I arrived in the evening, and he took the time to explain everything to me very clearly — where to go and what to see that evening. Thank you so much, sir, for everything. This hotel would not be the same without you! The next day, the other receptionist was also wonderful and very kind to me. Cleanliness. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. For this price, I honestly don’t know if you could find anything better.
Kettle. It would be much better if there were one in the room. Breakfast. It is quite basic, with only the minimum selection. Still, you won’t go hungry. Overall, you get what you pay for.

It was very limited and there were almost no choices, especially for guests who do not eat pork. The cheese was placed together with slices of pork, which meant we could not eat it. There were also no vegetables at all and not even any fruit. Overall, we were happy with the cleanliness, staff, and location, but the breakfast definitely needs significant improvement.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Hotel dichtbij centraal station. Was praktisch aangezien we met de trein moesten. Je moet wel een stukje lopen om het centrum in te komen. Ontbijt was simpel maar prima. Kamer was ruim en netjes.
Personeel spreekt gebrekkig engels, maar dat vonden we niet heel erg. Je moet je sleutel van je kamer inleveren als je naar buiten gaat en die krijg je natuurlijk gewoon weer als je binnenstapt. Locatie bij centraal station is OK. Ga voor avondeten lekker het centrum in. Er zitten een paar tentjes in de buurt maar dat schijnen allemaal "tourist traps" te zijn.

Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, si è reso subito disponibile ad aiutarmi nel prenotare un taxi per l'aereoporto per il giorno successivo all'orario da me stabilito e così è stato.
La stanza piccina e un po' spartana, ho trovato un po' di polvere sul comodino

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Schönes Hotel im 1.Stock (kein Fahrstuhl!). Direkt an der Piazza Garibaldi, also nur ein ganz kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und zum Flughafenbus. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür. Ausreichend großes Zimmer und Bad. Letzteres könnte mal wieder ein Makeover vertragen. Sehr einfaches (italienisches) Frühstück inklusive. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

部屋に冷蔵庫がないこと。ローマの安宿でも備えられていたのにと落胆。いつでも冷えたお水が飲みたい。部屋にないなら、朝食部屋に給水機があるのかなあと探してみたが見当たらなかった。 チェックイン時に6時チェックアウトと伝えると、「持参できる朝食を用意しておくね。」と先方から申し出てくれて、喜んでいたのになかった。24時間体制のフロントで、担当がよく変わっていたから伝わっていなかったか。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026It was great for a quick stop-over on the way home. The personnel is very friendly, the location fabulous for travel, in the middle of Garibaldi square, and the beds are wonderful.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026O atendente foi super atencioso e a localização maravilhosa, pertinho da estação de trem e exatamente na frente da entrada pra o metrô, inclusive a circumvesuviana que dá acesso à Pompéia e o Vesúvio. Fica entre vários restaurantes e vi um bom policiamento no local.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Очень удобно дойти из вокзала , под отелем много вкусных ресторанов где очень вкусная пицца. Так же в день выезда можно оставить чемоданы и спокойно погулять по городу. Отличное место .

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026As I was having some mobility issues at the time of my visit, the proximity of the hotel to the station made it much easier for me to get around the city without excessive walking. Also, good range of restaurants just outside the door of the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff on the front desk and also in the breakfast room. The continental breakfast provided was excellent.
I had no problems during my stay.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The breakfast was sufficient The location is extremely close to the train station, which made it easy to do what we planned on doing. But we were able to walk to a lot of areas of the city. It is in the city center, so it is a hectic area. The air condition was good, especially for Europe
There is no elevator. There are steps to walk up to reception and then you have to go up a set of stairs to the rooms They did help us with our luggage up when we left, we just brought ours down, but they would’ve helped

L'odeur de la cigarette dans la chambre malgré qu'il soit noté que les chambres de cet établissement sont non fumeur.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Die Lage ist super. Die meisten organisierten Touren haben ihren Abholpunkt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann die Innerstadt zu Fuß erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da das Hotel nicht an einer Straße liegt. Unser Zimmer war aber auch nach hinten raus. Vor dem Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Ob man von denen etwas hört wissen wir nicht. Wir haben aber gerne das gute Essen genossen. Im Lokal gleich nebenan bekommt man als Hotelgast sogar 10 %. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage hat gut runtergekühlt. Es war sehr heiß als wir da waren.
Die Fugen im Badezimmer sahen nicht so gut aus. Aber alles war sauber.
