing with nose congestion during my stay. The carpets were especially bad—they looked extremely old and like they had not been properly deep-cleaned in years. The housekeeping staff did change the bed sheets every day, which I appreciated, but beyond that, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Dust and the condition of the carpets made the entire room feel dirty and poorly maintained. For a hotel, cleanliness should be one of the most basic expectations. Replacing the sheets is not enough when the carpets and the rest of the room clearly need a serious deep cleaning and better maintenance. I hope management addresses this because it had a major impact on the comfort of my stay.

Elevador, solo uno funcionaba y se escuchaba muy mal. un día tuve que subir por las escaleras ya que le estaban dando mantenimiento al que funcionaban y tengo problemas con mis rodillas. Los desayunos, muy básicos, muy chica el área del desayuno, en la hora pico tenías que hacer fila. Habitación en ciertos momentos, olía muy mal a humedad.

Tenía una reserva confirmada y, a pesar de que el propio personal del hotel me llamó por teléfono para confirmar mi hora de llegada —ocasión en la que les reiteré que pagaría con tarjeta directamente en el establecimiento, aprovechando la opción que la misma plataforma ofrece—, cancelaron mi reservación antes de mi llegada y sin previo aviso. Para "solucionar" su error, decidieron de manera completamente arbitraria y sin consultarme reubicarme en otro hotel. No me tomaron en cuenta para esta decisión. Esta falta de seriedad, sumada a otras malas experiencias previas que ya he tenido en este mismo lugar hacen que no recomiendo este hotel en absoluto; carecen de profesionalismo, respeto por el cliente y control en sus reservas.

The room was clean but smells really bad. The whole building needs renovation. I don’t think I would stay there again. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very friendly. El cuarto se veía limpio pero olía muy mal. Todo el hotel necesita renovación. No creo que me volvería a hospedar ahí. Por otro lado el personal del hotel fue muy amable.

El desayuno no tenía variedad para los niños fruta solo puso un poco y se acababa y ponía de nuevo después de un rato los niños no comieron por qué el huevo tenía espinaca y lo demás chile y PS era todo cereal solo avía un tipo y no avía para elegir además la señora de Ai era grosera nomas cuidaba que agarrabas y te vijila cuánto y es incómodo aparte de su cara que trai malumorada lo demás muy bonito y limpio
