JW Marriott Hotel Cairo

The hotel food , service , the staff is very nice and professional.

I would have gave the hotel 9 ,if they told me when I booked that the 2 kids pools and aqua is closed for wedding , I received a message 2 hours before check in and the best thing in the hotel for kids is the pool.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. The indoor and outdoor architectural design is amazing. Food is great. The restaurant are beyond expectations. The coffee shop overlooking the lake and landscape / greenery. Timeless luxury !

Breakfast was excellent!

I booked a room with a transfer from and to the airport. I sent a message to the hotel with plenty of time to book the service and I am still waiting for a response. I also arrived late in the evening and they wanted to take my luggage to my room. I had a small boy who needed to go to bed. I waited almost an hour and in the end I had to go to the reception to pick up my luggage cosa they would not bring it. The guys at the reception were chatting, laughing and having a good time while I took my luggage without their knowledge. It was not acceptable!

Nice hotel with all required amenities. The receptionist Ms Mariam provided me a room with nice lively view. Staffs were supportive in all aspects. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly on daily basis.

The room is very old, the bathroom was smelly so we had to change rooms. The AC in the second was on and off. The water pools and waves beed more cleaning, the pool chairs some are ripped.

The hospitality and the amenities are the best

The food of the restaurant at the pool is not the bext experience, and the wedding held at the beach area limited us from using it on that day and the sound of DJ was too loud untill midnight Also the construction in the balconies during the stay

We used to like this hotel very much and it used to be an excellent getaway for weekends. The best part this time was the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The Beach was closed because of a wedding. We were only informed on the day of our check in, which did not give us time to change our plans. The outdoor pool is nowhere to compare with the Beach. Also, the bedsheets at the room smelled bad. This hotel used to be really outstanding, this time it was a disappointment.

Just completed a stay here with my family. The hotel is beautiful and reminds me of Old Italy. Really cool swimming pool facilities and a great gym! Executive lounge is well maintained and offers great options. But what truly set this hotel apart for us was its dedicated staff. Every hotel team member was so polite and helpful. In particular, Mariam Hatem at the front desk really stood out! Mariam was exceptional! Throughout the check-in process, she highlighted every detail and feature of this hotel. Mariam make sure that we had the best accommodations and that we had everything we needed. She really set the tone for a wonderful visit! Looking forward to returning again soon!

Mariam Hatem has a very positive energy and greeted us with a big smile as soon as we entered the Executive Lounge during breakfast. She is very supported and ensured that we had a great time. We didn’t feel like strangers. The breakfast has a variety of food and we love the beef bacon and Lebanese mezze. Happy with our first time here at JW Marriott Cairo Hotel.

My experience with the family was truly complete. I do not have a single comment that could've made my experience better. As an American who grew up eating quesadillas, I have high standards when it comes to authentic flavor. I’ve traveled to Saudi Arabia and many other countries, but the quesadilla at the JW Marriott in Egypt truly stood out. The chef was incredibly talented, and the taste was remarkably close to what I’d enjoy at Taco Bell back home. It was oneA special thanks to Amir, the Executive Lounge Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. He made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I would also like to give my heartfelt thanks to Chef Mohamed. He is not only an outstanding chef but also someone who genuinely cares about his guests. He took the time to ask about my children’s favorite foods and made sure they had meals they would enjoy. On top of that, he thoughtfully prepared travel meals for them to take with us. This thoughtful gesture reflects not only his passion for cooking but also the genuine care and love he has for the people he cooks for. The hospitality shown and service provided by the staff - Mr. Mohamed ElSaid, Mr.Ibrahim, Mr.Mohamady, Mr.Mahmoud, Mr.Salem in executive lounge is phenomenal, they ensured I never missed home, their warm gestures and individual attention , addressing my food preferences (being a vegetarian) was too good…eagerly waiting to meet them in my next visit…super team!! Myriam - manager at hotel reception is a super girl, highly customer service oriented, you ask and she will ensure it is addressed - more power to the lady!!

The Hotel getting old and need renovation. They should ban visitor from smoking in public area and restaurants. It’s quote unhealthy and cigarettes smoke everywhere in the lobby and breakfast restaurants

Rooms require some repairs. Not the way the repairs are made there, but upscale works with attention to details

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel offered us late check out because one of the facilities were out of service so it was a nice gesture. Also, they offered breakfast. I like the facilities, swimming pools, specially down artificial beach. It was good. There are some good restaurants. I had a chance to eat at the steakhouse and it was one of the best meat cuts I’ve had in my life.

I did not like the Shisha place when I went to watch the game and have some dinner with Aisha. They only offered the far away table, even though the restaurant was not full nor booked. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but somehow limited. The hotel requires more maintenance to keep it five star vibe.

Away that i had some concerns on the food served in the executive lounge, i had a very bad experience when one of the guests harassed me and forced me to leave my seating area around the pool. A worker saw everything and came to me to apologize stating that the incident has been reported to the management and an action will be taken. I stood still and did not take any violent reaction respecting the place and trusting that an action would be taken. Nothing till i left was done. This made me believe that the place is not safe and anyone could violate the place rules and jeopardize the guests safety with no action taken.

Amazing and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet is great. Connected rooms to accommodate our family. Spacious bathrooms. Spa and multiple restaurants within the hotel.

The outdoor areas, such as the pools, would benefit from some modernization and a new coat of paint. The kids club is a (run down) arcade which our children loved but we had hoped for supervised games and activities like arts and crafts, sports, etc like other 5 star resort that would enable parents to relax for an hour or 2 as well (here we just had to sit around in the noisy arcade and watch our children play - they loved it of course). It is quite far from the main attractions of Cairo, however the benefit is that it is very quiet and peaceful.

Les restaurants, les infrastructures, les produits sont d'une grande qualité... Un hôtel qui est bien positionné selon les sites touristiques.

The ambience was top notch, breakfast came in as buffet, the staff were so friendly despite the language barrier. The room was exquisite, I love everything about the hotel. Unfortunately, wasn't able to go to the spa and the pool

My chiller was empty, had to call room service anytime I needed a drink(beer/wine)

Our one night stay was truly spectacular (as family, 2 adults / 2 children). Once checked in, one does not want to leave the Hotel premises again. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our late departure, great airport pickup / drop off, the breakfast buffet is from another planet, and the pools are fantastic (we particularly loved the wave pool and the ping pong). Nothing. There was absolutely nothing wrong. The entrance to the indoor pool and sauna was tricky to find and navigate but they were doing construction, understandable.

This is an amazing hotel and property. The staff were extremely helpful and proactive. The gentleman in the executive lounge took good care of me as I worked all day. They were attentive, anticipated my every need and even offered items for good merit. My spa was delightful and the best I’ve had in recent memory. Niluh was phenomenal, and amazing! All of my treatments were top notch. She allowed me to select the order in which I wanted the treatments within my package and made each one unique, detoxifying and relaxing. I felt like a revived spirit when I left. The health center was clean, fully equipped with a great view of the pool. The food throughout the property was excellent. Overall a great stay!
