Malo y muy caro de los más caros y peores que he pagado a las 10.25 sin decir nada a las mesas quitaron y lo desagradables que ha sido desayunar con las palomas.En recepción nos informaron que el spa es hasta las 20:00.A las 18:15 llamamos y nos dijeron que ya no se podía porque el último pase es de 18:00-19:30, cuando en recepción nos dijeron que era hasta las 20:00h.

Excluding reception staff. The rest seemed to have an attitude. The blonde girls at the pool bat huffed and puffed at every request. Never a smile. Refused to serve me at main bar, sent me to pool bar. They didn’t stack bottles so had to come back. Which I did ask her. Another person was rude to my friend about where he smoked. One evening the guy at the bar, said “yes” when asking what we wanted. Just awful. Get better service in much cheaper places we have stayed. At half the price. The place needs updating urgently. Loose floor tiles. Rust in bathroom broken patio door to balcony.

La situacion de salubridad del agua de la piscina no es la que se espera de un Hotel de 4*. Estaba turbia y el suelo de la misma llena de cagadas de Pato. Creo que es algo mejorable a realizar antes de abrir el espacio cada mañana

The staff are so friendly and all happy to look after you. The pool area is so quite and chilled perfect for couples wanting a chilled & relaxed time. The food is very good and high quality.

La dificultad para conseguir mesa y muy lenta la atención en el restaurante Olivo. Y lo lejos que estaba mi habitación desde los ascensores.

Pisaću na srpsko-hrvatskom jeziku jer našim ljudima ovo treba da pomogne.Što se tiče hotela uzeo sam bez doručka i samo 3 jutra platio 42e dodatno i odustao jer je sve isto potpuno.Hotel je za pohvalu,a naročito osoblje iako imaju neku negativnu stranu depozit mora,doručak plati pa uđi,vrlo nepovjerljivi.Plaža pješice San Juan je super,ali nema hlada i dzaba tražite jer mi smo 2 dana taxijem i tramvajom išli do raznih.Uglavnom tramvajska stanica blizu i L4 i L5 voze u grad.Grad je nadprosječno lijep i čist,a sve okolo je prijatno.Iznenađeni smo ljubaznošću i smirenošću ljudi.Za 7 dana ni jednu svirenu čuli nismo.Taxi je povoljan prije polaska skinote aplikaciju Cabify i registrujte se i svuda znate cijenu i sve.Na plaži su stvarno cijene normalne,a ležaljke 2 i suncobran su 24e.Pijesak i valovi na početku razočaraju,a kasnije bude fascinantno lijepo.Ipak svi mi koji smo blizu Hrvatske nju trebamo favorizovati jer stvarno Hrvatsko more i plaže su prekrasni.Još jedno novo iskustvo sa budućom željom samo za Hrvatsko more i hladovinu.Ukusi su različiti,ali Hrvatska je za mene iznad ovog svega pa ko voli neka ide.

Procedure aerodromske i plaže bez prirodne hladovine

Fint rent hotel, stora rum och badrum, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vacker utsikt från rummet och snyggt kring pool området. Nära till kollektivtrafik och promenadavstånd (10-15 min) till stranden.

Frukost är samma varje dag, behövs lite variation med tanke på priset, saknade vattenkokare eller kaffemaskin i rummet.

The building has all you would want, however it’s all a bit shabby and a bit old in places.

Breakfast was ok but not worth the money. The pool albeit fine is a bit shabby and not what you might consider from a golf resort. Rooms are fine but dated.

La piscina del hotel es una maravilla. La localización está un poco lejos de la playa, pero el hotel ofrece un servicio de traslado a la playa.

El hotel se está renovando y lo cierto es que lo necesita, se nota que está bastante viejito en general.

We had a wonderful stay at Alicante Golf Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the surroundings are very pleasant, and we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. Overall, a lovely place for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

You can tell the hotel is really well managed. The place is spotless and the staff at reception and pool area were very efficient and friendly.

Отличное расположение отеля рядом с морем и гольф-полем. Очень красивая, ухоженная территория с пальмами, бассейном и приятной атмосферой. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, обслуживание на хорошем уровне. Номер был чистым и комфортным, а отдых получился спокойным и приятным.

Существенных недостатков не заметили. Возможно, можно немного обновить некоторые элементы интерьера и улучшить звукоизоляцию в номерах.

Nie podobała mi się bardzo wysoka cena. Brak możliwości palenia na całym obiekcie, uważam że na balkonie nikomu by to nie przeszkadzało. Proszę uważać na mini barek chcieli nam wmówić, że zjedliśmy KitKat i włożyliśmy następnego dnia co nie miało miejsca. Basen brudny, wchodzą do niego kaczki.

Recently refurbished to a good standard. Warm pool with plenty of sun loungers and choice of sun and shade. Outstanding staff, in particular reception staff and the poolside security guard. Lovely hot water in the bathroom. Amazing air-con. Mini fridge in the room. Nice location, great view of golf course to wake up to.

Pool was good, but had been lined quite poorly with a linoleum type medium which required gaffer taping mid-way through our stay. Needed to ask for shower gel and shampoo due to those essentials being completely empty in the room. Would have loved a kettle and tea bag for an early morning cuppa on the balcony but that didn't detract from overall enjoyment.

I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I was there they told me It was not included. The pool was not open until 10 a.m. and in summer it would be nice to be able to got earlier and pretty small. They didn't give me bottle water to drink and there was no where to buy it. The door to the balcony was also broken. Good that I was only two nights there.

The hotel itself looks fantastic, but unfortunately the service completely lets it down. Genuinely, none of the staff we encountered seemed to offer any real level of customer service. Very little politeness, barely any acknowledgement that you’re there, and generally no sense that anyone actually wants to serve or help you. It almost feels like they don’t want to make money. At the restaurant/bar by the pool, we sat at a table that had a reservation in two hours’ time. We wanted to have a couple of drinks and a light snack, but instead they refused to serve us and told us to leave the table. There was more than enough time to serve us and reset the table before the reservation, but it simply came across as staff not wanting the extra work. Also gave the excuse that food isn't being served at this time, despite about 2 minutes earlier food being brought to the table next to us. The room itself was another surprise. There was no kettle, no tea or coffee-making facilities and not even complimentary bottled water. I genuinely can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel, particularly one rated 4-star, where none of these basic amenities were provided. This may actually be a first for me. There is also surprisingly little information available around the hotel or in the rooms about what facilities are actually offered or where to find them. For example, while we had no intention of using the spa/wellness centre, after five nights we still had absolutely no idea where it was located. This is made worse by the fact that staff seem to know very little about anything outside their own department. Ask staff working around the pool or bars about the main restaurants or other areas of the hotel and they seem unable to provide even basic information. You don’t expect every employee to know absolutely everything, but in a 4-star hotel you would expect staff to have a reasonable knowledge of the wider hotel and be able to point guests in the right direction.

Allora , la piscina assolutamente da rifare c’è la muffa ed il pavimento è tutto staccato / scollato .. e sarebbe da pulire più spesso. Le camere molto vecchie , la vasca da bagno era nera e dalle tubazioni usciva odore di fogna A mio parere il prezzo è decisamente elevato .. c’è molto potenziale perché la struttura è grande in mezzo al verde però è da sistemare .. mi aspettavo molto di più . C’était magnifique , calme , la nourriture est fraîche et très très bonne ! Les chambre magnifique . Le personnel est au petit soin ! Tout est à proximité ! On peut s’y garer facilement !

Hotelul este amplasat la aprox 7 km față de centrul orașului Alicante, însă la aprox 6 min de acesta este gara Campo de Golf ( prețul unui bilet este de 1,40 euro), ceea ce înseamnă 15 min de mers cu trenul. Hotelul este amplasat într-un teren de golf ( totul este verde, impecabil). Personal amabil, care a răspuns prompt de fiecare dată. Micul dejun este diversificat și bogat ( zonă cu produse calde, antrepriza, fructe, dulciuri). Am avut o cameră renovată (123) spațioasă, cu multe spații de depozitare, cu o terasă mare ( priveliște spre grădină...ar putea fi mai bine îngrijită în acea parte), cu mobilier nou, paturi confortabile. Baia este mare, cu duș și separat toaletă și bideu. Zilnic s-a făcut curățenie în cameră și au fost schimbate prosoapele ( albe, pufoase) impecabile.Lenjeria albă, impecabilă. Zona de piscină este minunată: o zonă cu palmieri și verdeață, o muzică bună în surdină, restaurant cu mâncare foarte bună și deserturi excelente ( trebuie făcută rezervare pentru prânz, deoarece e aglomerat), zonă de bar separată, piscina curățată zilnic, cu personal serviabil și amabil.Restaurantul de la piscină ne-a amintit de Thailanda: înalt, cu ventilație în tavan, cu uși și geamuri din sticlă. Primești gratuit prosoape de la recepție. Au și zonă de spa, cu piscină interioară ( nu am folosit-o). Am fost impresionați de personal: oameni muncitori și eficienți.

Spațiile comune ar trebui renovate ( unii pereți sunt murdari, mobila veche).În hotel se renovează camere, dar nu ne-au afectat șederea în vreun fel. La check-in ni s-a cerut o garanție de 200 euro ( poate fi cash sau plătită cu cardul) pe care am primit-o la plecare ( noi am dat cash). În baie gelurile de duș ar putea fi înlocuite cu ceva mai de calitate.

Claro. Yo lo enfocaría en la política del hotel, no en la recepcionista, y atacaría especialmente el hecho de que sean 200 € cobrados directamente, en lugar de una simple preautorización. Así queda contundente sin sonar a pataleta. Review para Alicante Golf Mi experiencia en Alicante Golf fue buena en términos generales, pero hay una política del hotel que me parece totalmente desproporcionada y que considero importante señalar. Al llegar y realizar el check-in, se nos informó de que había que dejar 200 € de depósito como garantía ante posibles daños en la habitación. Hasta aquí, puedo entender que un hotel quiera protegerse. Lo que me parece poco razonable es que esos 200 € no se bloqueen como una preautorización en la tarjeta, sino que se cobren directamente, obligando al huésped a adelantar ese dinero. Sinceramente, en un hotel de cuatro estrellas esperaba otro tipo de gestión. Y más aún cuando se trata de una pareja adulta que llega, se aloja y utiliza la habitación con absoluta normalidad. Entiendo perfectamente que un establecimiento quiera establecer garantías, especialmente en determinadas reservas o situaciones, pero aplicar indiscriminadamente un depósito de 200 € me parece una medida excesiva y poco acorde con la experiencia que uno espera de un hotel de esta categoría. Además, cuando ya has pagado previamente la reserva, resulta bastante desagradable llegar al hotel y encontrarte con un cargo adicional de 200 € que no esperabas y que afecta directamente a tu liquidez durante la estancia. Quiero dejar claro que esto no es una crítica a la recepcionista que nos atendió, que simplemente estaba cumpliendo las normas establecidas por el establecimiento y nos atendió correctamente. La crítica va dirigida exclusivamente a la política del hotel. Creo que un hotel de cuatro estrellas debería encontrar fórmulas más razonables para garantizar posibles daños sin hacer que el cliente tenga que desembolsar 200 € de su cuenta como condición para poder alojarse.

hice la reserva de una cama de matrimonio y me querían meter una twis, me lo querían vender como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor el ponerme en la habitación con cama grande que había reservado. No me gustó ese detalle yo pagué por algo no buscaba favores de ningún tipo. Otra cosa que no me hizo mucha gracia es que ya he estado en otros hoteles y ninguno me ha pedido una fianza de 200€ por si se genera algún daño. Por lo general te piden una tarjeta bancaria y en caso dado de ahí te hacen el cobro. No había entrado a la habitación y ya tenía 200€ menos.. ( debería de estar explicito cuando haces la reversa )

Hemos repetido, calidad precio correcto

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, modernas y con muy buena iluminación. El personal fue muy amable y siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa. La piscina estaba genial, muy limpia y con un ambiente muy agradable para desconectar. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para pasar unos días de descanso.

The only issue we had was the poolside, people would leave their towels on the sun loungers all day to reserve them until they came back from wherever they had been. It should be managed better to avoid this so that it’s fair to everyone. We came back at 3pm ish and every sun lounger had a towel but less than half were in use.

No pude disfrutar del hotel como quería. Pero eso no fue culpa del hotel, si no de yo no saber a que hora eran los servicios. Para mi lo mejor fue el personal. Son de 10 y eso hace que un hotel sea excelente. Las instalaciones, son las de un hotel de su categoría, pero sus empleados superan al hotel.

Acceso a la piscina desde el ala donde estaba mi habitación 216 y creo que en Booking o en otras apps que lo ofrecen deberían poner el horario del spa y los servicios que este tiene. Lo elegí por el spa y la sauna. Pero no pude utilizarlos debido a que estaba fuera de horario, No sé a que hora lo suelen cerrar, pero el domingo se cierra a las 1800h, creo que es pronto en horario de verano y el lunes está cerrado. Creo que estos datos deben figurar. En Bookin, que es desde donde lo reservé yo, no aparecen. Si hubieran aparecido, hubiera cogido otro hotel o hubiera llegado a las 15:00h. ESto no es problema del hotel, si no del intermediario, así que descontento con Booking, no con el hotel

The hotel was quiet and very relaxing, our room was spacious and had a big balcony which included sunbeds. The bathroom was massive with large mirrors.

One thing we wish we’d known beforehand was that the boss were cashless as we had taken an exchange money also that if you wanted to use the pool towels they were a €50 deposit. The other thing was we were a room of three but the towels were only for two.

Absolutely everything about this place. I find my gem in Alicante and I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel difference itself from the ordinary hotels we all know. L accueil de Anne à la réception .c est un rayon de soleil et elle a eu la gentillesse de nous parler en français et de nous indiquer ce qu il fallait voir pendant les fêtes de San Juan .sinon l hôtel est très propre et les femmes de ménage très professionnelle. Merci à elles .nous avons passé une super semaine et je pense que nous y reviendrons.M et Mme KOITÉ

Nos despertó a las 3 de la mañana la música de la boda que celebraban en el hotel. Las habitaciones están muy viejas, ni una amenidad. La puerta del balcón ni cerraba bien, estaba rota la cerradura. El aire acondicionado goteaba en el suelo de la habitación y se creaba un charco. La piscina estaba cubierta de una especie de linóleo que no resulta muy higiénico. Un encargado despidió a un empleado delante nuestro…un desastre total.

Desperatly needs paintng in the corridors and my room was not clean, scruffy oldfashioned. The aircon was stuck on cold so had to get the exra blanket to keep warm at night. Not sure it qualifies as 4 star

Breakfast was excellent with a fresh choice of fruit, meat, fish and cereals. Swimming pool was clean and secure with free towels at reception. Room was cool with adequate balcony. Only a 15 min walk to the beach

There was no kettle (coffee/tea) in the hotel room. Bed was a bit soft. No parasol or shade on the balcony. The hotel itself was a bit shabby for a 4* BUT it was being renovated when we arrived. No walk in shower

Que no avisarán en la reserva que había una boda ese día y cerraban la piscina antes. Creo que eso deberían de avisar antes de que la gente reserve

Frukosten var helt ok, som en bättre hotellfrukost. Trevlig personal, en bit från stranden men vi ville ha promenaden så det var lagom avstånd. Vi fick utsikt över golfbanan och det var väldigt fin utsikt.

Tallrikar, glas mm till frukosten var dåligt diskade. Poolområdet var plötsligt stängt för bröllop utan alternativ lösning. Poolen var inte så bra städad. Städningen på hotellrummet medans vi bodde där var sådär. Men bra städat tills då när vi kom.

Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Golfplatz sehr schön. Die Poolanlage hat uns gut gefallen und zum Entspannen eingeladen. Freundliches Personal. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'établissement est propre, calme et bien entretenu. La piscine est agréable, les chambres sont confortables et disposent d'un minibar. L'hôtel est un peu excentré, mais le centre-ville est facilement accessible en transports. Plusieurs bars et pubs se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied, sans que cela ne génère de nuisances sonores.

Seul bémol : un mariage avait lieu pendant notre séjour et la piscine était en grande partie privatisée, ce qui nous a empêchés d'en profiter pleinement. Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons.
