Hotel Almirante Alicante

Hotel je blizu plaze. Sobarica je bila jako ljubazna i sve je bilo uvek precisto.

Dorucak nije ispunio ocekivanja za hotel sa 4 zvezdice. Svako jutro isti meni. Jaja na isti nacin, koja su uvek bila polu hladna, dok dodjem do svog stola, skroz se ohlade. Svi suhomesnati proizvodi su potpuno bezukusni i jako je mali izbor. Od salata je bio samo čeri paradajz. Buter koji se jedno jutro jako lose osecao, nije se mogao jesti. Kafa sa aparata, koja je totalno bezukusna. Bila je samo jedna vrsta kačkavalja, jako specificnog ukusa. Osoblje koje radi u restoranu je jako neljubazno, ako dodjes u 10h (a doručak traje do 10:30) gledaju te popreko. Osoblje skoro da ne govori engleski jezik, komunikacija je jako otezana. Hotel nudi od 10:30 dorucak koji se naplacuje, jednom smo dosle oko 11 i dobile smešan dorucak za finu cenu. Ja sam narucila Tost sa jajima i avokadom, jaja su bila led ledena, a moja drugarica je dobila jednu malu krisku ekstremno prepecenog hleba i marmeladu koju je platila 5eura. Zaista katastrofa. Ako naručite kafu u restoranu, dobicete je u obicnim staklenim casama, bez ručki, i ne možete je popiti dok se ne ohladi, a Kafa ima ukus otprilike kao nesto izmedju mleka i cokoladnog mleka. Platile smo hotel 1.500€ za 5 nocenja sa doručkom za dve osobe i jako smo se razocarale. Hotel nije za preporuku.

Ich hätte im Fitnesscenter 2 bi 3 Geräte mehr erwartet. Ein Crosstrainer wäre nicht übertrieben gewesen. Flecken auf dem Kissenbezug wurden übersehen und der Bezug wurde somit nicht gewechselt. Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre angebracht.

El hotel esta muy mal mantenido , las vistas no coinciden para nada con las fotos que anunciais , povo limpio , las camas terribles pero lo peor es que las paredes son como papel de fumar .No pudimos descansar nada .Por ejemplo a la hora de la siesta esban limpiando la habitacion de al lado y la aspiradora se oia como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación.Es un robo lo que nos han cobrado por una noche.

El personal es muy agradable y atento. La ubicación es perfecta. Es tranquilo y acogedor.

I have so many good things to say about this hotel: 1. All staff were fabulous and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. From the smiley reception team, to restaurant and bar staff, cleaners and pool bar staff. All magnificent. 2. The bed was super comfortable (best hotel bed I have slept in so far). 3. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel and the gardens. We saw a Gardner working hard to keep on top of the lovely garden area. 4. We made good use of the gym. Smallish, but had everything that we needed. 5. Located near many fabulous restaurants and bars. A great coffee shop a few minutes too. 6. Beach was beautiful and a few steps away. 7. Less that 1 Euro to catch the tram to Alicante, which is also highly recommended. 8. Free parking! 9. Added touches - fresh complimentary water and apples dotted around the hotel. 10. Extensive choice for breakfast. Evening means are also well worth a try. We will most certainly be back. Big thanks to all of the hotel staff.

There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Fint hotell, bra frukost og god service. Kunne leige sykkel og fikk låne paraply når det regnet litt en dag. Veldig god beliggenhet! Passe stille og rolig.

Bare småting å plukke på. Ansatte var generelt dårlige i engelsk, vi var lovet 2 flasker vann på rommet som dukket opp etter et par dager og frukosten var kanskje i overkant dyr.

La ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable. Esta a metros de la playa de San Juan que es una de las mas lindas de España. Es un hotel de playa. La arquitectura y la decoracion de las habitaciones asi lo demuestran. Las mismas son simples pero muy comodas, colores claros y sin alfombra (por la arena) y con todos los servicios de confort.

Restaurant: Guests could not use the restaurant in the hotel as it was permanently booked out.very disappointing. Room: devices broken but maintenance could fix it. Employees: very nice and helpful staff but at the same time they were terribly overworked. Manager should overthink if a more human work schedule would not be an advantage for the hotel in the long term.

Мне понравилась уборка в номере, ежедневно была уборка около бассейна и сам бассейн был чистым. Персонал приветливый. Тихая фоновая музыка около бассейна. Все понравилось, есть желание вернуться.

Most of the staff had no English Checked in late and no food available on Premises I understand staffing and a need for closing time but it was the way It was handled. Reception told us we were good to go to restaurant It was 5 minutes to closing Server was rude and said she would be right back never came back. A sandwich and portion of chips I don’t think would have been a huge inconvenience

Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando del mar. La zona de la piscina es bonita y agradable, y es probablemente uno de los mejores espacios del hotel.

El hotel tiene un problema claro de relación entre precio y nivel de servicio. Las tarifas corresponden a un hotel de categoría superior, pero la experiencia no está al mismo nivel. El desayuno es insuficiente para la categoría y el precio del hotel. Aunque el servicio está anunciado hasta las 10:30, desde las 10:00-10:15 prácticamente dejan de reponer, por lo que la oferta al final del desayuno es muy limitada. El estándar debería mantenerse durante todo el horario de servicio. La atención al cliente tampoco está a la altura. El servicio se percibe poco profesionalizado y falta consistencia en la atención y en los detalles. La gestión de la terraza del comedor es otro punto claramente mejorable. Hay una presencia excesiva de palomas que se acercan a las mesas y se llevan la comida. Entendemos que no es un problema completamente controlable, pero sí es responsabilidad del hotel implementar medidas para minimizarlo. También existe una falta evidente de planificación del mantenimiento. En pleno agosto se estaban realizando trabajos de pintura dentro del hotel y mantenimiento de las placas solares. El mantenimiento es necesario, pero realizar varias intervenciones simultáneamente en temporada alta y durante las horas de mayor actividad demuestra una planificación poco adecuada. El estado de algunas instalaciones tampoco corresponde al precio del hotel. La zona de los ascensores y otras áreas presentan un desgaste evidente, y algunas de las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban bastante deterioradas. En conjunto, el hotel tiene buenas bases, pero necesita elevar de forma significativa el nivel de servicio, mantenimiento, organización y atención al detalle, para justificar su precio de hotel premium.

Nos gustó mucho la piscina, sus instalaciones y servicios. Y también el restaurante y la cafetería, las instalaciones y la comida.

El servicio de la cafetería es un poco lento, pero son muy amables.

El hotel es muy cómodo, el restaurante está genial y todo el personal es muy amable.

Lo único mejorable para mí sería la temperatura de la piscina, demasiado caliente, pero siempre pasa en Alicante en verano si no está refrigerada.

Es ist ein wirklich feines, elegantes Hotel. Alle Details passen hier: nicht zu groß, ruhig, toller Pool, exzellente Ausstattung, gutes Essen und nah zum Strand.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Super Lage - nur 2 Gehminuten zum Strand, keine 5 Gehminuten zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle; schöner Pool mit Getränkeservice; sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet; Klimaanlage ließ sich gut steuern; Nach dem Check Out durfte man sowohl den Pool noch benutzen inkl. Handtücher als auch einen Umkleideraum inkl Dusche, ebensfalls mit Handtüchern.

Die Toilette im Zimmer ist kein eigener Raum und nur durch eine Glastüre getrennt - aber dafür kann nur der Architekt etwas ;)

Excellent hotel, we stayed in a panorama room and had a beautiful view of the beach. Hotel staff very kind and accommodating. The pool was serene and the beach was across the street. Free parking, highly recommend.

Cercanía a la playa, está decorado con gusto, personal muy amable, entorno de la piscina muy agradable. Desayuno correcto.

Para el check in podrían tener algun sistema para hacerlo antes de la llegada, a veces algo de espera en el ascensor porque solo hay 1 y en la piscina, ya que solo había 1 persona, y costaba un poco regular la temperatura en la ducha. También me sorprendió que no hubiera ningun tipo de amenitie en el baño.

Main facilities are very nice - lovely cafe / restaurant with terrace, pool area is wonderful

Check-in experience was not very good and room quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel - it was not in line with 4-star. Beds were quite uncomfortable and made with just a fitted sheet. Room quality could be better.

Es la segunda vez q disfruto del hotel. No conseguí reservar en Casa Julio para la comida, por lo que nos quedamos en el hotel. Calidad y servicio excelente, por lo que realizamos todas las comidas en el hotel.

Our fourth visit to the Almirante, and once again we really enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant is now really excellent and also good value. Yes the room prices are significantly higher than when we first came, but overall the hotel delivers. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms and friendly staff, both at reception and waiting staff. The hotel has a good pool and you are right on the huge beach with a clean sea to swim in. An uber fro Alicante airport is around Euros 35 and for a 20 minute trip. There are very few hotels in the area, which is attracting an increasingly affluent crowd, so I'm hoping the Almirante will keep it up! Matthew & Karine from London X

Price was too high for the quality of the hotel.

Polite and helpful staff. Location is great, at walking distance from a wide beach and beautiful seaside restaurants. The hotel is carefully curated. Our room was very nicely decorated and functional. The pool area is great, and can also be enoyed on the day of the checkout, making use of the convenient showers located on the main floor. We did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, but it looks very nice and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are quiet, luminous and carefully clean. We had a spacious terrace with a great view, and the electronic safebox and kettle for preparing coffe or tea are greatly appreciated. There is a convenient tram nearby to reach the Alicante or Benidorm city center in around 20minutes

The buffet-style breakfast is not included and i found it somewhat pricy. The bathroom of our room had an open space design, so it might be a privacy issue for some. It was not for us, but would advice to inform onself about different bathroom layouts if enjoying more privacy is a priorty.

The staff. The hotel was in a bit of a quiet area. It didn’t appear to have any evening entertainment so very quiet on the premises in the evening. To travel to Alicante in the evening it was €20 minimum in a taxi. Magnificent local beach, well looked after and not as cramped as some in the area. Quality beach restaurants but operate only morning to late afternoon.

Excellent location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. I loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was nice. The only thing I would suggest is to let the pool be open till 9pm. It closed at 7pm.

Liked everything although if I’m being picky I had to ask first milk to be replenished in the room for morning tea and air con seemed to be set to turn off during the day … understandable but what if you wanted a rest at mid day early afternoon?
