Location was perfect. Rooms were great and was a perfect base for a 2 night stay.

The breakfast was included and it was okay, not wonderful but adequate and good to start a busy day of sightseeing with breakfast.

We liked the fact that it was at a central location. Very close to everything that we wanted to do. Staff was really good, the Asian lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs, she always greeted us with a smile which was a very different experience to every other entrance in italy.

The fact that I booked a room in this hotel thinking it was a 2 bathroom apartment but when I arrived it was only 1 bathroom. When I spoke to the hotel, they said it must of been a typo on booking.com and that it was a mistake

Hotel bem próximo da estação Centrale de Nápoles. Não tem elevador, tem que subir as escadas para o quarto. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto pequeno, mas bem limpo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Excellent location very near the train station. Clean comfy rooms. Large luggage rack. Nice shelf unit in bathroom for toiletries. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. We got the rooms requested.

Shear curtains in both rooms - need an eye mask to sleep. Walls were a little thin in one room. No lift - 30 winding stairs to first floor. Shower drain is slow. Have to leave key at front desk; one key per room.

Prima hotel op een erg handige locatie, vlak bij het station. Vanaf het vliegveld ben je met de Alibus snel bij het hotel, wat ideaal is als je net aankomt of weer naar het vliegveld moet. Het hotel zelf was netjes en voldeed prima aan onze verwachtingen. Bij de receptie werd aangeraden om, wanneer je de deur uitgaat, je sleutel bij de receptie achter te laten in verband met zakkenrollers. Dat vonden wij eigenlijk wel een prettig en geruststellend idee. Wij waren persoonlijk geen grote fan van de stad zelf, maar dat heeft absoluut niets met het hotel te maken. Het hotel was voor ons juist een fijne en praktische uitvalsbasis tijdens ons verblijf. Zeker een goede keuze als je op zoek bent naar een betaalbaar en praktisch hotel dichtbij het station en de luchthavenverbinding.

This hotel was surprisingly nice for the price we got it. It was also very close to the station and metro which was nice. The staff were kind. At the time of our stay, even if it was close to the station, it felt like a fairly safe area. This may be due to ongoing security efforts in Italy.

Some things were odd like they wanted to keep the room key in the lobby if we went out and we lacked a do not disturb sign without getting a new one. I saw other rooms that had it.

The staff were so helpful and kind, going out of their way to help answer questions. Despite the busy location, it was quiet and peaceful in the room.

Location was great, couldn't be any closer to Napoli Centrale. Rooms were very comfortable for a short stay!

Personal muy amable y frente a piazza Garibaldi. Gran ubicación para metro, bus y tren.

Habia que subir una escalera para llegar a la habitación, a todas por igual, y con la valija es complicado. Pero aún asi, no fue para tanto.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, mogliśmy zostawić rzeczy przed rozpoczęciem pobytu jak i po nim, ogólnie z niczym nie było problemu. Sam hotel oceniam jak najbardziej na plus. Bliskość dworca to duża wygoda logistyczna.

W pokoju do łazienki prowadzi schodek, na który trzeba uważać. Największym minusem jest niestety okolica – brudne ulice i ogólny brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa mocno psują wrażenie.

Cheap budget hotel near the station. Very no fuss. Very good air conditioning. Remember this is a budget hotel lower expectations.

Mi sono ospitata in questa struttura altre volte perché l’ubicazione è ottima ma questa volta che ho portato amiche c’era una stanza tripla senza aria condizionata ed è stato un incubo per loro dormire con la finestra aperta 🙃

Staff molto cordiale. Stanza pulita e posizione davvero ottima. Colazione buona e ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto vicini.

Lo único positivo es que queda en frente de la estación Garibaldi, lo cual es un plus para moverse en transporte, adicional allí pasaba el Alibus y me llevó al aeropuerto en 15 min y solo costaba €5 por persona. Caminando es cerca de varias cosas. Pero honestamente Nápoles es feo.

El precio demasiado alto para la habitación tan horrible, el baño súper sucio, le falta una limpieza profunda. Hacía demasiado calor, el AC no funcionaba bien, el sitio era inseguro, al salir a caminar había gente en mal estado, siempre vi policías.

Just outside the Annapolis termini, the convenience of its location was the best part we could immediately jump into the old town and enjoy of most places, good restaurants, and good food.

The place is right outside the terminal, which means that there is a lot of presence of immigrants and street vendors. The streets are not the cleanest.

La struttura é proprio accanto alla stazione il che la rende strategica se si arriva tardi o si parte presto! Staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera carina e pulita. Il letto é comodo e la stanza silenziosa! Non ho provato la colazione perché al mattino non mangio, ma in camera c’era l’acqua di cortesia e la macchinetta per il caffé. Mi hanno tenuto i bagagli dopo il check out, ho molto apprezzato. Non c’é l’ascensore ma le camere sono al primo piano quindi per me non è stato un problema salire e scendere con la valigia. Tornerò di sicuro.

One of the hotel’s main advantages is its convenient location. Being close to the metro and train station makes getting around much easier. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help guests with any issues they may have. Since our flight was at night, the hotel staff immediately called a taxi for us at the entrance, and one of the staff members even accompanied us outside. This level of care was very pleasant. It was also nice to have a coffee machine in the room, as well as complimentary water for guests, which made our stay more comfortable.

The rooms are quite small. We asked to change our room because it was uncomfortable and there was hardly any space to move around. The staff kindly gave us a more comfortable room. However, the shower was still very small and inconvenient. In addition, the shower drain did not work properly, so water accumulated and spread across the bathroom floor while showering. The hotel’s location close to the metro and train station is a big advantage. However, the surrounding area itself does not feel very safe or pleasant. There are often homeless people and many different people around, and especially in the evening, the area can feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault and is not directly related to the hotel itself.

We found Naples to be very dirty and felt unsafe walking around. The hotel itself felt safe. There was a few restaurants on the same street which were good so we didn’t have to go too far from the hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to Napoli Centrale train station was a big advantage for us. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and always tried to assist us when needed. However, we did not find the rooms particularly comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable. In room 42, the bathroom and toilet area is one step higher than the rest of the room, which was not very practical, especially at night. The bed in single room 36 was quite small. The rooms were also reached through narrow, maze-like corridors. There was no lift to the first-floor rooms where we stayed, so we had to carry our luggage up a very narrow staircase. This is worth keeping in mind if you are travelling with large or heavy suitcases. The air conditioning also did not cool the room sufficiently. Overall, the convenient location near the train station and the friendly, helpful staff were the strongest points, but the room comfort, beds, air conditioning and accessibility with luggage could definitely be improved.

Really great location and personnel! Close to the train station and also to the city center. It is such a nice touch to offer the welcome drink as well and exchange with the owner.

It was just a bit loud when people go in and out of the rooms but otherwise all good!

The location is perfect--the Napoli Centrale train station, the airport shuttle, the train to Pompeii, the Naples metro are all just a few steps from the hotel. Rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful. Perfect for any travellers going through Naples without a car. Breakfast was pretty good. Appeared to have been recently remodelled--looked like new in our rooms.

There was no lift for bags, but someone from the hotel brought our heaviest bag up for us.

Facilities were great in the room. Small but had everything you needed. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a lift and the rooms are upstairs but this is explained before you arrive. Great location in close proximity to the main train station and loads of other amenities. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience and super value for money.

Simple, clean, affordable and nice. Nothing was missing, this is the perfect stay for me. The bed was comfortable and felt new, they thought a bit about decor, and while the exterior/ halls leave something to be desired, the most important part is the room and it was wonderful.

Piccolo hotel molto comodo sopra la stazione di porta Garibaldi, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, ambienti puliti e ordinati. Camere sviluppate su un unico piano recentemente ristrutturate, bagno con doccia spaziosa. Colazione ok in saletta dedicata. In camera abbiamo trovato due bottigliette d'acqua e due caffè offerti.

Avrei apprezzato che la colazione avesse compreso anche qualche vasetto di yogurt e qualche frutto in più. In bagno mancava il bidet.

L’unico problema è la mancanza di ascensire.

Mały ale dobrze zorganizowany i wyposażony pokój z lodówką (której nie było w opisie wyposażenia pokoju). Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadanie było miłym zaskoczeniem (bo wg opisu spodziewałem się tylko kawy i croissant’a). Miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji. Przemiły pan z obsługi w restauracji śniadaniowej :-), który dbał o to aby na bieżąco uzupełniać produkty.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń, no może tylko takie że hotel powinien zadbać o aktualizację opisów co zawiera pokuj i że jest dobre / różnorodne śniadanie , a nie kontynentalne).

Struttura rinnovata in posizione comoda attaccata a stazione e metropolitana. Staff gentile, mi hanno custodito i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Colazione nella media.

Finiture un po’ basic per essere un tre stelle (es. guarnizione della doccia scollata, leggero odore di ristagno in bagno e nei corridoi). Manca inoltre un mini frigo per tenere l’acqua al fresco d’estate.
