La atencion de la recepcionista fue muy pesima y el ultimo dia llegue ni realizaron limpieza y le fui a avisar a la misma recepcionista mala cara y me jusgo de loco que ya aviso y no sabia si la reaalizarian pronto.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La verdad no era lo que pensé no tenía ni un frigobar ni micro ni cafetera tenía que pedir toallas para conservar el hielo y se derretía muy rápido el piso se mojaba tenía que limpiar estaba en remodelación la cocina siempre faltaba algo en el desayuno demasiado frío no tenía como regular el clima del cuarto lo mejor fue la camarista del piso 7 muy amable no me gustaría recomendar a mi familia ni amigos gracias
Que no tenía lo de un cuarto de abitacion de hotel ni cafetera ni frigobar ni mucho menos microondas 😡

El hotel se encuentra en remodelación y nos comentaron que llevaban 3 a 5 meses y que todavía les faltaba más tiempo. Creo que deberían especificar el n la aplicación sobre esto,para más comodidad para huésped. Fuera de esto todo muy bien. Volvería a hospedarme pero primero confirmaré si ya terminaron la remodelación porque no me gusta comer siempre en la habitación.

El hotel estaba en remodelacion y habia ruidos generados por los trabajadores, ademas problemas con el wifi, en dos ocasiones vino el tecnico debido a fallas.

No comenta que esta en remodelacion, esta muy sucio, generalmente huele demaciado a thinner, en la "recepcion" solo una persona tiene actitud de servicio, y en especial una muchacha que tiene pesima actitud. El pasillo para tomar el elevador huele mal, tiran basura de comida ahí y pañales sucios y huele terrible, en el cuarto, habia cucarachas. No pude cancelar por que no habia pagado una tarifa flexible por que en ningun lado vi los comentarios reales del hotel, espero los mios les sirvan. El cuarto muy pequeño, la tele no se veia bien, el internet y la luz se iban.
