Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Some staff members are friendly, smiling, and very helpful, while unfortunately, others are quite the opposite and need to improve the way they deal with guests.
Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not as good as I expected. The refrigerator in my room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it took a very long time to resolve. I had to stay awake until around 3:00 AM waiting for the refrigerator to be replaced. I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently, especially since guests should not have to stay awake until the early hours of the morning just to have a basic room facility fixed. Overall, the way the issue was handled negatively affected my stay.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The internet connection is extremely poor and unreliable. In some rooms, there is almost no Wi-Fi signal at all, and the mobile network coverage is also very weak or completely unavailable. This makes it very difficult to stay connected or even use basic online services. For a hotel, especially nowadays, reliable internet access should be considered an essential service. Unfortunately, this has been another disappointing part of my stay.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Extremely disappointing 👇🏻
★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong dates and realized the mistake almost immediately. As soon as I noticed it, I booked the same property again with the correct dates and completed my stay there. When I contacted the property to explain the situation and request assistance, they informed me that they had never received any cancellation or refund request regarding the original reservation. This was extremely frustrating, as it left me paying for two reservations for the same trip with no attempt from the property to help resolve what was clearly an honest mistake. Instead of showing professionalism, understanding, or even a willingness to assist a genuine guest, the property simply dismissed the issue. I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. The way my case was handled left me feeling that keeping my payment mattered more than treating a genuine customer fairly. I ended up paying twice for the same trip because of a simple human error, and the complete lack of support from the property was unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

I asked your front desk staff for bottled water, but they told me it would only be available on the first day of my stay? Actually, when I checked in at 10 PM on June 8th, there was no bottled water in my room. There wasn't any on the second day either. I'm very confused. I've already stayed for two consecutive days. I think any hotel should prepare bottled water for guests in advance, right? Instead of having guests remind your front desk staff? There was no Wi-Fi available before I checked out at 12 PM on June 10th. A very poor experience.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The staff provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service at ALL times which is why I returned to this hotel. Maryam helped me even after I checked out the hotel. Nyla, Manager Ahmed, Mohammed night staff and Mohammed security were always helpful, going out of their way to assist where other hotels may not. They all provided excellent hospitality and ensured that I was comfortable and happy. I felt very safe at this hotel. When my disabled grandma went for breakfast the chef was very accommodating and bought freshly cooked breakfast items to her table. The front of house area is nicely decorated with a functioning piano that guest can use. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful. I wish this hotel and the staff are successful future.
The location is in a residential area which means that unless you use an Uber a regular taxi has to drive around for a lengthy time before gaining access. The security at gate 5 would refuse access to taxis. I was forced to use taxis when Uber's cancelled. Due to taxis being forced to drive around longer this cost much more in money and time and at times was dropped off 25 minutes walk from the hotel which felt dangerous. Considering most visitors to this hotel will be using some form of a taxi there appears to be no reasonable agreement between gate 5 security and the hotel to allow taxi users to use this access which immediately brings you to this hotel. This contributed to me missing flight back home and cost a lot of money to buy another ticket. This issue made the whole experience negative and problematic and quite frankly did not make any sense even when showing proof that I was a guest at this hotel. I hope they can resolve this issue so that future visitors to the hotel can avoid this horrible and nonsense issue preventing taxis taking guests through gate 5. Please also note, guests pay for the slippers and are provided upon request.
