Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially considering the amount I paid for my stay. The furniture in the room appeared old and in need of updating, and the breakfast was below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, I felt that the quality and service did not provide good value for the price. I expected a much higher standard from a five-star property, and unfortunately, I left with a negative impression of my stay.

It was so luxurious! We stayed for our wedding night and the hotel made sure it was extra special.

Als Messehotel gut und nah.

Das erste Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt. Nach 3 von 5 Nächten wurde mir abends dann ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Da war die Klimaanlage nur sehr laut. Das ganze Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr gut aus, jedoch bei näherem Hinschauen müsste dringend mal Geld in die Hand genommen werden. Es sehr weit außerhalb und drum herum sehr viel Baustelle. Daher sehr viel Staub überall.

Reception team. They are very good welcoming people in particular Sayed and Wanis from the reception team they are very helpful and they know how to welcome the clients and help them. Room service team as well Amro and Gamal they are very helpful and very good services room staff. Farah in the restaurant she is very good and she is professional

I booked my room and pay it and got confirmatiom.however when I reached the hotel they said there is no reservation .and I had to pay for the room for a second time.

Havuz odası tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Genel anlamda, personel çok yardımcıydı; dengeli ve samimi bir şekilde yaklaştılar, kendimizi çok rahat hissettik.

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and celebrated a very special wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thank you to Christine at the breakfast restaurant for her kindness, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. She truly made our celebration even more joyful and memorable. We greatly appreciate her efforts and look forward to returning soon.

I have only one issue … that if you are in first floor you need to go back again to reception to get the acess to the outdoor pool

The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff here are so welcoming and very helpful. One of our waiters Mahmoud Islam was very helpful and nice. The buffet was spectacular and had a variety of food. The room was very spacious and had a huge bathroom with a luxury vibe. They were very clean with no loud sounds during the night. The location is near to the airport and value for the price is perfect. Overall my experience here was 10/10. I would definitely come back.

Mahmoud and khaled gave us a great experience by the pool. The service was quick and the food tasted delicious. The pool is clean and the kids had lots of fun.

We spent the last two days at Kempinski Place Cairo. True Palace literally and in their services . We have been treated like royalty from check in and the wonderful room over looking the pool, the great breakfast leaving you wanting nothing extra. To great dinner served by chef Abu Zaid going out of his way to accommodate our needs . Great service and food quality. Many thanks also for looking after my mother who was not feeling well . Last but not least thanks to the great service by room service food& drinks quality and service especially. Abdel Rahman .

We had an unforgettable stay celebrating our anniversary. A huge thank you to Latifa from the Lady in Red team for making every detail so special. From the beautiful room decoration to organizing our romantic anniversary dinner, everything was perfectly arranged with warmth, care, and professionalism. She truly made our celebration one to remember. A special thanks as well to Chef Tarek for the outstanding breakfast. The Maamoul, Shakshouka, and the entire breakfast selection were absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. We also want to thank Mr. Islam, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and supportive. His friendly hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable, comfortable, and full of positive energy. The only suggestion for improvement would be some maintenance for the indoor pool. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we genuinely appreciate the exceptional service from the entire team. We look forward to coming back!

The location close to the airport

The quality of the room,the shower was broken and the iron plug was for another country use not suitable for Egyptian type and also was broken the iron and very dangerous to use.

Great hotel, this my second visit, lots of staff remembered me, which was nice. Christin in the main restaurant looked after us fantastically at breakfast, which had a vast selection of quality food. The hotel has a great gym and the pool is a sun trap.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever visited with my friends, and this definitely won't be our last stay. I would like to thank the pool staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud Meligy, for his excellent service, attention to detail, and the quick delivery of our orders. His drink recommendations were outstanding, and his explanations helped us discover and enjoy new beverages. It was truly a wonderful experience and definitely worth it. We look forward to coming back again!

Valet at charge? Even if you are in house. Called 0 for the luggage, no one answered. Coffee was ok but having it at breakfast at paper cup? Very unusual Lift is very small for such hotel and only 1 lift was working during our short night Pool music loud that you could hear it from your room at 7am!

It was super easy to reach and fast check in. Especially thanks to lady in red Marcelina for her kindness and helpful approach. And Crepe with blueberry was awsome in breakfast. No need to talk the enviroment and rooms it was over expectations

Clean and great staff

Kempinski Palace is situated in new Cairo and is an old resort type of hotel. The room and the hotel is well equipped with a nice gym, pool and a great spa area. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

The facilities are not new and the rooms could take a renovation. The toiletries could be more as well. Also the locals in the spa area did not know how to behave in the sauna and left their waste in the facilities.

The property is very clean but what is more important is the level of customer service they have from the chef and food team

The toilet bidet is not a jet but it is a hose type. I think both options may be better

Marcelina at front desk was very helpful and did excellent work to celebrate birthday of my colleague While the check in was very bad and room was not given as was booked and no one cared to return calls for change of room till half an hour to change 2 single bed room to kind size bed, till I came back to front desk to change my room Mohammed in breakfast room was very cooperative and caring and took care of us very well for all 4 days

الافطار محدود لا توجد اطلالات سوى على المسبح والباقي على شارع عام نوافذ الغرف في الطوابق تحجب الرؤية على المسبح يفضل الغرف بالدور الارضي على المسبح

Luxurious hotel with pool

The whole staff where too rude and unprofessional, really demanding for tips also unhelpful when needed. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WORKING IN THE HOTEL WAS GOOD RATHER THEN HOUSEKEEPING.

There were a bit of mishaps, but nothing that wasn’t resolved so its all good. More kids activities or programs would also be nice to have, the outdoor kids club could use a bit more toys or a treehouse. Just saying for the future

in generale un buon albergo, nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto, ma un po' isolato per chi non ha una automobile a disposizione. Buona la colazione e i ristoranti interni.

Abbastanza singolare avere l'armadio in bagno e non nel corridoio...... un po' misero il set cortesia con prodotti di pochi ml.
