Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Que el paquete incluía, desayuno y era tipo bufete, me gustó que cada cuarto cuenta con su cocinita ya que por los días que uno se queda esta super bien y aparte no tienes que preocuparte de salir a comer tomando en cuenta que no conoces la ciudad.
Llegamos cuando estaban haciendo reparaciones al hotel, y en 2 ocasiones llegaron al cuarto a cambiar los equipos para la TV. Mi esposo se quejaba de la presión del agua. Pero para mí eso no fue problema.

Los colchones están demasiado suaves y para usar el estacionamiento tienes que estar llamando y se pierde mucho tiempo de aquí a que vienen y te abren. No hay un guardia al pendiente

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026This place is great, the staff was phenomenal. They clean rooms every day, new towels every time these cleaning girls pass by. The gym is small, but great for a workout. The restaurant has a great selection of dishes, the pizza was also a hit, the tacos de Alambre are just also a favorite. Right next door to the american consulate. The Medical clinic is right across the street from the entrance of the hotel and the biometrics is just a 5 minute walk pass the consulate. Don't talk to strangers outside of your hotel, specially on your consulate appointment day. May Godbless and Trust in the Lord.

The only thing was that the drain was smelling but other than that Everything was amazing And when I mentioned the smell in the bathroom immediately thet took care of. That is how much they care . I admire all the Stuff.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Very well maintained and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Transportation is available within a 5km radius and to the airport as well. They have a pool at their second property down the street. Breakfast is hot and fresh every morning. Being able to do your laundry is also a big plus when you have a longer stay.

Breakfast was good, but could be better, allowance of disturbing by kids fighting just right outside rooms, we had to wait over 30 mins to get our room, we arrived after 3pm , room was already booked almost 2 months prior.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025The location was great, everything is 5 -15 min walk. The breakfast was great. The staff was outstanding. My room had a window facing the street and had a great view of the clinica medicas. The mall was across the bridge. A ton of restaurants were walking distance. The hotel offers transportation to and from grocery stores and restaurants. In the lobby you will find complimentary hot tea in winter. They think about everything here. Even In the room, the have pumps installed for shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion and hand soap. Plates and utensils. I truly recommend this hotel.

Me tocó un simulacro de evacuación, me avisaron con anticipación y todo y me dijeron que es solo si quería participar, desafortunadamente tenía una videoconferencia en ese momento y la chicharra de emergencia fue algo molesta, pero imagino es un tema que va más allá de la administración del hotel

I didn’t like that everything had a price and nothing was complimentary. At the cafeteria, I saw an unattended popcorn machine with no price sign, so I assumed it was free. Later, an attendant told me it cost 30 pesos. I had just arrived and didn’t have pesos yet, so I had to dig out a dollar and some quarters to cover it. The same thing happened in the game area—there was no sign, but it turned out to cost 100 pesos. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the place was clean and the food was great, but those little things left a bad impression. I also wanted to use the gym but wasn’t sure if there was a fee for that too. Next time, I’ll try the Ibis hotel across the street.

Also they take you and pick you up at stores and places you need to go, so helpful. The location right next to the Consulate also made this a top choice, I definitely recommend Hotel Mesa Luna Long and Short Stay!
