Hotel muy bien ubicado, no esta enlinea de playa pero te llevan enc carrito a una cercana 5 minutos max, con todos los servicios, desayuno muy completo y variado. Personal muy amable y a disposicion, mencion especial a Jose en la entrada siempre dispuesto, y con buenas recomendaciones de lugares y servicios del hotel Pileta excelente

Hi everyone Last week we was in the hotel from 4/sep-9/sept my IPod was taken from my room 3rd day of the trip and then my running shoes New balance last day of the trip That was good I have another shoes to wear it for going back to Canada We talked with the supervisor and he said they will do investigation and if they will find it I should pay for shipping to Canada that was funny !!!!! They said they will be back to me within 24hr and no one contacted me I advised everyone to put all your expensive stuff inside the safety box even your shoes Aruba Is a beautify and is worth it to visit it few time

Que a pesar de que la primera noche nos encontramos con un colchón bastante hundido, pedi el cambio en recepcion y inmediatamente lo efectuaron.

no hay suficiente lugar de playa con sombra o sombrillas para cubrir la demanda. Si no llegas temprano se complica la disponibilidad de sombra y en esta época el sol del medio día es muy fuerte.

Almorzar o cenar en el restaurante no es la mejor de las opciones. Pero la gastronomía en Aruba no está muy bien explotada tampoco.

Lo staff è molto accogliente e gentile. Abbiamo conosciuto persone fantastiche come Jose, Andy, Rony ragazzi molto gentili e a tua disposizione.

Essendo fumatrice in tutto il resort non si può fumare, quindi dovevamo uscire fuori al del resort per fumare anche una sigaretta. Dovrebbero scrivere no smoking resort. La mattina quando vengono a pulirti la stanza non puliscono affatto, cambiano solo asciugamani e sistemando le lenzuola, niente di più.

O hotel fica muito próximo da praia de palm beach e da parte que tem restaurantes, lojas, etc. Apesar de oferecer transporte para a praia, dá pra ir à pé numa caminhada de 5 minutos tranquilamente. A estrutura de praia é muito boa, com os atendentes sendo bastante solícitos - só chegue cedo para conseguir ficar em uma área com sombra. Quanto ao quarto, é bem espaçoso e funcional. A área da piscina é maravilhosa também com atendimento rápido e a academia é 24h. O café-da-manhã também é maravilhoso e bem diverso. Destaque especial para a atendente Eveline, brasileira que já mora na ilha há muitos anos e foi muito solícita conosco todas as vezes.

O hotel é excelente, bem localizado, a poucos minutos dos restaurantes e próximo à praia. O hotel tem um serviço que leva a praia, mas tb dá pra ir à pé. Tem estrutura na praia. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O quarto é bem grande. Recomendo fortemente.

O único problema do nosso quarto é que o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e a água não escoava, avisamos o hotel, mas não conseguiram resolver. Fora isso, foi tudo excelente!

Do atendimento dos funcionários. Do quarto, que era bem grande. Da localização (perto da praia, embora não seja pé na areia), e da rua principal de Palm Beach.

Um ponto negativo do hotel é que tem um esgoto bem na frente do hotel a céu aberto, com cheiro muito ruim cada vez que o hospede sai a pé para a rua principal ou para a praia. Outro ponto que achamos estranho foi o serviço da praia (toalhas, agua e ocupação das cadeiras) não ficar aberto até o por do sol (as 19 horas) e o funcionário ter permitido uma outra turma ficar na espriguiçadeira sem mesmo estar com a pulseira identificadora do hotel, e ter pedido para nós hospedes deixar as espriguiçadeiras.

Muy bueno el hotel, el personal excelente. Sobre todo Fenda que nos atendió en los desayunos. Siempre sonriendo y bien dispuesta. El recibimiento fue muy agradable con pichos de frutas frescas y tragos Fuimos muu bien atendidos siempre.

La parte de la playa donde tiene servicio el hotel es la mas angosta de Palm. No es la parte más linda.

First class all around! Good restaurant and food , very attentive service. Pleasant staff throughout the complex. Javier was amazing in the kids room, totally engaging and wonderfully talented! I would recommend to family and friends. Dedicated shuttle to the beach with chairs and umbrella’s. First class all the way!

I didn’t like that you had to ask for room service every morning or they don’t clean your room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. From the moment we arrived, Franco was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted us with our luggage and made us feel very welcome right away. His kindness and excellent service really stood out and was a great first impression of the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you, Franco, for making our arrival so pleasant!

I travel to Aruba every year with a group of family and friends and we previously stayed in other hotels, this year CourtYard/The Mill accommodated my group of 30 people and made is feel right at home. The amenities, service and friendly staff made this an amazing stay. The managers are very responsive and attentive, they went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The room are spacious and very clean. The welcome gifts, the restaurant, food and drinks were all top tier. This was a great stay and I look forward to making this our group's hotel for future trips. Can't wait to return. Great Job.

My 1st time staying at the Mill. Great location, staff, food, drinks & the rooms are nice. The pool area is very nice as well with a good amount of chairs and umbrellas. It's a family friendly hotel with an indoor kiddie playhouse. I will definitely be back next year. 😊

This property is very clean and well kept. It's conveniently located near all the other resorts and downtown for restaurants, attractions, or the beach. They have a golf cart shuttle that will pick you up and bring you to the beach, where they’ll lay out a towel for you on one of their chairs, or you can hop out and walk the boardwalk or into town. It's also very walkable. Gina at the front desk was soooo sweet, we really hit it off. It was nice having my room refreshed daily, as the housekeeping service is very thorough. Room service was quick, and I really liked what I ordered—the grouper and mahi mahi were both great. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was very sick from the stress of my travels and had developed a fever. It was the middle of the night, but I called downstairs and an employee named Dwainne answered. I told him I was really sick and needed someone to adjust my AC and bring me a bucket of ice because I couldn't get out of bed. Without hesitation, he sent Jeremy up to help me. Between the two of them, I was incredibly grateful, and the ice helped cool me down and made me feel much better. This type of service isn't necessarily expected, but it's what makes a stay memorable and says a lot about the people working at a property. Being somewhere away from home and feeling that sick can be scary, and having Dwainne and Jeremy go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable meant a lot to me. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and is something I won't forget. I would absolutely stay here again and really appreciate how well I was taken care of during my stay.

CAMERA: ampia, pulita e dotata di shampoo, balsamo, minisize di crema corpo, cuffia doccia. Gradite le due bottiglie d’acqua fornite all’arrivo insieme alla borsetta di tela con una bottiglia di vino. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. PISCINE: aperte fino alle 19, di cui una con idromassaggio. Disponibili asciugamani e dispenser con l’acqua con cui riempire la borraccia. La mattina c’è un corso di 45 min di acquagym. Alla SPA si possono prenotare trattamenti a pagamento. YOGA: lezione di un’ora la mattina 3 volte a settimana. WIFI: molto potente in tutta l’area del resort e in camera. SPOSTAMENTI: navetta gratuita per la spiaggia dell’hotel che si trova a Palm Beach fino alle 18, raggiungibile anche a piedi in 10-15 min. Per la sera: il centro pieno di ristoranti e bar è Palm beach e si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Fermata del bus per Oranjestad a pochi passi nei pressi dell’hotel RIU, il bus passa ogni 20 minuti e ferma nei pressi del porto. Per andare altrove consiglio di noleggiare un’auto, ne vale la pena l’isola è molto bella. COLAZIONE: varia con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Molto buone le omelette. CIBO: ristorante aperto dalle 11 fino alle 22 quindi è possibile pranzare o cenare a tutte le ore. Ci sono due bar, in piscina e fuori.

SPIAGGIA: lo spazio è poco rispetto alla porzione di spiaggia che hanno gli altri resort, gestione approssimativa risulta confusionaria. COLAZIONE: L’espresso è a pagamento, incluso c’è solo il caffè americano. PALESTRA: aperta h24 e fornita di vari attrezzi ma la temperatura dell’aria condizionata è glaciale quindi è impossibile allenarsi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con lo staff all’arrivo, non riuscivamo a spegnere l’aria condizionata in camera e ci hanno detto che non era possibile spegnerla perché altrimenti si sarebbe formata condensa in camera, ma per fortuna siamo riusciti a spegnerla lo stesso di notte mettendo il timer e non si è formata nessuna condensa, al contrario di quanto ci avevano detto.

The staff was sooo friendly, caring, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Every single person made our experience truly special. We especially loved the daily happy hour at the pool bar and the other bars from 4–7 PM. The complimentary appetizers each day were such a great touch — and everything was absolutely delicious! We loved the Spaghetti Bolognese and the Cobb Salad with chicken so much that we honestly wanted to have them every day, lol. 😂 Our room was always very clean, and almost every evening, dinner was accompanied by a live singer, which created a lovely atmosphere. Palm Beach is just a very short walk away. You can also take the complimentary shuttle (golf cart), which makes getting to the beach super easy. The shuttle runs from 9 AM to 6 PM. Overall, we had an amazing stay and really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel so special! Love & Hugs from the two German girls! 👋🏾

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything we disliked. We just would have loved to see a few more fresh vegetable options at breakfast, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or some lettuce. 😊

Bartenders & Bar Staff (Ms. Leidy) were fantastic on our stay overall. Pool area was very relaxing & lively as we met some great people from all around! Housekeeping was very tentative daily of cleaning room daily & providing essentials on request promptly.

The Front Desk personal screwed up on our room at check-in date when we had this reservation booked well in advance for a 2 QUEEN BEDS with Pool View. They gave us a room with KING BED with Pool View as our room was given away. When confronted of the mistake, they stated there were no available 2 QUEEN BEDS Rooms with Pool View available till the next day!. Unacceptable PERIOD on Courtyard Marriott part as I confirmed the room & type of room atleast 2 times within a 3 day period before we arrived. They gave us a 2 QUEEN BEDS room with no View as we really couldn't unpack & get settled like we wanted too. The next day they had the correct room type that should had been given to us in the beginning as we had to transfer our bags/luggage to new room. We finally were able to settled in the correct room fully! The lack of customer service & attention to details completely failed with this property. There was no sense of urgency of fixing the problem on day one of our check-in date or a up-grade offered due to their mistake at check-in. Giving a credit for 1 night after you charged my card for the complete stay (which did not have credit right away...took over a week for the credit) is not fixing the problem respectfully. I will not be staying at this establishment in the future due to the front desk personnel as our DAY 1 was NOT so relaxing for us with a lot of frustration!

The hotel experience was great. Breakfast was a variety of everything. Our server John Zara was friendly & attentive. Awesome customer service.

Everything was perfect, the service was excellent, the people were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the bedrooms were superb.

We didn't realize how AMAZING this low rise hotel was until we arrived and stayed for the week!!!! We were greeted by Katherine(I believe that was her name) and she gave my son coconut cookies and a water bottle as he was tired and hungry from our 5 hour plane ride. Our stay was nothing but amazing. This is your place if you want non-smoking and more of a quieter atmosphere. We stayed in room 2022. As we were sitting in our room, we were on TripAdvisor reading reviews and there was a post saying to stay away from rooms 2021, 2022 and 2023 due to lots of noises from people partying late at night which caused these guests not to sleep. We honestly heard nothing and slept right through every single night! If you are a light sleeper, then Melatonin is a must. The entire staff on the resort from the front desk, gift shop, restaurant, room service and beach employees were nothing but helpful and happy employees. Breakfast buffet was included and was perfect. We will be coming here again next year! 10/10!

Trevlig personal, bra hotell standard. Trevliga rum, bra städ och trevlig pool. Transport till strand, inga problem att få solstolar vid poolen.

Frukost kunde varit bättre. Kösystemet för frukost var under all kritik. Dyrt i restaurang. AC i rum som inte går att stänga av vid behov. Ligger lite avsides men gångavstånd ok.

The property was beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a beautiful part of Aruba.

The property is not right on the beach. They did have a shuttle to and from the beach every 15 minutes. The walk back from the beach was only ten minutes if you missed the last shuttle at 6:30 pm

Hotel's location is within walking distance to the beach restaurants and entertainment.

Great experience, pleasant breakfast buffet, easy stay with young kids. Javier at the Kid’s Cave was wonderful - he showed our kids magic tricks and made animal balloons - really special! Golf cart to beach was easy to get, but without kids we would probably just walk back instead of waiting for a pick up - it’s super close. Love that it’s walking distance to the butterfly farm (6 min) and 10 min to the strip with great restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. One of the best things is its location, it’s just a short walk from the beach, which made everything very convenient. A special thank you to Glen Baluarte at the Front Office, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. His excellent service really made a difference in our experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Just got back from 4 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. We loved the smaller feel, two stories centered around a beautiful pool area. We often saw the same people and became friendly with many. The larger hotels are much more impersonal and have non residents walking thru them as they are on the beach. The Courtyard is not on the beach, its a minute away and they drive you over in a golf cart and set up your chair and umbrella. Each night there was a musician playing music around the pool. Here is the one issue, there is a very loud, late club nearby that plays music all night long. Our friends had to change their room due to the noise. We did not experience that. Again, it was a lovely stay!

My family and I stayed at this location and I have to say everything from the pool area to the beach to the rooms was amazing. Staff was excellent big shout out to “Leidy” she wax full of energy and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this location Perfect for a family

I had my flights cancelled and had to stay at this hotel but the staff were amazing and our waiter John Zara was a complete gentleman attentive and excellent service! If I was stuck again I would stay here.

This is my second time at Courtyard Marriott in Aruba and each time I have come it has been amazing. The food was delicious! Rooms were cleaned daily, bathrooms were in amazing condition and the staff was top tier. Shoutout to Leidy and Fernanda that were wonderful servers, very friendly and made us laugh! We hope to come back soon!

The trip to the courtyard was amazing. What made it even better was the excellent service provided by their employees from the breakfast buffet, lobby to concierge and cleaning staff. A special shout out to Franco who made our trip exceptional! Thank you for all your help, Franco. Courtyard and it’s guests are are blessed for your above and beyond attitude ! We had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard Marriott Aruba Resort. I give this property a five-star review based on service. We aren't one to spend big on our accommodations, but service is at the top of my review list. The Marriott didn't disappoint! Everyone working there was polite, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was big, accommodating a king-sized bed and a couch, plenty of floor space, two closets on opposite sides of the room, and double sinks separate from the shower and toilet. The room was cleaned and resupplied every day. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with a variety of breakfast foods, served in the restaurant. We did eat lunch in the restaurant and found it good, reflecting prices at a medium restaurant in the States. In fact, we found many of the restaurants on the island to be comparable to those in the States. We didn't make use of the pool, but it appeared in good shape and was full with bathers every day. The Marriott has a beachside area reserved for its guests, with chairs, towels, and umbrellas, and they drive you there. For a medium-priced hotel, I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott!

I recently had a stay at the Courtyard Aruba, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the service was superior! Kay, who checked me in, provided excellent service and definitely deserves a raise. During breakfast, Leslia stood out as a fantastic manager. We had great conversations every morning, and her warmth was a major reason I would want to return. I even joked with her, telling her not to upset my cook (she knows what I mean)! Both Kay, Leslia & Christina (chef) truly made my stay special and deserve recognition for their hard work. I did encounter an issue with my air conditioning and had to change my room, but the maintenance team, especially the top maintenance man, was outstanding and handled the situation promptly. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, situated directly across from Junkanoo Beach, which is just a short walk away. It’s also easy to stroll to the fish market, various restaurants, downtown, and cruise lines. However, I’d recommend taking a cab to the Rum Cake restaurant for a delightful experience. There is a business center, 2 pools, plenty of towels and a gym and a 10 min. walk to a grocery store. While my stay was enjoyable, I believe the hotel could use some updates to enhance the overall experience. I would recommend the Courtyard Aruba for its exceptional staff and prime location, with hopes that improvements can be made in the near future.

Everything excellent as always

Girls trip and it's been wonderful! The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure is on point. The bar tenders have been a blast and the breakfast is included and delicious, the breakfast staff is courteous, polite and very quick, especially John. We absolutely recommend it!

Very nice and cozy, Staff friendly and professional, our waiter John is the number one! Our room assistant Nellys very kind.

The kids club zone was fabulous, especially Javier. He performed magic tricks for my kids and made them balloon animals. Javier was so kind and fun and made the experience so special for my kids. The kids zone had lots to play with including a rock climbing wall and merry-go-round. Highly appreciated this being available, especially on a hot day when you need a break in the AC. The free included breakfast buffet was also a family favorite. Hotel is close to beach (walkable) but they also provide a shuttle over via a large golf cart. Rooms were clean and serviced daily.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast was great with good selections. In my case, when I needed something that was not in the available selections (like EGG White Omelet) they would make it for me.

It really fulfilled my expectations. So can't say anything I didn't like.

Fernanda was the sweetest, friendliest bartender at the pool bar! She gave us exceptional service every time we stopped by. The margaritas were amazing, the Balashis were always perfect, and she made our days by the pool even better. We looked forward to seeing her every day! Thank you, Fernanda!!

This was a beautiful place to eat with some of the nicest servers! It’s right beside the pool and no walking required! The restaurant was very clean and tidy! We loved eating here!

The hospitality from the front desk to the bar/restaurant was great. All staff members were very friendly and it made us feel very welcomed. Leidy was our waitress every day and she was awesome! The food was great too. Breakfast, lunch & dinner was good. A lot of options. It’s also very close to Palm Beach which is amazing. Also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area close by

First time in Aruba and not the last!
